It is easy to order in the drive through. If you order rice though you will get fried rice by default (not a horrible thing) so if you want white rice, need to specify. Panda is my go to fast food
The only drive thru Chinese food option in town, is still a very good choice. Good food, good service.
This review is for my catering order on 11/26/22. I ordered the 18-22 person meal deal (3 entrees and 3 sides). The food was done and ready for pick up on time. It was fresh and DELICIOUS!! Guests were also very pleased with the food. I will definitely continue placing catering orders with this location.
I think this place deserves a higher average... I arrived at 830pm on a Saturday evening, with 6 people in front of me, but had been helped within 2 minutes, with excellent service. Twice, the item I ordered was down to the bottom of the last batch, and the employee asked if I'd like to wait for a fresh batch. I really, really appreciate this kind of service. If I'm in a hurry and don't care, I can take what's there, but in my case, I'm more that happy to wait a few minutes for first dibs at a fresh batch of my favorites. The important part is that I was given the option, instead of it being assumed that I'd take the last scoop of something.
This panda definitely is better than others we have been to lately. Abigail B went above the norm to help customers and was very nice! With only 30 minutes left before they closed they cooked up a fresh batch of an entree even though we said we’d be okay with choosing something else! Definitely has good customer service here.
Been a few months since I've been to this 🐼. I wasn't impressed the last time. Let me say. Totally blown away by the changes. Whoever is in charge now. THANK YOU SO MUCH. For bringing back the 🐼 I so appreciate and remember. Best experience since the Vid took the old 🐼 away and things changed. I really hope it stays this way. Super friendly, upbeat staffing and the food, oh the food was so so delicious. 😋
We stopped in here do to a fund raiser for our school and although Panda Express is more or less a great food restaurant it's pretty good. Each member of the family was able to find something they enjoyed and can be complicated with developing taste buds... The restaurant was very clean and the service was great and the staff was pleasant and responsive.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They hooked it up when I asked to split the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. I love the orange chicken but wanted to try something different and wanted both items. I like that they have a drive-thru too!
Come in for midnight dinner was helped by Yoshi and Simon both extremely polite very nice. They both helped me download the panda express app which got me 20% off of my meal absolutely free more than satisfied with my service will come back.

I live in Suisun and I’ve been coming to this Panda Express for many many years, and every time I buy food here they’re always have been on point and getting my order right. But the last few times I came here they’ve been messing up my order. Today I went and ordered a plate and I told them I wanted 2 veggie egg rolls and they ended up giving 1 spring roll & that’s not what I wanted. A few times I came and ordered a plate they forgot to put fried rice on my plate they gave me all chow mein. I like this Panda Express but they need to be much better at getting everyone’s order right and better training.
Panda Express is good because they are consistent. Your food is going to taste like it did last time with no surprises.

I have talked to corporate because of the issues and they did say it was because of CA new rules . My rice gets stuck and it gets really soggy and flimsy on the bottom because the heat . DEFINITELY NOT this restaurant fault tho or any of the other locations . Only putting it here because this is the last place I ate but I guess save the turtles. I WILL go here again and I LOVE this particular location. Very friendly and efficient staff members . Pretty good food. We got Beijing beef, teriyaki chicken and pepper-chicken with steamed & fried rice. First time eating at a Panda Express in Cali. Pretty much the same everywhere else. Notice the serving-size has decreased; usually a 2-entree plate provides me two meals.
The chicken meat was odd in the mushroom chicken kind of like rubbery and not like real chicken. It was somewhat better in the green bean chicken. The noodles were good but I like the real thin noodles better that I'm used to in southern Calif. My husband had teriyaki chicken and it didn't have any teriyaki sauce on it so he didn't care for that. We went through the drive through and they didn't offer any soy sauce or chili sauce or fortune cookies and I should have asked I guess. So I had to park the car and go in anyway. I was very hungry so at least I got full but my husband didn't eat his and he gave it to our dogs. They are it.
White rice sometimes clumps together when it's too cold. And at times, they do serve a lumped cold rice. I think food warmer box must be never turned on. I noticed that once they're out of the rice in a rice cooker to keep it warm then they get it out pre- cooked rice from the warmer box. It should be on as well though.. I found that not everyone wears the gloves, I saw only a few people would wear it and touch the food serving tools without gloves. Also, they don't wear transparent food server masks either I see them often talk to each other and customers in front of food. The place is designed for customers see everything they do therefore, they will need to be aware of that the customer might say nothing to them but watching all their moves! Today I saw a man refilling food. First, he replaced the newly cooked food in a bowl and then rested the old bowl over on newly cooked food and transferred old food over on top of newly cooked food. I felt it was disgusting. the old bowl is not cleanbut it was rested on the food the bowl must be heavy but still you just cannot do that!!!🤮 It has made me lose my appetite! So, I couldn't enjoy the food because I kept thinking about what I saw... I don't think I can eat there anymore after today. Due to poor hygiene, this franchise owner should train their employees through the health department. It is quite serious matter.

The staff were pushy, rude and with rush you as you order. The food was good but probably best to go through the drive thru if that’s any better at all. The staff just make eating here unwelcoming and uncomfortable.
Food was fresh but they seem to have "counted" every piece of meat onto my plate. No hardy portions at all. The rice is very bland and needs a makeover. The service was average.

Ordered in the drive thru & they said that they were presently out of fried rice & we'd have to go to "drive thru" parking. 2 or 3 cars parked there after us and all got their orders before us. I had to go in to ask them about our order after 20 minutes. They said they were doing it right now and went back out and waited 5 more minutes. It's not like we ordered something exotic. Why the heck do they run out of fried rice. By not planning ahead! It certainly what I call fast food!

I ordered broccoli beef and they told me it would be a wait which I was fine with but I got to the window and my food was ready I asked to make sure it was broccoli beef only to get home and see that I was scammed and given chicken and almost raw broccoli with teriyaki sauce on it. I then had to drive back and immediately the sweet young man that took my order (Kevin) knew why I was there he said I would get a refund and went to then grab Louis who was immediately rude!! I calmly explained to him the situation and he insisted that it was broccoli beef even though I was the one that knew it wasn’t beef because beef and chicken have different textures. It was at that point I asked for information on the store manager which he said he was so I asked for who was above him and his response was “no one I’m the general manager” if this is who they hire for the general manager this location will not make it. I only give 2 stars because Kevin was great

I've never felt so hurried at a restaurant. From the moment we stepped in the door its seemed they couldn't get us out fast enough. I was going to order two drinks and never even got a chance. When we went in there were no other customers in the place. We were wearing masks. I will never return to that panda again.
Idk why they stop serving all meats soooo early. I went in at 8 pm and they only had 4 options of food. Dont accept card. Food was old and super small portions. They had 3 hours till close and stop serving more than half the menu. Huge problem, manager or franchise owner should be aware.

I just got my order and it was WRONG! I'm headed to work and cannot turn back around but when a person asks for a 2 entire plate and gets the equivalent of a panda bowl there is an issue😑😤 hope you like the extra 2 bucks you made. I will never eat here again! They don't care about there customers or quality. Brocolli was still cold chowmain is burned 😤😑 they refused to give me a refund! Mind you they've only been open for 40mins everything should be fresh! NEVER EAT HERE!
I usually have a good experience here but today was terrible. I went through the drive thru. The woman who took my order sounded so rude. Her tone was impatient and she sounded as if she could care less about speaking with me. You could almost hear eye rolls in her manner of speech. I wasn't being "one of those customers"; I knew exactly what I wanted when I pulled up, didn't order anything complicated, ordered a small plate for myself only, and had a polite and friendly attitude; even with her sounding so inconvenienced with my presence. I waved off her attitude. She's probably just having a bad day? We all do. Can't say I'm perfect. She tells me the mushroom chicken would be a 6 minute wait. No biggie. Things have to be cooked sometimes. So I opt for teriyaki chicken instead. I get to the window. I don't think the young girl named Anna (her nametag) was the girl who took my order because the voice I heard at the speaker didn't really match this person. However I couldn't be positive because she literally said zero words to me my entire transaction with her. I smiled at her (forgetting I was wearing a face mask) and said "Hello how are you today?" holding out my card. SNATCH. Literally snatched it out of my hand and didn't make eye contact with me or even give me my total. I was a little confused. Asking myself what was going on with these people's day to make them so cold towards me when I'm trying to be gracious towards them for putting themselves at risk and coming to work just so we can have something to eat. I ask her "Could I please have some teriyaki sauce with it to?" She thrusts the card back in my face. She leaves. Reappears with my bag and thrusts it in my face again. I say "Thank you guys so much have a great day!" Again, no eye contact. No words. Just turns and walks off from the window. I honestly didn't even enjoy my food because I felt so horrible after this experience. I'm not going to be one of those people who say "Oh I'm never coming back here ever again" because that's stupid and of course I will. I'm not one to really write a review unless something terrible happened. I work at a fast food restaurant; I know how it can be. But one thing I don't ever do is take my bad day or personal issues out on customers. Especially ones who are genuinely trying to show that they are appreciative. It takes one bad encounter with an employee to turn the whole experience sour and unfortunately I may have had two of them during my visit today. Sad.
For the second time I want to say their service is horrible, today just got off from a productive meeting with a smile at work, I decided to take a break for lunch and went to Panda Express to get my meal, I went through the drive-through and my favorite item was going to be ready in four minutes according to the employee, I went and pay for it and I was asked to wait on the front, after 20 minutes waiting outside and seeing people in and out of the store. I decided to come in and pick up my food that was waiting on the counter. I saw that my item I ordered was almost halfway on their serving bowl. I spend another five minutes dealing with the cashier just to get my order ready to be given to me. I came out angry without any compensation for the lost time they caused me. If you go there ask if it's possible to wait for your food in the window instead of in front if you plan on going there. This method will ensure that they don't forget your order.
Horrible place. I ordered for pick up last night and woke up in the middle of the night vomiting and with extreme stomach pain. I hadn't eaten anything that day but the Panda Express, so I KNOW these people gave me food poisoning. I called to explain the situation the next morning to get a refund, and the best they said they could do is "prepare me another plate".....Why would I give you another chance to give me another disgusting plate to mess me up even more..? The manager also hung up in my face after me asking why a refund was not doable..I will be reporting this to a health inspector to see if they can get something done. Be careful when eating here.
Came back after 2 years since I moved from that area and the place was pretty decent tasting. Today, the food was stale as hell. I ordered double orange chicken and white rice plate; My go-to The rice and the chicken tasted like they have been on the heat lamp for 2+ days straight. After chewing, I had to spit it out because it was disgusting. I would not recommend this location to anyone anymore.
The other reviews are correct. This is the worst Panda location I've ever encountered. They are always out of half of their entrees due to either poor operational processes or inept inventory processes. I've also experienced recipes made incorrectly. Entrees completely lacking the usual sauce ingredients or burnt meat, vegetables. I've had fried rice that was horribly undercooked and other times horribly overcooked. This location is most convenient for me but I am starting to avoid it and frequent the location across town, which appears to have their processes much more squared away. I've learned from decades of experience that usually, if the food is noticeably bad in preparation or quality, there are probably a number of other issues, some of which can make someone very sick. I avoid this location now.
Ok, so I came here one day last year, and I was starving. I order the same thing all the time. Honey walnut prawns and mushroom chicken. Both were literally just coming off the stove, so I waited to get it fresh. Ate the food. It was good until...in the wee hours of the morning, I was hit with violent vomiting and diarrhea that lasted an entire day. I was too weak to get out of the bed, sometimes, and had to throw up in a towel. Had to call in sick. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER EAT PANDA EXPRESS AGAIN. The fact that it was freshly made and I got sick means something was seriously wrong with that food.
Waited ten minutes+ to order with no line. Drive through girl was making food for drive through ignoring everyone behind me, manager told us that we couldn't eat in the lobby because they were closing. We arrived at 830 and didn't get served until 855 with no line. Horrible experience.
First off I had to wait over 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru.when I finally got to order my food they said they were out of every single entree that I tried to order. Once I finally found something I was aloud to order I got to the window. when I finally did get my order I counted the boxes and they forgot to put my cream cheese rangoon's in the Box, when I asked for them they said they didn't have any more after I already laid for them. when I got home and opened the boxes that I did receive my entire order was wrong they gave me a bowl of rice i ordered a bowl of chowmein and they also didn't even put my large side of orange chicken that I paid for in there at all. I tried calling and no one answered to try and fix my order and it's 20 minutes away from my house so I can't go back very poor customer service waste of money. Don't go to this Panda!
Every single time I go here they are out of at least one thing I try to order. I always get some kind of attitude from the employees. I always have to ask several times for chopsticks, and they still forget.no No matter what city I go to Panda express is a disappointment. I am so done with the entire panda express chain. I won't be eating it again. You guys actually used to be good like ten years ago but obviously you have just been coasting on the orange chicken sauce for far too long Ps your orange chicken is always dryer in the center than a f****** dirt clot
IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD CAUSE THEY ARE HORRIBLE! The customer service sucks! The older ladies watch over staff like they are about to steal food and give it away. It makes for a very uncomfortable environment. The quality of food has changed. It has gone down hill. The Spring rolls and egg rolls were actually soggy (I guess they were probably cooked when they opened 😝 I came for dinner but was given something they had from brunch ..yuck) The vegetables were old and shrunken (green beans were brown) the orange chicken was like rock pieces! Basically THIS FOOD WAS NOT FRESH!!! No worries though I'll just drive to Fairfield. (Of course after I make sure the owners are NOT the same as Suisun). SMH
I wish there was zero stars. I went here at 8:45p on March 31. The lobby was closed and only the drive thru was open. As soon as I pulled up, the drive thru worker states a bunch of items not available. So I ordered was was left. When I got home, the food was cold, hard, and awful. The fried rice was actually brown rice. They never stated they were closing, but regardless. If you arrive at the McDonald's drive thru at 9:55p and they close at 10p to order 10 cheeseburgers, they will cook your 10 cheeseburgers. I dropped over $40 that night. I complain using my receipt, but had yet to hear from anyone.
Worst Panda Express ever. For the second time this week, I ask for soy sauce and they give you everything but that. If you were out just say that. Not to mention Monday they messed up my order and gave me some random food. With no intentions on replacing with order my receipt said !!! Will never eat here again.
Go to the Fairfield location! It will be worth the time! Avoid this place! From doordash order to actually going in 90% of the time I've had issues. The worst one is when they tired to give me a dish with pineapple in it. When I told the guy I'm allergic to pineapple, he just scooped the pineapple dish out and added the correct dish which is a HUGE no no for dealing with a customer with food allergies. Most of the time the meat is extremely fatty and they almost always get items wrong or completely missing items.
Marcela have a horrible customer service, she yelled at mi in the drive thru in front of the customer she was upset because I didn’t order anything because they were out of teriyaki chicken. Super rude will never go back to this location.
Food is ok....even fine....but the service stinks! There's this light skinned Filipina who is apparently the shift manager. Me being dark skinned, doesn't warrant a "hello we'll be right with you" or ANY kind of acknowledgement! Just lousy presence of a team leader as she sets the tone for everyone else. The hardest workers are the spanish girl with a cast and the dark skinned Filipina supervisor. Those two earned my 2 star rating. Everything and everyone else is subpar to below acceptable.. *Update* went in there for a last minute grab for dinner two days ago. Now the dark skinned shift manager has a greeting problem as well. So now, that subtracts my original 2 stars, to 1. Well for sure make an extra trip to the Vacaville location since this place has old stale super greens and lousy customer service. (Please remember management, a "hello" goes a long way 😉
I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews, I like to think that those places that give bad service will eventually get what they deserve. But in this case I needed to maybe do something about it... Avoid this place, the food they serve is sloppy and old. My fried rice looked like it was boiled rice with no sign of veggies. The Kung pao chicken was old and pale looking. The chow mein tasted like plastic. I seriously wanted to go back and get my money back. :(
Just about the worst Pandas I've eaten at. I basically have to fight every time I go about chili sauce. I go on and buy 1 plate and get 5 chili packets.. no problem. I go in and get 2 bigger plates and they always want to tell me that the limit is 5 chili packets. Even if 3 people are eating. Chow mein is the worst ever. More veggies than noodles. And portions are so small compared to gateway.
Rude employees not all, barely put anything in your order skimpy, only allowed to have one sauce and you can't have any if you can't teriyaki sauce if you don't buy teriyaki chicken. This is ridiculous. Will not be coming here again!
The Super Green was not fresh. Please let your customers know next time! I don’t mind waiting for fresh food! I hate to give you guys 1 star but I’m doing it so you guys learn a Lesson.
Our food was so sloppy all mixed and thrown together. My husband said its like they had pre-made the boxes and let sit. It was definitely rushed. Very disappointing 😕 I love Panda it's one of the few places that I can eat.
Food came fast and that's nice. But lazy sever didn't apply my 10% discount and still crossed out number 4 on the discount card.
For the second time I want to say their service is horrible, today just got off from a productive meeting with a smile at work, I decided to take a break for lunch and went to Panda Express to get my meal, I went through the drive-through and my favorite item was going to be ready in four minutes according to the employee, I went and pay for it and I was asked to wait on the front, after 20 minutes waiting outside and seeing people in and out of the store. I decided to come in and pick up my food that was waiting on the counter. I saw that my item I ordered was almost halfway on their serving bowl. I spend another five minutes dealing with the cashier just to get my order ready to be given to me. I came out angry without any compensation for the lost time they caused me. If you go there ask if it's possible to wait for your food in the window instead of in front if you plan on going there. This method will ensure that they don't forget your order.
Horrible place. I ordered for pick up last night and woke up in the middle of the night vomiting and with extreme stomach pain. I hadn't eaten anything that day but the Panda Express, so I KNOW these people gave me food poisoning. I called to explain the situation the next morning to get a refund, and the best they said they could do is "prepare me another plate".....Why would I give you another chance to give me another disgusting plate to mess me up even more..? The manager also hung up in my face after me asking why a refund was not doable..I will be reporting this to a health inspector to see if they can get something done. Be careful when eating here.
Came back after 2 years since I moved from that area and the place was pretty decent tasting. Today, the food was stale as hell. I ordered double orange chicken and white rice plate; My go-to The rice and the chicken tasted like they have been on the heat lamp for 2+ days straight. After chewing, I had to spit it out because it was disgusting. I would not recommend this location to anyone anymore.
