Always a pleasant experience! The staff is so friendly, the restrooms are spotless and the food is fresh and delicious! I've tried quite a bit from the large menu and am always satisfied with the quality! It's a tad pricier than other fast food joints in town but I think it's well worth it! Oh and did I forget to mention the cookies as big as your face!?! Yum.

Decent sandwiches, easy to get to, excellent staff (they check up on you occasionally to see how things were!)! Desserts were available (cookies and Cinnabon products), but our sandwiches took care of our appetite.

I can't eat schlotzsky's sandwiches anymore the bread is so hard . I ordered a turkey sandwich . I tried to take a bite and I couldn't because there was like a piece of plastic I took it to a employee and she said it was ham. No if it was ham it was plastic ham. Schlotzsky's no longer puts sesame seeds on the bread they no longer put gluten in their bread. So the bread is dry and crappy now. Their pizza bread is the same way tough and dry. No more going to schlotzsky's to get sandwiches for me. They took all the good stuff out of the bread. It used to be soft and spongy and I loved it. Who wants to eat on bread that is like eating cardboard.

Customer service is good. Food is below average. Cinnabon is absolute trash. This is the 2nd time in a row I ate a Cinnabon product and wanted to 🤢. It taste like chemicals and cough medicine.

I have been a huge fan of schlotzsky's since I worked there almost 40 years ago. It seems like things have gotten so lazy, and not just this location. As I write this, I couldn't go out to eat as we had planned for Valentines Day, because I am home sick. My husband just got back with our food, and it will not be a Happy VDay. The bread isn't even toasted as it should be. The color is white, not golden. Very sad because we live 25 minutes from there. I know how to make the bread, so I'll make my own for us next time instead of spending a fortune there. Very sad for a once fantastic company.

I stopped going there even though they got the best sandwich in town, the Deluxe. I ordered extra meat and when I got home I noticed that the first rose sandwiches had extra meat but the sandwiches in the back did not. I would recommend eating there especially if you have a lot of money, watch out! They may try to get you like they did me.

This would have been a 4 star visit except for the fact that they had just opened for the day and every single table was dirty, the area around the drinks was dirty, and the area where you put trash in the trash can was also dirty. The only way that this could happen is if it was not cleaned properly the night before. For the price you pay for sandwiches at Schlotzskys I just expect more.

Stopping in for a quick bit. This is an okay place to go. A good solid 3.9 due to good texture and taste, price, and atmosphere. This is the new calzone and chicken salad. The calzone is more of a pita. The sliced turkey and bacon came out okay, nothing to really make it memorable or stand out. The main issue is that the two meats were not layered, so you could get each in a bit. You would get a full bit of turkey or a full but of bacon. The chicken salad had nice crisp green and just a little added chicken. The taste and texture of the chicken was good, too bad there wasn't enough. If you are looking for a good sandwich, salad, or flat bread pizza this is an okay spot to stop. Enjoy the moments, cheers.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and a cinnabon center. Only one change from menu, no onions on one sandwich. Store was not busy. At the time we ordered, we were the only people there. A 3 person family came in a few minutes after we ordered. They received their food before us. The sandwich ordered without onions still had onions. The cinnabon center was an absolute mess, with no icing left and most of the cinnamon filling dripping down the side of the cup.

4 of us went just before lunch. By the afternoon we were all sick and dealing with a lot of stomach discomfort and more.

WORST Schlotzsky's we've visited in a long time. HORRIBLE Chicken Tortilla soup! It's 99% water. For almost $5.00 we expected A LOT more chicken. NOT VERY GOOD Brisketeer Mac & Cheese. Only had a sprinkling of brisket and it looked as if it had been sitting around the kitchen under a heat lamp all day. For $8.00 we expected more meat. The Beef and Bacon sandwich was GREAT...but a little pricey at $8.00 for a medium sized sandwich. ONLINE ordering is a JOKE! They wouldn't even let us pick it up at the drive-thru after having to call the order in. WTH!

Restrooms were disgusting! Toilets looked like they had not been cleaned in months! Sinks were the same. Floors looked swept and trashed emptied and that was it.
