I had amazing customer service from Teri the server who gave us a great top-tier steak house restaurant experience with decency that goes along with kindness and a smile. The food tasted good and we had an amazing time at this location and she deserves the salary bonus with a management position to add her invaluable skills for this branch.

My husband & I haven’t been to a Black Angus in about 10yrs. As new residents to Murrieta, we decided to try the Black Angus on Ynez. Without a doubt, every time we experience GREAT service, we have to say something positive because we could only imagine all the negative restaurants experience. Kiaya served as if she had been doing this her whole life! Very attentive to our needs before we ever ask, in fact, we didn’t even have to ask, she was right there! The food was so flavorful! My husband had ribs and I had ribeye 😉 Nothing was in the least dry! Thank you, cooks, servers, and alll at Black Angus for confirming why we chose Black Angus and not Longhorn Steakhouse 🤩

Good times, good food! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with dinner and our 4 kids. We like to hide out in the back corner booth because my kids tend to get too noisy. I was afraid we might get forgotten, but our server (Cynthia, according to my receipt) was on point. She was very nice, kept our drinks filled and brought back any requests within a reasonable time frame. Our food was amazing! We did a couple orders of the campfire feast and had more than enough to share and still bring some home.

We had such a wonderful dining experience at Black Angus in Temecula, all thanks to Joyce! She was so warm, attentive, and explained everything in a way that made us feel completely at ease. Joyce checked on us throughout the meal to make sure we were enjoying everything — and we really were!

I think this place deserves more business in this area. It was Friday night at 6:30 pm and it was pretty empty. I have to say that the food was excellent. We ordered the campfire feast which includes the appetizer (selected artichoke dip), entrees (ribeyes) and dessert (sky high kid pie). Everything was great. Steaks were flavorful. Service was amazing. We were too late for happy hour but they have it Monday - Friday from 3-6. There was also live music in the bar area. I’ll come back again during happy hour to try it. I hope the place doesn’t go out of business when the new steakhouse opens across the street.

Great deal going on, on Groupon and we took advantage of it. The campfire 3 course for two is so much food and the options are really good. We had Brussels sprouts for starters. For entree we had salmon and steak with 4 sides of salad, au gratin potatoes, Mac and cheese and baked potatoes. I think the au gratin potatoes were a bit too greasy but still so good!

I will definitely be back at this spot! The parking sucks, but the food and service is awesome. I just don’t go on a weekend again. Live and learn. The staff celebrated my birthday with me and made me feel seen, heard, and welcomed. I’ll say the steak was awesome!! Black Angus Steakhouse has great food and drinks. This particular location had good location to Old Town Temecula, enough parking and great service. Their have a variety of different appetizers, main courses and so on. Delicious food , had Ribye steak, it was perfectly cooked. The drink was prickly pear margarita with patron tequila ( you can now create your own margarita 🍹) it was delicious. Service was fantastic, the waitress was super nice and friendly. Everything came pretty quick. Definitely one of the nicest Steakhouse chains. Would be definitely coming back. 😊

I haven’t been to a Black Angus in years. Last one was Arizona years ago. I will not let that happen again. It was my mother’s birthday and she really wanted to go and being closer to 90 than 80 her wish was my command lol….We showed up at the requested reservation time and were welcomed by a friendly hostess. Nicely dressed, friendly, made conversation and introduced us to our server Kim. Kim was very friendly and truly knowledgeable with a honest opinion. Seating was comfortable and restaurant was very clean. We order drinks with a little guidance from Kim and the wines and mixed drinks were just as delightful as Kims descriptions, Kim made entree suggestions and they were great. We celebrated perhaps a bit to long but the whole time I was trying to think of why I waited so long to return? So many restaurants, life, and all that includes I suppose. The prices were better than I expected based on other places, the entrees and desserts were fresh and cooked as we desired no complaints about anything. The whole evening at Black Angus was delightful so much so some did not want to leave. Kim brought me the bill and with a smile on my face I paid it. I appreciated my time there. I WILL Be Back. I kept thinking of this slogan. Visit The Black Angus, taste it again for the first time. Yes it may sound funny to some but that’s my review it’s my truth it was great. So delicious!

We haven't been to Black Angus in years! Only because we moved around a lot and we didn't have one close by. Luckily we relocated again and we wanted our kids to try their great food. This location in particular.... Food is amazing, huge portions & cooked to perfection, pricing was perfect and customer service rocked! Luis was our server, what a hard worker, attentive, very professional, nice and best of all very good with our 3 kids. All the employees had smiles and made the environment around us comfortable and pleasant. The manager even stopped by to ask how we were. Great Team! Definitely coming back!

Had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner tonight at the Black Angus in Temecula! Everything was so good! Our filet mignon steak was exceptional. It was so tender and delicious! I highly recommend both the Brussel sprouts starter and also the surf and turf quesadilla starter! Our server, Caramel was great. We enjoyed her sense of humor. We also met the manager, Erin, when she came by to check and make sure we were happy with our meal. Very friendly staff. :)

Stopped at the Black Angus in Temecula while traveling. Kiaya was our server and was very friendly and efficient. We gave our full order appetizers and entrees with all the extra sauces we like. We asked Kiaya to wait on the entrees while we snacked on the appetizers. She was one of the few servers that did it perfectly. Usually everything shows up within minutes and the entrees start getting cold while we rush through appetizers. The food was perfect, seemed to be higher quality than the Black Angus we visit frequently. The filet mignon was cooked medium rare how I like it and was very good. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The appetizer portions seemed to be larger as well. We laughed on the way home asking do we have to start traveling to this Black Angus from now on?

I'll simplify it. I died and went to Prime Rib Heaven. My plate ended up being better than all their pictures/photos that they have in their menu. I'm saying that because I asked my waitress to please ask the Chef to make my plate look like the one in the picture and the Chef sure made my plate look fantastic. My wife's and my meal + entry and drinks tasted so freaking good, fresh and the presentation was better than expected. Everything was so good, I've even bought me one of their cups with their logo for memoirs. I'm definitely very happy with their service, it was excellent and food tasted perfect.

Went in last night to have dinner for my sister birthday. For a Sunday afternoon it was pretty busy but our waitress Natalie was amazing. In our party it was a total of 10 and she did great! She made sure our drinks were never empty and made sure we had everything we needed. It was my first time at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Everyone had something different. Me and my boyfriend decided on the feast for 2 which was $66 we got an appetizer, 2 entrées with 2 sides each and dessert. My steak was cooked to perfection it was juicy and tender. He had the ribs and they fell right off the bone. I will definitely be going back again. The quality of the food is great!

And For Our Entrees He Got Rare Primerib And I Got Well Done Primerib Came With Au jus and Your Choice or Creamy or Fresh Horseradish Which, We Got Perfect Spice! We had arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation and the hostess made it very clear that we were early. Not off to a great start. We ordered the Campfire Feast and everything was terrific. Great Prime Rib, very tasty and cooked to order. Service in Temecula was OK and perhaps requiring more training for the waiter. He was very friendly but lacked knowledge of how to open a bottle of wine. We had cork in our glasses due to driving the cork in too deep. Also, he did not come back to refill our glasses as well. Also apologized many times for taking so long getting back to our table which to us was not a problem. Overall, a good night.

My recent visit to Black Angus was a delightful experience, marked by well-prepared dishes and warm hospitality. I indulged in the sirloin steak, cooked medium well—a slight departure from my usual preference for medium rare or medium. Nevertheless, the steak remained flavorful and tender, a testament to the kitchen’s expertise. Accompanying my entrée was a baked potato and a serving of macaroni and cheese. While the baked potato, regrettably, fell short of expectations—lacking the indulgent texture and seasoning that elevate such a simple dish—the macaroni and cheese more than compensated. It was, without question, the highlight of the meal: rich, creamy, and exquisitely satisfying. The meal commenced with the restaurant’s signature bread, which was warm, inviting, and an excellent precursor to the main course. As for service, while our waiter, Mike, was not the most expedient, his efforts were appreciated. A particularly commendable staff member went so far as to momentarily set aside his task to ensure our needs were met—a gesture of attentiveness that did not go unnoticed. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, with only minor imperfections. Black Angus remains a solid choice for a well-crafted steakhouse meal.

Food was tasty, but the lobster and shrimp was over cooked. So they were very chewy. Steaks were just OK, at this location medium is always well, and well is almost always to the point of just about burnt. They need a little help there. Sides are great and you have a good assortment. Service was on point. Attentive and they ask all the right questions to make your meal a pleasant experience!

Haven’t gone here in ages ! Almost forgot about black angus, I always get outback this place confused, super similar fare. I didn’t feel like getting steak so I went with the salmon since my brother got the steak I’d try his. Both were charred perfectly but the sides were super small. And I found a fossilized crocitan which almost broke my moms tooth, which is why I knocked down the stars. I told the waiter, he gave us free coffee for it which was nice. But I felt like that wasn’t enough, either way over all good but outbreak steak house is still more dank my peoples!

The best I can say is we were disappointed. Steaks were surprisingly thin. Had to send my Ribeye back as it was so full of gristle I couldn't even look at it. Their steak knives are more like butter knives. One picture shows the fat my wife trimed off of her ribeye. To us, it was accessive. The server was happy to get me a different steak and cut. This steak was their larger New York center cut, and it was far better and was acceptable. Their baked potatoes in comparison to other restaurants were small. The broccoli was undercooked, and the mushroom topper was a joke. There were hardly any mushrooms, and they were tasteless. Our server was not at fault, and a manager did come to our table to speak to us. So in that regard, they get some points. Sadly, we don't see us going back. 😔 In years past in Orange County, we enjoyed eating the Black Angus in Brea and Anaheim. Things have definitely changed.

The food wasn’t bad, I ordered a rare prime rib with green beans and au gratin potatoes. My prime rib was not cooked correctly, it did not hold its shape and was difficult to cut or chew. If you request medium, then it’s fine.

It's been a couple years since visiting the Black Angus in Temecula. I'd rank each previous visit as somewhere above average but that was not the case during yesterday's visit. I ordered the 12 oz. prime rib cooked medium. I question whether or not what I was served was actually prime rib as it was dry, chewy and grey in color (prime rib is usually pink and/or brown when seared). Assuming it really was a prime rib (I estimate 50/50 chance of that), it's the first time ever that I had a prime rib that was unenjoyable. Side dishes (mashed potatoes and Mac-n-Cheese) were better than average, and the service was a good 4-5 stars. But next time I want a good prime rib, I will need to look elsewhere.

The filet mignon was just a slab of uneatable piece of fat. Ordered on uber eats and complained but nothing. Deleting uber eats and I'll never eat at this restaurant again. 40$ down the drain. Dried food stained cutlery and plates with a full view into the kitchen tells a pretty grim story for this Black Angus. My diet Dr. Pepper had something floating in it and also some sort of oily residue. We did not eat the food that was brought to us and we didn't stay. Our Server was a basket case and the snotty manager is her Brother. Never ever going back to this location which has been in steep decline over the past year. Still we chose to eat there because it was close to our home of 17 years in Temecula. This location and Staff needs to be evaluated by the owners. Just so bad.

We had reservations for Thanksgiving night and when we arrived and checked in they informed us that they were completely out of Turkey. WE WERE THERE FOR THE TURKEY DINNER! At that point it was to late to go anywhere else so we had the prime rib with all the thanksgiving fixings met to be served with turkey, IT SUCKED!!! Pretty much ruined our Thanksgiving, everyone in my family was really disappointed! They lost us as a customer for sure...

I came to celebrate my husband's and daughter's birthdays, and they didn't sing to us, even though they did for the other tables. They charged us for dessert but didn't ask us what kind of dessert we wanted, even though we were going to pay for it. The service was poor and inattentive. We won't be back.

My first time at this location last night (Jan 5, 2024) and it will be my last. The silverware had lipstick on the fork I was given 3 sets before one was cleaned. I ordered medium prime rib dinner. My meat was basically rare. The bread and soup served was old. I ate several bites of my food and left in disbelief and much disappointment. I guess if you want better food you should come before nine ... However, I'm not sure if time makes a difference on the product. I am a reward members as well as a Veteran of the United States and I will not be revisiting this specific establishment in the future. A very dissatisfied Black Angus Reward Member
