We had food from the Dolce Vita menu. Food was fantastic. So delicious. The 5 of us loved each of our selctions. Friendly staff. We'll be back soon. Parking and finding the right door was a problem but now we know for next time.

Me and my pops went to grab bite. We each got 2 slices, they were really nice, soft, warm and not greasy at all. The owner came to our table and talked with us which was really nice so if you're going there during a trip or something definitely talk to him 😁

Everything here was delicious! EVERYTHING was piping hot and tasted like it had just been cooked. The hamburger buns tasted like they were freshly baked in store that morning. They were VERY nicely toasted and had a good, firm bite that went incredible with the beef patty. (Nothing was soggy.) The burger patty itself was moist, hot, flavorful, well seasoned with salt and pepper as all good burgers should be. The fries were crispy and like nothing I had ever tasted before. Were they battered?!? Either way, they were incredible... Also, I was able to revive the leftover fries the next day (I shallow fried them in a cast iron pan. When I did that, they tasted like I had just gotten them.) VERY good first impression. The lady who took my order sounded confident and capable. She seemed quite good at her job. Something is being done right with this place. The whole experience screamed Syracuse. What an excellent way to start my first night in this new city... It made my night. I will be ordering from this place again and when it is safe, I will be looking forward to the sit down experience. 10/10 Edit: I ordered from this place on January 27th 2021. It was my first night at my new apartment. I just got around to writing this review today.

I went in to Franco's on a whim. I could smell the food from down the street. I went and placed my order then went to the store to grab a few things about 15 minutes or so. When I got back my order was ready to go. The employees were very nice and the food was great. I finished everything. So, I don't have any pictures because I ate everything. Next time! Also I won't be eating a calzone from anywhere else.

This might be one of the best pizza by the slice spots. I didn’t expect a gallon of garlic butter sauce on top of my slice, but it was very welcome. I also got marinara included on the side.

Have been here from out of town for a long time due to my daughter being admitted into the hospital here. Their delicious food & their kindness has made syracuse feel more like home. This is my go to place for some good homemade pizza & Stromboli in Syracuse. Get food from here! You won't be disappointed!

This was so, so good. I got the gluten free pizza and 10 garlic parm wings. Asked for crispy so these could have been a little crispier but it was great. The gluten free pizza is honestly great too!!! I was surprised at how good. Plus they said 45 minutes on Friday at 7pm and it only took a half hour.

Ordered breakfast from them & it was worth it. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the French toast was phenomenal. Downfall no silverware or napkins. Other then that I’d definitely order again.

The service is great, they are very polite and helpful. The gluten free pizza is excellent! It is a thinner crust but still flavorful and is still good the next day which is unheard of for gluten free pizza! The traditional pizza is tasty as well, fairly standard with big slices- just like what you see in the movies. Only had pizza but I would say this place is worth a try. Also got some killer coupons for the next visit!

Where else can you get a gluten free/keto stromboli? And gluten free desserts too? I found this place by doing a Google search for gluten free restaurants near me while I was in Syracuse. So glad I found this place. I had the meat lovers stromboli with a Reese's PB cup cupcake and the strawberry pound cake for later. The stromboli was made with almond flour; so if you're allergic to nuts this restaurant won't be good for you. Otherwise, the stromboli was quite good. I have missed stromboli a lot throughout the years so I was so excited to find one that I could eat! The place is a lot of takeout more so than sit-down, but there is an area to sit down at tables to eat. They also have delivery. If I'm back in the area again, I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Great little pizza place. Was staying at a nearby hotel and didn't want to pay hotel prices for food. Pizza was great with loads of toppings. If you don't want takeout there are a few small tables in the back. A little expensive but the only place open nearby.

Playoffs!...Playoffs?! Franco's Pizzeria and Deli goes hard when it comes to their food and service, I've never seen such a thing. Mind your business when it comes to location because what you see is not what you get, the place in kinda nice and inviting..it's different. You can't go wrong with their jumbo wings and the desserts are something you should tag on especially with delivery cause they show promise all around. I hope you enjoy yourself.

The food was just OK and it's mostly takeout because the tables really aren't super inviting. BUT the owner went WAY out of his way to provide food for us when we were in town working even though he wasn't even open that day. Definitely went above and beyond. A good option for carry out for sure.

Got the special 2 slices and a fountain soda for $10 I got the chicken wing dip slices. It is not incredibly spice. They have a slight tingle to them. Over all not bad pizza. Not the best but good. Small quante restaurant not real big. 4 table set ups 3 of which are 2 tables put together and then one single table. Seems to be a popular place. Would eat here again

Was my first time here so just tried a slice. Had a good taste but even after being heated up tasted a bit old. Next time I will order fresh.

The pizza is delicious but sometimes the staff can be a little mean towards delivery drivers. They also are not very good at wrapping up wings I had an order of wings make a mess in my to go bag because they weren’t bagged right. Stinky garlic too.

Ordered pizza and wings via Uber eats. Took 20 minutes and they stated it was ready for pickup. Cool. Got there and it wasn’t even ready yet. Had to wait another 10 minutes in store before it was ready. Wings were really good. Pizza was meh and seemed slightly under cooked (rushed out of the oven?).

It took over an hour for delivery. Our pizza came to us cold. We ordered chicken bacon ranch pizza and a Ceasars salad. The lettuce was wilted and the bottom of the pizza was burnt. I do not recommend.

Haven't been in a very long time but was in Syracuse so decided to stop by. Order a slice of buffalo chicken and a couple other slices. The buffalo chicken slice did not taste at all like Buffalo it tasted either like barbecue or general tso's. Very disappointed! Slices were smaller than I remembered. I don't think I will return.

If I could leave no stars I would. Apparently Franco’s is into false advertisement. For a medium pizza (which came with 8 SMALL slices) we were charged $30. We were told that the online prices and over the phone pricing are apparently different. We ordered a half sheet so didn’t question it however the employee got the order wrong. Instead of admitting a mistake she argued and hung up. Apparently we are living in times where customer satisfaction does not matter. We will not be ordering from there again And will also make sure to tell others not to as well. Here is a photo of our $30 “medium pizza” next to a $9 small pizza ordered else where .

Disgusting!! We are having a girls night for a birthday and ordered 2 large pizzas from here with bleu cheese and ranch and the first bleu cheese that was opened had a CIGARETTE BUTT in it. So so so disgusting and repulsive when we spoke to the manager he said he would reimburse for only bleu cheese and ranch, when we were dissatisfied with that he said “thank you for your business” and hung up on us. None of us have every experienced such poor customer service as this. This is the most disgusting food experience we could have ever imagined. Will tell everyone we know to never ever give this place a dime. There is no feature on google reviews on iphone to post the photo but the photo was sent to the manager and he still acted with such disrespect.

My sister-in-law ordered food last night and the whole experience was terrible. Not only did it take about 2hrs to be delivered, the pizza was cold and tasted terrible. My brother called and complained and the woman he spoke with was very nice and offered to remake the pizza and deliver a new order. However it was already so late we decided to just reheat the pizza ourselves. It sucks because I remember the food being really good, maybe it was just an off night :/

I ordered wings and pizza, my total was to be $32 and change. They charged me $52 and change for delivery and driver tip, which I didn’t approve. After an hour and a half no one came, I call and they hang up on me after I ask about my food. I walked there, they were closing without giving me my food, and they still charged me delivery fees and extra $20. I should receive a refund at least for the delivery charges. No apology no nothing. If I didn’t walk there to get it, I would never of got it. The food was cold and gross by then, I didn’t even eat it. Such a waste. The hotel I was staying at, told me they do this all the time. That’s awful service.

They were horrendous! I ordered based on delivery time (15-35 mins) according to Grubhub. I had to call three times and finally received my food almost 1 hr 40 mins later, and it was ice cold and hot garbage. Absolutely, do not recommend. Maybe they are better in person, hopefully.

I don’t usually write reviews however, I don’t want anyone to have the same experience that I did. I ordered ahead for pick-up, thinking that it would cut the wait time that I would have as I was on my lunch break. When I arrived, I told the woman behind the counter that I was there to pick up an order. She verified the order and had me sign off. I went to the back and sat down. I ended up waiting for an hour. During this hour, I watched as delivery drivers left, came back and left again. I heard about the workplace drama, including a slew of profanities. I also listened as they worked to ensure that another customer had the correct order, seemingly going the extra mile to make sure everything was correct. It wasn’t until one of the delivery drivers came back that I was finally addressed. He walked up to me and stated that after I ordered food and ate, I was only allowed a certain amount of time to continue to stay in the restaurant (a polite way of telling me to get out) I then told him that I had ordered food and was still waiting. He then went to the woman at the counter and told her that I had ordered and was waiting. She then asked me what I was waiting for. I told her what I ordered, and it seemed as if she had just remembered. The gentleman that addressed me walked back into the kitchen, grabbed the order, and brought it to me which led me to believe that the order had been ready and waiting. As I walked out, I did get what I think was an apology However, the ordeal just seemed to be shrugged off. This is not the first time that I have had to wait this long for food from Franco’s. This is actually the shortest time that I have had to wait. It is because of this that I choose not to go to Franco’s but, on this night, I decided to give them another try. It is disappointing that it took a whole hour for someone to address me while in the restaurant, that I was clearly forgotten and overlooked, and that possibly because of how I was dressed and looked, that I was some vagrant (as I was informed that the restaurant tends to have a lot of and the reason I was finally addressed). I feel that the gentleman that did finally approach me should have led with asking me if I had been helped, rather than assuming that I was loitering. I also feel that the person who had the initial concern should have come to me rather than having the gentleman (who seemingly shares the same ethnicity as myself) address the concern. I would like to see the staff of Franco’s do better as they are a great restaurant and the food is almost always perfect but, this was definitely my last visit to Franco’s as MY customer service experience has just been disappointing with every visit. I truly wish Franco’s plenty of success and hope that if there are others who have had negative experiences that the staff of Franco’s will use take this information and make an effort to ensure quality customer service to ALL customers

I ordered my food 11:39pm. I just now received my food at 1:20 a.m. They are only 6 miles away from the hotel I am in and they had my order wrong. Spent $50 for the food. They kept telling us the food was on its way 4 times each time 15-20 minutes passed between calls. Even if the food tasted good, their service ruined the whole experience for me. The 'hot wings' had no hot sauce, they were just wings(it was suppose to be a 10 piece and they only gave us 9). The burger had a bunch of ketchup packets thrown in (who knows who touched those damn things and its touching my burger!!). On top of that the food was cold! What do they do to apologize for the long wait and cold food? Thrown in an extra piece of cold pizza! Then again that could have been another screw up in their order. Will never order or eat here ever again. I could have watched a damn movie, then took a dump in the time they took.

Pizza arived over 30 minutes late. I understand Friday nights are busy but if it's going to be late, it should at least be cooked right. The onions were still raw and the crust was doughy, I had to put the pizza in my own oven when it arrived. When I called about the pizza being late I found the person on the phone to be noticeably rude, not horribly rude, but still rude. The medium pizza size was on the smaller size and the quality was not good enough to merit the $17 price. Once the pizza was properly cooked, it was pretty damn good.

I am gluten free for medical reasons and I saw a review that the gluten-free pizza was good. I as in town for business, at a hotel nearby, and grabbed one to go. The chess, sauce and topping were ok, but the crust, made from almond flower was inedible. The edge was crispy and OK, but the crust under the toppings was a limp, spongey nightmare. It was impossible even to pick it up. It would collapse and fall part under its own weight. I tried to eat it with a knife and form, but the taste and texture of the crust made that impossible. Their other pizza with a conventional crust looked very good, but the keto/gluten free was horrible, I am sorry to say.

We were trying to order a single keto-gluten free pepperoni pie and..... $32! Order one of their "gourmet" keto-gluten free on the website and it's $13.99 with no way to alter the order. Definitely not attempting this again. (I don't know what the atmosphere is like, so 1 star might be harsh... but I don't know.)

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered online and like a previous review they up charge you with no notice. My order went from 23.00 to 30.00 with NO notification. They deliver through Uber eats and do not tell you. I immediately called and cancelled my order. This was on 5/17. As of right now I still can’t get my money back. Just do yourself a favor. Order in person or just go somewhere else. Be business bureau is my next call. Yall ended up with 29.00 of my money and I got nothing. Thanks

Preordered for a corporate pickup, will not do this again. Unorganized, confused about my order, and the worst was the amount of grease, pooling in the center of the box causing it to bend in the middle. Then no one really wanted the pizza after the first bite, flavorless dough, hard like the gluten had either been overworked or the dough was not properly proofed. For the value we could have just made flat bread pizzas which in the future we will. Definitely a hard pass, and by comparison I've had better breakfast pizza at fast trac gas station on long road trips. Hard pass

They stole money from me… I ordered through grub hub and realized I only ordered pizza not wings. Right after I hit place order I went to cancel so I can remake the order to add wings. That’s where the restaurant insisted they already prepared the food and weren’t giving me neither the pizza or my refund! Can a pizza really me prepared in 6 seconds?! Liars!

Ordered $70 in food. The Uber driver Couldn’t find a three story building and must have just given up. I called the restaurant and their only response was that they weren’t responsible if it didn’t get delivered. I ordered from them and they didn’t care that they made $70 and I didn’t get what I paid for. I’d steer clear of doing business with them

This is my first time writing a review as it is not in my personality to do so. My roommate and I decided to buy some food on our walk back to our apartment. I ordered ten wings which when I went home to eat were pink and uncooked. I called to let them know for them to state I either could A. Drop the wings off for store credit B. Drop the wings up and pick up new ones or C. Pay $15 for delivery and exchange the old wings for new ones. Horrible customer service that punishes the customer for their mistake and almost causing food poisoning.

Ordered pizza and boneless wings. Wings were dry and was given 20. Hopefully only charged for 10 as I ordered. Took a bite of one...threw them away. Took a few bites of pizza and threw it away. The dough and sauce were nothing special and the dough was too thick. All that money in the garbage. I remember Francos used to be good but that was a long time ago. Totally disappointed. Absolutely no care into the food.

Last time I ordered a pizza from here it came out raw, actual raw dough, and the dude who made it told me “thats how they come out”. Decided to give another chance to one of the few places that does late night pizza. Ordered a keto pizza today as I have many times before and $28 later received the smallest pizza I’ve seen in my life. Fella claims that a medium is 14 inches, gunna mail a ruler to the guy so he can study it. My hand is 7” from pinky to thumb. Next time I’ll eat ice cubes or a handful of grass or both when I’m in a pinch, cheaper and more filling too.
