This location has to deal with a pretty funky parking lot with a really long drive thru. But they are fast. Go inside and they will treat you like a friend. Friendly.. Courteous. Conversational. Great management. Stellar employees!

Good experience yesterday. Very polite and courteous staff. My large eggnog latte with an extra shot of espresso and add whip cream extra hot with straight eggnog uncut was absolutely perfect. I was somewhat surprised and very pleased for the high price I paid. I plan to try them again in the morning. The music was too loud just like in all Starbucks. This may become my go-to Starbucks for my seasonal eggnog lattes if they continue to get it right. I don't frequent Starbucks too often mainly because the music is unbearably too loud in all their stores. Maybe giving all their stores a not-to-exceed volume would be helpful instead of letting the employees choose. I have walked out before without purchasing anything and I've asked some stores if they could turn the music down without much success. I like music too but within reason. I don't like overbearing and uncomfortable and having to talk over the music instead of the music complimenting the atmosphere.

On the off chance they’re not absolutely SWAMPED with cars, it’s always a lovely experience! Very friendly staff, full of personality and amazing customer service. Today they even put cute little stickers on our drinks, I think it was absolutely sweet addition and a lovely way to brighten our day. 10/10 (Also try out the honey citrus mint tea it’s FIRE)

Typically when we come here the service is very sub-par. Today was the exception. Mile’s customer service was great! They had a very pleasant conversation while waiting for my order to be finished. Such a refreshing experience from most time I come here. 10/10 for miles!!!! :)

I ordered a ventai iced mocha,No whipped cream at the drive through . I received a vente iced mocha with whipped cream. The girl at the window told me I was being difficult. She removed The lid and flung the whipped cream off with her finger and tried to hand it to me. I asked for my money back. She then told me if I was going to be difficult.I shouldn't come there anymore. Hahaha don't worry I won't.

It depends who is working the day you go, some of these employees do not like their job and it shows especially at the window! I get it if someone is having a bad day but it's almost everytime. I work i get tired of it sometimes but I still have to give my best everytime that's what you do in the work field. Also fix your scanner for once Starbucks 😂

3 times I have been into this location. 3 times they have messed up my order. I go in and order. The third time I was charged for a ventie and received a large. This locations employees do not pay attention and do not seem to care. As I got a casual shrug when I said something. I will not be going back there.

They Have A Hard Time Preparing Oatmeal. EVERY. Time…They’ll Give You A Box Of Dry Oats When They Dont Feel Like Reading The Instructions :)

DO NOT ORDER here ; I just got an Iced Matcha Latte and I should of said smthg right away because it looked foamy and all the ones I always get are not… literally took 5 sips max and was all Ice and foam. Wasted my money and time !

I came in around 5 am and I understand being at work super early and not being fully awake however, I went thru the drive thru and the lady who took my order was very abrasive in the way she spoke when taking me order and when taking my payment. I won’t be coming back here as the service was not what customer service should be.

The worst service I have ever experienced in Starbucks! Slow motion service. People in line but the barrista is chatting to people in front of me for several minutes. About nothing. She delayed the whole process and no sorry to anyone! Zero politeness. I was waiting for just a double espresso for 15 minutes. A person that was already there when I came to this Starbucks was waiting even longer. We were all upset. Again- the ladies didn't care at all. Never coming here again!

Staff is a literal wreck. Not appreciative of employment possibly? I dont know. But majority has a severe lack of customer service. Especially that little girl that looks like a disgruntled elf....how fitting this holiday season

Worse experience ever. Esme took my order in the drive thrue, she didn't know what she was doing. Esme did not know the menu well, my guess not enough training. When I got to the window she charged me for 3 drinks I didn't order. So, I had to order again on the window. She was not nice. She never apologized or notices her mistake. She also didn't refund my money back. Instead she gave me bad attitude and make me feel like it was my fault. Not nice

Slowest service I think I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. Even with a full staff present, we waited over 30 min for two drinks and a pastry. Another customer was waiting just as long as we did for two drip coffees, he ended up walking out. Then to top it off, I ordered double shots and received watered down, weak coffee. I usually don't write bad reviews but this was unacceptable!
