Terrible service and food. Workers were on their phone while we needed something. Distracted. Food was not great, the chicken nuggets didnt even look like it or tasted it. My son got sick from that. The only good thing here was the rice and fries. The other food looked disgusting, dont eat here.
The chicken is good, but the service is awful. The waitresses are incredibly rude and lazy; they don't want to do anything. The place is filthy, and the service is terrible. They should just close it down.

I thought places like this didn't exist anymore. The food is terrible, the bathrooms don't work, they have an 11-year-old kid doing what he can, the other employees don't like their jobs, and I wouldn't go back to Tepatitlan.
I placed a delivery order and it never arrived. I kept calling them and they kept saying it was on its way, but it never arrived.
