Excellent service. It was my first time trying the ribeye cut, and I ordered it medium-rare. I loved it; the meat and the sides were delicious. The staff was also excellent, very attentive and efficient. I would definitely go back. I also appreciated the display showing where the different cuts of beef came from; it was interesting to see.

While respecting everyone's opinions, I've seen poor reviews of this place; however, upon visiting and tasting some of their cuts, I was surprised by the excellent quality of the meat and the low price of each dish. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the wait time was very reasonable. We will definitely be back! 😊

I've been a customer since this business opened, and both the service and the product are excellent! The staff is very friendly, and to avoid waiting, I recommend calling ahead for takeout or dine-in. They offer that option, and I think it's a great way to save time. 👌🏻👌🏻 My favorite cut is definitely the chuck roast, and all the sauces are delicious. 😋😋

The first three times I went, when I asked for medium-rare steak, they perfectly respected my decision. But then there was a different person in charge, and from then on, the next five times I asked for medium-rare, they always gave it to me well-done. For me, it's important that they respect what I ask for the way I ask for it. I don't think I'll go back after those experiences.

The worst service in the world, the lady who serves you not only seems like she is doing you a favor but also gives you things with a disgusted face. The meat is good but for the wait they serve you it is not worth it, there are much better places to go. Honestly, do not waste your time, money and appetite.

I was recommended this place and went to try it. There was no one to serve you. And they wanted to sell you takeout food they already had roasted. TERRIBLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

We've been to eat there several times and have ordered delivery a few more times, but today they disappointed us. The salsa was rancid, foamy, and when we opened it, it smelled really bad. The "dorado" tacos (because they were very "watery") also smelled rancid. If I were suspicious, I'd say the meat was from yesterday and they heated it over charcoal, because it wasn't freshly cooked.

Unfortunately, this was our first time visiting this place, and the experience wasn't what we expected. I was taking my family who was visiting the city. (There were eight of us.) From the moment we arrived, the grill man mentioned that there was no service in the dining room at the moment. We suggested he take our takeout order, to which he replied that he didn't have room on the grill to take out our order. It's worth mentioning that there were people eating their food in the establishment. We decided to stay on the side and were able to observe that during that time other people were arriving and being served, both in the dining room and as takeout.
