came in around 9:30pm and my man had everything so clean and orderly i had to ask if they were still even open. noticed he had everything fully for the next day employees which I'm sure they'll appreciate . whole store was exceptionally clean as well. sandwich was perfect. impressed me enough to write this review. keep up the good work 💪
Awesome staff!! NOT ALL SUBWAYS ARE THE SAME...This one is quite busy during lunch but because it can handle it. Staff same nearly everyday and great people to say hello to you and remember your previous order. You can't buy that friendliness on a menu. :)
Super great experience !!! The food was awesome. The price was great. I don't usually say it but the best part about it was a quick conversation with the two guys that work there. Great attitude and ready to go above and beyond the call for the customer. I haven't been to that Subway for about 8 years but because of the employees. I'll go back to this location often. Thanks
The gentleman with the black cowboys hat is always there when I go, he’s the best. So polite and makes sure the amount of things is good. I love him so I’ll keep coming back because of him! I wish I got his name
I ordered a work catering order and not only was it done on time and correct, but they carried it to my car for me. very happy with my experience.
This was my second location I've been to after years away from Subway, and so far Subway keeps winning! This was a great location and another great experience! Liz was wonderful! I highly recommend this location too!

here is what you need to know before coming to this location: it's right across from Taco Bell next to their appliance gallery across the street from what used to be Mall and Walmart area restrooms for mens and women's with codes to protect them from just generally anybody just coming in he has to front for the code go in restrooms were nice and clean as well as all the tables plenty of dining tables as well also I found the hand soap and water to be most hospitable now to the menu it's been a while since I've been to a subway but had a couple coupons to give out came here was quickly checked in did not take long got a foot long Baja chicken and was easily my new favorite with the nice ghost pepper bread combination that came together perfectly you can also order 3D app they take the app here they're able to scan quickly and get as well orders in from most to go meal apps everything was clean and well maintained had a nice lighting sparkling feel to it they've definitely improved on the overall appearance and quality of everything inside Your usual options with Subway for your sandwiches here and the Hispanic lady at the front was very hospitable diligent and got orders for me and three other guys that came in taken care of in a timely fashion with absolute accuracy I leave recommend this subway location

Come here for lunch twice a week. All the staff are super friendly, Liz is a great manager, always smiling! Food is fresh, no complaints at all! Ive been to other subways where the quality is not as good, but this one is great!
Stopped by this Subway and had such a great experience! The staff was super friendly, especially Liz — they were fast, attentive, and made my sandwich exactly how I like it. Everything was fresh and the place was clean. You can tell they really care about customer service. Definitely coming back!
one of the BEST locations i’ve been to, customer service way top tier and all around amazing Liz was the one who served me and she all around an amazing employee. the store was the cleanest subway i have ever been to. i HIGHLY recommend going here if you want subway and ask for Liz when you’re there :))

Arrived after 7 pm when the restaurant was fairly empty. It allowed me to receive great attention from the two employees behind the counter. I ordered off the menu (turkey & pepperoni), confusing one employee. The other informed both of us this is the Italian turkey from the secret menu. Go figure. Only problem with arriving so late in the evening was that the lettuce wasn't all fresh (some was turning red on the edges). Also, some of the tomatoes weren't ripe--they were still green (so tomato choice was slim). All that said, my sandwich still tasted good and the overall experience was good.
Ate here with my partner tonight, nice enough service, food was the usual, i got my loaded Turkey and he got his regular tuna, he said it was delicious and over all it was all really good. The bread seemed smaller than usual though, but got the BOGO deal so can’t complain too much, but really what’s up with the chips being a quarter full? Will definitely be back but pretty mediocre compared to others we have been to in Austin
Always great experience! The employees are kind and helpful,the store is always clean and they are very attentive! Only downside,is their veggies tend to be not as fresh as possible,and I have left on a couple occasions due to that. I don't hold it against them with trying to not have a lot of food wasted,and always return at a later day to see if everything is fresh to order

Two positive experiences: (1) on evening of 9/5, my sweet 6 year old daughter had Subway for the first time and LOVED her sandwich. She worked up the courage to tell the guy behind the counter thank you for making a great sandwich and when he heard it, his face lit up like the 4th of July with a big smile and said "Thank you, that made my day." (2) On Monday 10/21, my daughter and I visited again in the evening for quick bite. After she devoured her yummy sandwich, she again worked up the courage to tell the female cashier thank you and how much she enjoyed it. Then the cashier smiled big, replied back "Thank You" and offered her a free chocolate chip cookie! Thank you for the great staff behind the counter!

Food wise I've never had any issues with this Subway however my girlfriend arrived at 9:35pm on Monday night and the store was already closed. A full 25min before it was meant to. She walked up and received nothing but a blank look from the employee inside. If something had happened and if there was an explanation, we would be more understanding. Even if the store was already closed at 9:55pm, we would understand. But almost 30min before the store is meant to close and a blank expression from the employee inside? Not good enough.
The lady that served me had kind of an attitude and was rude, she was on her phone while wearing gloves and she was texting while checking me out. I work healthcare, so her being on her phone while wearing gloves really disgusted me. I the sandwich was fine, but I won’t be returning because of the lack of sanitary training. Immediately after checking me out both girls working immediately went to the back of the store on their phones, I didn’t even get a receipt, she just walked away without another word.
Lady working behind the counter tonight was very rude upon my entrance and throughout our entire interaction, hurrying me up and muttering demeaning comments under her breath. As for the sandwich, it was done with the least amount of effort, even leaving it unfinished. Won't be back.
When I walked up to order I was asked very rude like, "what can I get for you?" Caught off guard by her tone I hesitated with my order. Them she sighed out loud and rolled her eyes like I was wasting her time. Them after I ordered the first sandwich I was trying to read the menu to order a second and she started shaking her head and being very rude trying to rush me. I couldn't believe this just happened. It was like walking into a totally negative atmosphere. I don't know what personal problems people have so I'm not judging her, but don't let the negative vibes interfere with good customer service and at least a smile. And believe it or not... It was the manager. Very rude and ugly customer service!

DON’T VISIT THIS LOCATION. The employee Jasmine is worthless to talk with and her customer service skill is rated negative by me. Worst service ever received at a restaurant. She threw the sub I ordered in the basket like it’s going in trash. I said there could be a better way to serve food, then she ignored me and continued doing something. No smile on her face , no apology and when I asked for her name, she gave an attitude. Not even sure if she gave correct name. For the manager/owner— Date and time of visit 11/24 @ 3.45pm. I came to this restaurant as it’s close to my work place and thought of being a regular customer. They lost a customer.
Ordered on Uber Eats. Both subs were loaded with lettuce despite indicating NO lettuce, I paid for extra meat and there was no extra meat; literally had more lettuce than meat on each sub. Churro was cold and hard as a rock. Pretzel was cold and stale. Haven't had Subway in over a year and won't be ordering again anytime soon, ESPECIALLY from this location.
The guy that is working now at 1:30 on this Wednesday, on May 18 is very rude!! Caucasian guy is very rude! I almost walked out. Every time I told him what I wanted on my sandwich and pizza, I heard him cuss. Poor customer service. No one welcome customers in , no smiling or nothing. Workers looked angry. But the one guy that was rude and cussing should be let go! This subway was way better than what I experienced today smh!
This store needs to hire people who really want to work you can't come to work and treat the customers wrong because you are bringing your private life to work with you in your mind.There are only one or two people who I got service from pretty decent customer service but the rest they need training on how to have respect for customers the other day a worker closed the store early and it was only after 6o'clock like really but it's ok.
The veggies were not fresh. The enterance door was very dirty. The employee Joey was very rude I asked if there were fountain cups because they were empty and he ignored me. He didn't charge me for combos so I payed separately for drinks they were stored behind the register. I have never seen that at any other location. He was very rude his racial tattoos match his personality. I will not return to that location again
Ordered a couple of wraps for takeout. Got home and saw that the wraps were obliterated. It’s as if the person that made the wraps didn’t know how to do it or just didn’t care. Tried calling the number several times, I’m pretty sure it’s a fake number as you can’t even leave a message. Don’t waste your time here, go to another location.
This is my Second Time doing an Online Order and once again disappointed with the Sandwich Artist's "Skills". Where's the meat at? Just basically bread and veggies. 2 different People made my sandwiches and they both left me with pretty much Bread And Veggies BOTH TIMES! I'm pretty sure they wouldn't even serve themselves this little bit of meat. This Subway used to be my favorite one to go to but these New Employees have ruined it for me. Teach them to be Better Sandwich Artists Subway!
One of the worst locations my family and I have ever visited. Horrible customer service (far from friendly). Not only the gentleman working there doesn't greet everyone, but he made our family of 5(3 little kids and myself 7.5 months pregnant) wait for a pick up online order after all customers who came in(5 exact) to place their order. But he managed to complain about our order to each one. When our youngest needed to use the restroom, we politely asked for the key and he made us wait until he was done with all the customers before we got a key. Unreal. Never an apology for making us wait and farewell words as we left. Never again, do not otder from here. P.S. order wasn't even correct!

I was asking about the offer I saw on my app and he was short with me saying to order online. So I did even with his mean demeanor. When he receives the order he reads it out load and is bad mouthing my special instructions. I’m quiet and observant. When it’s time to add my veggies I ask if I can add more he says no I have to add what’s on the ticket. I say I’m right here and have never been denied that since veggies are included. He contradicts himself and adds mayo instead of my chipotle sauce and adds no avocado. This employee needs retraining and etiquette towards customers. Y’all lost my business
I would give this location a better score but it has to do with the employees attitude in working . As soon as I stepped in , she ignored me because she was busy doing a sandwich for an online order . As soon as she finished she made a face, and her attitude and her service wouldn’t be acceptable on my business. I am a Customer who had just left work and wanted something to eat and to receive this type of service. I would never go by there again in the evening .

We usually go after the gym (LA Fitness around the corner) and there has been times where they’re randomly closed or don’t open on time then look at us crazy & shoo us away when we’re standing at the door wondering why it’s locked during their open hours. These same two men are also very rude when taking orders and just hate their job overall so don’t expect too much from this location in the AM/early afternoon

The representative seemed to lack knowledge about the food items and struggled with communication, which made understanding the information difficult. As a result, there was dissatisfaction with the food ordered and the overall service experience.

Jason is the rudest person I’ve seen. Unwelcoming, was angry when we walked in. It was 3:50 pm he said ou better hurry up I close at 4 under his breath. Made my friend not even want to order food. Extremely rude if you don’t want to work with customers don’t work in a place like this. Will never come back .
Beware employee “Jason”. Appears to be a manager, but always acts pissy like he does not care to be there or to be bothered. He should not be working here. Period. Also, don’t bother trying to get Italian Herb and Cheese bread, because they’re always “out”. Visit at night so you can avoid him. Make sure your order is correct before leaving.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION If I could give zero stars I would. My experience with this location has never been good but yet it’s the closest so I’ve dealt with it but I refuse to going forward. Today I walked in and was immediately greeted with a scoff, as if Jason the employee hates working and seeing paying customers. After standing, being the only ones in the store, for 5 minutes he finally starts getting our sandwiches going. Then after the first sandwich was complete multiple online orders came through one after the other and Jason began those orders instead of completing mine. I was fine with the first and was patient even after the rude and terrible exchange thus far. However when he began the second online order I very nicely asked if he could make mine first as I had to get back to work. He grunted at me and with the most sarcastic tone said that “online orders are a priority over you sir”. After 3 online orders he finally decides to make mine and as he does, becomes very rude and slamming my bread and rest of the sandwich around. Just adding to the absolute horrendous experience. I will never go back to this place and as I said above, stay away from this location. Jason should get proper training or be let go all together as he is seriously hurting subways brand. Looking through google and yelp reviews others agree with me. Good luck getting out of the store within 20 min even if it’s empty
Whatever man was working here Saturday morning (9/7/24) around 9:30am was extremely rude and is the reason I left without ordering and will not be returning. I saw a coupon online and showed him the coupon before ordering and he in a very annoyed voice said I have to order online to get the coupon. I said, "oh," and he said very rudely, "it literally says on there." I mentioned that it did not say on the page I was on but that that was fine and continued my online order. He in a very annoyed tone said, "it does say it on there." I ended up making a pickup order but for a different location in fear that this man would spit in my food for not knowing I had to order online. So rude for such an unnecessary reason. Will not be coming back to this location as long as this man is working here.
I used to think this place was great. I no longer do. I ordered a couple Subs online a couple of weeks ago and went in to pick them up at the appropriate time. I had ordered two subs. A tuna sub and a meatball sub. The tuna sub was not made to the specifications that I asked and the wrong items were put on it. The meatball sub was cold and the cheese was not even melted even though it only been ready a few minutes from the pickup time. To top it all off the woman working there had not even bothered to cut the sandwiches in half as they were footlongs. And to add insult to entry I actually tipped online and this was the kind of service I got. I will never go back there and stick with the local places near me like Thundercloud or Little Deli. I tried to contact Subway through their website to tell them what happened but they make it impossible to do so. It's funny their website is called Subway listens when if you want to contact them about it you have had to saved the receipt. They want the receipt number, they want the store number which is impossible to find in their locator. It is so bad I'm surprised they did not want a rectal exam. I'm never going back!
Ordered take out and it was picked up by my co-worker. The order was 3 separate orders and we all were missing either chips or a drink. When we called the phone number on the receipt, it was disconnected. Looked up the number for this restaurant and it went to voicemail and we were not able to leave a message due to it was not accepting messages. When we are working we are not always able to go right back to correct the items we missed. This is super frustrating since we wanted what we paid for.
