This definitely is the diamond in the rough, especially when it comes to dining at theme parks. There were a ton of options for our group, plenty of places to eat family style, and The air condition and quiet place was extremely relaxing. Perfect spot for a decent size group to sit and chill together. I would definitely recommend getting the all-day food pass. Otherwise, the prices would be out of control!
The food variety is fantastic, with something to suit those with specific needs, as well as those who like to go all out. The prices are great, especially with passholder discounts, which can save you a lot if you've brought a group. The dining hall is a large, air conditioned area with an absolutely massive ceiling, bringing a refreshing change from the sun and heat. The restaurant is often incredibly crowded during lunch time during busy days, so try to plan for just before, or just after lunch. (Note: There are scheduled stage performances that include light displays and darkening of the room, so take this into consideration. The effects are minor, but if a family member may have an issue with this, consider Serengeti Overlook.)
Five stars for atmosphere and entertainment! The manager with baby Jesus was just beautiful!! 3 Wise Men show was amazing. Good food, but prepare to wait in line 30 to 40 minutes!
The food was really good, and there was also entertainment.
They have some great cheese pizza my kid's love it. They told me it reminded them of a Chunky Cheese but Uber scaled ⚖ . I love the light music 🎶 playing in the back it has a lunchroom feeling if you ask me but a nice👍 lunchroom. I think they used to do performances but I am assuming they have all stopped. The reason I come to this conclusion is because I have seen no signs stating any tileading any times for performances. Nor did I see any notification about days for performances. I meant to ask a staff member about it but as usual my kids side tracked me. Add that to me being easily distracted and things fall throught the cracks but that's life. The air conditioning makes it worth coming to the specific Restaurant. They have chicken wings here they have French fries they have hamburgers and they have pizza. I know they have other options as well but the place had a lot of people getting in lot's of different places. So I just tried to squirrel my way round people to get what the kid's wanted .... Because they were driving me insane🙃. They were hungry and when they're hungry My husband and I get one way tickets to frownville's. The staff is very sweet I didn't meet a single one of them that wasn't very charming. They're warm loving bunch of people. The cashier was very patient with me when my husband told me to go get a soda and handed me a dollar. I got up there went through the line and and released it was $1.08. I had to call my husband he came up and handed her a scan the Barcode of our members ID his phone app. It gave me a discount so my soda was only 88 cents. I had already given the cashier my $1.00 so When the lady looked down and started counting out my change I felt bad. I told her she could keep it but she declined. She was Laughing as she told me that she thought my husband was a genius. only did he fixing my problem, but also got the restaurant to pay us and it was the other way around just a second ago.

Probably the worst restaurant I’ve ever been too. We tried every station. Mexican-gross, Italian-gross, Asian-gross. I’m giving this five stars just for the memories. We will talk about how gross this restaurant was for the rest of our lives. We have been home for hours and we are still cracking up about when they turned on the black light that turned the pasta sauce black and completely turned off all the kids from eating. Go there just for that.
Its like a food court where you can go and grab food its pre cooked mostly but I got the Chicken Tender tower for about 23 after tax and it was a MOUNTAIN of fries and tenders with a literaaall Pool of cheese and bacon bits smothered I couldn't even finish it all! Definitely worth the money and taste great pretty sure its cuz the cheese and bacon but idc 😅 I also recommend any1 with Funcard or any Annual pass to buy the 60 dollar insulated Cup it last all year and you get unlimited refills when you scan your QR code it cost 3 daily cups(20 each) so if you plan on going more than 3 days out of the year I definitely recommend just getting the insulated cup

I'm not going to say that this is healthiest food or even the most affordable or tasty, but when you've done 20000 steps around the park and are exhausted and need a carbo boost, this place has got the hook up. Chicken tenders and fries were good but don't waste your time with the pizza. There is a piano player for entertainment a few times a day as well that can be described as "why is there a piano player here"
I was very impressed with the service provided by the kitchen supervisor here. I was trying to order a Gluten Free item that was listed on Website. I found out the Nachos were not a safe choice for me. The kitchen supervisor told me what she could make me and I chose a bacon cheeseburger on Gluten Free bun. This was prepared in separate work station as to minimize any cross contamination. For my side I got the rice and beans. Overall the meal was satisfying and I appreciate the extra care given.
Enjoyed lunch here. At noon there is a signing & dancing show. Great singers and dancers, many popular songs. With the heat outside we stayed for the full show in the airco to have a break from the sun.
This is a nice place for lunch at Busch Gardens. Of course it is a little bit expensive but it is at a theme park. They have lots of options then plenty of tables inside with AC. I also like their Doo Wap music here that they had before the pandemic. I like their pizza, burgers and chicken tenders. My friend likes their Asian food also.
There are several different areas to get your food. I had the chicken tenders and my wife had the teriyaki chicken. She told the guy no noodles but he gave them to her. The band was good. It's a shame people don't clean up after themselves. Later we came back to try the pizza. I like it but my wife did not
We never went inside to watch a show, but the outside looks amazing. I love all the colours and decorations, the food is okay, I feel like if you get the all day dining, it's better, but sometimes it could be pricey if you pay for food cash and it might not be as good as expected. But i'm not sure

The fried rice is low tier. I still have a lot to try here but so far it’s all just good enough. Could easily take my number 1 restaurant in the park if they worked on the food quality. The selection is great so it’s very disappointing to take a bite and realize that it’s just a dry bland version of what I was expecting. But it was only my 3rd visit so maybe I’ve been unlucky.
Expensive! But you totally expect that at an amusement park. But we're here a lot... And I have a family of 9 .They get hungry, we eat 😁 Food is basic. Atmosphere, depends on who's on stage. Piano is nice. But nobody wants a super loud, interactive show, while you're trying to eat and talk with family and friends.
Nice atmosphere. Chicken for nachos could've been cooked a bit longer but overall it's nice having 4 countries of food there.
You would think for what they charge for tenders y fries you would get a few more fries. They girl serving was putting a decent amount but I guess it was the manager that took over the serving of the fries n it looked like he was counting how many he put in. Cause after he put the fries in the basket he took some out n put them in another basket which I'm pretty sure who ever got that one got even less.
I like the choices, but the only thing they need to improve is the checkout lines. They are so slow, that your food is cold by the time you get to the cashier. Not good. They need to either serve the food hotter or have more cashiers , or both.
The Chinese food station was great. I got the beef and was pleased with the flavor and portion size. That said, it was incredibly expensive for what it was...but that is the norm at vacation spots like this.

The food is okay. Honestly is food for kids burgers, pizza, chicken tenders. That was all I tried because the Chinese didn't look appetizing at all. Peter did a great show and saved the day!

The desserts... they're a fly's playground. Please, I know it'll be tedious, but wrap them in plastic and put them out. They're just sitting out. I saw 8 flies on a chocolate cookie playing hopscotch. I asked for a fresh one from the kitchen and I can't promise nor have any way of knowing if flies didn't have a vacation on my cookie as well. Furthermore, it wasn't warm nor soft. Wrap the dessert in seran wrap. Please.
No lids for drink cup. Thin plain hamburger, was charged for cheeseburger ($2 more than plain burger) with no fries since there were no food allergy lists for fry coating. I asked, but they couldn't tell me. Picked this place since they had assortment of different kinds of food. Very disappointed paying $24 for very thin burger and 1 drink. Will not come to this place again. On the plus side it has air conditioning.
Mediocre food. Stay away from the Asian food. Its not good. Mexican was ok. Salad was ok.
I had eaten here before and it was much better than this time. There were only a couple food options and only 3 deserts to choose from. I decided to get the Teriyaki Chicken but it wasn't good. Seemed too salty, too much oil, been sitting too long, and an odd taste. Certainly not what I was expecting. I usually don't mention cost in my reviews, but the chicken, drink, and cookie were just over $30 dollars with tax. Very expensive even for theme park food. Hopefully you'll have a better experience than I did.
Me and my family just wanted to come and eat some great food, my dad was telling me how much he loved this place growing up. We tried getting some food, my father was getting a burger, and the employee service just up and left and he had to wait a longer amount of time just to get his food. And this place is expensive. Overall I really wouldn’t come here. The food also was pretty bad.
Imagine you're at home and hungry and find the lowest quality cheese to put on top of a piece of sliced bread. Then you throw it in the toaster oven for not long enough. That would be better than this. Imagine that lunch cafeteria pizza. This might be a smidge better. The people working at any place in Busch gardens are soulless and would rather be anywhere else. But the pizza girl must be new because she was nice and smiling and not dead inside yet.
We went at 6:30 expecting it to still be the supper rush. Sadly there wasn't the crowd to keep the food cycling out. As result I had a cold burger and waffle fries that were the texture of cardboard. The food from the Asian stand was slightly better - at least it was held at a good temperature. I would encourage you to look at the crowd level of the restaurant - and if it's not too busy - move on.

Genuinely the worst burger I’ve ever had in my life. The patty didn’t even taste like beef more like a sausage. 19 dollars for a single crappy burger with cold fries. Please never eat here.
Food quality and portion sizes are a joke for the prices being charged. Also spent 40 minutes in line waiting.
Everything was terrible from the food court. Very small portions, not enough staff, no ice, messy tables....terrible all around.
I don’t know how you can mess up stir fried vegetables but they managed to. Food was barely edible, staff really couldn’t give a monkeys. Avoid
The service is unacceptable they ignore u when trying to order and are flat out rude not to mention even on a theme park standard the food is trash. Today my gf was given RAW chicken and all we were given was a refund IT WAS RAW she got sick and we had to call the day it’s unacceptable and this place needs to be trained better
This place is ridiculous. Over an hour of waiting in line to order food. The food prep person in the Mexican cuisine line looks like she is miserable. Hardly enough staff for such a large food location. Busch garden has terrible management when it comes to their restaurants. It was the same two years ago when we went to SeaWorld. Long lines and the park was not even busy.
Just terrible. $40 for chicken tenders and fries. The picture was what they gave us with attitude after we couldn’t even bite through the first ones they gave us. Not busy at all and the condiment stations were disgusting. All of the floors are dangerously slick. They have a new drink station where you have to scan your cup, which only half the scanners work. Only one fill up allowed. Money grab scam. No more free waters either. Great on a hot Florida day. Hate that I have to rate one star. Complete rip off!!!!

It was a terrible experience. I’d never eaten such a despicable chicken sandwish and fries such as the ones I ate there today. If you’re thinking about going to Bush Garden and eat here, I sincerly discourage you.
We just ate here and the food was absolutely horrendous. Especially for $20 a plate. My daughter did find a very long hair in her dish as well. My overall experience at Busch Gardens today has been an 1 out of 10 across the board. I have no idea why people come here, especially with the price of admission along with the prices for food, etc. once you get into the park. Never again.
This experience highlighted a serious lack of leadership and preparation. The staff appeared overwhelmed and unfocused, and the restaurant was clearly not equipped to handle the very few number of guests. After waiting over 20 minutes just to place an order, the food arrived cold—an unmistakable sign of poor coordination and oversight. It’s extremely disappointing that Busch Gardens allows such a breakdown in basic customer service. As locals who have been loyal visitors for years, this visit has unfortunately convinced us not to return. A real shame.
Terrible. No one fills the condiments or beverages. You wait for food for over an hour and no one directs you that there is more than one line to make. You tell employees that there is no ice or drinks and they do nothing. Just horrible! You have a lot of work to do in regard to customer satisfaction and experience.
he closest word I can find to describe this place is disgusting. We ordered the beef and broccoli, and it was an inedible mess: tough, rubbery meat in an overpowering soy sauce with soggy broccoli and red peppers. The Cajun chicken was just as bad, and the orange chicken was a sticky, overly sweet mess that was completely horrible. I spent 140 dollars in total, and everything went straight into the trash. That has never happened to me before. I could probably eat rocks if I had to, but this was the first time in my life I threw food away. They clearly take advantage of tourists with outrageous prices and terrible food quality. The place looks nice from the outside, and I only went in because I was hungry and it seemed good, but that was a big mistake. Avoid this place at all costs.
There was one person working at the counter in the “American food” line. Waited 30 minutes to order. There is no mention on the menu that the cheeseburgers are slathered in mayo and onions. I hate both, had to throw the burger away. My kids ordered a pizza. Half the pizza was cooked, or so we thought, and the other half was uncooked. My son ate the “cooked” half and got food poisoning, that night when we got home he threw up six times. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to get sick too!
This is insanely ridiculous! We had the dinning pass which got me the saddest scoop of cold chicken and cold rice. You have to scan your drink and can only get one drink at once so if you start to fizzle and get nothing, you're done for. No mixing drinks either bc that's "two fills" The rest of my family got cold food that we could hardly eat. Thankfully we pushed through but it was pathetic. I would rather they tossed it in the microwave! I doubt its fresh. The people were rude to me and gave me attitude. Though the atmosphere was calm and nice. I wish that wasn't the only good thing I have to say about this place.
