Love this place! The staff are all so friendly and pleasant :) The food is fresh and theres a constant turnover, so fresh food is brought out consistently. The place is also very clean, which I really appreciate 👍✨️ There is a huge variety of foods to try as well. Great spot to relax in with the family.
I was great for an AYCE Buffet, large selection of items including the soup bar and for dinner a basic sushi bar, which i thought could have been a little better as it was mostly just variations of California Rolls, but for the price it was ok, dinner price was $30 per person. The service was Great, my server Lucy made sure I had enough to drink and kept the dishes cleared. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, overall was a great experience. It was my first time visiting and I will definitely return.
This place was worth 5star and price for all you can eat lunch h buffet (1/2/26 2pm) was best in town, so far. I'm going to hope, in the near future, the restaurant work on several items: - dessert bar lacked variety, display case too large for amount of desserts - don't sell ice cream for .75 cents, should be free ...since it's all you can eat buffet, or don't offer ice cream at all - need more chicken and meat dish They won us on great customer service - 5 star! By far, more friendlier staff than ones I've encountered in San Diego (I live in SD). Staff at Hibachi buffet are not only friendly, they are polite, helpful and welcoming. Restaurant was clean, calm, had plenty of room, tables and variety of seafood. Also, not bad for sushi bar selection. I didn't see tuna though ??? We plan to return when we make the trip over to Temecula 👍🏼
My first time going. I gave it 5 stars because it delivered. It’s a Local Cheapie Chinese Buffet that is clean and friendly. The food is hot and well prepared. I didn’t eat everything but there were a few unusual items that was well done: Cold beef tripe salad, 2 kinds of dim sum sweet sticky rice and The hot and sour soup was exceptionally satisfying. Your used plates are cleared right away, the servers are polite and they keep the food kiosks clean. Get there early and enjoy an affordable lunch that’s wayyyyy better than the same money you’ll spend on a fast food combo!
Loving this place. Better than before. We used to go to asian seafood buffet in murrieta. Love that they have more variety here plus they offer sashimi here better. Soup and teppanyaki, fruits A++++++++. Most likely will visit this location.
For the price, there is no better choice for miles around. It's a no-brainer. It simply does not make sense to eat at a chain, fast food restaurant. One can choose to eat the healthier items available, including a good, solid, salad bar, and lots of fresh fruit. Any time I think of possibly going to a fast food restaurant, I quickly come to my senses and head to the quality gem. Although a couple of the young ladies at the "front desk" lack simple, basic business social skills (like asking for senior ID repeatedly), I can only assume that they are related to the owners and are thus intent on getting every penny they can gather; on the other hand, the actual waitresses are all warm, polite, and always greet me with a smile. I most frequently show up for lunch; however, I recently tried dinner again and was pleasantly surprised to find frog legs! Love them.
Food exceptionally fresh, very clean location, had lunch and enjoyed dinner as well (which I highly recommend). It was worth every bite, and every plate I've tried. Weekends are best, yet, get prepared because it does get full, and there's a waiting time.
I highly recommend coming here with the family. The food is delicious and customer service is on point.
A Gastronomic Journey at Hibachi Buffet: An Unforgettable Dining Experience From the moment I stepped into the Hibachi Buffet, I knew I was in for a culinary treat that promised an exciting twist on traditional Asian cuisine. This dining experience wasn't just a meal; it was a journey through the rich flavors and vibrant traditions of Asian gastronomy, presented with flair and finesse. **Sushi Selection: A Fresh Feast for the Senses** The sushi at Hibachi Buffet was nothing short of stellar. Each piece was a work of art, with fresh, vibrant ingredients that melded together in a symphony of flavors. The fish was tender, the rice perfectly seasoned, and the presentation exquisite, making it a feast for both the eyes and the palate. **A Diverse Array of Chinese Delicacies** The variety of the Chinese-style buffet was impressive, offering something for every taste. From savory, stir-fried vegetables and succulent meats to steamy, fragrant rice and noodles, each dish was a testament to the rich diversity of Chinese cuisine. The attention to detail and authenticity in every bite was a genuine delight. **Mongolian Food: An Interactive Culinary Experience** The Mongolian food station was a standout feature, providing an interactive dining experience that captivated all senses. Watching the chef skillfully cook dishes right in front of the customers added a personal touch to the meal, making it not just about the food but the artistry behind it. The ability to customize my dish with a variety of fresh ingredients ensured that each Mongolian creation was exactly to one's liking. **Crab Legs: A Coveted Delight** The crab legs were a highlight of the dining experience, so it's no wonder they were in high demand. Their sweet, succulent meat, perfectly cooked to a tender finish, was incredibly satisfying. Although they disappeared quickly, the restaurant did an admirable job replenishing them, ensuring that eager diners didn't have to wait long to enjoy more. **Soups: A Comforting Touch** While the soups were okay, they provided a comforting touch to the meal, ideal for warming up and starting the dining experience. Each variety offered a glimpse into the culinary traditions that inspired them, adding depth to the overall gastronomic journey. **Conclusion: A Must-Visit Destination for Food Enthusiasts** In conclusion, Hibachi Buffet is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to explore the depths of Asian cuisine in a vibrant, dynamic setting. The blend of excellent food, interactive cooking, and attentive service creates a dining experience that transcends the ordinary. Whether you're a sushi aficionado, a lover of Chinese delicacies, or in search of the perfect crab leg feast, Hibachi Buffet promises a memorable culinary adventure that's sure to entice you back for more.

This is my first time eating here!! Food is great and have lots of variety!! I’ll definitely come back!!
it was nice. good service. fair price
Prices - Insane only $20 bucks to come in on a weekday dinner price. Service - Staff is quick and nice hard on the English but very nice people. Food - I was shocked for the quality of the food it was very fresh, great flavors, great options to choose from. Some stuff but very few weren't as great, but overall excellent food for a buffet establishment. Parking - Plenty of parking. Venue - Large seating area, very clean, could use a remodeling on some areas but overall not bad. Highly recommend this place and will be telling people about it also.
Incredible amount of food on the buffet. Every time l went up for more l found more options l did not see the previously. Very good hot and sour soup. Lots of seafood and sushi.
Excellent variety of foods. The prices are very reasonable.
The ingredients were very fresh. I started at the sushi station and tried to work my way across everything but ran out of room before I got to the Mongolian BBQ station! Next time! The people doing the table service were very attentive, I was offered a soft drink refill a couple of times, everyone had a smile on their faces which was nice. Will definitely be returning.
What an amazing transformation, we have been visiting this place since it opened. They struggled after Covid and then closed. They have reopened, I think with new owners and it is by far the best Asian buffet around. Lots of fresh fruit including lots sliced fresh mangos and papaya. A plethora of veggies and some sushi and sashimi. Super clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. If you haven't been, definitely check it out!
$23.99 for dinner! What a great price! There was king crab legs, red shrimps, raw oysters (super fresh), ribs, sushi. And wow, they all taste amazing! I would definitely come back again and again.
1st time back to this place since the pandemic lockdowns & wow! Great food, with full Sushi & sashimi spread at lunch hours, friendly service & they're very attentive about refilling your drinks & reasonable price! $14.99 for lunch (drink was like around additional $2.47). New booths, tables & chairs & better bathroom than before. I'll be coming back regularly!
this place is surprisingly good for a buffet. clearly the owner opted to funnel money into good food over decor of the place. I found the hot food on the far side near the Mongolian grill to be quite fresh even at 1:30pm on Monday afternoon. Something that was really obvious is they *don't* skimp on the cooked vegetables, yeay! 🥦 I was glad they had a tiny rice cooker with plain white rice (fried rice & chow mein is just not my thing) The Mongolian grill itself is great as you can make your dish to order (I go heavy on the veggies and it beats a salad!) The sushi bar isn't bad - at least this place doesn't go overboard on rice or imitation crab meat like other buffets 🍣 I'm a big fan of sesame balls & shocked they were fresher than some dim sum places in LA! def pace yourself - I hardly had any rice or "fillers" & didn't have any room for a fridge of desserts I saw later 😅 thankfully, the desserts were more American (cakes, ice cream, etc) so I don't feel I missed anything.
This Asian buffet sets a sterling standard in cleanliness, ensuring a pristine environment for diners to enjoy their culinary journey. With an emphasis on hygiene and sanitation, coupled with the freshest ingredients and impeccable quality, it offers an unparalleled dining experience. The friendly staff and inclusion of a Mongolian grill only add to its allure, making it a must-visit destination whenever I'm in town.
Always a great time everytime we come :) especially for dinner, my mom always loves the crab legs here. Fresh sushi and everything great, and staff is always super friendly to us, especially with the kiddos :)
Food is great. We love the variety. Only one thing I hate is when they give you the bill when the place isn't closed yet. We like to take our time so we don't get sick! We don't like getting rushed out especially when they aren't closed yet. What are you going to do with all that extra food left over. Do you just throw them away? We were there for dinner.! They watch you like a hawk. Really strange behavior! Other buffet places don't treat you like oh you have so and so much time to eat then we give you the bill and see you out. We want to enjoy the food and take our time! You can't rush us out when we PAID FOR DINNER!
Every time I take mom here it is the food is amazing, we go on the weekends when they have crab legs. They even have frog legs on the buffet, they really do have everything. I love this place!!!
This place is so delicious. The seafood is great for a butter style meal.
The hospitality from the front desk greated me, the waitress was very polite, the food is good !
The food is very good and they have a big selection of seafood.
Stopped here for a quick bite before heading home and facing the traffic! LOL The food was good!
Absolutely everything you've wanted to eat! The staff is attentive and friendly
Very well clean, food was great I love that they have many options aside from seafood.
Almost every week we’re at Hibachi buffet, especially the weekends. We love their seafood buffet. Very friendly people and clean environment. We love Hibachi Buffet!
Very nice 👌 n 🥰🥰💜my b"day🎂 wishes song 2 me ❣️very delicious food n service 😋 Thank you 😊
Super happy to eat at a great buffet again!
Very quite and friendly staff. I went on a whim and was surprised on the price and variety. Must try place when you want an all you can eat experience from Asia America.
The Hibachi Gill station Is Really Nice Great Meat Form Lamb To Chicken Out Standing Person He Serves Fast Great Taste Hibachi I Ever Had It Super Delicious 10\10 The Buffet Is Mid Just like Any Other Asian Buffet There Are In The IE But If You Love Hibachi Worth Eating Back And Forth Tell You Get Full Plate To Plate Make Sure To Tip Hard working Dude And Outs Standing Service He Has Go During After Noon Not To Pack During Weekdays .
I attended a family dinner here after a funeral service, in the meantime, my daughter had lost her security blanket. While struggling to find it I contacted this establishment and they genuinely cared and gave my daughter the time and concern she needed for her missing security blanket. We still haven't found it, however, the exemplary service this restaurant displayed is unmatched by any establishment I have attended for service. If you have not tried this restaurant, I promise you the food, service, and atmosphere is not only clean but warm and welcoming. While the prices are reasonable as well. Thank you again Hibachi Buffet staff and manager for giving wonderful service.
Great family owned buffet with lots of food to offer. Sushi, hibachi, and even some more American dishes like fries for the less adventurous. Friendly service, and everything goes real quick! Probably the best resturant in that particular area, and one of the only buffets in Temecula.
Reasonably priced. Unlimited crab leg on weekends. Server was nice compared to the other Chinese buffet.
It was a awesome ending to a great family outing. The food, the service, atmosphere, honestly I expected to spend way more, the price was an extra bonus. Will see you guys often. Family reunion will be here in July will definitely contact.
It’s our second time coming here, let’s just say the food is delicious and flavorful. The customer service when you enter to be seated the host is fabulous and fantastic. The seating is comfortable and refreshing with cool air and clean environment. We’ve been on the weekend and weekday and the menu on the buffet line are different but in a great way, many options to try and decide. Plus their hibachi grill made to order is absolutely delicious and the grill chefs make sure you are happy. The servers are super nice and friendly they make sure you are enjoying every moment of your dinning experience.
This place definitely exceeded my expectations. The food was well prepared with quality ingredients and displayed with effective spacing to avoid line formation. The servers were cheerful and they cleared the empty plates regularly. The price is more than fair considering the high quality of the food and service.

Service is fine. The Mongolian grill is fine, i tell the cook sometimes no oil but they still add it. I give em tip each time..the brocoli beef is ALWAYS cold. Wana bet? Try it right now. Prove me wrong. Pricing is ok for lunch. Desert is enough to satisfy you.
Drastically improved over the last owner in all facets of running a buffet . Fresh foods cooked in front of you . Hibachi grill where the chef will prepare a wide variety of meats and condiments. The staff is super friendly and on top of your needs. Let me emphasize it’s Very clean vs the last owners . Crab, prime rib, various Asian foods and a sushi bar. It also has to my amazement a refrigerated desert nook filled with delectably tasty treats . We will return……
For the price of the buffet, it was worth it. It did its job and fed the family quickly... The Hibachi cook could have used some training. He overcooked all the food we brought him. The other food was your typical generic Chinese buffet food. The service was typical. They came to grab our dirty plates and refilled our drinks. Nothing to impressive with this place.
I would give it a 5 if it wasn't for the kind of old food they have during lunch. Dinner is great though.
Pretty standard buffet. The items people greedily get like the lobster gets replaced constantly which is always a plus.
Christmas buffet. Lobster, snow crab, shrimp. Oysters, sashimi, higher price for all the goodies, nbut very good.
Hopefully it doesn't turn into another poor quality "everything" buffet. Could use a little more cleaning around the tables and an upgrade on plates and utensils. The food was surprisingly good. No complaints there.
Hibachi Buffet is a nostalgic and solid addition to the Temecula food scene. My wife and I have visited several times for the lunch buffet and have consistently enjoyed the food, especially for the value. The Hibachi aspect is a highlight, allowing you to build a plate and have it cooked on the large grill--you can even ask them to add fried rice. The freshly cooked plates, combined with the wide variety of food, soups, seafood, meats, and desserts, make for a solid dining experience. The place is always bustling with families and is definitely worth the time. Clean, tasty, and great value--Hibachi Buffet delivers on all fronts.
The food is good and flavorful. My family lives this place and the price is so reasonable for all you get. Great variety of Chinese food, and they have 4 different kinds of scoopable ice cream..yum. I also appreciate that they provide gloves for you to use the buffet tongs. The place is clean and the food is always fresh and available.
Good not great. Went their based on reviews bug i the they built uo too high exoectation Great seafood choices Duck was pretty good I didnt try the 'western' dishes I didnt get the feeing of high throughput. Some of tge dishes seemed to linger and had. An old flavor Dim sum dishes. They shoukd just nit have them. They were very dried out from being open pan Labela for the aushi would have been nice Good value for thw cost

Overall the price is not matching with the all food options they have. But it’s better than the previous menu. They have added some ribs and crab legs, the salad bar has very little options. The food test is better, they have some ice cream but doesn’t have ice cream machine. I can’t give them 5 stars we paid $23 for each adult and with the current food options it’s not worth
Went for lunch. Had to ask 2x for our iced teas - which ended up costing $2.59 each! Nuts for iced tea. The sushi was pretty bad. The salt n pepper shrimp might have been tasty but after taking off the shell I realized that nobody deveined the shrimp so I refused to eat it. The orange chicken was overcooked. However, I did enjoy the baked salmon, cheese wontons and fried rice. AYCE for $15 each is a good deal. But, the food wasn't good enough to motivate me to return, unfortunately.
We as a big group of 14 people came in for a graduation celebration dinner yesterday and got Lucy assisting our big table. It was our very first time trying this buffet restaurant and the service we got from Lucy went wrong from the very beginning. First she didn’t set up the table with utensils ready. We had to go to the little employees table right outside to get utensil ourselves Second, we ordered 4 hot tea (the price is $3 each). She brought out 2 tea pots with 4 small cups. One tea pot has ONE bag of tea and the other tea pot had hot water only. This was all for $12 worth of tea drinks they charged, with only one tea bag instead of 4 tea bags for 4 tea cups ordered like other restaurants. But here was the attitude of her that made our first experience with the restaurant was so incomplete. It must be one of her bad days we assumed. She didn’t come in to clear plates until I went out and asked her please. When we went out to her and asked for one time refill of hot water and asked if we had one extra cup she asked for extra $3… so basically with one tea bag the restaurant could charge you for $15 because we asked for 5 cups! Then she handed me the bill with only the total copy, the one that you signed agreed to pay. I went out and asked her for the details copy to make sure if the tip had been included in the total or not. She was very offended the way she ran the details copy for me and pointed the price shown on the wall saying ‘it’s right here the price’ ( like I asked cuz I didn’t trust her) and if her look could kill! I paid the automatic tip charge but TOTALLY didn’t think she deserved it. Her whole attitude from beginning was just getting downhill. I went outside to the greeting table at the end and tried to explain and one said her English wasn’t good and called another lady to talk to me but it didn’t go well either as she’s too busy to stay still to hear me out. This is why I am writing it here. My advice to you: Just stay away from Lucy as you’d never know if it’ll be her good or bad day.
The food was great! The only downside was the waitress getting mad I only left a $10 tip and asked for more. Overall the poor service outweighs the good food :-(
The Food is okay not amazing and the service is good but I like Asia buffet better more options better tasting food.
There is a lot of selection here. All of the different things that I tried were okay. As with any buffet, some things are warm and some things are cold. I would say it was mid grade food. The service was great though.
Went here the food was great! All you can eat snow crab you can’t beat that. Although, the ice cream is included with the buffet so I tried leaving with it because I paid for it and I was full too not to enjoy it but one lady approach me in a rude manner as if she was going to snatch it out my hand and told me I wouldn’t be able to take it considering I would have to eat it there. Mind you I paid over 81$ for two people including a tip! We were very respectful about it but we did not deserve the way they stopped me and told me was very uncalled for. Overall the food was great! Customer service not so much.
Went here for Valentine's Day dinner. Twenty nine, ninety nine a person.Crab legs are advised. But good luck getting any ! Nothing is supervised .And patrons selfishly walk up and grab most of them even though others have been waiting in a line for them 😞.Food is just okay . Probably won't return.Cant really recommend

Saturday evening dinner but the food was very disappointing. Variety of options but unfortunately none was tasty. Rubbery sushi and the only soy sauce option was awfully salty. Other people seem to eat boiled crab legs with joy.
It was a no for me and my husband. We were hopeful because of all the good reviews, but all the sea food we tried was gross, and the other food was just ok. Maybe the "good food" is on the weekends only? Regardless, after we ate here, we decided not to eat at a buffet again. I've never seen my husband so disappointed by food that he didn't want dessert before. Definitely not worth the $40 something we spent. Definitely won't be back.
went here reading good reviews, i ate here before it was hibachi buffet expecting new, but i guess i was fooled by the soft rebrand, not worth the money let alone 25$.
They apparently tell the employees to cut you off after two plates, because I was given the check after not even being there for 15 minutes, ridiculous
It was not good! Maybe better at the beginning of dinner. Majority of the food was cold. Plus in the middle of eating the waitress was going to switch out the salt & pepper.... and never brought them back. Other than inability of communication, that's all I got!
Very dirty and dingy 👎 Not good at all i was super excited to eat here but the experience was just not there nor was the food. The sushi was dry they had us sharing the cracker for the crab claw because they did not have enough for the three of us which was super awkward and uncomfortable. Nobody ever came over to give me a refill. the food was not hot. And the whole place is just rundown.
Food was as expected for a buffet. I was so disappointed in how the staff treated me. I came solo so I could get a feel of the place before brining my family. I will Not be brining them in now. Short tempered and pushy to leave. I was sat for 13 minutes before handed the bill. I'll have to go to the Lin's in Murietta for kind staff it seems like. Unfortunate.
The food was not good. Tasteless and not very much selection for what they charge. There are so much better option restaurants in the area. The restaurant does not feel clean. Everything was sticky, even the soy sauce bottles have stuff running down the sides. Do not recommend and we won't be back.
The server i had was ok but but when the check came a different server than who servered me came up and would not leave tell I handed her the tip directly. Food was pretty good I just wish the tip went to my server.
First, let me preface this. I've been to many Chinese Buffets around the country. Even a couple not too far from this one and I can honestly say this was the most disappointing. Now first of all, I understand how buffets work. They generally replace the food as it gets eaten. Unfortunately, there were only two other parties of two in the entire restaurant when my family arrived. Every tray appeared to have food in it but as we started to put it on our plates we started to realize that it was old. For example, one of the bao looking buns stuck so bad to its tray that it ripped in half as I tried to grab it with the tongs and one of the purple bao buns had become inseparable from the parchment paper square it was steamed on. All of the chicken, coconut, jalapeno, wings, and skewers were lukewarm at best and hard and dried out. The fish, prawns, frog legs, and snails were all cool as I tried to eat them. Literally cold to my lips. The sushi was the only thing that reminded me of other buffets because sushi doesn't like to sit. My favorite things were the pineapple and orange slices, and the kimchi wasn't bad. I even tried the egg drop soup in hopes of finding something redeeming but again it was bland and watery with not much egg in the thin broth. Also, the atmosphere is dingy old Golden Corral with the staff giving vibes of a morgue. To top it off, they are a Pepsi establishment. I can confidently say, with as many options for Chinese food and even buffets (a couple nearby), we will not be returning. I still can't figure out their over 4 star rating. This makes me question everything. This is my review and opinion.
Me and my party of 3 were asked to leave after being there for 3 hours and they said it was like paying double.....they said they had 1.5 maximum stay......I felt like homer Simpson in the old episode where he got kicked out of the flying dutchman hahaha 🤣😂😆😂

I feel like a lot of the reviews are misleading... we decided to eat here tonight 6/22/2024 due to the great reviews. They did have a lot of variety and a Mongolian station. We got about 5 plates of food right off the bat with salad, sushi, Mongolian boq, and some friend nuggets and French fries and watermelon for the kid. After the first bite, we were completely disappointed. The sushi tasted like grocery store sushi, but the filler was lettuce... the fried food was cold (nuggets were also rubbery), everything tasted frozen and reheated. I genuinely hope I don't get food poisoning along with my family. Service was ok. Not too much interaction, but that being said we only stayed about 20 minutes before leaving. Even our waitress was shocked at how quick we were in and out. Needless to say we will not be returning.
Honest review: This place is as bad as it gets. The restaurant reeks of sewage, as if the toilets are backing up, and the smell permeates the entire space. The food is overly greasy, extremely low quality, and leaves a slimy aftertaste. On top of that, it’s outrageously overpriced, offering terrible value for what you get. I won’t be coming back—absolutely disgusting.
The workers were very rude and treated the customers very poorly. I will never eat there again.
The food is disappointing. All the food is frozen, nothing is fresh, the sweet breads taste like fish, the food is overcooked because they don't change it often and they have stew meat that simulates a steak. I do not recommend it at all.
We were here with family together during this Sunday. However, their crab legs are very very salty. We asked for the manager/owner and states that the crab legs are too salty and asked why. He said that the crab legs were came like these and they did not add salt. Then, he started to act out and told us that if we do not like it, we can leave. We were very disappointed at the this place.
Really disappointed with the service today. One of the managers or whatever they are was very rude and was rude to my brother who paid for our table. Girl up front was nice but the middle-aged female who took our bill was very rude. We arrived at approximately 2:00 PM and although I had to take a phone call my party entered before me, I soon joined them and began getting food. At this point it seems that this manager or supervisor began to monitor our table closely. If there was some sort of issue or a question just come ask us? Very unfortunate experience and I may not be returning.
I don’t know how this place has good reviews. The meats were all cold, the tongs to grab the raw shrimp was touching the veggies it grossed me out. The staff was quick to seat us and just as quick to let us go, was hovering the whole time we were signing the receipt so annoying. Food has no flavor definitely will not be coming back.
disgusting food, temp was way cold on hot items, particuarly the seafood items which scares me and found bug in chow mein noodles WOW I am done with this place
Sitting at the table as you are eating they start moving your table and the food gave me Diarrhea. Ive been in the restroom for over an hour. IF I COULD GIVE A (-☆) I WOULD. Will NEVER RETURN.
This is the restaurant with the worst service I've ever been to, the food wasn't fresh either, and I will never come back here again.
The staff and service were horrible. The food was cold. When my family and I went in we were ushered to the very back of the restaurant away from everyone else. The drinks were watered down. The food was old and could see it was sitting on display for a long time. They do not follow the food handler's guide. Utensils were dirty and bent. The bus girl did not clear the table. It was 4 of us. At one point there were up to 15 plates on the table. We had to clear it ourselves to make space for more food. Only when she brought the bill she continuously came to the table to move plates as if she was rushing us to leave. We waited about 25 minutes to get done eating before we even looked at the bill. When we began to gather funds she came back to get the money. Meanwhile, the table is still waiting to be cleaned. Even got to a point where she took the money out of my hand counted it for me and said it was not enough. This I already knew because I was not done like I told her but she ignored me or pretended that she didn't understand. We didn't go there begging. We spend money on what we want. That includes good customer service. Definitely will not recommend or return to this place.
1000 years dishonor. As we were walking in everything in my body told me to turn around, however, either blinded by hunger or feeling too committed, my colleagues and I decided to be seated. Ret me say that the service was great, staff was super friendly and had no issues there. The food was gross, you can tell that it had been sitting there for some time. All of the food I tried tasted off in some way. I couldn’t even bring myself to eat the dessert. Which is saying a lot because man I love my dessert. Please rearn from our mistakes, do not eat here. Also upon checking out I later learned that even though we all ordered the same thing, two of us were charged $24 and one was charged $15. Gotta say this was a little bit frightening, and I fear the food may move through as fast as lightning. Ended up eating at in n out a block away. Don’t waste your money.
I not recommend. Most people don’t like black papers. They start to adding this spicy. It look’s nasty . Beware hibachi restaurants. Never Trow the old food to garbage. If they use black papers is to avoid bad smell .
After going to get additional serving the cook at the Hibachi station said that I can’t have more than two servings. This is all that I wanted to eat and I paid my bill and left. Upon exiting I asked the cashier about their all you can eat policy and she said that they do have a limit so people don’t eat too much of one item. Clearly this isn’t an all you can eat facility. In all my years of going there and eating the same thing I was never told of that policy. Will never go there again. Rather spend my money elsewhere
The worst buffet I’ve ever been to. Why? Majority of the food was cold, and some of the food tasted like reheated frozen food from the dollar store. We came here with an open mind and tried several different foods and they were all the same. The only thing that was decent was the Mongolian food station. We were only there for about an hour and the waiter handed us our check without asking for it, signaling us to leave. To make matters worse, they charge you for the beverages, the first buffet that I’ve been to does that. I’m helping you out, do not come here. Never coming back.
This is the most nasty place I have ever eat. The food was gross whatever oil they use does not taste good at all and the desert was even nasty the cheesecake was salty. The service was even worse and they force you to tip when they didn’t even brought us all of our drinks. I don’t recommend this place at all.
Came there for the very first time because of seafood. The snow crab tray was empty so I went to get oyster and noticed it soaked with water. I stayed for 1 hour and I came back to get snow crabs 3 times and never get a chance to try it. Also I saw a fly, that's disgusting.
We were charged with a 20-30 dollar service fee and they enforced a tip last time it was like 10% this time it was 15% but they said it was by law that they had to enforce a tip 🙁but there was no service because we got our own food and they would only fill up the seafoods and expensive food a little bit every 15-20 minutes? The bathroom sink was dirty so were the stalls.Food didn’t taste fresh , tasted like preheated food and the turkey for thanksgiving and crab was raw. Me and my family have food poisoning now. We were really disappointed in this restaurant. Hope this restaurant will do better in the future😔
PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING HERE! This place will quite literally make you get food poisoning or upset stomach! 2/3 of us are now sick with vomit & diarrhea after eating here. Don’t waste your money!!! We arrived are were seated promptly, received our drinks and began walking around to see what was available for lunch. All of the food looked disgusting, some looked somewhat appetizing. We brought our food to the table and took our first bite & it was cold in the middle. Unsure if their temperatures on the heating trays are incorrect or if they didn’t cook the food correctly but it was cold in the center. We tried multiple dishes and were surprised with the same outcome of cold food. We finished our sodas 10 minutes in and were awaiting for a server to come to our table but she not once came to check on us, instead, she stayed behind her counter on her phone. Took us 20 minutes to get her attention & to get refills. After trying 2 plates, we decided we just needed to get out of here and eat somewhere else so we asked for our bill. They hit us with a check of $92 for 3 people when their sign clearly said 24.99 per person which should have came out to $82. Drinks ARE not included in that price so BEWARE! 3 drinks were an additional $10!!! Once we got the check, the server told my mom that the tip she wanted was 15%-20% when she barely gave us service at all! Crazy because it was a slow day and they were barely half a restaurant full!!! Overall, service is terrible. Food is cold and awful. The restaurant looks run down. & the ONLY thing good here is the packaged almond cookies and icecream. A total bust. Never coming back. If you guys want to eat better buffet options, try Lin’s Buffet on Murrieta Hot Springs they’re okay but a huge upgrade from this dump.
