Ward “Tell it like it is” Z

For those who know and live in this part of the North East part of San Fernando Valley, know how ACTIVELY BUSY the intersection of Foothill Blvd. and Hubbard Street is. And let's not forget the add'l traffic coming off the 210 fwy. Having said that, this Jack in the Box gets high marks for efficiency based on the high traffic flow of where it's located. The staff was courteous and granted my custom requests for the deluxe fish combos( it's a Friday Lent commitment) that were well prepared and gave me extra 🍅 at no add'l charge. The two tacos were also well fried and not over cooked; I've had over cooked fried items and it's frustrating to find out when you get home. In summary, the fast food was acceptable. I'd like to point out their efficiency getting me in n out of the drive thru and no matter how busy during my visits, they remain willing w/ bubbly attitudes to accommodate you and for the most part, get my orders correct ( I still ask if my order is double checked). A shout-out to the young lady cashier planning on becoming a surgeon. Lady B, don't let any body tell you you can't do it! You have my full support; we need more higher education/ achievers in our brown 🤎 culture! Much love my brothers and sisters. Abrazos!

This was the only place besides yum yum donuts that was open late/24hours. Driver's trying to enter the drive through from 3 directions, a little frustrating when pulling in the drive way from San Fernando Rd entrance with cars not leaving enough room for others to drive in to make a u turn in the parking lot to get in the line that was moving slow this particular night. I ordered the new chicken wings. They were slightly under cooked. I needed to finish cooking them before eating.

The place is okay the tables aren't really wiped down the food is always good I don't really have much to complain about that there's no kids area and for some reason in the parking structure outside you could only be parked outside even if you are a customer ridiculous but rules are rules I guess

I went in thru drive thru early morning they took my order no one was in line the food took 15 min but the quality was bad. To start off there was no medium or large drink so they gave me a small drink but the drink was mostly carbonated water no syrup. The French Fries were cold, and stale. Overall very disappointing service keeps going down

Terrible service!! Didn’t get any service at all. Arrived and had to wait for a while only to be told to use the kiosk to order. The atmosphere was terrible, you can here work gossip that felt like it was the reason why customers service was not existent. Had to drive to a different Jack. Not to mention it felt like a walk-in refrigerator as soon as you walked it.

So i didnt finish my drink cause i forgot to and out of curiosity i looked at my sprite and there was a thin dark hair in there. I had not opened it previously so i drank sprite with an employees hair in there

there was only a few customers, i was waiting for order got side tracked i didn’t realized it had been past 30 minutes until new customers ordering then getting theyre orders, i went to ask them and turns out they had made half the order and had put it so the side. they told me the order was almost done, i told to give me my refund, after i got my refund back they gave me the burger and they had barely made which they didn’t because it was almost cold.

I just ordered at 4:45 am June 2,2025. I asked for no lettuce on my tacos and there was no one in line and was given attitudes and I ordered a large drink and they said they were out of all drinks except medium. I proceded to order a chicken sandwich and they said they were out of those and I ordered a burger instead. When I pulled up to the window the guy took off with my credit card for a long time and I heard laughing and when he returned after almost 8 minutes I was never given a receipt. The worst part is as I drove onto the freeway I realized I was given old cold tacos with lettuce inside. The question is if someone hates their job this much and think they can get away with it by not handing receipts why do they work there? Why can’t they do their job right? Why can’t they make orders properly. There was no one else in line. Thanks for ruining my day.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. The staff is normally nice and friendly. HOWEVER, Last night my partner and we were craving Jack at 3am. We drove to go get some and ordered our food through the drive through. To begin with, the overnight manager was EXTREMELY rude from the very start. We didn’t know what we wanted and she kept rushing us (keep in mind that we were the only ones in the drive thru). We then ordered our food and pulled up to the window to pay. I asked the manager nicely if I may please have some ranch and she didn’t say anything. I assumed she didn’t hear me so I asked again. She then rudely said “I heard you”. I told her she didn’t need to be rude. She then proceeded to curse at me and my partner. Immediately after that she then threw our bags of food into the car, shut the drive thru window on us, and then proceeded to flip both middle fingers at us. This has been such a terrible experience and because of her attitude and lack of service I am now choosing to NEVER eat at this location ever again.

I just would like to say that on Friday about 8:30 pm, the scary looking girl that took my order was rude as hell, trying to rush me while ordering my food. Hence, I ordered an Egg roll along with a salad, and upon arriving at the window to receive my food, I asked her if I can get a sweet and sour sauce. The girl is either really dumb or did it on purpose and gives me Hot taco sauce, like really? Egg roll is not a taco Lol. Then she had the nerve to tell me “ oh enjoy your night” Of course I’m gonna have a good night, and I have the best life with a great career!! Lol . Nothing worst than being dumb, looking like an ugly CLOWN, and working at Jack in the Box. Just had to say it because this girl looks pathetic and obviously enjoys treating customers however she feels like it, and definitely lacks people skills.
