Love In-N-Out Burger. The facilities are cleaned. You can always customized your orders with extra lettuce and tomato. Even how well done is your fries. They will cut and wrapped your sandwich into 2 halves!! Love this place for their convenience and price too.

We came in late and the guy helping us at the register (Kenneth) was so so kind! He was patient with us as we ordered. I mentioned we were from out of state in passing as we ordered and he came up to my husband as we waited for our food and gave us some In N Out Stickers and hats. It was just a cute and sweet gesture that made our night!

Stopped in before going to church. It was early like right after opening. Burger was made flawlessly and the customers service was perfect. The joint was clean and there were tons of places to sit however they had a consistent stream of customers. If you're craving for a burger so worth it to come early before lunch rush. I got simple cheeseburger with whole grilled onion and a regular fries this time around. The fries were freshly fried and worth the extra wait. A little salt and pepper and ketchup every few bites hits the spot. They had fully stocked peppers and I took a bite and dripped the pepper juice on my burger for that extra kick. Add in some fries woth a day of ketchup and such a simple but great experience! Less than $8 since i brought my own water bottle. What a great deal as i left full and satisfied.

I've always been a fan of In-N-Out. There were many people in the drive-thru of this restaurant, but not many people dined in. I recommend dining in if people are not in a hurry. The cashier was friendly and provided quick service. Food-wise, it was as delicious as I remembered! I recommend it to everyone!

I didn’t know their is a vegetarian option In-N-Out store. If you crave quick and tasty vegetarian burger, In-N-Out is the place for you. Just tell them “Animal style grill cheese burger, No meat”. I love their fries (best when consumed in store). Don’t forget to ask for peppers on side. This is my go to midnight option when I crave for burger and fries.

I can't stop myself from continually returning here. In-N-Out is no doubt the best fast-food place I've ever been to; it's the best burger I've ever had. Despite oftentimes having long waits, In-N-Out is an incredible restaurant that everyone should drop by for a quick bite.

In N Out is a fast food staple at our home. Quick and cheap and good quality fresh clean food.

It was fun time experience to go there especially during busy hours. Food was excellent and always fresh. 10/10 I would recommend this place especially on weekends.

Came to the hospital to see a friend of ours who had to go to get an emergency procedure done. We wanted to get some food for people waiting in the waiting room, our friends and families. In-N-Out was close by so we headed there. We ended up getting enough food for 10 people and it was still less than $100. We were lucky that there were no lines, food's always fresh, for vegans a buns with no pattie, veggies and sauteed onions will hold you over. Probably California's favorite burger place.

Sometimes this is all we need, isn’t it. Not the luxury restaurant or fancy decoration. No need steak or lobster but just an In-N-Out burger with fries. The favorite burger as always have. Always linger it once hungry without any thought. And you definitely should try it. Enjoy!

Hate to review this In N Out, but necessary since it is one of the best in the south bay! Couldn't gate keep! This Sunnyvale location is one of the best. Service is great. Drive thru is definitely the most efficient. Only downside, the space isn't very big, so when drive thru does have a long line, it flows into traffic which is a bit inconvenient. Staff here is really friendly. I usually customize my burger, and they usually get it right with extra lettuce/extra onions etc. If I'm ever in the area, I will usually stop by and grab a quick burger!

It's an In-N-Out! The burger I had was great (as they always are) and the staff were incredibly friendly and hard working. The restaurant, like any In-N-Out, was incredibly crowded but was still clean and tidy. I don't know why I'm leaving a review for an In-N-Out, but if you haven't tried a burger from here do yourself a favor and stop in. They do it better than anywhere else!

As someone who is neither from the east coast or west coast, I personally believe that In-N-Out is better than Shake Shack. The burgers were fantastic! And also, the folks here are super friendly and energetic! There were a line of cars and quite a number of pple dining in but they were all smiles and working hard. Love the place and people!

Drive through wraps around the street and into traffic every time. Go inside instead, way quicker. Burgers are delicious though, so I keep coming back despite the chaos. Try the animal fries well done. Got to work to get a table during the lunch rush.

i put the whole packet of salt on my fries and i didnt get a drink so when i ate the salt on my fries it made my tongue burn :( so id probably recommend if you go to either not put the whole salt packet on your fries or maybe just get a drink. i think they give out free water so maybe ask them for that if youre not too scared. ive even heard rumors that they put a lemon in it! oo la la lemon slice how fancy! 🍔🍟🧂🍋

I usually don’t write reviews for fast food places, but I really appreciated the customer service at this In-N-Out. Davina, the cashier, was super patient with us and very friendly while taking our order. As soon as we walked in, a worker named Cameron opened the door for us, which was such a nice touch! After we sat down, he even came by to wipe our table and make sure everything was clean. Cameron went above and beyond and was attentive to our needs. It honestly made the whole experience feel so welcoming.

Atmosphere feels like fast food in the 1900s, but I wasn’t alive then, so maybe the vibes are what I imagine the 1900s are like from movies. In-N-Out is more of a comfort burger compared to Five Guys. I think Five Guys & Shake Shack are burgers I crave for their strong flavors (In-N-Out isn’t as flavorful) but if I had to eat a burger 5 days in a row, I would choose In-N-Out because it’s lighter and less oily. Of course the tradeoff is that the flavor is weaker since the burger patties are less fat-juicy, but yeah. I ate this burger Saturday night and ran 10 miles the next day. In-N-Out is a classic California staple fast food restaurant to try. Compared to most other places in the state, it's insanely affordable. A filling burger and shake is under $7, and still comes with real veggies and doesn't taste cheap. Although not the best fast food burger, it's certainly not the worst, although the fries could be better. In terms of the atmosphere, it is extremely packed even at 10:30pm on a Friday night. Due to it's price range, it's filled with lively chatter from younger people, but the large crowd also increases the wait time of your order. Overall, the staff are friendly and efficient. My friend left her phone at the counter after ordering and they were extremely cautious and secure in making sure it was actually her picking up the phone, which was well appreciated! Overall, the place has lots of seating and was worth coming back to. Just note that it's not a super vegetarian friendly place to eat at!

This particular store always have trash cans overflowing. Also I can never get hot fries, it's always just warm enough to eat a few pieces on the top, then gets cold in the half way. Anytime I ask for chopped chillis on my burger, they are always all the way on the bottom. Unevenly built burgers cause untasty food.

So i wanted so badly to try these burgers as they are broadly publiziced on social media. It was my first trip to the west coast and pretty much my only chance to try them. So we drove to one and were amazed by the amount of positive feedback and reviews it had. We went in ordered and sat down. Yes they look picture perfect however the patties themselves were rather thin and the onion took over flavour wise. Nonetheless the products used where extremely fresh (always good). Fries were not my kind of fries they were too floury for me. The one thing i did like is that in the soda bar they had lemons for one to use such a nice detail.

Very poor service. I ordered dine-in (order #92), but they kept calling up to #103 and mine was still missing. I went to the counter to ask, and they just told me that “it’ll be ready soon” and gave no explanation. Went to in-N-Out Burger for the first time on 7/19/25 at 10:50 am. I had heard about the Flying Dutchman with grilled onion burger buns and couldn’t wait to try them. Waited in line for 20 minutes to get them. When I got home, opened up the box, there were no onion buns, just the burgers. I ordered fries as well, but they tasted more like potato sticks that come in a can.. Very disappointed. Can’t believe if I wasted a meal on this place.there were 15 employees on duty and not one did any quality checking.

So, it was close to closing time when I pulled into the drive through. All the lights were on, and there were dozens of people eating inside. There were about 5 cars in front of me waiting to order. After waiting 10 minutes or so, it was my turn, and I got to the ordering area, and waited, and waited. After about 10 minutes, with no one contacting me on the intercom, I gave up and pulled forward. The car in front of me was handed their order, and the person giving out the food slid the drive through window closed and locked it. I hadn’t eaten in about 12 hours, and was looking foreword to this, and I am so pissed off. This is HORRIBLE management. I waited 20 minutes for nothing, and I got to witness the car right in front of me get their order! There are so many things they could have done to alleviate this. They could have turned off the drive through light, they could have turned off the menu light, they could have put out a traffic cone to block the drive through lane, they could have apologized to me, and explained they aren’t taking any more orders on the intercom, as they are now closed, they should have done something, instead of having me sit in silence for 10 minutes, waiting for them to take my order, not knowing what was going on. Any of these things could have, and should have been done, and I’d be fine with it, as it was close to closing time, and they have to close sometime, but making we wait 20 mins. for no good reason, with no explanation is inexcusable.

I was going to give it 3 stars however then I the ridiculous 4.6 rating. Absolutely not. It's 3 stars, not as good as the in n out in Burlingame, and definitely not better than even shake Shack. Chipotle on top.
