I took my 2-year-old daughter on Sunday, September 7th, and she had an amazing time! She played for two hours straight! The place had unique activities and an awesome toddler play area. The staff was friendly, and the food options were great, with a variety of drinks available. We got the cheesy bread, and it was delicious! We are definitely coming back!

Cheeky Monkey is an amazing indoor playground, perfect for toddlers! My little one stayed happily entertained for over two hours (and could have easily gone longer). The variety of slides and structures is far more engaging than a standard playground, and everything is well-padded and soft, giving me peace of mind. I was able to relax in the common area while my child had a blast. The indoor cafeteria is a nice touch, but one downside was that outside drinks aren't allowed

We hosted 2 parties last year and one combined party this year. Honestly, things did not run smoothly last year. I didn’t know that you don’t get the room until about a half hour into the reservation so if you plan to bring your own decor, you just don’t have time to set up before the celebration… and you definitely don’t have time to be the “host” to your guests. My second party here last year was better because I was better prepared and there wasn’t a booking before our reservation. Still, a bit rushed, but worked out well. THIS year, things ran way better! I booked the usual 2 hour party window and added an extra hour at the end of the party. So I just put on the invitation that the party was from 1:30-4pm (instead of the reserved time, 1-3pm). The kids got to play half hour before the celebration, and then an extra hour after the games, meal, and cake. I had time to set up my own decor and didn’t feel rushed to welcome guests as they arrived. Everything worked out well. I do also like that they make it upbeat and exciting with the “dance parties”. And you really need minimum decor because the whole place is permanently decorated very festively. Also if you buy the “themed” package, it makes life easy, they take care of everything down to the goody bags. I just wish they had more themes. Anyway, the reason we come back to this place because it makes a lasting memory for the kids IMO. And the Kids truly have a Blast! As the adult/host, you just have to know what to expect and plan accordingly.

One of the best play areas i have been to. Its very clean and recently opened. Kids had a great time and a lot of different activities to enjoy. They have a seperate Toddler’s area for little ones. Overall atmosphere is great. I hope they keep it clean for a longer time. I would definitely recommend if you have kids under 8. They will love this place!! Prem and all the rest of the staff were amazing and very welcoming.

We were invited to the “soft opening” not everything was ready so we didn’t get the full effect, but the kids still had fun. Very clean & lots to do. There will be wavier you’ll have to fill out, so I would go to their site & do that beforehand. Don’t forget your SOCKS!! They have a area just for kids 4 & under which was perfect. They will also have cameras from all over up on televisions so you’ll be able to see your kids from the main sitting area. Looks like they will have a concession stand area as well. They also have a two story play house with different theme rooms where kids can let their imagination lose! They also have private rooms for birthday parties! The only down side to me is they don’t offer any punch cards, or memberships. You’ll have to pay each time and pay for any additional hours you stay after the one hour you paid for. Great place, & lots to do!

I brought my kids here yesterday (under 3) & they absolutely love it! Thanks for the 2 young man who was watching over the kids in Toddler Town making it safe for them! Also in the “Monkey School Buss” they were very quick! But the guy in the kitchen was a little rude& i seen him scratch his beard in touch my food, other than that bring your kids here!! You’ll love it so will they :)

The Honest Insight

Went on a Saturday afternoon which I imagine is peak traffic time. We mainly stayed in the area for kids 3 and under. The variety of toys and activities in that area kept my baby entertained for over an hour. We saw they offered snacks and drinks at the snack bar but did not purchase anything. The space is very large and from the looks of things the older kids area has a lot to do as well. Slight complaint was that the staff did not enforce the 3 and under restriction so older kids also came into the baby area. They offered hot chocolate and face painting included in the admission price but we didn’t do either. We would come back. Another area for improvement is security. I walked right out with my baby. They didn’t match up wrist band numbers etc. I wonder if they have a way of confirming that no one’s child is leaving with anyone else. Suggestion: add lockers for families to store shoes, jackets strollers etc to keep the seating area free from ppls personal items and offer a bit more security than the cubbies The staff that checked us in was very friendly.

We used to visit Cheeky Monkey almost every weekend. But man lately this place has been dirty and everything is broken. The imagination areas need major repair and renovation. They need all new toys. I even heard another couple that I guess was their first time there with their young kid saying how dirty it was an unorganized. This place needs a lot of attention and love.

Toddler area is broken down a bit. None of the electronics work. My 2 year old loves the piano, but it didnt work. The manager there today runs a tight ship and she was very good about keeping the big kids out of the toddler area. Their coffee machine didnt work either. They had a special that included a hot chocolate and coloring page and a balloon sword. Its OK, but we won't be back until the toddler area is repaired. We've been to the Fulshear one and its nice obviously its newer.

I’ve been bringing my grandkids for several years, but this last time was disappointing. I think management changed. I had to pay for either one hour of play or all day, no option to pay for a few hours like in the past. I was told the snack bar was open but no one was there. The girl finally showed up, but mostly she walked around with her hood on, talking on her phone, while the snack bar was unattended. At one point, the girl at the front desk had to leave the front to wait on people at the snack bar. We ordered pizza for lunch but it was burned and when I mentioned it to the girl who made it, she just stared at me. Honestly, she looked and acted stoned. We will not return.

I wish I can give zero starts , we are a regular customers , it was our first time invited to a birthday party , the invitation stated check in 11:40am after we sit on the table the manager started complaining because the birthday party started @ 12:00 pm , we ending paying $6.00 for the time we where there waiting until the party start. After 12:00pm we keep waiting outside the party room finally we was able to get in she asked me to go outside for the “activities “ but she allowed another people to stayed in the party room ending us the only ones outside the party room , then I decided to go inside and ask for candy from the candy bar the employee told me no because was only for the children’s but I saw her giving the candy to another adults but she refused to give me some candy. It was a horrible experience from this place for a birthday party starting with the “manager” and staffing also the chicken wings was completely cold under cook .

I honestly didn’t want to write this review, but after what I experienced last week at a birthday party here, I feel like I have a responsibility as a mom to speak up. Walking into this place felt heavy. Instead of the bright, fun, energetic environment you expect at a children’s party, the space felt messy, unorganized, and honestly depressing. For a place meant for kids, that was heartbreaking to see. As moms, we choose venues where our children can feel safe, happy, and excited. Unfortunately, this location did not feel like that at all. The overall cleanliness and organization were concerning, and it was clear that something wasn’t right behind the scenes. I’ve taken my kids to other places in Sugar Land like Play Space and Play Street Museum, and the difference is night and day. Those places feel warm, clean, joyful, and full of staff who genuinely seem to love being there. That’s the kind of energy our kids deserve. I never planned on leaving a negative review, but this experience was too uncomfortable to ignore. If you’re a mom planning a birthday party, I strongly recommend visiting first and considering other options before booking here. Our kids deserve better than what I saw.

I paid $1,500 for my little one’s birthday here and left feeling very disappointed. What I expected to be a fun, breezy celebration turned into a stressful experience. The setup itself looked cute, but they forgot to add extra chairs for the additional kids we paid for. Speaking of which, charging about $40 per extra child on top of the package is pretty unreasonable, especially since the base party only includes 15 kids. You technically get two hours of playtime, but in reality, one of those hours is used for eating, cutting the cake, and singing—leaving only about an hour of actual play. The room itself was also hot and humid, which made it uncomfortable for both the kids and adults. The party host seemed unprepared and a bit clueless. At one point, she was awkwardly stacking pizzas in one hand and passing them out in a way that left guests staring. She even forgot about the piñata until I reminded her, and instead of letting the kids enjoy breaking it open, she started ripping the box apart herself. It completely took away from the experience. To make matters worse, the food came out burnt, and we were missing items we had ordered. For the amount paid, I expected a much smoother, more professional experience. Unfortunately, I would not book another party here. It definitely was not worth the money.

We came here about 6-8 months ago and enjoyed it so much. Of course it’s still fun for the kids BUT FILTHY dirty! This place has not been sweeped or cleaned since it opened. There is food even in the small children play area! Why can’t management clean? Even bugs crawling.
