They're short-staffed, so the service is slow. Everything is delicious and they're very friendly. It's just that they can't handle the workload!

The food was a little cold, the café de olla tasted a little strange, it was very cold, and they didn't turn on the heater for us 😂. I think they're expensive compared to other restaurants of the same type.

The current menu is April 16, 2024. It's delicious but could be much better. More needs to be served to satisfy the average person. The location is quite nice, surrounded by nature.

First time I've been there and honestly, the last. It took them almost an hour to bring our order, and it arrived in batches with 10 or 15 minutes between each dish. They only have two cooks, which slows down the service. We felt pressured to order. Maybe it was the day, but they should have prepared.

When we arrived (group of 10) they sat is right away we were really impressed. We were very excited to try a new place for breakfast as this place had good reviews. The food was not bad but it was not great either. If I could give a zero star for service I would. Our young waiter got our orders correct but everything came to our table at different times. The tortillas came later after we asked several times and by then most of our food was cold. Someone asked for 1 scrambled egg with the meal and again after asking several times and different waiters the egg finally came but it was sunnyside up instead. We had to ask for coffee refills, tortillas, creamer and the check multiple times. Everybody in our party was really disappointed with the poor service. The food was okay but one meal of chilaquiles had a long hair tangled in the tortilla chips. Too bad the service was so disappointing. Never again going back. Just fyi it didn't look too busy when we arrived as there were many tables empty and there seemed to be several servers some just standing talkikg to each other.

One star because it doesn't allow you to leave it blank. We waited for our food for over 40 minutes, there was zero customer service, they brought the wrong order so I decided to cancel it and they got upset. I definitely don't recommend this place, a terrible experience for a first visit.

The service was 10/10. It's a very welcoming place. I'm disappointed with the taste of my dish: it was too salty, my coffee was cold and diluted, and the tortillas were 10/10. My companion's dish was 4/10.
