Very comfortable and colorful restaurant in Temecula. Great food and drinks. Best part is watching the tortillas being created. Highly recommend.
I don’t know what my life was before I knew Rosas... Love this place. Literally eat here every time I’m in Temecula, because the food is always so fresh and delicious. The restaurant is very big, clean, festive, and the employees are friendly and on top of their game. I get their chicken enchiladas with salsa verde, and also just tried the chicken fajita with queso roll. My mind is blown. They even have a salsa bar where there’s an assortment of many different salsas and jalapeños and dressings. Very yummy!! You also get a few tasty fresh tortillas on the side. Rosas management if you’re reading this: please expand and come to Chicago!!!!!! 💜
Consistently consistent! We've been coming here for almost 17 yrs and haven't had a bad experience. Love their tortillas! The taco plate (pictured) is only $4.99 on Tuesdays. That's a deal that can't be beat. Just tried their carrot cake for the time and we're fans. Amazed at how quickly they get the food served.
I Cannot begin to explain how much Wick & Wildflower completely appreciates and respects this establishment. It’s not just the food. It’s not just the ambiance and scenary. It’s not location even being beautiful Temecula CA. It’s all of those things topped off by AMAZING customer service and good old fashioned friendliness. I just recently had an issue where I was in a hurry and left some of my order behind at pick up, but only realized after driving all the way home and also finding an item mistakenly ordered wrong. They went waaayyy far above and beyond and completely made my trip back worth while…. Blew my mind. Best beans in town, best tortilla’s I’ve ever eaten. Now,…. The LAST vestige of Good Ole Fashioned Customer Service in a world on Fire. Love ya’ll,…. See you again soon! 👊🏻👊🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
Rosa’s Rosa’s ROSA’S!! Oh how we love Rosa’s Cafe! We ordered an enchilada meal and a taco plate, a side of chips, salsa and queso. The restaurant was not overly busy. Staff was friendly. The Restaurant was clean and ready to seat you. Our food was up in 5 minutes and delicious as usual.
We were starving and pulled in here thinking that it was going to be a long sit down restaurant wait, since it is just outside of Old Town. We were so pleasantly surprised that when we walked in it was set up like a taco shop with a very large dinning area. We ordered our food and before we even got our drinks and sat down they called our number. We got the nacho salad and cheese enchilada, both delicious and too much food. The cost was much less than I expected, it was corner taco shop prices with restaurant quality food. They make their flour tortillas there and it was an added novelty to watch the machine. We will definitely go back when we are in Temecula.
Rosa’s never disappoints me! I love that this restaurant offers a lot of yummy burrito, fajita, and taco options. The tortillas are so fresh and yummy it’s hard to believe this is fast food! I also recommend you try their refried beans 🫘 ! If your in the mood for some Mexican desserts, this restaurant offers a few options such as sopapillas. This restaurant has a lot of space for large groups and an outdoor patio! The location is very family friendly and is great for quick trips or long stays. Note: This location serves craft beer. ;)
I was visiting Temecula, staying nearby. Was craving Mexican and noticed this place was right across the way. The staff greeted me with such friendliness! They helped me pick a meal (so many delicious choices). I got the chicken enchilada plate. Only 10 bucks, plenty of food for me. It was all very tasty. Their freshly made tortillas are incredible. Overall I can't ask for a better deal than this. I would definitely go back!
This is literally a buffet except for they serve you your food on a plate. This is not a Mexican restaurant. It’s a expensive Taco Bell. This is more white restaurant than I don’t know. The food in the pictures is not what you get. It is a glorified Taco Bell and even that Taco Bell is better.
Great food! Staff friendly and helpful.
Rosa’s Cafe is the perfect comfort stop after a long day in San Diego. As soon as you walk in, the welcoming, classic atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The fresh tortillas are simply to die for — soft, warm, and full of flavor, they pair perfectly with any dish on the menu. One standout feature is the salsa bar, which offers a fantastic variety of fresh, flavorful salsas to customize your meal to perfection. If something isn't quite right, the staff is always quick to fix it, ensuring you leave satisfied every time. Rosa’s Cafe is more than just a restaurant; it's a reliable, cozy spot that never disappoints.
Great deals, big portions. Flour tortillas made in house. I love this place, it hasn’t changed since I started coming here as a kid 15 years ago. Good for families on a budget who want to go out and get some comforting Mexican food. While it might not be the most “authentic”, it does hit the spot land they have good fresh salsas. Don’t change, Rosa’s. Thank you for keeping prices affordable.
I probably rated roses 20 times from all The Times that I've been there and we are never disappointed. We got there late in the evening they were just about to close. They served us up everything. We ordered the atmosphere was great. I mean, it's, it's almost borderline Fast food/sit down restaurant. But this one really scores high in my book, because it's excellent every time we've been.
Rosa’s always comes to mind, for myself they do their chicken ENCHILADAS just right. But I also love the Deco,it’s a very HAPPY place to dine.Thank You
Love the Chicken Enchilada plate, and those awesome flour Tortillas they make
I was getting my order taken by this Mexican looking lady and she took my order proficiently, and with great manners. Honest to god, i would only go back there to interact with her one more time. food was average tho... P.S. give her a raise
Ok, so listen, this is not your average taqueria. I stopped by for dinner and ordered the taco plate. I was honestly expecting a run of the mill fast foodish experience. Boy, was I wrong!!! The beef in the tacos was fresh and lightly seasoned, and the beans and rice were homemade. The tortillas are also fresh homemade! On god, my food was better than most Mexican resteraunts I have been to. It felt like someone's mother made it. It was fresh, appropriately seasoned, and dare I say, made with love? Whatever they are doing there, a magic trifecta of fresh, simple, and delicious, the ingredients and quality stand well on their own!
One of the most authentic Mexican food place outside of Mexico.
My husband and I really enjoy eating at this establishment. The food is authentic Mexican food. The tortilla is made on sight in front of the customers. The establishment has Taco Tuesdays with a special to die for, with 3 tacos, beans, rice and fresh tortillas. I advise everyone to give it a chance. Very affordable! Also, they have inside and outside seating.
Great, tasty Mexican food. Fast service. Clean. Very reasonably priced.
Delicious food for a great price. Definitely going back.
Always delicious. Been coming here for over 17 years and still as good as always. Staff are always very friendly too.
Great food for reasonable prices. Atmosphere and staff were fantastic.
We go to Rosa's regularly. Especially on Tuesdays, for their Taco Tuesday discount. Most of the time, the cashier who rings us up is Leeander. He is so pleasant and we look forward to him ringing us up. All of the staff are very pleasant. But, he is consistently in a GOOD mood and that makes him stand out...to us.
Shredded chicken taco is so good. Casual menu with quality ingredients. #57 with queso supreme. Don’t forget to order your sopa’s and pick up after you eat for a nice little dessert. And the fresh tortillas…
Rosa's Café and Tortilla Factory is a fantastic spot for authentic Mexican food! Their homemade tortillas, made fresh daily, add the perfect touch to every dish. I've tried the tacos, burritos, and nachos, and the food is always incredible—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The quality and authenticity shine through in every bite. The restaurant has plenty of seating, making it great for dining in, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Whether you're stopping by for a quick bite or a full meal, Rosa's never disappoints. Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious Mexican food!
Good food, nice restaurant friendly service. Recommend highly and the tortillas are awesome.
This place is amazing! The prices are reasonable and the food is fantastic, had the 3 tamale dinner plate with beans and rice. The tortillas are the best! Just be careful which salsa you choose 😄 I accidentally chose the hottest one but regardless, incredible meal! Went there with my church congregation and we all left full and happy 👍 looking forward to the next visit!! 5 stars well earned!!!!!
As a resident of Plano Texas and a huge fan of Rosas, I thought my eyes were deceiving me. No way did I just pass a Rosas! Stopped in twice during my stay in Temecula.
This was a fun new place. A friend suggested this place to meet for lunch. I was looking forward to it because I had never been here before and I always like to try new places. Walking in you notice the decor right away - fun, festive, colorful, the tables are bright with all the wonderful Mexican colors. They have a great salsa bar - several different kinds of salsa, pico, cilantro, onions, and jalapenos. They also have a self service drink station. The food that I saw come out looked really good. I ordered the ground beef taco salad. It was really good, the perfect size, and the shell bowl it came in was really tasty! The prices were very affordable too. My taco salad was only $6.00! My friend and I both had the taco salads and a soft drink and my bill was under $20 - a very nice surprise. Now for what some people might think of as a negative - you do order at the counter, and you do go back to the counter to pick up your food order. I did like that they didn't yell out order numbers but instead had a video screen where order numbers are displayed. We were there at lunch time so it was on the busy side and it was a little loud. That being said , the affordable prices and the fun atmosphere will take me back. I want to try some of their other menu offerings.
Got the bundle of bean and cheese burritos as well as the beef burritos. Comes with 12 each and a bag of chips with cheese dip. Better deal than buying separate if you a buying in bulk for a large family. The carrot cake is a must!
Great food,fast service,great customer service,and very clean
Great food, great staff, great restaurant! Their taco Tuesday deal is killer. One of the few places in the area that make fresh tortillas too! And you can watch them get made.
Went for taco Tuesday..recommend the crispy tacos, they're fantastic! Warm house made tortillas come with if you get the combo. Also, salsas and pico are top notch!
Awesome fast food tex mex. Fresh tortillas. You can't go wrong here. We used it as a way to soak up the alcohol from a wine tour and I was fully satisfied.
We love this place! All our family loves this place also. The family platter is what we always order with the steak fajitas. It’s perfect for a family of 4 or 5. Taco Tuesday’s deal is also a must. The ground beef soft tacos remind us of our home state of Texas. This is the food I highly recommend. Oh I almost forgot; the tortillas are the best.
Awesome place. Taco Tuesday is the best. My favorite are tacos al carbon. Flavorful steak with fresh guacamole. Salsa de Chile de arbol is the bomb but caution it could be Hot. Service is self serve but I'm not complaining as long as they maintain the quality of the food. Don't forget about "home made" flour tortillas. They are small but thick, and very, very good. The price is not bad on taco Tuesday, but I really enjoy the vibe and atmosphere that is so lively and vibrant on Taco 🌮 Tuesdays.
One of my business networking groups from Alignable meets here pretty often. I always look forward to it, when they do! REALLY great food, at very very affordable pricing. Great location, big restaurant, and great staff. Looking forward to the next meeting here!
Really delicious food, hot and very quick service. Tastes traditional and they have a huge selection of salsas. Highly recommend. 10/10 would come again.
Don't go here unless you want amazing food, quick service, reasonable prices, and a clean beautiful atmosphere! If you have their tortillas, you will be spoiled! Great food! Delicious! I always order something with a lot of food so, I can bring left overs home for dinner!
My favorite menu item here is the beef burrito w/ cheese! Three beef burritos normally hits the spot. Love the tortillas, they are soft and fluffy. I've also tried the #57 Tres Amigos. It's a combo plate that comes with rice, beans and (3) enchiladas. Beef, chicken and cheese. I enjoyed this dish and the three different enchilada sauces that it came with. This dish is great if you're looking for a variety of flavors.
As a GenX Sometimes I just want some simple old school American Mexican food like back in the 1970s and this place satisfies that need. I’m never disappointed. Good gringo salsa bar and American ground beef tacos just like mom used to make yummm
This place is amazing. The prices are great the staff is respectful, and the food comes out in a super fast time. I get the steak nachos, or the cheese quesadillas with red sauce. The salsa bar is great. I’m almost 28, but have been coming here since a kid, and I stand by what I say. I seen some bad reviews, but it’s hard to please everyone when it comes to food, and standards. This place is great imo, and the food is great. Also it’s pretty cool because the owner, and brother if I’m not mistaken are twins, and own the del taco on the way to Vegas. I think it’s in Barstow, and if I’m not mistaken it’s the oldest one. I seen him working there one time behind the counter. Small world. I Can’t say enough about this place. Thanks guys. 👍
Absolutely loved my experience here! I ordered the Taco Tuesday plate deal for around $7 and a lime mojito for $5, and both were outstanding. The tacos were fresh, hot, and packed with flavor — easily some of the best tacos I’ve had for the price. The mojito was perfectly mixed, refreshing, and a great value. Even though there’s no table service, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. Our food came out quickly and was presented beautifully, showing real attention to detail. If you’re looking for great food, fast service, and unbeatable value, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend stopping by for Taco Tuesday — I’ll absolutely be coming back! 🌮🍹
Love the fresh corn and soft flour tortillas! I take a dozen home with me every time! The bean and cheese burritos are great with pinto (my favorite) and with black beans (for a vegetarian option).the crispy beef and chicken tacos are delicious. I also like their nachos with cheese.
Really love the food there. I enjoy ordering at the counter and sitting in their open seating area. They have a great little salsa bar and self-serve drinks. Really cool. I enjoy the cheese enchiladas the best, but there’s something for everyone. The homemade tortillas are amazing. …Only It would be great if they offered shredded beef options.
Each time I come here either By myself or with family or just with friends. I have always enjoyed the food here. I love the cakes, I mean, you can't go wrong with the carrot cake or with the chocolate cake. and I've never left without at least buying a dozen of their flour tortillas. Their food is very good. Every time I come here, I will try something new. I've gone down the list of each one. I start from the top. And the next time something else, this last one. I've started over on their menu.. I'm on the two tacos plate. 🌮
Rosa’s Cafe & Tortilla Factory is a picturesque Mexican Cuisine Eatery which serves a variety of traditional Mexican dishes. You may dine inside or outside under the Patio Umbrellas. I ordered a vegetarian taco salad that came in a “half crispy” flour tortilla shell. I mentioned my concerned to one of the ladies behind the Station where you pick up your food. After consulting with her manager, they Immediately offered me a replacement. My companion enjoyed a tasty Taco Enchilada combination plate. The Cafe offers a Salsa Station with a variety of condiments. As well as a soda fountain. Rosa’s serves Beer and other alcoholic beverages. I was impressed with the different styles of Margaritas they serve! Frosted, mixed or on the rocks. Our bill for two tasty meals, a large soda beverage, a beer, chips & salsa came to $25. Can’t beat the Price!

Taco Tuesdays have become a weekly tradition...and Rosa's cafe is THE place. Food is always superb and the staff members are most hospitable. The 3 Taco Special is wonderful!
So we often go here for Taco Tuesday because there special is unbeatable. 3 crunchy tacos and rice and beans for $4.39...everything is always fresh and tasty. This past Tuesday we got food from the drive thru instead of dining in because of time constrains and we noticed you get significantly less beans and rice with a to go order then a dine in order. Like the sections in the container are less the half full. Super disappointed, we won't be going through the drive thru anymore that's for sure.
I like rosa’s Tortilla factory it’s pretty good and very reasonably priced for the Quality & amount of food you get ( not saying you get a lot ) The beans & rice are both good ( just small ) the steak burrito 🌯 was really good ( very small and only meat ) also got a beef hard taco 🌮 great taste perfect shell love the tortillas salsa is ok ( not my favorite ) would definitely come back. Drive-thru was fast 👍👍
First time here, wife said TV suggested that this was a destination restaurant. I had the smothered beef burrito. Good > reasonable prices, good portions, clean, salsa bar, nacho plate was good. Not so good > beef was hamburger, with no indication that was the only beef choice, when most Mexican places might have shredded, etc.
Good food. Not sure how authentic it is but very good. Rice tasted different, but the fajita meat in my fajitas was cooked perfectly and delicious and they have great queso. I also love salsa bars. Menue allows for some dinner options but it also allows you to pick n match and piece together small plates. Can get a tad pricy doing it that way. The diet coke was actually diet Dr. Pepper... Not a big deal
This is a fast food Mexican restaurant. You order the food first and then you go and pick a table. The food here is good and the staff is friendly. Slightly disappointed that they don't give you free chips and salsa at your table. But again this is not a traditional Mexican restaurant.
I really love roses cantina tortilla factory. They have delicious food and the fresh tortillas are delicious but they only last for a few days and then they start to turn rock hard because they don't have any preservatives. If you go on Tuesdays they have a taco special where you get three tacos beans and rice for like $8. Be prepared on Tuesdays it is packed! My favorite thing to do is going to get the enchilada taco tamale plate that cost less than $15 and then go wine tasting. Also the queso with the meat is so good!
Ground beef tacos are great. Homemade fresh tortillas large clean dining area. Reasonable prices. My only complaint would be the salsa is for sissy’s. To sweet and very little heat no matter what one you try. Chicken taco salad was great also.
You can't beat the price. It's not restaurant quality but it is better than Taco Bell and price cannot be beat. We go almost every other Tuesday. Three tacos, rice and beans for $5.99 Don't forget to ask for free veggies grilled onions and peppers. You can also ask for black beans instead of refried beans which we always do. Yummy!

My beef fajita was really good and very tender, it was perfect but my other meal the enchiladas had no flavor or Depth.
I really wanted to like this place. Friendly people, nice atmosphere but the food is SO Americanized it's not even funny. I had 2 chicken tacos, the veggies were fresh but the chicken was not seasoned. Steam chicken breast, shredded and just thrown into a taco, super bland. Then, I check my receipt and see it costs a whopping 2.76$ to add guac and sour cream. The taco itself costs 1.89$ !! After that I just feel ripped off. For that price I should get a side of guac. This place is like a tourist "Mexican" food place. It's not even close to the taste it should be...
I guess it's inflation but the last time I was here, I felt like the value was awesome. Now, I feel like I just paid 12 bucks for two steak tacos. It was tasty but I finished the two little soft tacos and was scraping the togo box for more. I was still hungry and I don't even typically eat big meals. I eat multiple small ones. But, at a rate of 12 dollars for this, I think I may go back to chain taco shops. I thought I ordered steak fajitas. Can't remember what I used to get but whatever I got wasn't it. But this isn't a mistake I can afford much more. I'll have to wait until I hit the lottery to return.
This is a nice big restaurant, but it's barely a step up from bargain fast food. Very nice atmosphere. You can order at the drive thru, or go inside and order at the counter. The TV monitors tell you when your order is ready and you go up to pick it up. I honestly don't understand the five-star reviews for this place. The food was incredibly ordinary. The beans were served cold, and they weren't taking very good care of filling the orders properly. They made two different mistakes on my order. When I mentioned it, the person at the counter just shrugged. It wasn't a big deal, but I was surprised at their indifference. Pretty great salsa bar, the chili de Arbol is especially good. Great, homemade tortillas. Nice patio for when it's good weather. I don't see any reason to go back here.
Fast Mexican American food, known for their handmade tortillas and chips. Upon entry your greeted with a signs with every entree imaginable with picture and prices in clear bold letters. You get a number after you order and there are screens every so you know the moment your called. It’s a seat your self type of environment, similar to a fast food joint. The decor was very festive and all the tables were very clean. They serve a variety of beers, sodas and tea. There’s a little something for everyone. They also give you free tortillas with your meal. Salsa and others sides are extra but worth it because they are very tasty. If your ever passing through Old Town Temecula or staying at the Hilton, give them a try.
Me and my family order taco Tuesday a lot every Tuesday and we get the homemade tortillas we always crave we used to get them already in the bag we didn’t even have to ask now we feel like there not being generous 🤔 the food is still good tho but wow what a hassle in the drive thru tonight do better. Maybe they should put a sign on the window or something to let customers know
The price was very reasonable for all on the menu but portions were very small for a few of the items received. It was fun to watch the tortillas being made.
This place has decent food as long as you're not expecting anything Gourmet and authentic. I am Mexican and I can tell state that you will not find anything in this menu to exist in Mexico but it's still very decent and a fun family friendly place to go to, plus it's still very affordable. ***ATTN people with nut allergies, this place serves a delicious chocolate cake that contains walnut, and this is not labeled at all. There is no warning whatsoever either from the people at the register or the kitchen, I almost gave my daughter a bite and she is allergic. It's a good place for a quick meal, not for a leasurely outing , since it's usually very loud.
Very bland watered down Mexican food. I think the only two things that were on point was the salsa bar and the fresh tortillas.
The a restaurant is nicely decorated & beautiful inside! However, the bathrooms need to be cleaned and updated and the food is nothing to write home about. I ordered fajitas and it did not come sizzling like they usually do at other Mexican restaurants! Beans & rice are ok! The only good things was the home made tortillas :) and their tacos! Del tacos are better! Will not be going back though!
I've tried several items on the menu over a couple visits with varying success. The crispy tacos were transcendent the first time I had them; so crispy, light, and fresh. The second time, not so much. The verde was just OK and the soft taco was about the same. I also had some stale chips and queso. As other reviews have mentioned, this is more texmex style.
I was excited to give this place a try. Loved the fact they make tortillas onsite. Not thrilled about the fact, there is no wait staff. You order from a counter. They call your number and you pick it up. OK, not happy, but I can deal with it. The food is reasonably priced however, not authentic Mexican food. It actually reminded me of Taco Bell. I had hopes for this place. Oh, well.
The tacos are delicious to include sopapillas. The fajitas are also delicious. However, I ate today at Rosa's Café and mixed tomato salad with onions and cilantro were not appetizing.. The tomatoes…
Way too busy. food was average at best! Chain restaurant. tacos arent special. Nachos are a joke! Just chips and melted cheese. Very low end. No reservations here

Take Out Chile Verde Plate and got Sauce and Potato’s with Three/. Four pieces of pork meat. Never asked for a Bowl, next I’ll try the Burrito. I think. Tortillas r Great. Guess I’ll try the other Rosas in Old Town where it was all meat without potatoes. Never had Chile Verde with Potato’s. Just Okay, but Not a Fan; and that’s because I make my own Chile Verde.
No Texas bbq sauce for their mesquite smoked brisket wrap. Weird.
The place is really cute. Everything taste good except the beef and chicken. The meat was kind of burnt and chicken was really dry. Just fix those and we would come back.

Not authentic at all. Very american. How do you mess up nachos? With watery bean and cheese sauce. Its edible and not over priced but not good. The atmosphere is nice though.

This is some of the worst food I’ve ever had. It’s like Taco Bell and Del Taco style American/mexican but SO much worse. Nothing has any flavor. Every aspect of the meal was bad. The ground beef is dry and flavorless the wet burrito is dry and flavorless, their salsa bar is well stocked but the salsas are gross. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Look up Aztec Tacos and see if you feel like driving there. A little down the road on Jefferson is a Mexican market and they make killer food in the back. Seriously there’s so many other options. The McDonald’s next door would be a better choice.
I come for lunch about 3 times a week 90% of the tome I order a steak quesadilla today at 145 Thursday I ordered the same got up to the window and the lady with the glasses said the price and I new they didn't get my order right so I said oh it was a steak quesadilla .and she said back quesadilla and handed it to me.iwas like ok it's not getting changed .we'll you just lost a valued customer and won't be back
We spent over $50.00 on Food yesterday and it was unbelievable how small the portion sizes were. We couldn’t believe that they served us that food. Where was the Chicken and the Beans? and why hardly any food in our food containers. We all were still hungry and I was so embarrassed that I brought that meal to my 80 year old parents. My father’ Taco salad was missing the beans, and he barely had chicken in the salad..my Mother and me had the Chicken Tostada, and where was the damn food?! No Chicken, just a few pieces and no beans. The lettuce looked like they threw it in as an after thought. My husband wanted something different, because he said he’s always hungry when we get food to go from Rosa’s. I seriously felt like crying. They forgot to give us the Avocado dip, so when we went to collect our money back, the young man at the counter was kind and gave us a refund. He told me that the Owner of Rosas told them to cut their portion sizes back on purpose. How do you justify raising the prices on your food, but give NO Food. I never wish ill will on anyone, but if Rosas Closed up, I wouldn’t care one bit! Shame on you for basically stealing people’s hard earned money in an economy where people are struggling. So many years we supported your restaurant and have eaten there during Covid to keep your Restaurant opened. Nope, NO more we keep giving you chance after chance and we have NO More Chances to give!
Definitely n0t authentic more like a fancy taco bell. The Chile Verde will really have you questioning if it's more of a microwave type chimichanga if anything. Oh well have to go somewhere else.
I’ve been coming to this Rosa’s Café since they opened and have always loved the food. My one-star review is not about the quality of the food — it’s specifically about a recent customer service experience at the drive-through. There is a newer drive-through employee (older woman with short black hair) whom I’ve now interacted with twice in the past two weeks. Both experiences were disappointing. The first time, she was very unfriendly and dismissive, and I assumed she might have just been having a bad day. Unfortunately, today’s interaction confirmed that it was more than that. After placing my order for six meals, I realized at the window that I had forgotten to add a quesadilla. I politely apologized and asked if it could be added. Her response was noticeably irritated and made me feel like I was causing a major inconvenience. When she asked how many salsas I would like, I requested two per meal since I had ordered for six people. She told me she could only provide four total. I was confused, especially since there is a salsa bar inside the restaurant. I mentioned that I could go inside if needed, and she repeated that she was limited and could not provide more. After pulling away, I realized I had been given zero salsas. I then had to park and go inside to get what was needed. The issue is not about salsa — it’s about attitude. Both interactions with this employee were unnecessarily rude, unhelpful, and unwelcoming. I’ve never had this type of experience at Rosa’s before, which is disappointing considering how long I’ve supported this location. I hope management addresses this, because great food should be matched with respectful customer service.
I was invited here by family friends. Grew up in Temecula and this was my first time here. Very underwhelming. The first thing I saw when walking in was the lack of Latino customers, which is a big sign that this restaurant was not authentic Mexican food. The second sign, salsas were subpar. I'm plant based so I figures I could just order fajitas and not add meat. What came out was a small side plate with lightly cooked onions and a few pieces of bell pepper. No grilled or charred veggies seasoned to perfection on a larger plate. This establishment only has a beer & wine license, so don't expect margaritas. The staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating, though.
