Great place with really good food I ordered the grilled chicken salad and it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Everything tasted great and was well put together. Perla was my server and she was amazing very friendly attentive, and made sure everything was perfect the whole time. Excellent service and a great experience overall. I’ll definitely be back

Elizabeth is most wonderful person we have met in a bartender. She very personable, remembers our drinks, always checking in on us is everything is ok and her personality is the greatest. I wish there were more bartenders out in other establishments like her. She is the most awesome person. When my family is here out of state this is the first they want to come to meet Elizabeth. It’s blessing to come here.

The Grub House is our favorite place to visit when in town. Their food is amazing especially the rolls. We look forward to having Elizabeth working the bar. She always takes care of us with great service and always making good recommendations on food combinations. We are disappointed when she's not working when we come in. The whole staff seem like good servers, working hard. We will always come back!

Had such a great experience here I ordered the chicken strips and they were absolutely delicious crispy on the outside tender on the inside, and full of flavor. Everything came out hot and fresh, which made it even better. Our waitress, Perla, was wonderful. She was incredibly sweet attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being overbearing. She checked in at just the right times and had a great attitude the whole visit. The combination of amazing food and excellent service really made this a standout experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

The food is always delicious! We’ve been coming here for years. Our waitress Keke was excellent! I had the fried shrimp with baked sweet potato and steamed broccoli. My husband had the grilled shrimp with a loaded baked potato. We’ll definitely be back!

Always consistently great food. This was my first time having the Salad bar. While compactl its pretty well stocked. Very comparable to larger salad bars . Lots of paintings on the wall. Just a Narrow little corner Restaurant in the old part of town. Nice out door seating. Chicken Fried Steaks are always Tender N hearty. Mashed potatoes and fried okra are great. They used to have catfish (it might be the all you can eat, I didn't ask last time i was in. Prices may seem high on the menu but trust me its worth every penny. If their super busy service may fall off a little and trust me they do get busy. It's not bad service they're just swamped. I will always go here when budget and circumstances allow.

Grated with a smile. Great service. Food was delicious. Seems to be a popular establishment with locals and tourists alike. Definitely worth checking out in my opinion.

Hunter was our server tonight & he did amazing! We were in the overflow room & he had several big tables. He was hustlin hard, taking care of everyone & was still very attentive to us. He got us all the things we asked for & we didn't have to wait on refills. He def deserves the recognition!!

My husband and I went there for the first time this past week. We did have a nice waitress who was helpful, although she was relatively busy, and that always makes for a pleasant dining experience. My husband got the grilled pork chops with steamed broccoli 🥦 and green beans. He liked the pork chops and said they had a good flavor, he also really enjoyed their green beans. He did not like their broccoli, he said that it was mushy. He would probably give his pork chops and green beans a four for his overall rating. I got the chopped steak with grilled onions, baked sweet potato, and green beans. I thought my chop steak was a very strong three, it’s hard to really enjoy one when I go out because my husband is such a great cook when it comes to things like that. I did like the baked sweet potato and wish I had gotten the toasted marshmallows with it, but I loved the honey butter that it came with and it was soft and baked well. I was not a big fan of the green beans, but I’m usually not that big of a fan of green beans and they really have to be something special for me to like them. We got 1 pound of boiled shrimp for an appetizer and I was so amazed at how many shrimp 🍤 were brought out on the plate, that was surely a plentiful appetizer. I really didn’t like them that much, I didn’t care for the spices, there seem to be a lot associated with them and they were a little tough to me, but if you’re in the mood for boiled shrimp 🍤 , it’s really a BIG plate of them. It seems to be a popular place in town and several people seem to go there. They did serve us honey 🍯 butter 🧈 with rolls and we thought thd honey butter was delicious. I would probably give them about a 3 1/2 and my husband would give them about a four. There are some things that we might order again and some things that we definitely wouldn’t order again.

The outdoor seating area at Corner Grub House was beautiful, with a fantastic view overlooking downtown Sulphur Springs. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick, and the beer was served ice cold — a great start to the evening. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite measure up. My steak, ordered medium rare, first arrived closer to medium to medium well. After sending it back, it came out medium. I also found a piece of plastic wrap in my broccoli. While the baked potato was fine, the steak’s flavor was underwhelming, especially for a filet. That said, the atmosphere and service helped make the visit enjoyable overall. With a little more consistency in the kitchen, this spot could really shine.

Don't waste your money. I wanted to like this place, but unfortunately my first impression of Sulphur Springs was met by overpriced low quality food and disappointing service. One of the main issues for me among other things is they charge $9 for all kids meals... there are several options but they are definitely heavy on the mark up, even for their regular dishes. $9 for a small plate of box macaroni and cheese and a side of oranges. $9 for a TINY cheese only quesadilla. If I added chicken to it, it would have been $14. I'm astonished. My fried chicken salad barely had any chicken in it... tiny little cubes of chicken for $15. The service was rude, unprofessional, and unaccommodating. We won't be back. I do not recommend.
