Picked up an order of 9 tacos (18 total) and fries. Both were super stale. I guess they were sitting out for a while? I know it’s a fast food restaurant but all my tacos stale? That’s too much.

Not really my favorite chain but it was fun to try it. It was a bit dirty and the staff made some mistakes with other guests. However, they did solve it good I think and offered free cheesecake. It's ok for a quick stop but I wouldn't recommend it per se. The burger was good but not special

people working here a terrible. forgot my drink, waited for them to even realize im still in the drive thru, then forgot my straw, waited minutes again for them to even look to see im still there. Then they just stared at me blankly like THEYRE the ones pissed that I still didn't even receive these basic things?

Didn't stay for the food. The restrooms were disgusting and didnt feel right after washing my hands. This was regardless of the restrooms being locked. Also, we hate the fact that no one came to the counter to take an order and we could hear the manager making mistakes on orders.

I am uber eats driver and live next to this Jack in the box and do all the deliveries most of the time. Today nov 20st at 350am I got an order and went to pick up, I o be met by the nastiest and rudest female drive through and hence the only employee. She started scolding me about the fact that I didn’t stop at the screen before pulling to the window, and I wouldn’t mind if she was bit this rude and nasty. I had to tell her to be quiet and give me the orders because the thing I really wanted to do is throw the drink at her. It is not her country of origin or mine, we are all immigrants with English as second language even though she didn’t even speak decent English. So it’s norm to smile and act polite in this society, but this woman was demanding, rude and didn’t even use the word please. This definitely is not a job position for that lady, where she spreads her anger and ruins other’s day, that being said I am open to her apologies

Tacos - no hot sauce > EVERY TIME, unless you specifically demand it No napkins - they think we are animals (or owner is CHEAP) Coke - doesn't taste like Coke, their machine is bad Whenever they feel like it - they say systems don't work too bad we can't serve now. Franchise owner needs to be released, needs new ownership and management. UPDATE 5/23/25 - Just to affirm the terrible service and food at this location, this establishment was just shut down by the county’s public health department from May 1 through May 22, 2025 due to failing to meet health requirements. Terrible ownership and lack of standards in service, quality, and cleanliness. When you sense cheapness in small things from the owner like my review above you can almost always count on shortcuts also happening on things you don't see. They can't even get their bathrooms in order based on the inspection failure. The tacos were so damn oily like cmon other jack in the box aren't like that guessing you got a lazy crew but the manager won't do nothing

Ordered grilled chicken Caesar wraps, instead, got spicy grilled chicken wraps. They were old and cold as well as the fries. I really like the Jack in the Box menu, but it seems like a gamble with the odds against you, going here. Sometimes the food is fresh and hot, sometimes not. It seems to be a trend these days with all fast food chains. Employees get paid $20 an hour to give sub par food and customer service. SMH!

We visited Jack In The Box at 8405 Foothill in Sunland CA today, 4/12/2025. The reception was quite disarmingly UNinviting and even dissuasive. I wanted to order and pay using my EBT card, as well as take advantage of the promo for a free Jumbo Jack as advertised. I asked the woman employee to take my order directly as I have experienced a plethora of issues when paying with EBT in fast food joints that "accept EBT" via their new kiosks. She said, that will take a long wait for me to help you. More emphasis is placed on being Speedy Gonzales for the drive thru only. I guess customer service is an antiquated idea at JITB. When my food came, the burger was made incortectly, had no cheese and the "manager" just handed me a cold slice of cheese instead of actually offering to remake my food. It also was a moot point telling me to use the kiosk as they ended up having to manually take my order anyway because promos are not redeemable on their kiosks. The location is very sub par! The fries were starchy and not made as I requested either. I did not enjoy this meal at all. The service ruined it at 'hello,' or rather the lack thereof. This should be featured on Undercover Boss because it needs a major improvement.

This must the worst Customer Service I have even encountered. Been here after few times but it's incredible this place it's open. We ordered Breakfast burritos 3 hrs after they opened and they didn't have tortillas and hash brown. Well, at least say "We apologize but we don't have these items". We don't have this and that, what do you want?

I got a spicey chicken sandwich WOW TERRIBLY POOR it felt like I was biting into just the FRIED bread no chicken It felt like this poor chicken was fried at least 3 times if not five times This placed RUINED MY FAVORITE jacks spicey chicken sandwich woooooooowwwwww Rest in peace I’m sad what I just ate waste of $7 This is why I only go to pacific and Glendale jack in the box But this was the WORST jack experince I ever had after eating jack for 25 years This will def make me not crave it anymore

My family just ordered food from this location as we do often. The person working the drive thru on 09/21/23 at 1:30 PM was extremely rude, she also forgot to put BBQ sauce in our bag like we asked, and the hash browns were missing from 2 of our meals. All this and we had to sit and wait for our food for about 20 minutes. This location is often sub par, with all the food swimming in grease, but the terrible service today takes the cake. I'm honestly surprised the drive through employee didn't just tell us to go away because she didn't want to be bothered to do her job. I worked in food service for 10 years making $6.75 an hour, which is a lot less than minimum wage now, and I would have lost my job had I ever treated a customer like that.
