I went last night! I really had a taste for free birds but the guy that was making my burrito kept rubbing on his pants and fixing his apron everytime he scooped something the first time I asked him to change his gloves! Then he continued to rub on his clothes! So I left disappointed because I really wanted my food! I called the next day and the manager told me I can get a burrito for free! So I came and the lady here was so rude to me and she blow out her nose before she scooped the tomatoes on my burrito! She had a attitude with me so I left again

This location was cool. We brought our children in for a quick bite to eat, which they enjoyed. Big thanks to Mr. Harold, who helped us. He was kind and friendly, he took the time to explain the menu to us and made us feel welcome. The kids loved the way he made their taco. We will definitely visit this location again next time we are in the area because of this.

All i can say if you going to chipotle and not here you are missing out on quality,quantity, and great customer service. The guy that greeded me gave me a thorough explanation of the menu and was not annoyed by me asking alot of questions. The ingredients looked fresh and the portions are great vs what chipotle does. definitely coming back! By the way i got a Monster Burrito and a bowl so that you all know it came out to be around 20 bucks but every single dollar was worth it 👌

The freshness and excellent taste of the food definitely stands out. I got the monster bowl and my dad got a burrito with chips and queso. The food was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to go back for another bowl. I also went another time and tried the a regular sized bowl vegetarian bowl and it was delicious. The employees are soooo nice!

So good. Had the Birria meat on nachos which was recommended by the staff. Portion was good and I left very full. Restaurant was clean. Will definitely be back for lunch again. Thanks :)

Do dashers in the area always prone to stealing food they deliver? I just got my food stolen and the app says delivered. No one at the free birds store answers the phone. This is like the 8th time I’ve gotten my food stolen in the sugarland area. What is going on!!!

My steak bowl was alright. The steak were chopped too small to really notice if it was good steak. Didn’t have as much meat as the brisket bowl our boys had. The brisket bowl was loaded up. Not sure if that is normal but my teenage boys loved them. Good amount of brisket, rice, and corn to hit the spot. Got in and out in under 10 for take out for late lunch.

I go here once a week, the service is friendly. The food area is messy. They're in need of more help. Sometimes, most time they're low on food on the line, which they have pull from prep areas. I suggest that they designate employees in areas in which they can manage. Everyone is fixing, cashiering, taking online orders. No one is paying any attention to cleanliness food is everywhere. Hire more help pls!

I’m not sure if I would come back here. You walk in, the place is gross. Trash over flowing, tables piled with trash, trash on the floors, food station was messy and gross looking. The food was ok. I was not impressed. The workers seemed to not really care too much. They are just there to take your order, not make sure the place looks presentable or clean. I think if it was cleaner, food was fresher and doesn’t look like it’s been sitting all day, then maybe I would come back with my friends. But as of now I won’t be returning.

I only ate here because I was starving and looking for something healthy. The restaurant was very dirty, steak bowl was very bland, no utensils of any kind available. Water dispenser was broken.
