I love this subway...the owner is awesome to her staff and it comes across in how they treat their customers. The staff is always ready and willing to satisfy the customer and make sure they have a good experience. The food is good and they make sure you get your monies worth. Ingredients are always fresh. Stopped in to get food at the industrial Blvd location in sulphur springs..was greeted by a very friendly and courteous lady by the name of Samantha..she very respectful and polite and I wish more subways have people like her..great lady

Ordered the Ultimate BMT for takeout. Favorite sub at Subway. Also love the Miss Vickies chips. Noted they carry Dr. Pepper at the soda fountain now. Love that. Was not busy, plenty parking and right beside I-30.

Let me start off by saying the employees were friendly and annoyed also by what I was disgusted with… the flies!!! They were everywhere. I saw 2 inside the bread warmer!!! I was so grossed out. One employee was batting them away from her face and several were flying around the drink station. Please have your manager of that store take care of this immediately! I work in healthcare and I will not be back there and I told coworkers.

Food was not fresh, ño lettuce, all yellow and white no green in it. Tried spinach, was wet and wilted, picked off sandwiches. Help very slow got cheese reverced on both. Got stomach problems after eating. Worst Subway ever was good before they stopped the always fresh promo.

This location has no issue with speed of service. But sometimes there is rude employees who work the window. And the ones who are not rude have been there a while! The food quality it not what you expect. This occurs one out of two visits, we’re the good is either burned, over fried or cold. This specific visit was over fried nuggets, but not all of them?? This concerns me though I’d much rather burned over undercooked.

I order everything on the app. Always put my sandwich as toasted. Even in the special instructions I ask to make sure it’s toasted. Yet every time these incompetent employees never toast it. Get your crap together

The worst subway I’ve ever been to I placed an order on the app and asked for extra definitely not extra anything and the manager was rude when we called we will never return to that location so be ware ordering from there they wanted us to drive back to fix our order we live more than 18 miles away the only reason we went to that location is because our closest location doesn’t take app orders which kinda sucks because they are are the best location closest to us and they are very nice and courteous and this location didn’t have DrPepper

Ordered 3 sandwiches 1 tuna with red onions it was the only one correct next a chicken wrap it had chicken is the best I can say about that…..the final a foot long monster no cheese very little meat 2 strands of bell pepper no sauce it said if you have a monster of an appetite this is for you….. I’m standing in the kitchen making me a fried bologna sandwich very disappointed with subway on industrial……won’t be back…….
