Every stereotype that comes with miserable, unhappy people working fast food because thatʻs all they strive for…these people fit the bill. worst service ever. I have never been to a Wendy's who didn't want to take the rewards deal on the app. The drive thru girl needs to be just cleaning bathrooms because she failed as a cashier. She was slow and didn't understand how to use the mobile coupon.

The rudest manager i have ever came across. We walked in with our 4 kids after spending a long day at busch gardens hoping to get food. We had to order at the front and not the kiosk because we had cash. She completely ignored us. We stood there for 10 minutes and I finally asked if it was ok to order here. One of the employees said yes. But then walked off. Still being ignored by the manager. She finally comes over 5 minutes later and takes our order. She was rude the entire time to us and the employees that was under her. And rude to the other customers because they needed sauce and that annoyed her. While we were ordering our food , she walked off TWO different times. After we ordered, we waited another 20 minutes and half the food was missing, no sauce, no napkins. Very disappointed with the service. We will tell everyone NOT to come here again.

I visited this location and made a lighthearted joke about AI, but the person operating the system seemed to take it personally and began speaking to me aggressively. I responded in the same tone, which unfortunately caused the situation to escalate for no real reason. The experience left me feeling that this location lacks empathy and professionalism. I wouldn’t return, and it’s clear why business seems slow if this is the kind of customer service being provided.

When I went through the drive through I was given the completely wrong order. When I went to the counter to tell them, the lady rudely snaps “What’s wrong with it?” Excuse me?! They remade the order and I drove back to the office. Well guess what, it was the wrong sandwich AGAIN. I drove back to the store and asked for a refund. When I did, all the employees started yelling at each other! I gave up and left with no refund and no food. Never going to this location again!

Literally just went and not only was the drive thru an AI but the actual worker cancelled my food bc they were out of chicken tenders without even telling us they didn't have any and refused to let us order anything at the window so we literally pulled up to only get half our order and nothing was done to fix it so i guess they just expected me to go hungry? If the AI alone wasn't enough to stop me from coming back the workers definitely solidified that decision. Never coming back to this location any of the restaurants around this one are way better with ACTUAL customer service.

I don't like to give bad reviews but every time I come to this Wendy's my order has never been done right is always missing something and the ladies at the drive thru always have an attitude and if you say that you order is wrong they will argue with you about your order being done right last week they've had me park on the side and have me waiting for my order for 35 minutes and they have completely forgot about me I had to go inside because I have my kids in the car and they had completely forgot that I was outside waiting at one time they gave me an apology come outside give me my food and my order was wrong. horrible customer service

Please Wendy's management hire better employees. People that know how to read numbers and know what temperatures are you are serving food that is currently burnt. Unable to eat and a far cry from anything that Dave from Wendy's wanted to produce. Also, when hiring people maybe going to a different race might give you a better turnout with being able to put 2 + 2 together to come up with 4 not 5.

Horrible. Placed my order of 3 meals and 2 frosties online. Show up at the drive thru, just be told they don’t have frosties, so I figured okay, I’ll just get drinks instead then, ask for a drink carrier, they don’t have them. Waited 10 minutes for my food to be cold and my sandwich to be missing the lettuce I requested, missing my condiments and my straws. When I still politely thanked the lady at the drive thru window, she just rolled her eyes at me and slammed the window shut. I don’t like working on weekends either, but I don’t let it out on my clients. Very poor experience! Do not recommend. Waste of time and money.

I went here this morning for a DoorDash and the service was horrible… I understand yall have 2 people working but get someone with good service at least… the lady with the puff and hat is so rude…. I walked inside was in there for 10 minutes no one greeted me I finally said can I DoorDash in the drive thru and she said yea the only thing instead of asking what’s my order…. I calle me DoorDash to complain so bad hopefully they take them off their app…. This place is ghetto as heck…. The keep hiring trash customer service….. And then I went to the drive thru and I waited again for 10 minutes and it took me 10 minutes to get there I pressed the button to arrive at 7:03 and I’m still texting at 7:31 with no food……the other girl was nice and when I walked in another lady already had problems with her order and service and demanded a refund…..

Update: I thought I'd give this location a second chance... I mentioned to what seemed to be the manager helping me in the drive thru that what she had rang up was wrong. (I thought it was too much.) She charged me for something different then what I ordered. She didn't offer to fix it and was just "sorry". Sadly the more expensive sandwiches she charged me for seemed like they were made earlier and had been sitting under a heat lamp. Definitely not visiting here again. I was asked to pull up to wait for my breakfast. Thinking it would be nice and fresh since I had to wait 5 minutes for my food. The bread was completely hard, meat was lukewarm and potatoes were hard and cold (and seemed to be rotten). I will never revisit here again.
