Muy ricas bebidas ordenamos un Frappe de Oreo y Latte de Mazapán; el lugar me pareció muy cómodo, y amplio para estar y pasar un rato agradable. Además de la buena actitud y servicio al cliente.

Blue Luna, the coffee shop that vindicated itself at the first sip... They're new to Tecate; they've only been open for a short time. My wife and I regularly go out in the afternoons to stroll around downtown, clear our minds, and spend time together. We decided to stop by and give them a try. It was already late, and we saw few people... we decided to go in. At the register, there was someone ordering for an army, all with different tastes and ways, which made the wait long. When my turn came, I quickly ordered a natural latte (usually that's what I order when I'm tasting coffee for the first time) and a vanilla latte. By then, we'd been there for about 20 minutes! Seeing that the wait would be long, my wife went to the car to wait there. By the time I left, 40 minutes had passed. My desperate wife took the drink, but not before ranting about the wait... But... with the first sip of coffee, all wait, all complaints vanished! Excellent coffee! A rich bitterness and the roasted flavor of the coffee, perfectly balanced. It was worth the wait. Highly recommended. Thank you and welcome to Tecate.

I'm a regular customer. Excellent service from the staff, both morning, afternoon, and evening. The staff who treated me poorly apparently no longer work there, as I haven't met them at any time. Everything is delicious. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, they're neglecting the cafeteria. They were stocking a milk other than Santa Clara. The herbal teas run out quickly, however, are the mixed berry ones, and they take a long time to refill them. There are never sleeves for the cups, nor are there cup holders. The staff tries to figure out how to carry so many drinks. Even if it's just one, they offer napkins because they don't have sleeves. They really need to pay more attention, please.

Everything is good. The only thing is that they tell you it takes half an hour for your food to be ready, and it takes a long time. Every time I go, I order the same thing (a sandwich and an iced coffee), and it takes over an hour for them to deliver. If you're hungry, I don't recommend this place because it takes too long for so little food!

It took a long time to get our order, and they didn't have certain fruits for smoothies, there was no syrup for lattes, they didn't have large cups, and their offer was to give you the latte in a medium cup, but charge it as a "large" because the system wouldn't allow you to mark it as medium. The matcha was too bland. A very bad experience.

El lugar está agradable. La bebida que pedí (Matcha) era pésima. Se que solo fue esa ocasión porque otras bebidas que he pedido saben bien, pero la verdad ese Matcha en las rocas estaba pésimo.

Tuve que hacer un cambio a mi review, en mis ultimas compras el cafe sabia feo, como cafe de cafetera quemado y ya no venden comida la mayor parte de las veces

Normally, the service is good, but today, March 11, 2025, I was very disappointed. It was 11 a.m. and they didn't have the kitchen ready, and they didn't have the chicken for the order I ordered. I hope it improves like it did before. In the end, I left without my food.

Mal servicio, pedí un late de mazapán sin café y salieron con que no lo podían modificar cuando en todos los blue lunas me lo an preparado sin café. Sólo era sin café, no era agregar algún ingrediente extra.

She lacks training in customer service; she twists her mouth and rolls her eyes as if she hated working in that place. The young men who normally serve us are very friendly.

Terrible service. I went at 1:50 p.m. and ordered a spicy chicken breast, and the lady told me my sandwich would take 35 minutes to make because they were changing shifts in 10 minutes and that they wouldn't start preparing it until then. I asked her if they couldn't start preparing it right then and the new shift could continue. I had to check the shift change because the two girls who were going to be on the next shift were sitting outside chatting. She told me no, that she wouldn't wait until the next shift came in, so I decided to leave. Recommendation: Don't go any time before 2 p.m. because they'll keep you waiting.

Today, my partner and I had a bad experience. I saw it as a form of discrimination. The employees told us they couldn't serve us for another 30-40 minutes because the cook hadn't arrived yet and they didn't have anything to serve us. However, other customers who were there did serve them and took their orders without any problem. I don't know if it was because of how we were dressed or because they didn't want to work, but they should be taught how to serve customers.

The truth is that I really like the flavor of this place. And I came almost 3 times a week here but today was my last day because Fernanda's service at 1:33 pm Also Vanessa but More Fernanda since she was the one who gave me my order and today she was so rude that it doesn't matter so much how good the food may be but if someone treats you as if you bothered them it makes you not want to continue wanting to support this business. I know that the owner is a lovely and nice gentleman but it's sad to see such terrible customer service they give... especially because that's what I do and I know that the customers who come more frequently to your business know that they are taken care of. My distrust was so much that I couldn't even comfortably eat my great chicken thinking that they could have spit in my food. I hope they have cameras in the kitchen and that kind of thing doesn't happen.
