Never been to a bad Whataburger. This one holds up the brand standard well. Spotless, fast service, and bright, friendly staff. Do I need to mention my Sweet&Spicy was excellent? (I forgot to get spicy ketchup for my fries, though, darn it!)

This is the BEST BESTspot to pick if you want some very delicious fresh quality food. We were stranded and decided to grab brunch. Great clean and quick staff. Very helpful as well. Thanks for the awesome experience. My Fresh crispy honeybutter chicken biscuit was awesome w my very fresh delicious fries. Oooohh and that refreshing sweet sweet tea.

This was our first visit on the way to Arkansas. It's a new design. It's very well lit and clean. Upon walking in, we were greeted. We ordered and scanned the app. 8 minutes later, our food was brought to the table. All of the food items were hot 🔥. The service was great 👍 and the lobby attendant came by and asked if 2 of my family members would like a refill. We were very impressed.She did a great job. If we're back in this area again, we will definitely stop at this Whataburger

We walked in and were greeted as soon as we came to the door. Place was clean and neat. All staff members kept busy. Which is good to see. The floor was being swept, picking up what little debris there might be on the floors. We also noticed the manager coming out frequently and touching base with the people at the registers, which we thought , was very well-managed. And something that is good to see.

Everyone is so friendly. Food is hot and delicious.

This is probably the nicest whataburger I’ve been to! The inside of the restaurant was very clean, well decorated and large on the inside. Restrooms were exceptionally clean and well stocked. The staff were super friendly, and all of our food came out very hot and fresh. You could tell every single employee took pride in their job and you don’t often see that, especially in fast food. If you’re traveling down 30 east and need a pit stop, definitely stop at this location.

We travelled from NC to Sulphur Springs. We hit several Whataburgers from Georgia to Texas. None were as clean. None came close to the quality of how the food was prepared and none were as friendly. Great place to eat! Shows great management. The other restaurants didn’t seem to even care.

This has to be one of the best Whataburger's in the area. Forget the ones at the service stations because they are always a bust. This one is on top of it. Always making sure the dinning area is clean and the staff are always welcoming no matter when I come in.

They understand what kindness is all about. I love doing doordash for them I park right by the back facing mcterrible Donald's. Because they are quick it's the perfect spot to grab a bite or door dash for them or just chill there waiting for a dash because it's central They are respectful kind and helpful and friendly they make Mcterrible donalds look like a trash dump. Not familiar with this fast food Hamburger and Fries chain until I transplanted to Texas. To my surprise, quality is great, service is prompt and friendly. Have not tried every item on the menu Yet, but it's only a matter of time. Oh yeah, seating area very clean and especially the other seating area, restrooms. It all starts with the managers. I would give it 5 stars but I have to be honest, this is the best whataburger I've been to, but only during day time hours. I've gone late at night and the food is meh, and when you're charging more than most Whataburger's, i can't really excuse that. Other than that, always clean, and always friendly, and super fast service. I will warn that parking can be a hassle during a rush, but Sulphur Springs drivers seem to be generally considerate. Also, their sweet tea is amazing.

Employees are great fast service food is always fresh but for the love of all thats holy please teach your Employees how to cook bacon correctly! This location felt like it was ran by a bunch of teenagers. Teenagers that didn't care. It was kinda of a disaster just taking our order. We had to repeat x3 and it was just a #1. Staff was friendly. Store was immaculate. Burger was good, though I asked for no pickles. Only real drawback was that my fries were undercooked (practically raw).

The food that we got tasted okay but it wasn't what we ordered we were overcharged for it of course we did go through the drive thru and the speaker wasn't working well but they asked to confirm when we got up to the window and still got our order wrong! Also were very cheap on the condiments, and didn't listen to us for the ones that we asked for. We only went there because it was the only place open that late at night and if I ever go there again that will probably be the reason

Food never disappoints me, but sadly at this specific Whataburger the service was HORRID. I handed $80 dollars for my total, it was $69.87 and she put the whole amount into the register and started to walk away (told her and I got my change) then took 20 min to get the food for me to be missing a fry and 2 ranches. We purchased a Whataburger, fries and drink combo, as well as Whatawings and a second drink. I’m being generous with my rating giving the restaurant ⭐️⭐️because my husband liked the burger and we both thought the fries were good. As for the Whatawings, they were nothing more than “saucy nuggets”…VERY small (with most of them about being the size of McDonald’s nuggets) and clearly NOT worth the rather hefty price tag of $1.10 per nugget ($10.00 for an order of 9). Add to that a medium drink for $2.80 (or make it a meal for an extra $3.49, and you have a very expensive but highly unsatisfying meal. As to the quality of the nuggets themselves, the ones we ordered were drenched in a sauce similar to (but not as tasty as…and FAR more acidic than) the Panda Express orange sauce. There was so much sauce, it was all I could taste. I would have liked the dish better if I could have ordered the sauce on the side instead. Unfortunately, you can get plain nuggets with any sauce on the side EXCEPT sweet-spicy. To sum it up, the high prices and disappointing nuggets ruined the experience for us. Whataburger is no longer the great brand we remember from years ago, and I doubt we’ll return despite the free burger we earned. There are far better places to spend $12+ per meal.

If you go after dark it's a good 20 minute wait time even if you order ahead. I've been given someone else's order multiple times, fries rarely even fill the carton. I started going to a different store just to get what I ordered and in a timely matter. Daytime crew is totally different. Fast efficient and friendly-0h and correct

This is a sad day. I never ever thought I would rate Whataburger so poorly. This is about them changing their coffee. The new coffee is so strong that it gives one pains in the stomach. Because of this ridiculous change, I very seldom go to Whataburger and many of my senior friends feel the same. Change is normally good, but this change is the worst that I have ever experienced in any restaurant. Making something worse simply never makes sense. If it’s not broken, then don’t fix it.

Ordered a kids meal and asked to upsize to the 20 ounce drink and they wanted to charge me 2 extra dollars for it. At that point I might as well just order the number 7 or a full size whataburger. It's ridiculous to charge that much for an upside.

First and last visit. Burgers are salty, buns are too soft for the size of the burger and too expensive. Fries were not good. This was a waste of money and time. Idk what all the hype is about but my taste buds are still reeling from the overly salted meat and I only took a few bites...threw away the rest.

I bought 5 burgers yesterday... the meat was so thin... between 1/8th and 1/4th inch thick... it wouldn't even stay together cooked. The 5 burger meals cost $60... you would think for $60 you could at least get a decent burger
