“Home of the $5 hot-and-ready classic pizza.” I want mine with stuffed crust and extra mozzarella. The bacon-wrapped deep, deep dish is so tempting. Whenever I’m conscious about my calorie intake, this doesn’t fail to give me a hard time. Then I use the app to to purchase pizza and get a free 2L Mountain Dew (code FREE2L1). Endless calories counting, but at least I get to have a satisfied tummy. The best part is the convenience of ordering online and picking up at the Pizza Portal. No long queues, no wait time, and I can have the quickest meal or snack. Admittedly, all of us in the family are pizza monsters. And we love Little Ceasars. It’s affordable, offers quick service, and meals are hot-and-ready, For my little one, Little Caesars is the only pizza chain she is familiar with. Whenever we pass by this branch in Polk Street, I will be forced to pull over when she sees the logo, and wouldn’t stop chanting, “Pizza, pizza!” It’s as if she is always wanting to have a pizza party, the way they occasionally do in preschool.

I just had to completely delete my old review because my next experience trumped everything! I called to see if they would give me a new pizza and without even asking any questions they agreed. When I got in they did verify my photos but the rapid response and the “no problem” demeanor was impressive! Then I had a chance to meet with the store manager, Miguel. This gentlemen is possibly one of the best leaders I have ever seen. Hi is very intelligent, eloquent and knowledgeable with his product and brand. He troubleshoots and solves problems quickly and without any hesitation. A few days later I went in to grab a pizza and I saw Miguel, not in his office but in the assembly line coaching and mentoring his team. This guy is an up-and-commer and I am so impressed and proud to have such great leaders coming out of Sylmar! This gentlemen will go places fast. I had a chance to interact with the team members as well and they are all super dedicated and loyal to Miguel. His assistant is like the “sheriff” and does a great job of managing the stores operations; it’s very obvious. The issue with this location is not any fault of anyone person. It’s just the demand that you have in the booming Sylmar economy. The store is busy so order ahead, use DoorDash or whatever you need to. Just know this place is usually jam packed with people and especially after school as there are 2 schools near the location with hungry kids filling the place up for takeout pizza. Parking is also tough to nearly impossible sometimes. Just be patient. Still, these are all great problems to have. Great job to the team in Sylmar you all deserve an award for what you do!

Pizza is great like always. Down side is the parking lot is tiny the inside of L.C.'s is tiny also and the $5 classics i always have to wait for. The wait use worth all those hassles

I love little Ceasars, I just don't like the wait times. I used to use the little Ceasars app, but the app doesn't give you the option to get lite sauce or no sauce or even a box for special instructions.

It's Lil Ceasars. This one bakes good amd the staff if nice. Had to wait 15 min for 2 pep 2 cheese, but it's ok they were really busy. I went next door and got some donuts. Pizzas were straight out of the oven.

It's bin always good service and it's nice if you have time to eat there. Just need to make there pizza 🍕 feel like it's all there not well made just by looking at the pizza you can see it's missing more cheese more pepperoni there is parts of the pizza with only tomato sauce on it .

Nearest other Little Caesars is on Workman St. In San Fernando adjacent to the Vallarta Supermarket where they have plenty parking space. This one not so much. Food was Excellent & Fresh, although small inside not Too many people allowed at once because of Covid-19. Waiting outside outside is most convenient for special orders.

Little caesar's is a good pizza place for cheap pizza, but there is a down side, the quality of the food is at a ok. If you have never eaten other pizzas for other places then you would never see that there is a huge difference between a $5 and a $7 pizza.

Quick service. Ordered sausage and they made it fresh. Only complaint is maybe they were moving too quickly and didn't put enough cheese on the pizza. Can't go wrong with the Little Caeser Price.

My experience coming to this Little Caesars Pizza is first things first, parking sucks here. You can't find any parking and getting out of your parking space is ridiculous and Little Caesars was packed inside as usual and it was 91° outside so it was hot inside the establishment. The only reason why I come to this Little Caesars is coz its cloae to the house and because my son was craving pizza.

Parking lot is too small, store looks a bit beat up and run down, drink fridge was broken on my last visit so my soda was room temp. Other than all that, the pizza was great!

Usually I love going here. But the last time my boyfriend and I went, we got a pretzel pizza. And it was TERRIBLE. I've never had such a salty and pizza with no sauce like this ever. My opinion , male employee rushed us out the door an knew he was given us the wrong pizza. We ordered just cheese, he gave us pepperoni. My daughter, husband an myself cant eat pepperoni.

This spot has horrible parking. I go here because it is the only one within a 5-mile radius of where I live. There are about 15 stores and there are only about 20 parking spaces. They never have any hot and ready pizza's. They request for the extramostbestest to be ready because those cost more money and people want to be in and out so they will spend the extra money. I could not believe that they would literaly call out for the employees in the back to prepare the extramostbestest, instead of preparing the hot and ready, when 10 people came in asking for regular pepperoni pizza's.

The kids running the place lost my online order that I really needed on time. They were friendly but not professional and offered no apology. I'm standing here writing this at 548 pm. I received notice the order was ready at 520.

I have gone here for years, has its ups and downs in service. Today I was rushed and my questions on the menu were not answered. The girls in the front were unprofessional in front of customers arguing what has been in the oven and what had been out, at the end of the order the girl cashier was just rude. It's my local Cesar place so I will return in hopes this establishment gets better.

Not just that, but they gave a man a pizza labeled pepperoni and he came back because inside it was hawaiian not pepperoni. They need better customer service and training. To work more organized and efficiently to reduce mistakes. I would have asked for a refund however given that we had already waited over 20 minutes, I was not going to waste my time for nothing. We ordered extra most bestest pizza btw. I don't feel like one of them was made that way. But whatever. Also the fridge doesn't work, the soda was room temperature. Whoever is managing this store needs to look at all the negative reviews this place has and make some changes!

Rude staff half the time but hey what do you expect for a 5 dollar box of pizza. I got the extra most bestest. It was stale and as you can see they missed a whole section of the pizza. But hey, what do you expect for a cheap pizza.

My recent experience was extremely disappointed, I usually do not have an issue at the location however I had to wait for over forty minutes for my order and when I asked the as to the reason why my order had taken so long the only response I was given was that I had to wait for the crazy bread to be ready. Which was completely undercooked and I did not even eat a completely disatisfied at a location that is usually ok with service I suppose because the manager had left when I got there the employees are unavailable to give an answer without giving an attitude at the same time. lf I could have spoken to a manager to address the situation I'm sure the issue would have been taken care of on the spot.

Good Prices but HORRIBLE service! You get what you pay at Little Caesars -- low prices, low quality The times that I go, they always mess up the order. They either forget what I ordered within seconds or they give the completely wrong order (a regular pizza when ordered a deep dish for example). What makes this worse is that even with their new bar code system to check for accuracy... it DOESN'T work. Employees are always incompetent. They are never trained correctly and never know how to give the correct change or know how to use the card reader - c'mon, they're on their phones the entire time, even when they're taking your order.

They all look lost and they're all just playing around in the back yet they have me waiting for an hour for 2 pizzas for an online order I put in almost hour and half ago they said I was in the wrong when they handed me the wrong pizza so now I have to wait even longer for them won't even compensate the time they have me waiting here

DON’T EAT HERE!!! It’s no good anymore!!! I made a door dash order from this location and it was the worst pizza I’ve ever PAID FOR! There wasn’t ANY PIZZA SAUCE NOR CHEESE?! And they cooked it for so long that it burned to the point where it cracked like a tostada…It’s like they didn’t even care. This place used to be really good in quality now it’s trash 🗑️. Don’t spend your hard earned money here!!!

Hot an ready pizzas are never ready. They say 10 minutes if you place your order and you end up waiting 30 minutes. And their customer service is the worse. I have given this place way to many chances and each time is the same thing. Last straw was when I had to experience their customer service. They don't care to improve

Bad customer service here. They tell you a certain order time and they end up taking forever. Happen to me more than 2 times already. Never coming back here again. P.S the cashier Celina and the person in charge today are very rude.

Wait about 20 minutes for them to answer the phone and nothing....tried calling back multiple times within 10 minutes and still nothing. The phone just rings rings rings and rings nobody picks up the phone. Finally I drove to the store and just tried to call with the phone in my pocket and when I went into the store the phone just rang nonstop. I wonder how many other people weren't able to get through since nobody bothered to care.

The pretzel crust with cheese sauce, it's very salty, I couldn't even finish a piece without grains of salt in my mouth. Also my kids said they have never tried anything so salty in their life. Horrible

This place is horrible. Ive been here twice recently and the first time the guy gaking my order was rude and snappy. I come by again about 2 weeks later, today, and theres a big black hair in one of my pizzas. The place must be struggling or something considering they just hire anyone.

Worst customer service especially coming from a manager rolling her eyes at people and said she can speak how ever she wants to people. Once you tell her to not talk to us like that. She says she doesn't care unfortunately don't have her name but happend on sunday the 9th between 630pm and 645pm. Also when I asked for corporate number she refuse to give it. I had to ask another employee to give it to me and he said I'll ask the jefa again. So then another employee came out and gave it to me but gave me a totally wrong number.

I pre ordered my pizza over phone. I was told 35 minutes. I showed up wasn't ready. I saw a guy/maybe manager counting pennies then,nickels then quarters full hands on. I kept an eye on him he went from register to making pizzas not washing his hands. I asked for a refund he said my pizzas were ready. I told him that I didn't want a refund cause of the time. It was cause of what I saw him not washing his hands after handling the money. He was quick to get me out gave me a refund. Just posting this incase anyone gets sick. Tonight. Cook at home people these people obviously don't care about us..FYI People stay off your phones and be aware of your surroundings!!
