Estacionamiento amplio, el cual la mayor parte está techado, servicio rápido y precios accesibles. Cuenta con zona infantil.

El tamaño, porciones y presentación de las hamburguesas en esta sucursal, es un tanto mejor que en otras, por ejemplo, que la ubicada sobre Plan De Ayala (Cuernavaca), podría decir que incluso el sabor es ligeramente superior, probablemente sea otra franquicia, como los Carl's Junior de Baja California, que son muy distintos a los del D. F., a pesar de ser la misma cadena. La razón por la que solamente califico con 4 estrellas, es porque el servicio es un poco deficiente, de pronto sientes que en lugar de Carl's Junior, estás en un Oxxo, pues solamente hay una caja funcionando, y por si fuera poco, el cajero se tarda horas en atender. Fuera de ese detalle, esta sucursal es bastante recomendable.

Cleanliness is more or less good, service is more or less very slow, and the quality of the food is good, but the drinks are still in the machine and you tell them and they get angry about it. I give it 2 stars and that's a lot.

When I went to the Drive-Thru, I placed my order for some 1/3 pound Superman packages. I bought two in a package and a mini cheeseburger. My mistake was not checking my order at the time, trusting the person serving me, because when I got home, I realized the toy was missing from the children's menu, and the combo didn't include fries. I sent a message to the app but haven't received a response. I didn't return because the distance between my home and returning meant finding the restaurant closed. The bottom line: Check your order in your car before leaving the drive-thru. Now I don't know how it works, whether you can order my missing items or not.

Super mal, me cobraron 14 nuggets de mas, y las hamburguesas están super X. Pónganle atención a sus pedidos porque es bastante abusada la que atiende.

Deberían considerar mover la ventana de los delivery , siempre los veo afuera en el sol , y los hacen esperar un buen tiempo, es discriminatorio , no dejarlos pasar al restaurante si van por parte de un cliente

Ya van dos veces que acudo al establecimiento a las 9 pm EN DRIVETHRU para ordenar y dicen no tener servicio cuando se supone que en la información de el establecimiento dice que cierran a las 10 pm ahorita son las 9:18 pm y me negaron el servicio hagan el favor de modificar sus horarios o exigirles a sus empleados que respeten la hora de cierre

Hoy fui a comprar un helado con mi pareja unos 15 minutos antes de que cerrarán y fueron 100 pesos. Pero la muchacha no nos dió el cambio y eran 400 pesos de cambio. Al estar con los helados y en el carro yo ni cuenta me dí. Lo malo es que tampoco tuve ticket Espero pueda tener una respuesta favorable si voy a dar mi reclamo.

El drive thru es más lento que trámite de gobierno. El servicio es muy deficiente y son tacaños con los hielos.

They always take your order wrong or give you the wrong things; it happens a lot with the stars and the ice cream. You order 20 stars and they bring you a pack of 6, you order vanilla ice cream and they bring you strawberry. The worst part is that they get angry if you tell them they made a mistake and they take forever to bring you what you actually ordered.
