It took a long time to get our order, and they didn't have certain fruits for smoothies, there was no syrup for lattes, they didn't have large cups, and their offer was to give you the latte in a medium cup, but charge it as a "large" because the system wouldn't allow you to mark it as medium. The matcha was too bland. A very bad experience.

Normally, the service is good, but today, March 11, 2025, I was very disappointed. It was 11 a.m. and they didn't have the kitchen ready, and they didn't have the chicken for the order I ordered. I hope it improves like it did before. In the end, I left without my food.

Terrible experience on June 9, 2025. Very poor customer service upon receiving my order. The person serving me said her name was Wendy and started turning off the lights, which I interpreted as a polite invitation to leave, as it was 20 minutes until 9 pm.

The young lady with straight hair who was in charge of the cashier on Saturday, March 15, 2025, in the afternoon, had a terrible attitude. She lacks training in customer service; she twists her mouth and rolls her eyes as if she hated working in that place. The young men who normally serve us are very friendly.

Place is unsanitary and full of flys, to top it all off they dont have change for a $20 when you order and that is suposed to be your problem. Avoid at all cost. 0 stars

Terrible service. I went at 1:50 p.m. and ordered a spicy chicken breast, and the lady told me my sandwich would take 35 minutes to make because they were changing shifts in 10 minutes and that they wouldn't start preparing it until then. I asked her if they couldn't start preparing it right then and the new shift could continue. I had to check the shift change because the two girls who were going to be on the next shift were sitting outside chatting. She told me no, that she wouldn't wait until the next shift came in, so I decided to leave. Recommendation: Don't go any time before 2 p.m. because they'll keep you waiting.

Today, my partner and I had a bad experience. I saw it as a form of discrimination. The employees told us they couldn't serve us for another 30-40 minutes because the cook hadn't arrived yet and they didn't have anything to serve us. However, other customers who were there did serve them and took their orders without any problem. I don't know if it was because of how we were dressed or because they didn't want to work, but they should be taught how to serve customers.

The truth is that I really like the flavor of this place. And I came almost 3 times a week here but today was my last day because Fernanda's service at 1:33 pm Also Vanessa but More Fernanda since she was the one who gave me my order and today she was so rude that it doesn't matter so much how good the food may be but if someone treats you as if you bothered them it makes you not want to continue wanting to support this business. I know that the owner is a lovely and nice gentleman but it's sad to see such terrible customer service they give... especially because that's what I do and I know that the customers who come more frequently to your business know that they are taken care of. My distrust was so much that I couldn't even comfortably eat my great chicken thinking that they could have spit in my food. I hope they have cameras in the kitchen and that kind of thing doesn't happen.
