I want to commend this KFC for their honesty. Coz last night, my uncle unexpectedly dropped his wallet into his seat. I forgot to ask the name of the guy who found the wallet because of excitement. Thank you so much. May God bless this store more.

Oh yum! Old fashioned greasy chicken with mashed potatoes. Really enjoyed it! Cooked well and clean food and boxes, utensils, napkins, surroundings. A relaxing experience.

My family starting coming here after being disappointed by Popeyes and we have to say that the chicken is always good here and nice and hot and tastes fresh. Our only complaint is how small the sides are now and the cost for a bucket went up, but we still come here and think the chicken is worth it! The staff here is always nice and quick too at this location! I think KFC should bring back their chicken wraps though, but their bowls are really good too!

I love going to this KFC. All of the employees here are extremely nice and helpful. When I arrived at this location, I walked in, ordered my food and realized I left my wallet at home. Instead of them turning me away and making me go get my wallet from home they gave me my meal free! I honestly was shocked by this act of kindness. I am pleased to see that there are still good people out there in this world. Thank you KFC!

Who doesn't like big juicy thighs and breasts served to them with a smile? Can't go wrong with a bucket of fresh, greasy, juicy, and golden brown breast and thighs. Slap some hot sauce on those breasts and it gives them that extra kick.

I'm a big fan of kfc. Always have been. For some reason I've never tried their chicken sandwich. Well there's always a first for everything. We went through the drive-thru of the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Temecula california. Got us the chicken sandwich, fries, coleslaw, gravy mash potatoes and a soda. No complaints absolutely delicious..

KFC & LJS Fast clean friendly, but fish & chips you have to pull over and park, wait 8 minutes because they cook it fresh for you.

Friendly and efficient. They let you know from the start that the fish takes five minutes to fry and they drop them after the order is taken, so they're fresh and hot when delivered with the rest of the order.

Manager that helped us was super nice and very helpful. Great food. If food and service is like this all the time. I will be back all the time.

Had the thick cut cod basket, they made it fresh I guess cause it was a slow night, it was Delicious!! sat down with my 3 sauces and it was amazing cosidering it was fast food. I went back there a week later and they said they dont have it on the menu anymore?!? went to the website and they said they still serve it. come on long john/kfc put it back on the menu!!!!!

KFC is always delightful! There's usually a bit of a wait at this location so if you see a line and are in a hurry, go somewhere else. People are always very nice though and the food is great!

New Deals are a much better price. Get APP and compare deals. Will save money if you buy KFC. Chicken pieces were also back to a normal size. Will now order again.

It wasn't a horrible experience. I went a couple weeks ago. The food was good as I love KFC, however drive thru experience took some time, it was probably partially my fault. Two orders this year and they got them both wrong. How hard is it to serve chicken? They didn't count the pieces or they counted wrong in first order. I ended up short. In the second order I asked for macaroni and cheese but they gave me mashed potatoes.

My girlfriend asked for a famous bowl with special modifications and they got it wrong. They asked her multiple times about things she had already said and STILL got it wrong. We tried calling them when we got home because we hadn’t realized it was wrong til then..and they didn’t pick up our many phone calls. So I tried again today and STILL nothing..It sounded and seemed like it was a bunch of high school guys working there so maybe we should’ve expected this. Really frustrating when establishments mess up orders.

This KFC is an absolute joke. They don’t even deserve one star. Waited OVER 30 MINUTES for a drive through order and eventually got fed up and went in to ask for a refund. Got horrible customer service , no apology no sorry for the wait no effort to make amends. It took 3 people to figure out which ticket was even mine and the “manager” who refused to give his name eventually refunded my order. Will never be back. You would think a large corporation like KFC could invest in some training for their incompetent staff. Guess not . While I was waiting I even watched the “manager” follower another customer out of the restaurant to her car, told her he gave her more than what she ordered, took items out of her bag and walked them back into the store… I assume to give to a different customer . Ew!

It was my mistake not checking my order and they gave it to me just as raw. I don't know if I'll go back because it's not the first time they've given me something wrong.

It took 36 min to get a chicken sandwich with only four people in line. I was in the front of the line. They just keep doing orders for drive thru. And call ins. All the people were talking about how this place is going down. Food chains are getting worse. And more expensive. Plus when I did get the food it was cold and I paid 70.00 bucks.. Was in your location today. Ate inside. Could not find a clean table top. All your tables were discussing . They had dirt all around edges . I asked for Manager and was told they were working on cleaning the tables. What kind of answer was that. This is a very serious situation. DIRTY TABLE TOPS IN A RESTAURANT. Tonight my family decided to have KFC for the first time in a while. We ordered from the drive thru and to our surprise the man taking our order told us that they were out of chicken. How could KFC run out of chicken! This is not the first time that this has happened to us and this will definitely be the last time we go there. The men working the night shift should have prepared more after they had two big groups come threw. Poor Poor service.

Ordered the extra crispy chicken 20 dollar fill up and the chicken is extra soggy. Like falling apart soggy. The breading is just falling off and the chicken is nearly wet. Disgusting. I shouldn’t have to rebake my chicken at home so that the breading doesn’t feel waterlogged.

I ORDERED TWO SPICY COLESLAW WRAPS TO GO. GOT THEM HOME AND NEITHER HAD COLE SLAW ON THEM. REALLY? HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE A CHICKEN WRAP THAT HAS TWO MAIN INGREDIENTS (CHICKEN AND COLESLAW) AND A CONDIMENT (SPICY SAUCE) ? IT IS SAD.

They never get your order right. Be it drive thru or pick up. When you open the order they will either miss a whole item or would have switched it with something else. If you are not dining in, don't order there. I ordered a 8 piece tenders box and it was missing completely in the order. When called to ask, they asked me to come back again to pick it up. No option to refund. Convenient for them.

I went through the drive through, ordered four chicken sandwiches. I was told it would be 8 minutes for the sandwiches. I agreed to wait and said no problem. I was instructed to pull around to the front double door and they would bring it out. I waited 20 minutes (12 minutes longer than I was told it would be) then went in to find out what was going on. I was told it would only be 5 more minutes, I asked why I was told 8 minutes in the beginning but he had no excuse. I went back to my vehicle to continue to wait. After another 15 minutes (35 minutes total) the sandwiches were brought out to me with no explanation for the wait. He just gave me a very insincere "sorry". This should be a NO STAR if it was a option! I will never return!

First of all I walk in there and the cashier was too busy flirting with a guy at the take out counter to notice me patiently waiting for 5 minutes, then when the guy FINALLY leaves she turns to me and seemed startled I was there. First a guy comes running in complaining he never got his drive thru order, they gave him an order, then while so many of us are patiently waiting he comes back and says they gave him the wrong order, they offered to get it right and let him keep the wrong order. There were 2 people in front of me but then they call the order that came after me. OK now i'm irritated and so were the others. They scrambled to get everyone their order once they realized they were screwing up like crazy, the person in front of me complained about a 30min wait and she got a free drink. I was so upset I almost asked for my money back but they just kept telling me my order was coming. I was out of patience and asked how long, they then finally got it to me. Offered me no apology, the cashier even asked if I wanted condiments but then said nevermind when she noticed how angry I was but YES I DID WANT CONDIMENTS. Despite giving the others free items to say they were sorry they gave me NOTHING! I was so mad I filled out their survey and wasted 10mins I could have been eating my meal with. Server Brandon needs to chill out. All I wanted was 2 $12 buckets and he's like with an angry tone "buckets of what!" Almost like that feeling someone wanted to fight you. But when the girl after me ordered he acted nice. The guy needs to get back to cooking off of Alejandras cashier. He could rob it and she would have to pay. Send him back to training

Food is good. But horrible management. They allow their employees to be work with no A/C and allow their customers to dine in with no A/C as well. Dont eat here unless you want to sweat while eating. Feel for these workers. They told their employees that the boss wanted to save money and avoid keeping to location cool.

The mobile app I tried to use didn't work. Then there's only a kiosk there. It is horrible to use and doesn't work right either. Because of all that and because they didn't have the type of Chicken we wanted the guy said he'd give us extra pieces. We got home we live nearby and not only didn't he give us extra chicken but over half of the 12 pieces of chicken were dark brown and dripping with grease. The bottom of the bucket was covered in a ton of grease too. Just nasty. I put in a complaint and they are supposed to call me back. We'll see.

We always shop at KFC and usually love their chicken but yesterday my daughter coming from work picked up a 12 piece dinner extra crispy, UT was RAW in the middle of the chicken so disgusting. Tried to call & nobody cared, we live in murrieta, by the time we would drive back be an hour with traffic. Last time ever go to kfc.

But when the girl after me ordered he acted nice. The guy needs to get back to cooking off of Alejandras cashier. He could rob it and she would have to pay. Send him back to training

We always shop at KFC and usually love their chicken but yesterday my daughter coming from work picked up a 12 piece dinner extra crispy, UT was RAW in the middle of the chicken so disgusting. Tried to call & nobody cared, we live in murrieta, by the time we would drive back be an hour with traffic. Last time ever go to kfc.

The mobile app I tried to use didn't work. Then there's only a kiosk there. It is horrible to use and doesn't work right either. Because of all that and because they didn't have the type of Chicken we wanted the guy said he'd give us extra pieces. We got home we live nearby and not only didn't he give us extra chicken but over half of the 12 pieces of chicken were dark brown and dripping with grease. The bottom of the bucket was covered in a ton of grease too. Just nasty. I put in a complaint and they are supposed to call me back. We'll see.

Food is good. But horrible management. They allow their employees to be work with no A/C and allow their customers to dine in with no A/C as well. Dont eat here unless you want to sweat while eating. Feel for these workers. They told their employees that the boss wanted to save money and avoid keeping to location cool.
