I’m glad this business is featured during HAPI because they hardly have any customers. I ordered the taro stormy with boba and rainbow jelly. 70% sugar was still too sweet for me so next time I’ll request less sugar. The staff was friendly. I’ll definitely come again to support their business.

Nice to have another solid boba option in Sugar Land. Staff was nice and friendly. They have a kiosk to order from, but I personally like ordering from an actual person. It was very quiet on a weekday evening. The space is fairly small, so I imagine on a busier day it would be hard to find seats for a larger party, or a good study spot if you wanted a place to park for the whole day. We tried the Hokkaido oolong milk tea with boba and it was pretty good. Will go back to try other options!

OK IM SUPER EXCITED ABOUT THIS PLACE. As a milktea addict (who isn't?), I am very serious about my milktea fix and constantly searching for a good milktea without damaging my wallet too much and finally this is it. There are two things that make R&B a good tea place for me: 1) the tea was fresh, some place would brew a batch of tea and let it sit out too long so it would become oxidized and disintegrated. But r&b seem to brew their tea often and it was fresh, not too astringent and brisk and no lingering bitterness. 2) milk - They aren't skimming on the milk/cream , so you could feel the thickness of the milk when combining with tea, and it makes a heavenly mouthful of sweetness. These two sounds simple enough, but a lot of milk tea places miss the mark! I ordered Jasmine milk tea with sea cream and it was exactly what i needed - strong flavor of tea and a creamy mouthful of milk. Finally I can have a nearby milktea shop to satisfy my addiction. Their cups are very cute too, and it will make for a good picture for the gram if you're into that sort of thing. The store and small and cute, but have enough chairs and table for some fun hangout. They just opened recently and are currently running a promotion for opening week/month.

I love the taste of the oolong milk tea here, I ordered oolong milk tea with boba abd pudding, My friend order a dragon fruit mango fruit tea, it was so good.

The drinks are good here. You can actually taste the tea and the boba is cooked well every time. I usually get oolong milk tea. Also the staff are nice and the bathrooms are clean.

Cute decor boba shop with a self-service kiosk which is nice to have if the line is slow at the counter. Staff were friendly, patient, and courteous. I ordered the Haiwaiian Fruit Green Tea which is the shop’s top seller. Indeed it was good. The fruits were infused with the green tea which made the drink refreshing and irresistible. I also had the Honey Black Milk Tea, and Taro Stormy. The milk tea was good. I could taste the tea which was yummy. As for the Taro Stormy, it was just ok. There was supposed to be their house cream, which is like cheese foam, blended into the drink. I couldn’t taste the cheese foam. Only the distinct powder taro and milk were present. They have a good rewards program unlike other boba shop. The cashback will attract more customers because of the instant discount each order made. I also like the idea of having one-size drink. It makes ordering easier. Will come back for more.

This location is nearly my workplace so I usually come there. The tea is good, but whenever I add the foam, it gonna look like the picture. Feeling like there is no foam in the cup. It’s not the first time but 3rd time. All’s the same. It actually looks like no foam in real. That’s why I go here to review.

This is my 3rd visit to this location, and every time there has been an unpleasant experience: 1st visit: A very unfriendly staff member told my 4-year-old that she couldn’t have extra ketchup and refused to reseal her Hawaiian tea. Other locations have always done this without a problem. 2nd visit: I ordered one popcorn chicken, one chicken wings, and one French fries. They forgot the fries. When I asked, the staff told my daughter, “What fries? You didn’t order any,” which almost made her cry. 3rd visit (today): I placed a pickup order. Both of my daughters (ages 2 and 4) fell asleep in the car, so I called and kindly asked if someone could place the drink by the door, since I couldn’t leave my kids alone. The staff rudely replied, “We don’t do that.” I explained again that I could wait until she wasn’t busy and just needed it left by the door, but she hung up on me. I really wish this location had better service, because my daughter enjoys the drinks, but the way customers are treated here is simply unacceptable.

1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I ordered a milk tea with 50% sugar and asked for less ice or no ice. When the drink was handed to us, the cup was about 70% filled with ice. I politely asked if they could reduce the ice, but one male employee responded with a rude attitude and insisted that milk tea cannot be made without ice. After I asked again, he reluctantly poured out the ice and handed back a cup that was only about half full. When my child tried it, it tasted extremely sweet and was basically undrinkable. We ended up throwing it away and had to drive to another tea shop to buy two new drinks. The issue wasn’t just the drink — it was the poor service attitude. I hope the management pays attention to customer service and improves the experience for future customers. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

Be sure to clarify how ice you want. I asked for regular, they chose to fill my whole cup with ice. Scammed me out of a drink. All I got was water. This place is disgraceful.

I honestly do not know of a boba place that still use Taro powder when fresh Taro is not expensive esp if your charging me $6 & extra for boba. Yeah Go Go Ice, Gong Cha, Ding Tea and Teapresso are still my go to for Boba. I don't mind paying $7+ at Gong Cha. Their drinks are so legit even if they are pricier. Go Go Ice in Chinatown use fresh mashed taro..it's the best.
