There was a snowstorm in Syracuse (which apparently is not uncommon) We stumbled in looking for heat, and we were pleasantly surprised. Food was great, met the owner who was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent Food and Service! We have dined many times and tried steak, stuffed pepper (my fav), pork loin and several other things and they have all been excellent. The waiter even remembers us from one dinner to the next, which is months apart. I would recommend this to anyone wanting an excellent meal.

I ordered the keto bacon cheese burger to go. It was the best burger I have had in a long time. The beef was good quality, and cooked to a medium. The bacon mashed cauliflower was delicious.

My mother and I went there for lunch and we were very impressed. There are a bunch of keto options. The crab cakes were amazing as well as the Keto burger. I highly recommend the food here. Especially if you are living a Keto lifestyle.

First time there. The restaurant is not open for lunch on Saturday's but they opened for 8 of us for our special occasion. Food was excellent!!! But the decor was exquisite. So i just had dinner with my wife it was our first time there, at Dolce vita the food was perfect in every way, i mean portions are small but hey keto is about flavor i loved every bite well worth the 50 bucks i spent will return many times more to come.

I highly recommend Dolce Vita as a must visit place! The atmosphere (ambiance) is very comfortable. The owner/hostest with the mostest (lol), Antonietta, is a sweetheart and is very outgoing (accommodating, entertaining). The bartenders, Nicole and Xavier are both fantastic (very polite and outgoing)!!! And lastly, you'll love the food. 😎

Great food, including a full keto menu, INCLUDING DESSERT. Possibly the best Malbec I've ever had, a delicious spaghetti dish with zoodles instead of pasta, and a Snickers cheesecake. My father-in-law wolfed down his spaghetti and meatballs. (The meatballs were actually strips of beef wrapped around cheese.)

I was traveling here from out of the area and had never been here before. I stopped in on one of their opening nights after the Covid restrictions were lifted. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The food was spectacular. I was excited to see Keto options on the menu, and my taste buds were definitely happy!

I need to premise this by saying I have only had food off of the keto menu. With that said, it was great! It's nice to have a keto-friendly restaurant in Syracuse. I have tried their burger and calzone which both were very good. I also had them make a keto cake for my fiancee's birthday. It was very dense and heavy but you can't expect it to be airy like a regular cake. We had the all vanilla cake, vanilla cake with vanilla frosting. It had a hint of lemon. It was much better than expected! I definitely recommend visiting if you're on a keto diet.

We were recommended to this place by a nutritionist because it is the only (as of our visit) restaurant to feature a keto friendly menu. With 2 adults and a teenager, we sampled many if the keto options on the menu. The food was fantastic and delicious. They have a complete keto menu with plenty of options for everyone. They also offer traditional menu items as well. We also had the opportunity to meet the owner, and were pleased to find out she is also on the keto diet. She plans on many more keto items for the menu soon. We will most certainly be back, as this is a perfect dining option for those eating keto. Thank you!

Diverted from our trip to stop in and sample keto dishes, everything was amazing from food to staff. The owner even stopped by our table to say hi and ask how our keto life was going. Great place, great entree’s and tacos 🌮 were amazing. Also try their white cake (keto)!

So far we've tried these keto treats: cauliflower encrusted pork, cran cakes, tacos, this delicious chicken sandwich that is far more exciting than I expected, as well as snickers and almond joy cheesecakes. Everything tasted awesome and the owner was really kind.

Great atmosphere and wonderful food for the keto conscious. The cajun chicken zoodle were nice and spicy with good portion size. The turkey club with mashed cauliflower was spot on. The dessert consisted of a mousse like cheesecake with the right amount of flavors and a creamy texture. If you want a wonderful dining experience with the ability to stay keto this is the place.

Amazing. I can’t even explain how great the food and drinks were. Definitely found my new favorite place in Syracuse and I feel like my husband and I are always new places but this is seriously top notch. My chorus of 25 ladies were competing in a Sweet Adeline Contest all day, then were performing again in the evening so we needed a good, healthy, fast dinner! To top that we were staying at the Crowne Plaza which is fairly isolated & we did not want to have to drive anywhere! I discovered Dolce Vita & contacted them about the size of our group & restricted timing. Antoinette was amazingly helpful! Not only did they have enough seats for us, at the time we needed, but she modified her menu to ensure she would have enough of everything! She sent us the menu so the gals could choose ahead of time (& choose something from the full menu if needed!). We were welcomed like royalty & served delicious dinners & desserts, with prompt & friendly service! If I'm ever in Syracuse again, Dolce Vita will be my go-to place, for sure!

Keto menu! What more can i sa?. There are not many places around here that cater to this lifestyle, and the owner has done a magnificent job. The food was delicious and there are quite a few options on the menu. The desserts were out of this world! The owner came over and talked to us for quite some time and made our experience even better. We cannot wait to return.

I had the chicken, bacon, ranch & it was delicious! I also had the strawberry cake & the chocolate caramel cake, both yummy & moist (unlike many gf desserts). I came here when it was rented out for a painting party event and had a wonderful experience. Staff was great to work with and they even created a new menu that night with the party theme. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but it’s downtown, so it’s not as if the restaurant has any control over that. Will definitely be coming back regularly.

We came for the gluten free pizza. I had the personal size meat eaters gluten free pizza. The Crust was thin so it folded in the middle when I picked it up but it was so good I didn't care. My husband had the 3 cheese linguini which he enjoyed.

I ordered from here twice. Consistently good food. The people who took my orders both times were super sweet. The keto gluten free cake was incredible, better than regular cake. These burgers are delicious as well... The headless horseman was my favorite, but I like their house burger as well... The one time it took a little longer to deliver to us was probably because everyone got their stimulus checks and it was super busy that night... I can forgive that. Great job!

Our group did a Happy Hour deal at Dolce Vita and it was exactly what we were looking for! The drink menu is super fun, plus plenty of wine, beer, and liquor options. And the apps were fantastic!!! The location is so convenient- we work right up the hill at Upstate and there's a parking lot so we don't have to bother with that stress like downtown! We're looking forward to going back!

Stopped in for a bite to eat while at a conference down the street for work. We were happily greeted by the staff and escorted to a nice table. The atmosphere is very clean, with nice décor. The menu had a great selection that it was tough to choose an entre! I took the recommendation of the waitress and tried the Chicken Marsala --- it was melt-in-your-mouth good! My coworker got the Dolce Burger which she stated was "awesome", which a nice crisp bun, melted cheese - it looked and smelled delicious! I would stop back the next time in Syracuse!

One of the only places you can eat while cutting out carbs without having to cut your cravings. They offer delectable Keto meals that will make sure you don’t miss all those pesky insulin driving devils. The best thing is that they post the macros of each of said meals, which made me feel guilt free eating here. They do have a rather large menu which also your more traditional items not based around the Keto diet. The food is delicious, ESPECIALLY their Keto cheesecake. If you need a place to go out to, but are afraid of hurting your diet then look no further!

The food was good for this Friday lunch. The Caesar salad with shrimp was tasty. The shrimp were perfectly cooked. The dressing was a bit too salty. When the salad arrived with an ingredient that we had asked to hold, the waitress apologized and offered to replace it.

My first visit to Dolce Vita. Service was 5 stars. The staff friendly and knowledgeable. Food came out very quickly. My son gave is burger a 5+ Stars. I had the Keto pretzel which was amazing. Really was a great start to my meal. I had the Asiago peppered Steak. It was cooked perfectly. It had a little more animal fat on it that I like and it was very thin cut of meat. I did not ask but it did taste like conventional steak. I eat my meats Organic and ensure I get grass fed, grass finished meats. The veg was cooked perfectly, not over cooked still had the firm texture of the actual and the cauliflower mash was very tasty, I prefer a little less lumps, my personal taste. We finished with the Snickers Cheesecake. It was very delicious. I did miss the firm texture that you get with a real Cheesecake. It was more of a mouse consistency. Overall I really enjoyed my meal. I do plan to try other items on their keto menu. As the only true place in Syracuse to offer specific Keto options it was well worth the night out with my son. I recommend them to anyone doing Keto or low glycemic lifestyles.

Originally, I thought this was a dine in place. I guess I was misled by the website and did not understand it properly. We ordered through the pizza side and waited there for our food (we ordered to go). The wait was not long at all. The menu that was available in the store was different from the menu online. There were still plenty of items to choose from and we were happy with our choices. I got the broccoli and chicken Alfredo, garlic knots, a side salad. My fiancee had garlic parm boneless wings and a chicken quesidilla. We also got the peanutbutter vanilla cupcakes, the frosting was heavenly! We ate dinner and had plenty of leftovers for the following day. Overall this was a great little place for take out while we were in the area.

Went in for lunch. The lack of parking can be a challenge if the street parking has been taken. The decor is charming with Christmas lights dotting the ceiling. The food is a little pricey for lunch but it was tasty so we thought it was worth it. They do online ordering through Grub Hub which is always a plus.

I never give bad reviews, because it's bad for business. However, my stay in Syracuse was great until I decided to go to an Italian restaurant and tried this place. The bruschetta was on stale bread, the chicken marsala sauce tasted like sweet soy sauce and the spaghetti was over cooked. I couldn't eat it. I'm a firm believer of never wasting food but I couldn't fathom the thought of eating this meal. Although my untouched meal was comped, I hope the cooks can take this review into consideration on Hope's of changing their menu or making some changes. Best of luck guys. I really do not wish bad upon you, just some insight!

The service was nice but there is just something missing from the food to give it that wow factor. I was hoping for more flavor all in all it was a nice restaurant little small but friendly atmosphere. Even the soda seemed lacking in flavor.

Garlic parmesan wings were good but the keto pizza sucked. We ordered the vegetarian but there was no sauce on it and was missing half the veggies.

The facility is a bit dark for lunch but it's kind of to be expected for a building sharing brick and mortar walls. It's not appreciated, but it is understood. Well decorated with twinkly lights making it more charming than dank. I am giving the facility a 3-star because of the quality of the food & service. The gal who waited on us during lunch was not on par. She didn't chat with us, especially since we are not being from the area we could've asked about the location. Also I was going to the hospital which was absolutely nerve-wrecking so a chat would've helped. She also didn't make sure our order was done correctly - & we were the only other table there other than another table: party of 3 older people which were done with their service & just talking so it should NOT have been hard to service ONE TABLE OF TWO PEOPLE! She was more interested in her co-workers sitting at the bar during break. The cleanliness was ok. Apparently the bathrooms were decent in size. I think there are WAYYYY too many tables in there to be comfortable so I would NEVER return for the busy crowd. It was hard sitting, nearly, on top of the next table even though there was nobody seated there. I may return if I wanted a great tasting food but not for service. I go to eat for 2 reasons: 1. good food / not having to do dishes, 2. Chatting. I always give at least 18% for ok service. 20% for great service. She got 15 % I believe. If she had chatted with us, this restaurant would receive 5-stars. Too bad they didn't hire a great wait staff. I would NEVER return for service - only the good food -- IF I returned to the area & wanted to go out of my way into downtown Syracuse. Too much a hassle with only like 5 parking spaces available next to facility. I'd rather go try somewhere else than return here.

I just wanted to say the food was really amazing. My sister wanted to take us. We had reservations but when we got there there was a problem with that, to start the server did not live up to any measure very rude and sarcastic...she told one of party you most def. cannot have fries...and when we asked 4 more bread we were treated like we weren't allowed to ask such a thing...and to top it off gratuity was included so we weren't even able to express r dipleasure by tipping accordingly!!

I did have an issue with bugs, a caterpillar fell ftom the dark ceiling in the seating area but the head person did not offer a discount on the bill but did offer to give another order. No thanks. Valentine's night. 630pm reservation hoping for Keto, waiter well aware. Special menu only.... O'well we will live. 630pm... Did I mention only 630pm on a special menu night. Try two things off menu. Carne asada, and pork cutlet. And meals come out. Pork was completely raw. So she got what I got. So I finished my carne asada with my side of mashed califlower $4 ugrade for a tablespoon by myself. Hers comes out same. Dessert was good reasoning for 2nd star. But just did not have anything on this special menu, we tried to order the appitizer they were out of and the special dessert. Out of most choice's. Waiter was decent but overall Valentine's night special entree. At a keto restaurant. Out of 75% stuff but can't order off regular menu??? What time should we get there 5pm? Owner came around. Idk $95 and ordered wings on our way home bc those meals stunk for price. Never again... Waste of time.

Was very good food, but tiny amounts for the price. We ordered fire something calimari as an appitizer thinking it would feed 2, was good but only enough for 1. Then we had salads as our lunch. Tiny... $8.00 for a tiny salad with no meat. We left hungry. Disappointing, because the food was good. Just not nearly enough food for the price. Don't think we would go back.

We ate there once before and everything was good and the service was great. We ate there recently and there was hardly any other customers there. I only mention this because the service was lacking. The employees seemed to spend most of their time in the kitchen instead of being attentive to their customers. We had crab cakes and they were good. We also ordered beef tacos and they were tasty but cold. My son ordered a chicken sandwich and he said it tasted good but was overdone. My husband ordered an eggplant and pasta dish. He said the pasta and sauce were good but the eggplant was so overdone he couldn’t even cut into one piece. I had salmon and it came out raw. I had to send it back twice. The waitress did try to make it right and finally brought me out a new dish that was cooked correctly. Unfortunately my husband and son were done eating by that time so I quickly ate the piece of salmon so we could leave. The waitress did apologize, but I think the owner or a manager was there and didn’t come over to us which I feel she should have. She did socialize with another table. We may try it again due to the Keto menu but it will take awhile before we go back.

Google has wrong times. Excited for dinner, drove all the way over there, and they are closed on Mondays. Business owners need to update thier hours of operation. Covid has closed so many good restaurants and people rely on this information.

Delivery Failure Ordered two stakes and a chicken wing appetizer. Food was marginal and wings were absolutely gross. Wanted Hot wings, but got wings with a lot of mayo concoction smeared on top. All food was cold even though I ordered from a hotel only a mile away. Wings went into trash. Bad food and service for over a hundred dollar total. Will never order here again The high online ratings this place had must be from onsite service or relatives that work there?

I ordered from Uber eats. The pizza looked amazing at their restaurant. But for some reason I got Horrible pizza From Francisco's pizzeria? How does that happen ? So I guess I won't be making that mistake and ever ordering from dolce Vita. Cause You're not getting what you paid for.

Went to dinner for my parents 25th Anniversary. Was given a menu with 7 entree items, website shows many options that were not offered. Space was very limited and almost too small for all of us to fit in. They were out of scallops on Saturday night at 6:30pm so my husband got the salmon entree. His piece was smaller than a piece than what was given to us as an added meat on the Cajun Pasta. The peppers in the Cajun pasta were raw, not cooked at all. The Parmesan crusted pork was a piece of pork cooked with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan on top-not melted just poured on top. Someone in our party told our server how unhappy we were and a manager didn’t even come over to apologize or ask what was the matter. Best part of the meal was the bottle of wine. We will definitely not go back or recommend to anyone else.

Tried the place twice. Once for keto tacos, chicken parm, another chicken dish. No flavor, just salty and hot sauce. Also ordered a keto birthday cake. The cake was $43! Tasted totally awful and made.my whole family literally sick after asmall servings

This restaurant no longer exists. It is Franco’s next store. I was shocked. The website should at least state. They also messed up our order, and claimed they were gluten free but cross contamination got me sick. I have celiacs. Very disappointed. Will not ever visit again.

My adult children brought my wife and I here for our 25th anniversary. The menu was very limited. Did not match what was online. Do not think you are coming here for any type of quality meal. The servings are small. My wife and daughter had a $22 Parmesan crusted pork loin with garlic mashed cauliflower. The Parmesan crusted chicken was very tough and dry and overtaken by the mustard sauce, and the Parmesan was shaker cheese poured on top. Not even melted let alone crusted. The garlic cauliflower was full of raw garlic and literally hot to the taste from the raw garlic that over empowered the whole side dish. The $27 salmon was a very small piece. In fact, smaller than the $6 piece that my other daughter had thrown onto her dish as a side. The clams casino was all vegetabley and no clams. The chicken Marsala was also very dry and tough and had about 3 very small slices of mushrooms and no sauce. The size of the chicken was about a half of a breast of chicken. The Cajun pasta dish was close to a chicken riggies dish but had raw vegetables. Several dishes , out of the 8 or so entrees, we were told they were out of. We did advise the wait staff how disappointed we were with our meals, and that went unaddressed. Not one of us, out of 8, finished our meal. Would not even give a one star if I didn’t have to. Eat next door at the pizza shop, you will have better luck.

sooo not happy! Went there last evening, we were sat at a table that felt like it was under a Freezing cold air tunnel! The waitress was a fly by, running by the table asking How is the pork? How is that? Never stopping Literally asking on the run. no offer for more drinks, or anything! . There were only two other tables seated and the place was definitely not busy so that was not the excuse! The food was mediocre at best and immediately became cold under whatever the cold air was coming from! The waitress brought out our entrees before we finished our salad, and there was no room on the table for the second plate so we had to give up the last of our salad. The tables are too small. We never were asked if we needed anything, no desert or refills on drinks! We definitely paid much more than the worth of the food and presentation and the service. Will not be going back.

I ordered the Wild Mushroom Swiss Burger. The roll was really hard and way bigger than the burger. The mushrooms were not fresh let alone "wild"...they were canned!! I hate rubbery canned mushrooms which I paid $14 for! I ordered Chicken Tenders for my daughter and she didn't like them. For $10 they weren't even real chicken! The Hot Honey Garlic Wings were ok. If I'm spending this much money for food it should be quality food. I'm sorry I wasted my money!

Made a reservation online and I was impressed because they called me back to confirm. It was my first time there. When we got there the menu was limited due to a large party they had? Call or email to let your guests know. That was not fair. One of our parties asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and they said they didn't have one, sorry the menu is limited? OK after that most of us ordered a chicken dish with zoodles. The food arrived and it was chicken on a bun with fries? I thought they didn't have that? They did change our dishes to what we ordered. The manager came and apologized. The manager asked us if we wanted the wrong meals packed up, we declined. OK after that was done no one checked on us if we needed anything else? I had to ask another server to let them know. They also changed our server. I don't think our service was handled correctly. It should have been rectified but was not. We paid our bill and left. I will never go back there.

I was excited to order from a keto friendly restaurant. Being a travel nurse working 12-16 hour shifts, I'm forced to eat take out regularly. Dolce Vita was a huge disappointment. The food was cold, tasteless and incomplete. When I called the restaurant, I was treated rudely by the girl on the phone, right up till she yelled at me and hung up. Absolutely horrible experience. Don't waist your money
