I’ve been going to Perry’s since I was a little girl. On weekends with my family, we used to stop by here together, after perusing through the mall, and would have a nice meal together. The employees were always so friendly and kind each and every time. The quality is always amazing, the portion sizes are huge and generous, and the food is always fresh. I have never been disappointed coming here and despite there being newer locations, this one still has my heart after all this time. Over the past twenty years, the mall has changed a lot and has gone quite downhill. And yet, Perry’s is still the same. I came back here today after not visiting for almost 6 years. As expected, the food was exactly how I remembered. This is such a good spot for Chinese takeout and you really get your bang for your buck (a basic combo is somehow only $10 even in this economy)! Thank you for all the memories and lovely food Perry’s.

If you haven't had Perry's, you must not be from around the area. The best Orange and Bourbon Chicken around. The mall, has definitely gone down hill and not the nicest place to visit, but the food is great.

This place is the best in Tampa. And you get more than enough for the price that you will pay the food is terrific. I mean outstanding. Anybody will be more than satisfied with Perry's BBQ AND ASIAN GRILL AT UNIVERSITY SQUARE MALL SECOND FLOOR WEST SIDE OF FOOD COURT.

I LOVE Perry's BBQ (Chinese). The BEST orange chicken anywhere. It has a nice crunch, it is sweet and the chicken is not dark and fatty like most Chinese chicken. Whenever I'm at the mall THIS is the place that's always packed. Take a sample and see for yourself. It is constantly my "craving" of lunch/dinner choices.

Their bourbon chicken and noodles are to die for. And what an amazing idea to put the girl out to give away samples. If I didn't try it, I wouldnt've bought it. Enjoyed left overs next morning and crave more.

This is the ONLY PERRY'S anyone should go to. The one in Brandon doesn't hold a candle to this one. They give you a good amount of food, their stuff isn't dry and their sides taste better. Best CHINESE FOOD in this area in my opinion.

Portion size alone for the price makes this a must go to for all college students and surrounding area families to take advantage of. The quantity to quality ratio at Perry's compared to other restaurants in this mall justifies a visit. They give out crazy amounts of samples ahead of time, too! Lol don't miss out!

Sorry for the ugly pic this was after I picked through the plate for fried rice 😂 but the honey chicken was literally all breading and wayyyy to sweet. As for the broccoli it had this oily sauce on it which was really not needed. But the star of the plate was the fried rice.

I went here with my daughter after shopping. We tried many different places free samples but my daughter fell in love with the orange chicken. We got a combo meal with bourbon chicken, orange chicken, fried/western rice, and a honey sweet tea for under $10. Great deal! Food was amazing. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because about 2-3 hours later my daughter got sick, throwing up. It may have been only a few pieces of bad chicken because I tried some but my daughter got sick from the chicken. Would come back again but maybe in a few months...

Not the same as it was years ago. Terrible literally ordered orange chicken which was old cut through it with fork the chicken was discolored selling old chicken is disgusting low down dirty , long story short returned 5 mins later had them completely switch the meat red flagged will never return nor recommend THIS trash.

Went here yesterday and got FOOD POISONING no one comes here so the food is old and sitting out. Please do not eat here . Worst pain of my life

Food is good but the customer service is trash the worst every single time this lady that plate the food never has a smile her face always look like crumbled up paper if I could give a zero for customer service I most definitely would
