It's been a while since we have been to this location. Staff was friendly and attentive. They had the food that was on the menu. It came out hot . It was delicious. I don't like giving straight 5s for a chain restaurant, but they were on point last night!

Wife and I eat at here every 4-6 weeks. Always clean. Very friendly servers, and the food is always great. This location must have had some issues after reopening from covid, because it never has regained its popularity here in town. Usually 90% empty. We always walk right in and get seated immediately. I have heard a lot of folks talk about how dirty the place was, how bad the service was, and the food was not good. I guess we are just lucky because the place is never dirty, the service is perfect, and our food is great. Every time.

First time eating at this location. Our server was absolutely wonderful and attentive, quick to provide refills and take care of us. The food was excellent, and the portions plentiful, from the enchilada soup to the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. Very reasonably priced for lunch with their deals. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would, we will definitely be back!

The staff is always helpful and friendly and the food is amazing. They have reasonable prices and a nice amount of food and good drink prices. My favorite is the cajun pasta

Not sure why this Chili’s has bad reviews, we had a great experience! Food came out hot, our server was super attentive and did everything right. He said “Gotcha” a lot, lol, but he definitely did his job and made sure we had everything we needed. We almost didn’t come here because of the low reviews, but I’m glad we did!

I thought I had ordered something different than what I ordered.(I was wrong and they brought me the correct thing.) But brought me what I thought I ordered. I realized I was wrong and told them I would pay for the extra they brought me. They had the order right the whole time. The manager guys. She is amazing. I def will bring my family back. Sorry for my mistake and for handling the situation so wrong. Goes to show you the customer IS NOT always right. Chili your manager here deserves some recognition for her job well done.

Arrived with a party of 6 and only had a short wait before being seated. Our server was Kyle and he was terrific. Our drinks were ordered and served. The appetizers were prepared and served hot and delicious. Our entrees were served as efficiently and timely as everything else. Our drinks were refilled as quickly as we drank them. Needless to say, we were satiated before anyone could mention dessert. A most enjoyable meal was had by all. The photo attached is what was left of a smokehouse combo that included ribs, brisket quesidiallas, street corn, French fries and bread. It was really a lovely dish.

Very good place to eat. Always easy to get in and get a seat. The bar is really good for drink. As for food everything is good. I especially like the ribeye steak. You can never go wrong with one of the burgers either. The service is always fast and everyone is always polite. Walking distance to the mall if you need to shop before or after eating.

This was the first time at my local Chili's in a couple of years. I ordered the surf and turf with a ribeye cooked medium along with loaded mashed potatoes and asparagus. My wife and and our youngest son were able to enjoy a Valentines lunch together and we weee seated promptly by a hostess who was very kind and then the second bar tender came over and tended to us. We hadn't been here in years due to the loud atmosphere. Hostess stood in the lobby and pointed to two tables in the bar, saying we could sit at either one. We didn't WANT to sit in the bar but were never asked if we had a preference. I told our server, Olivia, about that fiasco and she offered to find us another table, but she was so so nice, we decided to dine with her. Our service was wonderful and the food was great! The next time we choose Chili's, we'll definitely ask for Olivia again....she was a delight.

Sirloin reminded me of a ribeye. It was so marbled and gristly. Still good though. Service has improved tremendously. It's now actually worth going to. It used to be one of the worst places for service. They couldn't get enough servers and waiters/waitresses.

Food was really good. Our waiter was great! We sat right under a TV, which isn't always fun. They had window shading when the sunset got too bright. Overall, I like it.

I love Chilis but bless this one’s heart! Skillet queso was cold gel and do not order a drink. They didn’t know what club soda was… “what kind of soda?” and the martini was interesting. Dirty martini can easily be googled. I was passing through and would stop here again but I’ll keep it real easy.

Wasn't keen to have to hear kitchen staff and manager shouting and sniping at each other the whole time, and true or not, when I was not thrilled with watery ranch sauce and bland Kansas hot mozz, I don't immediately figured they were too busy with drama to pay attention to the details of what they were sending out.

Applebees ribs are better. Sweet waitress though and she was very attractive. My son got a steak, suppose to be med rare and it was well done. The waitress took it back and had it done right. We did a curbside order because we were grabbing food on the way to our hotel. We ordered through the app, paid the bill & tipped & didn’t get half the stuff we paid for in our order. We paid extra for Texas Cheese fries with one of our burgers & got only French fries; we got a side salad but no dressing (good thing we had the Ranch from the cheese fries we didn’t get!); we put in our order that we needed plastic ware & even asked to confirm it was in the bag when they delivered the food to our car & they said yes…nope, didn’t get any plastic ware to eat our food; and no straws for our drinks. When you travel all day & grab food on your way to your hotel for convenience & to not have to get back out, it’d be nice to have everything you ordered.

Meh with a Side of Ranch Walking into Chili’s is like showing up to a family reunion where you only kind of like half the people there: familiar, predictable, and slightly depressing. Let’s just say the chicken tasted like it had trust issues with seasoning. The vegetables were doing their best impression of "being sautéed" while somehow remaining raw in the middle. The queso? Liquid regret in a bowl. It’s the kind of cheese that reminds you it wasn’t meant to be cheese in the first place. And don’t even get me started on the chips—so thin they might as well double as tortilla-flavored tissue paper. Service? Our waiter was friendly, sure, but seemed like they were auditioning for America’s Next Top Disappearing Act. I swear, I saw them less than I saw my dad growing up. The only consistent attention we got was from the lingering smell of fryer grease clinging to the air like an unwanted guest. Atmosphere? It’s Chili’s. The decor screams "mall parking lot purgatory" with a dash of “we tried to be trendy in 2004.” The booths feel like they’ve absorbed more secrets than a confessional, and the music is just loud enough to ruin your conversation but not loud enough to cover up the crying baby two tables over. Chili’s is what it is—a middle-of-the-road, flavor-optional pit stop for when you’re too hungry to care and too cheap to aim higher. Will I go back? Probably, because I hate myself just enough. But don’t expect me to rave about it.

I went there tonight to order the chicken bacon ranch nachos. I placed my order and was told it would take 10-15 minutes. I went back in about 12 minutes later, and my order was not ready. It was almost 30 minutes later before my food was ready. I got home and all of the food was cold. It has been five years since I’ve eaten at this location, and I can see that nothing has changed!!!!!

2.5 stars. Menu prices are very high compared to other restaurants we frequent. And portions are very very small, especially the sides and the side salad for $5.80. That salad couldn't have had more than 50 cents of Lettuce, tomatoes, and croutons in it and it was in a tiny bowl. The only decent deal is the 3 for me menu and happy hour drinks. We won't be coming back to this location or any other Chili's any time soon.

This was my 2nd time visiting. Last time I visited on a weekend and reserved a table by calling them. This time I visited for dinner on a weekday without calling and they said the wait would be about 30 mins. More than half the tables were empty and they weren’t willing to use those for anyone. The waitress was totally not in a mood and was just serving us for the sake of it. I don’t know if it was just that lady or everyone else, but I did not have a good experience because of that. The stars I gave are just for food. Its great. I love their fajitas and the desserts. To conclude- please call in advance to reserve a table. The wait will always be more than 15-20 mins.

The wait time for drinks, for our orders to be taken, and to receive our food, and finally receive our ticket to pay, took ages each time. Drinks and parts of our meals were forgotten, or just never came out at all. Most of our (admittedly large) table were happy with their food, though. We have a couple servers who know how hard it can be, and even they were harsh in their criticism of the neglectful service.

Sat at the bar and was ignored for about 15 minutes. Bartender was over extended waiting tables. Also bar was filthy and while I was waiting for my drink bartender was steadily checking phone. Very disappointed with this visit. Have been multiple times with never a bad experience until now.

So we haven't been to Chili's in YEARS because of bad experiences last time. Enough time passed we thought things may have improved a bit. The night went on and the disappointment increased. Off to a good start, the hostess got us to our table very quickly. Our waitress was very kind when taking our orders. She brought our drinks, then basically never saw her again, except when she loudly asked another waitress to replace my not-so-good tea with a DP because she needed to use the bathroom. (Ew!) Beyond that, where on earth did our waitress disappear to???? Food came, looked decent, but only by looks. I ordered the Surf N Turf, sirloin med rare, shrimp, loaded mashed potatoes, and subbed in white cheddar mac n cheese. Before I started eating, naturally I pulled my fork out of the little pouch it comes in, only to find OLD LETTUCE STILL STUCK TO IT. My child didn't have a fork in her pouch at all. I informed the hostess as she walked by, who apologized and took it back to the kitchen. Then I had to wait a few minutes too long for a replacement to come. The replacement was TWO BAGGIES OF PLASTICWARE. Instead of just bringing us new, clean forks, they gave us to-go plasticware. But now that I have something to eat with, I start in, only to discover the shrimp was rubbery, the steak was tough (though props for keeping it med rare as requested), and the potatoes tasted like they came out of the microwave, very dry. The Mac N Cheese was good though. My child's food was fine according to her, but by the looks of it, it wasn't fantastic. The total bill came out at over $50. I could have spend the same amount of money at Roadhouse and gotten WAY better service and STELLAR food. I paid on that little pad thing they have because our waitress FINALLY returned with to-go boxes, but no bill. If I'm going to spend over $50 at a nice restaurant, it should live up to the standard of that amount.

This Chili's had a good number of people working there it seemed and not a big crowd, but it was in poor shape. The staff seemed to be running around all over the place but the bar was a mess and the TVs weren't even all on football or sports or other entertainment on a Sunday. Many were on some hold screen. The food I had was burnt to a crisp, which they were kind enough to replace. The bar tender kept the drinks filled but was running all over the place. The company continues to cut the quality of their food. The veggie bean burger and veggie bean fajitas are almost inedible. They also bring out so little a portion of cheese, sour cream, and salsa that you'd think they were running out. I'm not one to waste, but if they're going to bring out that little they need to refill. My tortillas were dried out too. This was extremely disappointing for a place that wasn't that busy. I question whether the manager had any idea what they were doing. I feel bad leaving this review because the bar tender was hustling, but she was doing too much. I'm to make enough money to survive. I'd bet Chili's doesn't pay well in that area.

The service was lousy. The server waited 15 or longer minutes to come back to our table to let my son in law know they were out of his flavor of wings. Several times we had to get another server to either refill our drinks or bring us napkins. The bacon burger was good however the fries were a little cold. This use to be a good place to eat at however today has me rethinking that now.

Dined alone on yesterday. Server Kyle took my order. He left to go get my Ice tea and when he came back with my tea I was on my phone looking at some pics of my grandkids... Kyle then stated in a loud manner to me ... I know you not on that cell phone at the table. Well it was not like I had another person at my table to keep a conversation with. At the end of my lunch, I asked for a to go container. He brought it to me and I had put most of my food in the container. I saw my plate down for a moment and he just scooped up my plate before I could get the rest of my food from my plate. I then told him to bring me back my plate. He was rushing me out when I was not finished . I Never Ever want him to wait on me again... Kyle mind your own business. I was not rude... But I could have been.😞

The food was not fresh and as you can see in the picture, the nuggets we're mostly breading. I had a sampler and the onion petals had been reheated. The onions we're like a strip of tape and the coating takes like old oil. I was also charged $1 for a tiny condiment dish of queso- half full! Eat here at your own risk!!

We had to ask for napkins that never came. I fetched them myself. Same with forks and knives. Food was delivered by a young woman who didn't seem to want to be there; she dropped the trays on the table without even stopping or looking at us. We were asked only one time if there was anything else we needed. I almost finished my meal before the condiments I requested were delivered. We ordered chips and salsa. It tastes like watery tomatoes. Whoever was in charge of putting that on the menu obviously didn't consult a Texan first

Our meal was great. Our waiter was great. When the ticket came however we didn't realize a mistake had been made til we were outside. I ran inside to fix it. The manager wasn't friendly, the outfit wasn't professional and honestly she was rude. Thankfully the issue was handled but still.

Chillis food is always hit or miss for me but I can usually get an appetizer if I'm out with friends. Today the service was a little slow. The kitchen staff must have been short staffed because we could here them arguing with a waitress about getting the food out faster. The kids food was last to come out and everything was still cold and/or over cooked. My salmon was dry and had a weird sauce on top. Rice was burned. Sauce on the cajun pasta was ok in taste but really thick. Overall not a good experience.

Our waitress completely forgot about us. And when we brought it up to manager, it was told to us that the waitress was new and had only been there a week. Okay!! That doesn't excuse bad service. We ended up just paying for the drinks and leaving. Hungry. Never have I left a restaurant hungry.

My husband and I went to dinner after the movies. We normally enjoy going to Chili's since they usually have good food. Our waitress gave us good service and kept our drinks full and brought us ice without having to ask for it. We ordered chips and salsa as an appetizer. The salsa was extremely salty. We both ordered the classic cheeseburger with fries. I could only stand to eat about half of it due to the lettuce being wilted and tasted bad. I asked the waitress to please let the kitchen know about the lettuce. We saw her tell the manager. The manager never came over to apologize or talk to us about the situation. We, also, tried to flag down another staff member to ask for some ranch dressing and mustard. A new employee wanted to come over but the manager pulled her back. My husband had to stop another employee to get the ranch. Our waitress was busy with another table at the time. My husband asked for mustard on his burger. There was a very small dab of mustard on it. This is a very poorly managed restaurant and we will not return until there is new management.

The manager Porsha is rude and why we won’t return. Didn’t help that employees confirmed their poor behavior to them. I tried to get ahold of someone so I could discuss my experience, but the customer service number is fake. You can’t even leave a message. I’m honestly still shocked. To have the manager refuse my service to my face telling me…”cause I just don’t want to” is mind blowing. Then to have a former employee tell me they quit for the same reason. They treat the staff just as bad. I’m worried for the current employees. Who is carrying about their wellbeing?! It’s definitely not this company.

They brought my drink out 10 mins after my husband and couple that came in 10 mins after us got their food before us. We waited 5 mins after they got their food and left cause we still didn't get out food. I know they are short handed but they need to put people on a wait if they can't handle a lot of tables at once. Service sucked, but server was sweet. Love this place but it's going down hill.

My friend made an online order, some food and a gallon of classic margarita on the rocks, I picked up the order and walked a mile back to my friend, not knowing there was a difference and she said it was the wrong one so I walked back, the gallon cost 45$ and she wanted what she paid for, she also tipped 14$ so it wasn't like they weren't benefitting as well, they refused to give me what was properly ordered, they told me there's an x on their screen when it's a classic vs a margarita slushie and they seemed shifty/lazy & who knows what. Anyways walked back and looked on the online ordering website and there isn't even an option for the slushie in a gallon size so they jipped my friend and refused to correct it.

Walk in the front door, waited for over 15 minutes on someone to come seat us to eat. Had two other families in line behind us. During that time frame, staff members were more focused on cleaning a single table instead of seating guest. They looked straight at us and went to working on other tasks. I'll note that the place was not busy and there were plenty of clean tables. A second staff member walked out of the kitchen area, looked at us, and went on to doing something else. I noticed that most glasses on the tables of people who were already seated were empty. At this point we still have not been seated. So we turned around and walked out. Poor customer service.

This is a garbage reataurant. We ordered delivery from here tonite…2 chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. And there’s no ranch, not on it or in it or with it. And when I called they put me on hold and never came back. The quesadilla is just as dry and unappetizing as you’d ever want to see. And the delivery got here plenty early…no reason for it to look this way. And this is a $65 order, for just these 2 quesadillas. This place badly needs some management help. The WORST. Save yourself, eat somewhere else!

The steak was not edible, it was overcooked and tough. We were charged for food we did not order, the chips and salsa was not chips but crumbs, last time we went was pretty good, but this time it was terrible, 80 bucks for two people was not worth it this time.

Just tonight, my wife & I, were told it'd be a 30-45 minute wait, with a half empty restaurant. When asked why, they're waiting on a party of 20, & don't want to overwhelm kitchen personell. The younger generation, needs to grasp the concept, of hard work. How do you turn down people, IN THE RESTAURANT, for people who may or may not show up. I wish i could give this review a negative 10. One star, is the lowest you can give. Ill NEVER, go there again.

I came here Wednesday with my wife and 4 month old son we entered for lunch like we've done a few times and had our infant in his single carseat stroller and were craving some Chillis only not very many people were inside at the time and hostess greeted us and took us to a table when we started to sit down she informed us that "the carseat stroller had to go and that we were not allowed to keep it with us or him in it".. never before had we been told this by Chillis or any other restaurant in the area so my wife who looked lost at being told this and then not knowing why. I told the hostess that it was fine we would leave and go to a family friendly restaurant that would allow our child whom was sleeping from the car ride to remain in his stroller with us. We left and visited twisted fork for lunch instead and they were more than happy to allow our child the comfortably of remaining in his stroller while we were served at a table my son being by our side. This deeply saddened me as I write many reviews for some of texarkanas restaurants and businesses, love a family friendly place however I'm saddened to report this chillis is no longer such place. It's too bad because the food was very unique. Maybe when we go out of town we can try another chillis franchise because This one in Texarkana will not see me or my family return. There are many other family friendly places to have a meal with loved ones where all big and small are welcome and special accommodations or concessions made.

I placed a Togo order and had my husband bring it home. Food was not cooked correctly. Had to cook it more at home. The middle of egg rolls were cold. Called to place the order and whoever answered was very rood. Got my food noticed the issue with the food quality tried to call the manager to explain the poor food but he seemed like he could care less and was only interested in making it seem like it was my problem the food was not up to my standards. I’m sorry but if your food is not cooked that is a restaurant problem not a me problem. This location has been going down hill thought I would give it another try and once agin was disappointed. Please do not waste your money there are far better restaurants for equal price and better food.

The service was decent and the waitress was friendly, but the kitchen was awful. It feels like their air conditioning was out with how hot and humid it was inside. My medium steak was cooked far beyond well done and the plate was scalding hot like my food had been under a heat lamp for 10+ minutes. Somehow my fries still managed to be cold. This is the third time in 3 months that I've had a bad experience at this specific location and we will not be returning.

Don't rant too much but the service was horrible they weren't even busy waited 20 minutes just to get waited on 30 minutes for queso and chips we decided not to eat even order food, but the queso was good but not $18 good

Food was over done hard to chew couldn't get our waiter to actually wait on us ordered drinks seen they were ready at the bar watched and finally reached our table 13 minutes later while we watched our waiter talk to friend in the back i do not recommend food was not good at all

This is the first Chili's I had to walk out of. I was greeted at the door after about two minutes. I then sat down at a dirty bar, that looked like the dishes had been sitting there for quite a while. After 10 minutes of sitting there without so much as a "we'll be right with you sir", I left. You could see and hear the staff in the back carrying on conversations instead of cleaning the messes and taking care of customers. It's sad because Chili's is a really good restaurant, but sometimes you find poorly run branches, like this one, that ruin it for the others. I would recommend skipping this one and hitting one somewhere else. There are plenty of great restaurants in Texarkana that values customers.

In short for those skimming reviews Service was terrible Food was cold we ate with 9 people and every single one said this was the worst food experience they ever had When we entered the wait for our table wasnt that bad about 10 minutes for a 9 top when we did get sat it took our server about 10 minutes to even greet us when our server kyle finally did come to our table he was extremely rude and somehow left his glasses on our table after about 5 minutes he came out with just chips and salsa which none of us ordered which isnt the issue because im assuming it was just gratuity but the more agitating part is that we had to wait another 7 minutes for our drinks after that (12 in total) and the part that had us irritated was the fact that he was missing two drinks and we had to ask for those drinks twice from him and we didnt get them both times we only got the drinks when someone had to go ask the hostess for them the two without drinks waited a total of around 25 minutes after there chips came out for a drink and to make matters worse he messed up someones food order the food itself was some of the worst chillis food ive ever had me and my girlfriend have been going to chillis for around 4 years now and its always been acceptable but the food here was cold and items that were normally really good at the other places were just wrong in the worst ways possible lastly our server also somehow made the final checks take about 10 minutes but by this point we weren’t really surprised Me personally ive only ever left one other bad review on a place I never leave bad reviews but the level of service and food we got was so horrendous that I went out of my way to write this

Attempted to eat here, but couldn’t get a table. We were told that we would need to wait 20 minutes for a table. There were more open tables than occupied tables. We observed other people walk away for the same reason.

I was at Chili's today for lunch, so I was seated, and the waitress came up to me and said that she would be right with me. While I'm sitting there waiting for her to return, two older white guys walked in and went to the bar.So I looked up and I she the waitress comes out of the back and started fixing the two guys shots. I had to take a double look and just shake my head .I guess she was going to get a bigger tip .So, without starting a big scene, I just got up and left. I did call the manager and told her what happened and she was nice about the situation. They don't have to worry about me ever coming back. My money is good somewhere else .

Stopped by to see what the 3 for $10 was about. Strawberry lemonade is soo good! Started off with chips, salsa, & guac. Also the starter salad or a small bowl of sad lettuce. Our 2 entrees were the Bacon Burger and Cajun Shrimp Pasta. Our burger was raw in the middle thankfully they made us one to-go. The Cajun Pasta was alright. However, our waitress was unprofessional, and apparently tired of working all day. Don't think ill be back.

I ordered enchilada soup , it was absolutely Disgusting, I called the waitress over and tried to just order a baked potatoe. She said we don't have that , very snotty about it , she said mash potatoes , at this point , I said fine just give me that, it was not good either, tasted like fake potatoes you see in the grocery store. Her and the woman who greeted us at the door, kept talking about me . I will not eat there again 45& for food I couldn't eat. . My 15 year old daughter was with me , she said hers was just okay , but she has a sinus infection , so she can't taste anything. Not the restaurants fault. But mine horrible

Wow! I thought I would give them another chance. Big mistake!!! It's gone from bad to way worse! This place is like a circus! While we were waiting on our drinks someone with his hat on backwards comes out of the kitchen and starts yelling at the top of his lungs "these people are ridiculous". He went on further repeating "absolutely ridiculous". He glances at us giving us an evil look. He continued to stare us down throughout our time there. So much I decided to start recording. This started over the table wanting their order to be as pictured on the menu. Not an unreasonable request. But it came out completely different. They sent it back. It was replaced by something cold. I don't find those complaints ridiculous at all. The manager never came until the customers were leaving. I assumed there was no manager by the way the place is run. He didn't apologize to them. They worked something out and the customers left very angry. The manager walks by our table back to his hiding hole and not even looking at us, no apology for the scene. Nothing. Unbelievably unprofessional. It's no wonder this place is a horrible circus. The food was nasty, no surprise with the way everything else is run. And you know chili's corporate never even contacted bout my first review that I am adding this to now. I shouldn't feel the need to be prepared to defend my family from chili's staff. But I had my steak knife ready. Needless to say they ruined our dinner. Now I still have two $10 certificates left and we have no desire to ever go to a chili's again. Clearly no management even from corporate. It's just a free for all three. So whatever they want. Customers are a nuisance to their playing around. They are going to wind up killing someone. And I guess that will be a big joke for them all to laugh about. After the waitress saw O was recording she began to apologize. But she didn't notice all our glasses were empty and wouldn't remove any of the plates we were finished with. Oh and my wife has to go get me a fork for my salad. Seriously what am I ripping for??? And the table was sticky and nasty. The varnish was coming off and well it was just gross. We had to use the napkins to cover the table. Gross place all the way around. My original review: Can't even have real silverware anymore? Plastic utensils like it's KFC. And not even any tops for the presidente margarita shaker? Not enough employees. What's there are just playing or acting like they are cleaning. I will not return to any chili's after this. I've been a patron for over 35 years. Enough is enough. Chili's is a train wreck.

Let see, service was great, although we waited 45 minutes on a 6 top. When the food arrived, my fajita veggies were raw, and seasonings are weak. This place has not improved in the kitchen, yet management seemed to be a little more proactive. I still have to lower my star rating, as it took 1 hr, and all my family was done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE in Texarkana.

After waiting for 50 minutes on our food, I received my pasta that looked nearly dry. I asked for assistance fixing this and was given a sauce cup with less than a teaspoon of sauce in it. I contacted the manager after this who spoke with kitchen staff and requested more sauce. After another 30 minutes waiting on sauce and the rest of my party had finished their food, I had to have the food removed which took an additional 15 minutes and extra difficulty. Choose wisely before picking this location.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy our meals to be able to adequately rate the food. The service was terrible. The waitress was slow and too busy chatting with a friend to tend to us. When the orders were incorrect, she was rude and confrontational. We paid for what we consumed and left without eating our entrees. Certainly would never return here.
