This place is perfect for Birthday Cakes (I have ordered multiple cakes from Paris Baguette now and I loved all of them.), Also great for a cup of coffee and snack on a winter evening!

We ordered a customized cake for our son's birthday, and we were amazed at the result. The delivery was timely, and the communication was great. We received a lot of compliments from the guests. Special thanks to Julie, who understood the requirement and made an amazing cake. The design was exactly how we were hoping, and the taste was yumm. Last but not the least, Paris Baguette never disappoints. Its our go to place for cakes and sunnyvale outlet is probably the best in the area.

I really enjoyed working with her and am so happy with how the cake turned out. I chose to decorate the cake myself, but I’m confident Jolie could handle the decoration if you prefer to bring your own.The cake was a huge hit at the party—everyone was amazed, and it received countless compliments.

As per usual, the pastries and donuts from Paris baguettes are delicious. I was surprised to find the ice coffee with milk to be sweet 😵‍💫 I had no idea that was the default.

Grand opening 12/14/2018. Pastry is same quality as other Paris Baguettes, but servers are definitely still learning the ropes. Still waiting for my coffee after 20 minutes...

Love their cakes! one place I can get my family or my friends perfect birthday cakes. I will say if their customer service was friendly I would enjoy going there much more.

Great pastries and nice atmosphere inside. We ordered a cake here for Christmas Eve and when we came back to get it, they didn't have a record of which cake I got but they were able to sort it very quickly and take care of me which I love! I only wish they had some outdoor seating available, there seems to be enough room outside for a couple of tables and chairs, maybe once the weather is a little warmer. Overall, definitely worth a stop!

The cakes looked stunning and also tasted good! So moist, not too sweet or greasy. But the customer service is just basic, without a greeting, you tell the cashier what you wanted, pay for it and that is it!

Amazing bakery. We had two cake slices strawberry soft cream and Mango Coconut. Bot of them were super delicious and moist. I am taking one star off because, strawberries from the cake were not fresh and tasted bitter on each bite. But other than that amazing. Must try

Some notes of caution and feedback to the bakery - The lower layer of our cake had a lot of food coloring which caused some issues later on. Also the flavour was pineapple coconut while we ordered mango coconut.

I stopped by today to pick up a cake — I’ve always loved their desserts and enjoy most of their cakes. However, the experience was disappointing due to the staff. Unfortunately, the service felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. It’s frustrating when great products are overshadowed by poor customer service. If someone isn’t happy in their role, it really shows — and it affects the entire experience for the customer. I hope the management can address this, as the quality of the desserts truly deserves better service to match.

I buy slices of cake here quite often but I do have to say I was in there a few days ago right after Mother's Day, I bought two slices of cake one was the chocolate with the strawberries and the other one was the coconut mango. Usually everything is so fresh both of these slices were old I couldn't even eat the mango coconut. Very disappointed. Hope it's better next time

I bought a small iced cafe mocha, the price on the board was $4.79 but I got charged $5.29. I checked my receipt after I left and it said $5.29, it was only $0.50 but felt tacky. I don't come often so perhaps they recently changed it?

I wish they had fat free milk for coffee. It would be good if someone could spend a few minutes to adjust the table legs so the tables don't wobble as much. I almost spilled coffee all over my pants when my wife sat down and leaned on the table.

The strawberry chocolate cake is okay, the chocolate chiffon was pretty smooth. However, I asked for the blueberry chiffon cake, pretty clearly, but the person at the front still gave me the wrong one. She gave me the chocolate chiffon cake instead, but I didn’t notice till I got home. Everything could have had more taste.

Paris Baguette was one of the early Korean bakery franchise in the area. I used to love it, but recently 85 degree Bakery became our go-to place. Today just reconfirm that was a good decision. Last minute decide to get a cake for birthday. After paid, I asked for a birthday cake sign since it was not pre-order. They said oh we run out of the birthday cake sign. It is difficult to imagine a big bakery like this would run out of birthday cake sign, and didn't reorder as the inventory gets low but it's fine. The tiramisu was only ok nothing special for the price, so Bye bye Paris B.

Smallest, dirtiest Paris Baguette I've been to. No soap in the bathroom and the toilet sprays water everywhere. The water tastes like blood, strong iron flavor so if your into that... The pastries are still good just limited. Go to the one by Mitsuwa, huge selection and much cleaner.

Super bummed!!!! At least you could have included knife and candles for the cake . Your team wrote a happy birthday message,could have been courteous enough to include candles atleast!!!!!!

Bought a Birthday cake (chocolate cake with fruits) from the Sunnyvale Location on Nov 29th. They gave the cake on display. All the strawberries inside the cake were spoiled and was tasting bad.

The pastries were sweet with no flavor. They never made my drink and then told me that i should have told yhem earlier that i was still waiting for it. Terrible customer service.

I’ve been coming here for the past few years to buy cakes for birthdays and holidays. However, the chocolate strawberry cake I bought this time tasted old and wasn’t fresh. I was really disappointed.

I had ordered a white chocolate steamer for my wife because she can’t have caffeine due to her health condition and if she has caffeine. When I tried to order this drink the gentleman responded with “I can make you a mocha with decaf” and I told his that decaf still has traces of caffeine in it and he seemed to understand and said he can make the drink I initially wanted, but what I got was a this thick chocolate milk drink that didn’t even taste like it had any white chocolate flavoring what so ever. A steamer is just steamed milk and if they couldn’t make the drink then I would have just said thank you and walked out.

I almost never write reviews online, but in this case, I feel obliged to warn people. I got food poisoning from this place. Yesterday around 4:30 p.m., I stopped by with my mom to pick up some pastries. How do I know it was the slice of chocolate strawberry cake? I was the only one in my family who ate it. We all shared the same food except for the cake. Thank God I didn’t share it with my 6- and 10-year-olds. I started feeling sick shortly after. At first, I was burping and it smelled like rotten eggs, which was very alarming. It’s now 4 a.m., and I’m in severe stomach pain and having diarrhea. I was already suspicious when I noticed that while one person at the counter was talking to me, another was clumsily handling things behind the counter. I don’t necessarily blame the workers since it may be store policy to sell expired food. As a regular customer, I don’t understand how this business can treat people this way. Needless to say, I will not be buying anything from this place again.
