Steve was amazing! We went for the dinner buffet and he made sure everything was fresh and that we were taken care of. He was super friendly and helpful. Above and beyond. Definitely will be back when he’s working! Thank you!

I love this place and their pizza. The staff was excellent.

My wife and I brought our daughter to mountain mikes for the first time and she was amazed!!! The food was delicious, the pizza was just how I asked for it. But the highlight of the night was the customer service, the cashier was really friendly and welcoming and he was hustling it’s hard to see employees bust their bottoms for a business but this guy was on the front line he was nice to my family. He needs a raise!! Thanks for a good experience dudes.

If I could give the service 100 stars I would. Steve that was working around 2pm today was outstanding. Extremely helpful and friendly. This was my first time to mountain Mike’s and I will definitely go back. Pizza was very good and the family loved it.

Jackson went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from helping us with our order to checking in just the right amount without ever feeling overbearing. You don’t always see this kind of pride and professionalism, especially in quick-service spots, but Jackson makes this place feel more like a local favorite than just another pizza joint. The pizza was fresh, delicious, and perfectly made — but honestly, it was Jackson’s outstanding attitude and service that made our visit unforgettable. We just had the pizza buffet here tonight for $14.99 per person. I had the Hawaiian and supreme pizza was tasty the crust was crispy too 😋 and they also had a salad bar. The employee name Jackson was nice and friendly. We will be back.

Came here with a friend for the lunch special - all you can eat, pizza and salad. Was very pleased with the selection and food! Great place for a quick bite, not too crowded and a nice relaxing atmosphere Will be back again soon!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mountain Mike's Pizza, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The pizza was absolutely phenomenal! Perfectly cooked with a delightful blend of flavors, it was everything I could have asked for. The wings were also a standout, cooked to crispy perfection and bursting with taste. But what truly made the visit unforgettable was the outstanding service provided by Steve. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he made sure my dining experience was top-notch. I wholeheartedly recommend Mountain Mike's to anyone seeking delicious pizza and exceptional service. I can't wait to return!

The food was super yummy, and I looked forward to my leftovers. Service, however, was apathetic or non-existent! Dark corner with video games turned off, and you had to walk through to get to the restrooms...

Came in for our first time for the dinner buffet. There wasn’t anything in the buffet and had to wait about 30 minutes for the pizza to be put out which was only 1 and then had to wait about another 30 minutes for another pizza to be put out which the one pizza went by quick with the people who were there. Unfortunately couldn’t enjoy the salad bar it was not refreshed and we tried the potato salad as we waited for pizza and it was disgusting and the croutons were stale. There was also 4 flavors in the soda machine with out of service on them. Also no Forks Just spoons so if the salad bar was fresh it would be pretty hard to eat salad with a spoon. There was only 1 person doing everything cashier, taking orders and cooking the food he did the best he could with all the customers he should get a raise. This isn’t how a business should be run with only 1 person. We had to wait quite a bit to get fresh pizza and the salad bar was a no go.

I arrive at 6pm to pick up my order and I could tell by the guys reaction that he either never saw my online order and/or hadn’t even started it. Told me it would be about 8 minutes and I said that was fine. 15 minutes later he comes out with my order and tells me that he went ahead and made me a Large pizza instead of a Medium (I’m assuming because he never started my order and I had to wait) and I said okay thank you, and confirmed that my dipping sauces were in there, and he replies yes. I get home to see that my order was made with less than zero effort. I ordered the new Taco pizza (without meat & olives) that also comes with diced tomatoes, green onion, lettuce, and a Jalapeño Tomatillo Sauce….which had none, the toppings were a joke. It was a completely sauce-less pizza with only a few tiny little pieces of diced tomatoes and onion which were mostly on one side, and the slices were cut so incredibly skinny. The icing on the cake was I received neither of the marinara sauces I paid for & my order was not cheap.

I'm honestly shocked at what happened. We ordered while staying at South Coast Winery Resort. I guess they use Doordash to deliver. The driver got to the resort, we went outside to wait for him and 30 minutes later we get a text from the driver (GPS shows that he is here) that he didn't know where our room was so left the order on some table somewhere on the property and left. Wth? He didn't text us first to ask where we were, which we could obviously tell him or meet him. He just left. I called the restaurant and the first woman who answered the phone didn't want to deal with the issue (I wasn't yelling or rude) and she just hung up on me. I called back and a guy answered. 1st he said he is going to send the driver back but, the driver is already crazy. What's he going to do if they send him back when he doesn't work for them? Spit on the now cold pizza that's been sitting in the open for an hour? I asked for a replacement order and the guy tried to tell me they would only do that if we go pick it up ourselves. Seriously? He then put me on hold, came back and asked if we paid for the pizza.... yeah, that's how online ordering on their website works. We paid when the order was placed. He then apologized and said they would replace the order. We're sitting here now almost 2 hours after initially placing the order hoping it gets here. UPDATE They didn't remake the order. They waited 30 minutes to call back and say that they will only remake it if we go pick it up ourselves. While waiting outside for the delivery driver earlier we saw other people here getting deliveries. Uber had no trouble finding us. We aren't in some weird area that's hard to find. We're ordering from someone else now and will never give this restaurant our money. They did give us a refund. They did not have to wait 30 minutes to call us and tell us that while we thought we were waiting for our food.

I ordered a large pizza to go with several toppings and was charged 43 bucks. This is an absurd amount of money for a pizza outside of one served at a table-waited, high-end restaurant, which this place is not. The mushrooms were sliced so thin as to be dehydrated and tasteless, and the center of the crust was uncooked dough. Aside from that, it was edible. This location was close enough to walk to, but in spite of that, it will not see me again.

I hate tearing down companies but I will no longer order from here. The last three times my order has been messed up! I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because this use to be my family favorite place and I keep hoping they will get it right but this was the final straw because I actually expected my order to not be correct when I received it today! I’m absolutely disgusted the chicken on my pizza smelt really and it was awful! They definitely used bad chicken! I am very aware that pizza place receive fully cooked Chicken, but this has definitely been sitting out and turned bad!! I had 4 missing dipping sauces that I paid extra for. The last time I ordered, they tried to send the DoorDash driver off with only one pizza when I ordered two! I’m glad he called me and when I called Mountain Mike employee they claimed they tried to call me, but they did not. The time before they did send my order missing a pizza and had no interest on making it right! I had to call several times for a refund. This place has completely gone downhill. Extremely disappointing. Shame on me for giving so many chances.

NASTY!!! There’s no reason why anybody should buy raw pizza if that’s the case I would’ve went to the grocery store and bought a frozen pizza and cooked it myself. This is completely unacceptable, Both pizzas that I ordered were raw inside the dough, uncooked and disgusting! Cheese wasn’t even melted! We never order from this location and make sure Everyone I know knows to not come to this location!
