Great variety of tea and Neko Sama @@nekosama_ba was there selling homemade cookies and baked goods.
One of the best tea places in the south bay area, if you like lighter pure teas and milky milk teas like me. They perfectly balance the flavor of the tea, the sweetness of the sugar, and the creaminess of the milk. They also have helpful recommendations for sweetness levels. I mainly write reviews as reminders for myself of what I liked 😁 but I hope they can help you decide whether to try it or not. I had the four seasons tea (30%) with tea jelly, and the balance of the sweetness and the tea flavor was wonderful. The tea jelly is on the sweet side, so you may want to adjust the tea's sweetness level accordingly. The tea itself is not overly bitter but retains the unique taste of the four seasons tea (unlike Sunright), so you don't need to make it more sweet to compensate. It shows that they know how to brew their tea. My wife got the honey Amber oolong milk tea (50%), and the blend of the flavors was really good. Personally I would do 30% sweetness. Good to try that another time. We haven't tried their more roasted teas, so we'll have to come back again!
Delicious boba tea. I ordered the Honey Amber Milk Tea 30% sugar level with boba, not too sweet and has a nice tea flavor. Store is clean and the employees are very nice. Their drinks are non-dairy so that’s a plus! Love their cup design, very unique!
Long wait, but drinks are totally worth it. Could be because it's still soft opening and they are still optimizing their work flow. Tip: If there is a long wait time, there is a Target next door. They will text you when your order is ready. Ordered the Peach Oolong with Tea Jelly with 30% sugar, 0% sugar will probably be fine too as the toppings inside are sweet already. Thumbs up from me. Please work on reducing the wait time.
I've come a couple times during their soft opening and really like this place! Great teas, great location, and a yummy oat topping I don't see very often! Drinks: Tea tastes amazing. I like the honey amber oolong and four seasons oolong milk teas. I love the oat topping and have gotten it every time! Service: Service was friendly and super quick when I went on a Wednesday a little before 2 pm. I ordered ahead on snack pass so there was no wait to pick up. Atmosphere: The place is super clean and feels comfortable. There isn't a ton of seating so probably not the place to meet and stay to catch up with a friend, but there's a Target upstairs so that's a win! Also the perfect stop before/after a stroll at the Saturday farmer's market. Location: There's no parking immediately in front of the store so I parked in the Target garage and walked over.
Have sampled a couple of their teas - favorites are honey amber oolong milk tea, and the house special (the four seasons tea is excellent). Not normally a fruit tea gal but the peach four seasons TJ was so refreshing, you can taste its fresh, high-quality ingredients. Their seasonal specials are fun - make it a point to try them all out! Currently the mungbean smoothie is my partner’s favorite - not too sweet, it’s not caffeinated so it makes a great after-dinner treat. Parking is super easy since there’s a free parking garage around the corner. If you order on the app ahead of time, it’s quite convenient.
Hands down the best boba place in the Bay Area. Ordered the Honey Amber Oolong Milk Tea with 30% sugar level, not too sweet and can clearly taste the tea. The place has a minimalist design, similar to Apple Store / Blue Bottle, very comfy. Their House Special Milk Tea was sold out temporarily but would definitely come back to try next time.
I LOVE Teazzi!! I’ve only tried two drinks so far, the strawberry four seasons and the peach four seasons and I’m in love with both. Great flavors on both. I definitely recommend choosing the sweetness and ice levels that are marked recommended per drink :) and all their drinks are lactose free I cannot wait to try their house milk tea next 🥹 the staff is so nice, the drinks are amazing, best boba tea shop in the bay!! 💖 don’t sleep on them!!
Teazzi is my favorite boba shop in NYC and this is their first location in the Bay Area! I came twice during their soft opening all the way from SF. Drinks: 5/5 - Honey Amber Oolong Milk Tea - 5/5 Delicious and I recommend 30% sweetness for this one. - House Special Milk Tea - 5/5 Loved the oats in this one! It adds a fun texture and blends nicely with the tea. I was pretty happy with 50% sweet but would probably go lower next time. Came with boba, which was perfectly chewy and sweet. - Peach Four Seasons Tea Jelly - 5/5 This was so good!! I loved the crystal boba and the tea jelly. Very refreshing. Excited to come back and try more things on their menu. Service: 5/5 I prefer ordering at a kiosk so having multiple available was a plus, but the staff at the counter were also pretty friendly. Drinks were ready in a reasonable amount of time and Snackpass estimate was accurate. Ambiance: 5/5 Clean, minimalist, cute! Right now they have two tables so it feels more like a grab and go type of situation. They were playing Chinese pop over the speakers which was a nice touch. Lots of open space to wait for your order inside. ** Lots of parking available in garages around this shop. Perks of being in downtown Sunnyvale.
Cute, clean little tea shop with delicious customizable drinks without an overwhelming menu. Excellent and friendly service from Jackie as well!
The house special milk tea is so good! It's like a breakfast cereal and dessert boba, and IMO, it's best hot. I haven't been to another boba place that serves a tea like that, so I recommend giving it a try. There isn't a long wait time if you order from Snackpass.
One of my favorite boba shops. The boba is always q and the tea are all very flavorful.
Teazzi has probably the highest quality tea of any boba shop my husband and I have been to in the entire bay area. I love their roasted oolongs especially, you can really taste the difference between the varieties. I almost always get 0% sugar, the tea is just so good on its own. The boba is good quality but you really come here for the tea itself.
Overall a solid boba spot. Parking can be a bit difficult, but other than that, no major issues. The drinks are really good, especially their house special milk tea — it’s filling and very satisfying. It does get pretty busy on weekends, and the lines are even longer during market days, but it’s definitely worth trying. I’d come back again 👍
If you’re looking for a place that serves refreshing, delicious drinks, this spot really stands out. From fruity juices, milkshakes, smoothies, mocktails, to cold coffees, every sip is packed with flavor and freshness. The drinks are perfectly balanced — not too sweet, not too heavy — making them enjoyable for everyone.
Very minimalist tea shop oened recently in Sunnyvale downtown. White interiors, neatly set, menu with varied choices for milk and non milk teas. You can specify the sweetness percent you want, hot/warm temperatures and also the ice levels in your drink, all this is customizable. The craze is a lot for this is new, lots of orders lined up. I ordered a Honey Amber Oolong Milk tea with 30% ice and 25% sweetness. It came within 10 minutes and was just perfect for my taste buds. There is still a lot of construction going on around this place, sp park in Whole Foods lot and then its a 2 min walk.
Highly recommend ordering through snackpass to avoid waiting in line for 1hr! Recommend trying their house special milk tea made with oats, four seasons tea, and boba. I was skeptical about the oats at first but ended up loving it! Their drinks are very tea forward. If you’re looking for sweet drink, definitely recommend at least getting 70% sweet.
Vibes here are nice and not overstimulating like some boba shops can be. Tea is very high quality and refreshing after a long day of walking around the Downtown Sunnyvale area. I'll definitely be coming back again. Delicious.
I recently tried the oat latte at Teazzi and it exceeded expectations! The oat latte has a generous amount of whole oats and is great when I’m trying to avoid caffeine. I ordered it to be made with warm temperature, it was so filling that I could consider it as a tasty and warming breakfast in a cup to go in the winter time! I visited Teazzi before the grand opening and it was busy but that time waiting truly flew by because there is Target, Whole Foods, Tipsy Putt and a host of nearby restaurants to visit. This place is in a great location. I can’t wait to try all the other flavors. Highly recommended!
This milk tea place is my go to top1 now. Quote from a random person on the road who just got his milk tea and took his first sip, “dude, their strawberry and milk team is insane!” And my partner overheard and got it, he’s like “yea that person is no kidding” I tried their signature one and honey amber one, I love both. Especially the boba texture is quite different from other places, chewy but not kinda of chewy you have to chew really hard(sunright boba ) and sweet level is perfect. Last but not least, their price is still acceptable $6.75. ————————————————— Their quality definitely went downhill…just like other boba tea places in bay.
I came here for a pick me up after a long day at the convention center nearby. Apparently the milk teas here are made with non dairy creamer, while the tea lattes are made with lactose free whole milk. I prefer fresh milk, so I got the four season tea latte with taro topping. The taro was so good! While the tea latte was light and refreshing.

The best boba shop if you like oats as a topping. Or if you’ve never tried, try it! Quality is consistent and they have seasonal flavors that are usually delish!

I was excited to discover Teazzi Tea Shop in Sunnyvale, especially since it's within walking distance of the movie theater. Disclaimer: I love sneaking boba into the movies! On my first visit, I tried the House Special Milk Tea, which comes with a mix of toppings including oats. Unfortunately, you can't swap out the toppings on this one, and while I was intrigued, the chewy oats just weren't for me. It ended up ruining the drink for me. On my second visit, I stuck with the same base tea (Four Seasons Milk Tea) but customized my own toppings. This version was much more refreshing and enjoyable. More recently, I needed a non-caffeinated option and went with the Winter Melon Tea Latte. You can't adjust the sugar level or milk in this one, but I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. The flavor was delightful. I actually liked it so much that I went back the next day for another! I do wonder how much sugar is in it, but since I don't plan to visit too often, I'll just enjoy it when I do. The shop has a self-service station, and drinks come out in a reasonable time. Overall, Teazzi is a great spot to grab a refreshing tea. Just be mindful of which drinks allow customization!
Do not order the matcha here, it's rough. The milk tea with oats and the taro are both solid. The mochi waffles are a nice snack. Appreciate the big tablet self order kiosk. For now, I'd say teazzi is half a tier below heytea and a full tier below molly tea and chicha
Very tasty and authentic Taiwanese bubble tea. Really great flavor selection! I recommend the house signature oat milk tea with no ice and 30% sugar. The oats were soft with the perfect amount of chewiness and it brought a really nice earthy homey comforting taste and texture to the drink. First time having oats with boba tea and I enjoyed it! A bit pricey. Fast service. Clean minimalist aesthetic. Only 2-3 indoor tables and no designated outside seating, prepare to get to-go only or walk a few blocks to find outdoor seating.
The ruby oolong here is really great. The flight is alright. I would suggest just getting the normal flight not the milk tea one. The jasmine is also really nice. I'm not too big of a fan of the deeper roasts, too tannic. The service is pretty prompt and they aren't cheap with the matcha dip. The store itself is kept pretty clean. Plenty of parking, just not in front of the store.
Nice choice for a clean, minimalist, trustworthy local tea spot. Interior is quiet and nice for studying. The menu has most of the typical traditional tea options, and a decent decaf selection. They speciailize in oat drinks. Prices are on the higher end. Will be back to try other options.
Disclaimer I came here because of an elite event so I didn't pay for it and I haven't been back since then. There are so many new boba places and honestly other than some of the newer places in China none of the new ones in the Bay Area bring any creativity to the overall market. But then US always lag behind Asia in drink creativity so that's that. The naming of the place is somewhat clever but probably lost to anyone who doesn't read Chinese as the Chinese name is phonetically same as the last empress of China. The tea is alright but once again I believe most tea places in the Bay Area compete mostly on location rather than any innate innovation or even distinction. I wish for the best for this tea place and it's in a good location.
Ordered amber oolong tea with Oaks here , tea is strong and oaks in good texture ! I think the customer service need to Improve here . They keep skip my order number until I asked .
Came here on a Sunday and thank goodness they utilize Snackpass so that you can order ahead. It took an hour and 15 minutes for them to make our drinks so be prepared to wait during their soft opening! I got the strawberry four seasons milk tea 30% sweet and thought that it was just the right amount of sweetness. The boba had pretty good texture, but in my opinion tp tea is still supreme!
Ordered “house special milk tea” during the 1+1 promotion, thought it was going to be regular milk tea from the name. No! There were oats in it 😭??? I guess it’s my fault not reading the ingredients carefully. The tea and boba were yummy so 4 stars but the oats were so unexpected and they don’t really go well… Felt like having a breakfast oatmeal, not a boba. Eventually I strained out oats and re-added bobas manually lmfao
Teazzi has a great variety of teas that most other boba places don’t have (total of 5 different tea types). The cup designs were noteworthy and the store has a modern design with a contrast of dark blue and white colors which I thought looked excellent. However, there is not a lot of indoor seating. Location / Parking: Sparse parking on the street in front of the store, so I recommend parking in the Target parking lot and walking over to Teazzi (1-2 minute walk) Service: Very quick service for the number of orders they get! I went in and waited about 5-10 minutes for my drink with many other orders ahead of me. THEY ALSO HAVE STICKERS! Drinks (All of them at 30% sweetness, lactose free milk, all come in ONE SIZE) Pricing: most drinks average around $6.50 - $7.75 which is average nowadays but slightly a reach in my opinion for the quality of some of the drinks. Honey Amber Oolong Milk Tea ($6.75): By far the best drink in my opinion. The noteworthy tea flavor with subtle sweetness from the honey enticed and kept me sipping it until the last drop. Four Seasons Oolong Milk Tea ($6.25): The tea flavor was very subtle and left me thinking I was drinking milk and sugar. Would recommend only to those that don’t like strong tea flavor, and to increase sugar level. Golden Barley Black Milk Tea ($5.10 using their spring promotion): A spring seasonal drink, this drink is quintessential for those that prefer tea with a grainy and rice-like flavor. Honey Fragrant Black Milk Tea ($6.25): Was not a fan because there minimal tea flavor because the honey was the most prominent taste.
The strawberry four seasons milk tea leans more toward a light, fruity profile—with only a faint hint of tea. It tastes more like a juice blend than a traditional milk tea, so it may not be the best pick if you’re looking for a stronger tea flavor. The Shizuoka matcha is mild as well, with a somewhat dull color and a grainy texture. It has a strong bitterness and a watery soybean-like tea flavor that overshadows the matcha. That said, the overall presentation is great—the cups have a clean, modern, and well-built design that’s really eye-catching. The interior of the shop is bright, well-lit, and clean, making it an inviting place to sit and enjoy your drink.

Hit or miss, the house drink is good but today I got normal black tea and it is crazy strong/bitter. 30% sugar level tastes like -200%. And they’re leaving Snackpass :(

Too bad the quality of drinks drastically degraded after a few months of opening. Bought a house special milk tea but the oats grain are dry and undercooked. Boba was sticked together into a huge chunk that won’t separate(see photo). I drink it and found these after 20 minutes after it was made in the store. Please bring back the original quality.
I ordered with boba that comes as extra costs but there were nothing in it? What’s going on with the staff? Do you guys even have moral standards towards customers? That’s blatant steal!
Ordered a four season oolong milk tea. Extremely watered down, barely tasted anything. Just iced flavor water. We came here more than 10 times. This never happened before. Not sure what happened. Even after we request for improvement, the drink still tastes like water. Could be too much melted ice. This is quite disappointing.
I swear this is the worse milk tea I have ever tasted. The milk tea doesn’t taste like milk or tea. Tasted like water added powered tea. And the tofu pudding tasted like nothing either. 8 dollars for a cup and for the first time, I throw the whole cup away right after I tasted it. Awful.
I got the matcha milktea and amber oolong milktea and its very watered down. I can barely taste the flavor of matcha and oolong. The boba is very mid as well. Would not come back
It used to taste good. I ordered one today cause I was nearby, but this one was totally disappointing. It tasted just like water. I can make better milk tea with tea bag and normal milk. And it cost 8 dollar. Not worth it

I ordered four seasons 30% sweet with boba. I can only hope they gave me someone else's drink. It tastes like a dark roasted bitter genmaicha with 130% sugar. I can only hope this is their deep roast, and full sugar. Weirdly it doesn't have much tea taste perhaps overwhelmed by the bitter roast taste. Certainly not a light fruity tea I wanted. I guess the boba part is ok. So if this is their four seasons oolong then it's really nasty. Very disappointed. It was my first time here so not sure if they have good tea or not..but I don't think I'll waste another 7 bucks to find out.
