We had a wonderful experience here! Dave and Talia were amazing! We were sat in an area with no server and Dave stepped in to grant us with Talia’s wonderful service! They were on it. We had our drinks and food so fast. Talia was quick, kind, and so welcoming. We will be returning!
Our server was named Daniel. He was amazing. The food was great service was fast and the food was absolutely delicious. It’s been a long time since I’ve visited a red Robin, but this make me want to eat a burger every day.
We eat here all the time. Service and food are always amazing! Servers are friendly and attentive. The rewards program is great as well.
I got the double tavern burger deal and it was great. I'm a generally shy person so I ordered off my phone. Our server Talia (no idea if I'm spelling it right) was AMAZING she understood I was shy and my shy gestures to my empty bottomless drink🤣. It wasn't too loud which was good. I was with my party of 8. Bathrooms were clean and functional. It was my aunt's 50th birthday and the employees didn't crowd around us and stayed about 3 steps back. The server took a picture of us all together for my mom. YAYY!! thank you red robin in Temecula for this great experience. 👍Sorry forgot to take a picture.🤷🏼♀️
I did an online order and I took a bit longer than expected to pick it up, they were really understanding and Tiffany was excellent! Even though I was late, the burger/fries were very fresh. 5 stars!
I have been to this restaurant three times. Each time, waitstaff have been very accommodating. I ordered different burgers each visit and each were flavorful and meat had the correct temperature. Names were whisky, tavern, and mad love burgers. The only issue I have is my bill came out incorrect for two of my visits. I had to ask servers to correct them. Also, the environment can be a bit noisy, with many kids in the establishment.
We ate family lunch here at this location of Red Robin. 😋There was no wait to be seated. The restaurant and restrooms were clean, as well as the tables. It has been a while since I have eaten at a Red Robin Restaurant, so I was happy to try some food. The waiter was very prompt, polite, attentive, and nice. It was happy-hour for certain drinks and appetizers, so we ordered the curly cheese sticks. I ordered Chicken Bourbon BBQ wrap, the children ordered pizza and mac and cheese kids meal, and my husband ordered a juicy cheese burger. I really enjoyed the decor and environment. All of our foods were very delicious and I would love to come back to this location. Thank you to our waiter.
Located at the mall entrance, just adjacent to Regal cinema. Good family diner style restaurant with mostly cooked to order menu items. Discount menu items available about $10 to $20. Fresh bottomless Coke products including bottomless fries are optional and may be part of some combos. Large eating area that is a bit noisy with family and young kids. The Texas Burbon BBQ double burger combo was delicious and the portion was on the small side. Blackened Salmon plate was fresh and tasty and again, the portions was on the smaller side which worked well for us. Service was attentative and fetched us refills consistently. The restrooms were average clean. Self checkout paypad was convenient to use. Paid street parking or free parking structure are available.
Great value for the food you get my only complaint is this location has a horrible smell when you walk in, must be bad pipes in the restroom or something making the entire place smell like somewhere you dont want to eat. Get your food togo this is not a place I would want to dine in until they get that horrible smell fixed.
Waitress was nice and the food was great! It was my wifes birthday so we went here to catch some lunch. I had the Salmon, broccoli and fries with a freckled lemonade. My wife got the cheese burger special in a lettuce wrap and a shake. Everything was so good. Can't complain! Just wished my stomach would take more of those delicious unlimited fries! Unfortunately we got full 😪
Their salads are usually good here. This visit was not. The shrimp was over cooked and greasy. Same with the chips it came with. I couldn't eat it. Waitresses weren't too attentive. They kept forgetting our napkins and took forever with items when it wasn't packed at all. I don't think I'll go back anytime soon. Sidenote, the Bloody Mary was real good.
Good hamburgers and bottomless French fries. I just about always go for the Royal Red Robin Burger. I know they have other good burgers, but it's hard for me to step away from something I know is so good. Plus, I only make it to Red Robin about once a year. Red Robin is a good place to take little kids. When seated, one of the hosts provided two kids menus that could be colored on. Crayons were also provided. Our server was Irene. She did a good job. She kept our cups from running empty and asked us if we needed fresh basket of french fries. Visited on Monday, January 14th, 2023 around 12:30 PM.
Red Robin is a pretty good, kid-friendly option, and this one is fine. The wait can get a little long on busy mall days. Servers and staff are fine, but again if it gets a little busy, the servers will get stretched thin. so, make sure you’re ready to ask for whatever you need whenever you see them. Drink options are fine, foods okay, but the non-burger options are hit or miss. The fries and onion rings are really good and they have some kid-friendly apps including a sampler. Definitely not the best Red Robin I’ve ever been to, but an okay place to take a hungry family after back to school shopping at the mall.
When you walk in there's a weird smell. The server is always a hit or miss. You either get a great one or you don't. It seems like the waiter took a while to want to take our order. I felt I had to call them to get their attention. The food took a while to get to use. Other people that come after us. They got their order pretty fast. I might just have to go to a different location and see if I still would want to eat at this restaurant.
Red Robin usually offers good value for money, but today I felt the fare a bit lacking. My ‘Burnt ends fries’ were somewhat dry, and lacking in the toppings like bbq sauce and burnt ends. My wife’s burger was very tasty if a touch vinegary. Two folks two mains two sodas for $42.49. Though not terribly priced, I did not feel like I got great value for money.
The food was standard, and the service was good. However, the changing table in the women’s room was screwed shut, so we couldn’t use it to change our baby.
Went to Red Robin with a larger group for a birthday. Food was on par with other Red Robin's I've been to, but the service was seriously lacking. The group hadn't even sat down and was already being asked if they knew what they wanted to order. Asking the server to give us some time, she disappeared for almost 20 minutes before coming back to finally take our drink order. It was another 10 to 15 minutes before the ordered beers were served. The whole evening continued that way. It was THE WORST service I've ever had at a Red Robin. I would be more understanding if the restaurant was busy, but it really wasn't. Not to mention we kept seeing other servers but ours was often MIA. I have no desire to go back to this location .
The front of restaurant was clean and taken care of. But understaffed imo. A 20 min wait for table. A few parties of two, yet I counted 7 tables empty and clean. I never understood this. Service, waiter was friendly. But order wasn't accurate, no tomato add onion. So not sure if the waiter input was wrong or cooks not caring. The food. RR quality has been the companies problem for the last 10 years. Nothing new. I had a RR tavern double cheeseburger that was like hockey pucks and the chips were cold and stale. I asked for no tomato, add onion. Nope not at RR. RR would never be my choice to spend money. The person wanted to go, so I followed.
We have never eaten such terrible food anywhere. The salad looks the same as it tastes. The coffee is cold. The child couldn't even eat half of the burger. We asked to be seated near the window, it was quiet there. All the seats were free. But the waitress said that everything was taken))). I hope this was just our experience. In any case, we tried it, Thank you for having variety
Visiting the mall, my family decided to come here. I have a gluten-free allergy and requested gluten-free fries.. upon ordering my entrée they had served me regular fries luckily I was able to identify the wrong. I had informed my Server at the beginning of the meal when he was taking my drinks that I had an allergy and requested specifically only gluten-free fries to be served to our table in fear they would get mixed up gluten-free fries come with a purple toothpick normally helping indicate I ordered a cheeseburger, protein style, no bun, just a lettuce wrapped and a side of gluten-free fries on my tray when I was served the food I looked at the fries. The coloring and texture was different. Usually gluten-free fries are made to order and other fries have darker colors because of the oil being reuse so much and also fries get much crispy because they sit in the basket under the heat warmer so you can tell the consistency upon my speculation. I requested the Server to see if the fries that came on my plate with my entrée were in fact gluten-free he went to the kitchen and the staff then confirmed that they were not gluten-free at that time. I had requested that my food be sent back because they were cross contaminated, and I was unable to eat the meal instead of remaking my order they remade an order that was at the table and again I had to send it back because it was a chicken wrap and the wrap was made of flour tortilla. Eventually, I did get my food with the gluten-free fries worth the toothpick but at that time the people at my table had already finished eating. I packed up my food to go upon leaving the establishment. I asked to speak to the manager. She was not a made aware of the situation apparently they have a service when they’re taking the order that they can put that I had an allergy on my specific spot, but the Server had not done that and then the survey had not informed the manager that I had an allergy and then once my plate was crossed contaminated, nobody had informed the manager again that I had been served the wrong food. It wasn’t until I was leaving that I was able to contact the manager at that time and inform her of the service unfortunately I won’t be able to return to this establishment due to the incompetence of the workers and the lack of knowledge of food allergies in cross-contamination.
Simply, the food was subpar, skimpy, overpriced. Required to order and pay via kiosk. The Habit is much better, cheaper, and i order from a kiosk there when no one expects a tip too. No wonder Red robin is closing dozens of locations. Temecula may be on the list.
This place is a joke. Fries are mushy and cold. Takes forever to get refill on the fries. I ordered bottomless fries and root beer float and it took 10 minutes just to get a refill. I was already done with my burger. Then the server did put the meal deal in correctly so the receipt was wrong. I’ve been coming to this place for 20 years and the last few years have been horrible. Never going here again.
My sister has a severe allergy to fish/shellfish and when she asked what kind of salad she should order as a side, our waitress recommended the Caesar salad (was made aware that she cannot eat fish) and reassured my sister that there was no fish or shellfish in their dressing. Obviously that was incorrect information. I had ordered a burger and asked for NO mayonnaise and they still slathered the burger with mayonnaise. Our meals took almost over an hour to start coming out and when we ordered another side of fries they took almost half an hour to see our table. The food was actually okay, but this morning we’ve all had horrible food poisoning, my friend has thrown up at least 3 times today.
