Wow! Our whole family agrees: Best little Caesars Italian cheese bread is here, pepperoni pizza is very good too.

The pizza is great. I like the soft bread like pizza. And the tomato sauce is not overwhelming. We order take out, service is quick and easy.

I come here a lot and usually get the same thing. I've never had a bad experience here but it's usually grab pizza from portal and go. Today I had an issue with my order, my fault. I think the menu changed but I was also rushing. Jessie help me out, He gave me excellent service. The pizza I ended up with was even better pizza than I usually get! The young lady that handed me the pizza was engaging and polite. Good experience tonight all around.

Had an awesome experience here. Raphael gave some amazing customer service and I just had to give him a shout out for our hot and ready pizzas.

Ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni but it was a little undercooked in the center. Anyways I had to eat around it & still tasted good.

I'm updating my review after a couple of weeks - just couldn't resist their free crazy bread offer. This time everything was perfect - my order was ready on time, the pizza portal worked flawlessly, and the five-dollar pepperoni pizza was done to delicious perfection. Two weeks ago...The pizza was just okay - pickup was a disaster. I ordered and paid online with their app, which worked great, then went to pick it up after their estimated 20 minutes. But instead of my pizza, I found a long line of people, some saying they'd been waiting an hour, which I took as an exaggeration. Granted, it was the dinner rush hour, but still it was a lot a people, and no sign of any pizza. So I decided to go home and wait for the promised email notification, which I did receive 36 minutes after placing the order. But when I got back to the store, my name wasn't on the pizza portal screen, and neither scanning the QR code or entering the access code I'd received in the email would open the door. There was no one at the counter, and it took another five minutes to flag down someone in the kitchen to finally get my pizza. I'd have thought the pizza portal would keep the pizza hot, but it was barely warm and had dried out. The pizza portal is a great a idea that apparently needs perfection, but despite the trouble, where can you beat a large pizza for only seven dollars?

Conveniently located at the corners of Sunnyvale-Saratoga and Remington, this is extremely easy to get to from Sunnyvale, Cupertino or San Jose. The best part is ordering through its app makes everything easy, especially if you do the ordering ahead. They give you a good 10 minutes window so no need to hurry or waste time lining up for your pizzas. After it comes out of their ovens, they place your pizzas inside this see-through heated temporary hold unit, when you arrive, you just have to let in the number that the app had sent you. How convenient is that, the entire process is contactless. I picked one one pepperoni pizza this Tuesday, one of the fellows was really nice , coming out to make sure that each customer awaiting is taken care of, that was a nice touch! Believe me, not every employee is like that! In all, this is a very easy to get to Little Caesars Pizzeria, the price is nearly unbeatable,

Didn't have problems. It's better to order through the app but I called in the non busy hours (morning) and got someone to answer. Ordered ahead for a big order and it was fine.

Ordering online was simple and easy. Received my receipt via email, a code was also provided. It was my first time at this Little Ceasars. The instructions in my email stated to use the code provided to unlock my order that was in a warmer. I thought how convenient, I didnt need to bother anyone. Punched in my numbers on the key pad and the window opened where I then was able to access my order. Pizza was nice and the crazy bread was delicious. I like this location, staff are also friendly and attentive. 🍕

I just tried little caesars for the first time and I would have given 5 stars except I tried to order online and it was a horrible experience. I spent 20 minutes trying to get my order through before I gave up and had to pay more for my pizza and not get free breadsticks. Regarding the taste of the pizzas, we are pretty blown away and impressed after not expecting much! I ordered all thin crust and upgraded to extra moatbestest for only $2 and it was almost as good as Cicero's who charges twice as much! The thin crust pepperoni extra most bestest was only $6.49 online but I had to pay $7 over the phone. We also got a thin crust hawaiian and this crust supreme upgraded to extra most bestest too. My 5 large pizzas almost all with upgrades was only about $53.i will definitely be coming back!

It was a thin crust with a lot of pepperoni ... as you can see we ate it. It was YUMmy! Will get it again, as this Lil Ceasars Pizza made it exactly to my liking... well done, a little extra crisp! We will be back soon, because I'm hooked on this Thin Crust goodness! Took 1 star away because when I asked for cookies, I was given just 2 packs.😐 I love their cookies.

It's fast, it's cheap. It'll do in a pinch. But you have to eat the pizza quick before it cools off and turns to cardboard. But if you know this going into it, you don't expect high quality, and then it fulfills what you need it for, pizza in a pinch.

Very little Customer Service but the pizza tasted good for $5. The crust was very thick, almost like a pizza parlor. Had to throw away my crazy bread though, it was under cooked and flimsy.

Pizza is good. But some of the workers attitude are rude. Service is not good.

The pizzeria is very good, the problem is the manager, he doesn't organize the employees, they are always behind and there is no one in front, they always have an angry face. You know, if they want to order, it takes 10 minutes that turn into 40 minutes, all the manager's fault.

As a company, I adore Little Caesars. It is truly the pizza of the people. Cheaper than all competitors and I genuinely don't understand the hate for them. If you get your pie made fresh, it's decent quality. If you get their deep dish, it's above average quality. BUT...this location has issues with the phrase "extra sauce". Somehow they take that to mean "put less sauce than usual, actually"...Come on, fellas - it's crazy sauce - go a little crazy with it when we ask you to. Edit: After months of receiving sauce-deprived pizzas, I finally spoke up, but decided to ask for just a cup of crazy sauce instead of bothering the already busy staff to make a whole new order from scratch. Was met with a blank stare from the supervisor (I'm assuming) for 10 solid seconds before they decided to grace me with the extra sauce I'd ordered in the first place...I can only imagine what was buzzing around in their head during those 10 seconds 🤔

Didn't care for the food that I received from this Little Caesar's. Customer Service: The staff was friendly. Best Part: The pretzel crust was good. Worst Part: The pizzas were not cut right and the cheese was falling off as soon as I grab the slice. The Ultimate Supreme did not have a lot of toppings on it. The Italian Bread was dry and undercooked. I had a sore throat the day after and it was not hot at all last night so maybe it was this pizza. Return: Probably not.

I asked for half cheese and half pepperoni instead I got 70/30. Look at these slices. Looks like a little kid made my pizza.

Service was ridiculous three people to help out one person at the register. Waited in line A little over 30 minutes to be told that they can’t make no pizza for me because they close in 10 minutes. I’ll because of a customer that took them three employees to deal with one customer they all seem lost and didn’t know what to do and they still had a line inside with roughly 8 more people inside waiting. They honestly need better management in the front and in the back to keep up with orders. They are just kept walking around and arguing

I moved in 0.1 miles from this little Cesar’s and was stoked to be living near one. Unfortunately, the pizza was very disappointing. I ordered a thin crust, which was undercooked, had too much cheese, was not cut through. And for some reason it was cut into squares instead of the usual pizza slice. The cheese tasted like plastic and was too chewy. I ordered crazy bread which was under-seasoned. This location is not very good

Attention!! ****To whom it may concern, Please hire back the person whoever you fired previously. Give them a rise please! The current cook needs to be fired immediately. This is my 3rd time ordering a pepperoni pizza thinking it would change.. each time to still be disappointed in my decision at the end. The curst is thin and rock hard. The pizza taste gross, not fresh and not wroth spending 10 bucks. The poor messy presentation! Me and my family will no longer be going to this location. I'm giving this location 0 stars. I've eaten little caesars for over 20 years and this location is by far the worst one I've ever had. I cannot remember one single time where they got my order correct. Its always missing something, has something I didnt ask for or its undercooked. They have also "lost" my order more times than I can remember. I just called in a pickup order and after 30 minutes, the guy at the counter said they didn't have record of my order. Yes, I made sure it was the right location. I'm so mad that I felt compelled to leave my first ever review of a restaurant. That was my last straw, this location ain't getting anymore of my money. If you want your food to come out correct and on time, I suggest going somewhere else, worst Little Ceasars ever.

This place has been going down hill for some time. Used to be good, now, pretty bad. They rarely answer the phone or just take it off the hook so you can't call ahead. Rarely have any pizza "hot and ready." Wait time varies from 10 min. to over 20. Come prepared to stand while you wait. Used to be a very nice, responsible young man working here but he has left. Current employees, I use the term loosely, really don't seem to care and are not friendly. I wonder who owns the place, that they don't have any interest in providing a good product with good service??? I will be looking for something close to home that actually does the job well. :( I'd like to update my review of this LC's, as of 1/30/19. Seems like they have hired a more responsible crew. Service has improved a bit and they usually answer the phone now. Still very little room for those who are waiting. Two plastic chairs, so you will be standing if you wait. All-in-all I'd now give them 3.5 stars.

Employees were smoking weed outside. skinny guy ,2 tall guy , 1 with black vans huge pans, they took 1hr ,to give me my order. the only cashier which he was the only one doing his job guy (skinny tall guy ) all employees were smoking weed is was today at 4:08 June 23

Ordered online. They open at 10:30am. Stood there from 10:45-11:00 waiting outside a closed store. Left and got a notice 2 hours later my pizza was ready. Called 5x to call and just get my refund. No answer. Finally went to the store and got my refund. I know its budget pizza but the manager is really letting this store slip.

Pizza is good. Not a lot of customization available. Staff is very busy in preparing orders and not attending customers. I picked up pizza and walked back to car and realized I forgot red peppers. I went back to the counter, no one were there. The previous person who helped me was preparing something and I called him. He did see me but never cared to come and serve me. I waited for 5 mins, called him 2 to 3 times again and gave up. Strange but disappointing

We ordered two pizzas on Thursday (Nov, 9) evening and got bad food poisoning. My husband almost had to go to the doctor, it's a couple of days later and we're still not 100%. We know it's the pizza because my husband and I didn't have breakfast or lunch together, we only shared the pizza in terms of food that day and experienced the same symptoms of food poisoning. I tried contacting the management to let them know and gave up after being on hold for 15 minutes.

Pretty much the equivalent of ordering a Big Mac and two single burgers stacked on top of each other in a wrapper. Really disappointing

What a poor customer service! Absolutely no courtesy. . i will be sure to not do any more business with you and will be sure to gi above and beyond to make sure people in the neighborhood know of your poor service. Never Again !
