Great customer service, the owner was very friendly and always checking in if you had any questions. The server was also super nice. Food tasted great. I wanted some frybread and it normally only comes with Chana Bhatura on the menu, but they made it for me separately when I asked about it. And to my surprise the owner said there was no need to charge for it when we paid at the end. The frybread was super fresh and tasty, curries (butter chicken, lamb Tikka masala) were great too, and my sister loved the garlic naan. We also had the goat biryani and mix vegetable pakora. I wish the pakora was less sour, but it wasn't bad. Biryani was good too but make sure you watch out for bones, I expected this with goat. Finally, I definitely recommend ordering the mango lassi drink, super good.

I absolutely love Indian food and this is my favorite place in South Bay! I order food to-go from this place at least once a week. I love how they wrap the containers in plastic wrap so you don't have any leakage in the bag. Everything is hot when you arrive home and the taste is perfection.

It’s now called Desi Dhaba. Though online it shows open on all the days, but it was closed on Sunday. They were kind enough to me, and agreed to make parantha. As I was waiting there, there have been some others who had to go back disappointed. Restaurant needs to update its timing online asap to avoid trouble to its customers.

This place seems to be popular for buffet lunch. We ordered from the menu to try our "usual." Chicken tikka masala with rice, chicken kebab, samosa, garlic naan, kheer, chai and mango lassi. We can request mild or hot for spice level. It was fine, the kebab was a little dry since it was chicken breast, it also had a tangy flavor, perhaps lime. Service was nice and efficient. Garlic naan was a favorite especially when dipping in the chutneys and masala sauce.

Good quality buffet for $16.99 Rotis and Mango Lassi were my favorite. Starters: Samosa Chole (wish they had more) Veg. Main course: two sabzi - Paneer Kadhai, and mix veg. Rice & Dal: Pulao, and jeera rice with Tadka Daal. Dessert: Gulab Jamoon and Mango Lassi. Decent seatings (I locked my finger between the seat and chair while pulling to sit. Opportunity to maintain repairs. But the staff was kind enough to get me ice quickly) Decent restrooms.

Small place, not too spacious but have 6-7 tables outside so it's not too bad. Had lunch buffet here on a Wednesday afternoon and the restaurant was pretty crowded, understanble as it's close to many companies. Lunch buffet includes around 12 savorfy dishes, green, and 4-6 types of dessert. Food was decent. Not too salty as some Indian places, but still flavorful. Garlic wasn't too oily/greasy so it's good. The store is pretty clean and servers are attentive. The price is quite pricier compared to other places though, $13-14/person for lunch buffet.

The food was delicious. However, we were surprised when we ordered samosa chaat and it came without curd, and we were charged extra $5 when asked for it.

I have ordered food online to pick up. The restaurant is super dirty! The carpet is disgustingly dirty. The curtains to the kitchen had lots pf stains. Everywhere you could see stains. When the place is like this it means their food must be prepared in a same situation!

We love Little India's food and have been fans for years. So this review should have some weight as we have ordered from here regularly. The past month or so - the orders have been noticably skimped on quantity-wise. Example is the biryani dish used to be served in a large plastic container (and this past month or so the container has been replaced with one nearly half the original serving size). Another notice is each container of a dish like Rogan Josh or Korma came with its own package of rice to accompany it wich was a a fair pairing. Now there is only one small box of rice for two orders. It's disappointing to say the very least. The good is great but this reduction of meal per price is not the way to get or keep customers. Rice is cheap... Why reduce the amount of rice given with the order ... Same with the biryani. Will be looking for another favorite go to spot if this isn't changed. Find other ways to cut cost that don't impact the customer in this disappointing manner. If this is somehow a result of new management that's a shame...

Food at this place is below average! Was there for the first time over the weekend and was so disappointed. We ordered malai kofta, butter chicken, paneer tikka masala along with naan and rice. Server came back after 10 minutes and asked to order something else as Malai kofta wasn’t available. I asked if I can get shahi paneer, to that her reply was ‘Paneer tikka masala and Shahi paneer are pretty much the same’. That information was shocking because both are two very different dishes and are prepared in different ways. They don’t even come close. Only common thing in both dishes is Paneer. Anyway, we ordered aloo gobhi. All the dishes were so bland. Chicken in butter chicken was hard to chew, both butter chicken and paneer tikka masala had the same gravy. Aloo gobhi was so basic, nothing like restaurant style. Naan was fresh and fine. We later ordered mango lassi and chai. Both took another 20 minutes to arrive. Mango lassi was served in a plastic glass which was another disappointment and tasted sour than it should. Chai was fine. Overall the service was nice but the food was dissatisfying. Never going back!

Not sure what’s the fuss all about this place. It was probably one of the worst Indian foods I have had in South Bay. I was at a customer site around the block and noticed this place while driving. After work I stopped by for dinner. The ambiance is as terrible as Shah’s and the food is equally terrible. I ordered chicken karhai to see how it compares to one at Shah’s. That dish didn’t taste like what an authentic chicken karhai should taste like. Even the accompanying Naan was nothing to write home about. The owner/manager was yapping loudly on phone the entire 30-40 mins I was in there. Very disappointing experience and don’t plan to return.
