I stop at this store on my way to work all the time and the service always goes above and beyond! Leaving this review because Amaya has truly spread the holiday cheer this season! I know how stressful the holidays can be for employees and it’s so nice to see someone who truly loves spreading happiness!! The holiday drinks are also amazing
Fabulous place! A clean, neat store and a friendly, welcoming staff. Plenty of seating and a clean restroom. Also plenty of free parking. Your standard quality Starbucks drink and food items, and a good selection of them. My food and drink were prepared promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended!
The lady taking mine and my friends order was super sweet.
Came in the morning of the Metallica concert on Saturday. They were clearly very understaffed and were very busy. However, all of the workers appeared to be working really hard and the individual who rang us up at the counter apologized for the wait and was very polite. I hope that the management at this location will staff the location more properly so that the workers do not have to be overwhelmed with business! Under the circumstances the service was fantastic.
For a little while, I was losing hope in this starbucks. They seemed to have a tendency to make my drinks a bit carelessly leaving me somewhat disappointed. Today I am writing my review because that has completely changed! I met the most wonderful barista named Mika and she made my drink perfect and was so kind and cool. They didn’t have the original topping I wanted, so Mika let me pick out a new one. Please give a shout out to Mika for being such an amazing barista!
I have been waiting forever for a Starbucks in this shopping area. What a great updated store. I can’t wait till the weather is warm again to sit in the outside patio. The baristas were great here. They even brought out coffees to our car, and it was 11 degrees. The drive through is very convenient for that time you can’t go inside and relax. Good job Starbucks on this location.
I tried their classic caramel macchiato, which was sweet and smooth, but it lacked the bold coffee flavor I was hoping for. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly, but the atmosphere felt a bit too busy and crowded, making it less relaxing than I would have liked. It’s a good choice for a quick caffeine fix, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit this location.
When I come in the store I have to wait 20 or more minutes for my drink. The drive thru is obviously the priority. The service is very frustrating!
Several occasions I’ve stopped at this Starbucks to get a caramel frappe and I’ve had to bring the drink to be fixed somewhere else as they don’t add the coffee base to it, it’s all milk and sugar. I’ve been told by other Starbucks it doesn’t even look right, and it tastes no good without the coffee in it. If it was once or twice I’d understand but every time I go it’s either made wrong or they don’t have it in.
I’ve been waiting in line for 30 minutes. One car infront of me entire time. I don’t care if the person ahead of me ordered the whole menu, they should not have their customers waiting for 30 minutes. My drink was a mobile order and was ready 30 minutes ago, why don’t they have a pull off spot?
Unbelievably slow. 20+ minutes for a mobile order (one coffee). You guys need to do better, this is unacceptable.

While waiting in the drive-through, another vehicle entered from the side and intentionally cut ahead of me and approximately five other cars. When I went inside to speak with the manager, Alex, about the incident, I was met with apathy rather than support. The patrons who cut me off were still served, and no effort was made to address or rectify the situation. When I expressed my frustration and asked whether his dismissive behavior was influenced by my being a younger Black woman, Alex responded by asking me to leave, stating that I was “causing a scene.” I have been a frequent visitor to this location, but after this experience and the lack of professionalism shown by the manager, I no longer feel comfortable returning.
Took 5 minutes before we were helped, drinks were wrong, then proceeded to be told that I was wrong about what I asked for, not to mention extremely slow, terrible!!!!
Horrible service by Ethan. When going through drive through he fidgeted several times with the tip jar, motioning to it several times. Upon not receiving any tips in the tip jar, his demeanor changed instantly and became rude. When handing over the drinks he didn’t say a word and just handed them to us like he didn’t want to be there. Not used to this type of service from Starbucks. Would sugggest going to a different one or having Ethan retrained in customer service.
I went through the drive through at 4:35pm on Sunday March 23, 2025. When I got to the board to order i wasn’t sure what I wanted so I asked for a moment. Once I was ready I said so and said j had a question. “Yup” and “k” was how my question was answered. I then proceeded to the window to get my energy drink I ordered. Where I was not spoken to with a polite employee. His badge wasn’t very easy to read but from what I could see it said “Joe” I had my card ready and he said “k credit” and I said yes please and then he handed me my large water and said “be back with the rest” and then let the window slam. He then came back and I said “thank you” and he said “yup”. Definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks and hope you can choose employees with better customer service and know how to speak to paying customers properly.
If you have the forethought to wanting a drink order it one hour in advance and then it’ll be ready right as soon as you walk in the door if not, don’t bother. This is the absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my entire life consistently time after time the wait is insane.
Dont be deceived by the fact that they have a drive thru. I have now waited two times on different occasions for over 20 minutes, stuck in the drive thru lineup, thinking it would be a quick option for a bite on my way to an appointment. Today I had to request that the people in front of me pull forward so I could get out (without placing an order), after waiting for 30 minutes trapped in the lineup. With kids in the vehicle this is the last thing you want. I get it, you are short staffed, but at least put a sign up so we don’t get trapped in the line or close the drive thru.
As a former Starbucks employee and restaurant manager, this is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. I only leave this comment in hopes it will be seen by management. The staff aren’t attentive, Often socializing amongst themselves (which is fine to a point), but loudly .. and not paying attention to customers. Somehow they always have 7-9 employees working, yet it takes around 15 minutes to get a drink. I’ve also rarely encountered a friendly employee working the register. They need customer service training, more organization, and they need to learn to prioritize cafe customers as well. Too many times I’ve seen employees doing things like stocking straws and filling ice (important things of course), but prioritizing that over helping a line of people waiting to be helped . Very frustrating location .
Very frustrating experience I live in Cicero this was my first time to this location after a doctor's appointment. There was a very long line so I decided to go in which was a mistake because the drive-thru kept moving inside was full of people frustrated waiting. There were many employees but only half for focused on customers the others were laughing and cleaning the ceiling with a stick weird jobs... When they could have been helping move the line. I was very broke today so I used change to pay for my coffee it was all I had left... Got halfway home on the highway and they didn't even put espresso in my drink.. it tastes like hot water and cinnamon. I am so beyond frustrated I will never go to this location again it is not run properly
