This chick fill a is amazing. There is a constant dual line of automobiles waiting for service. The employees are absolutely awesome. Great smiles, and a seemingly great work effort. The service was a little slow, but understandable as the place was packed, both inside and out. I remarked to my wife about the never ending line of cars. All I can say about the waffle fries at chick fill a is wow! The waffle fries were fried crisp, and amazingly, salted to perfection. One bite and I was hooked. My sweetheart ordered the frosted lemonade, while I ordered the frosted coffee. Both were excellent. The only problem I found with the coffee? It ran out to soon. I would eat here again and again. The food was really that good. The drinks were excellent, and my grandchildren left happy. What more could one ask for?

Was a little disappointed in the Jesus chicken this go around. Sandwich was a little soggy. Nuggets were very greasy. Customer service was great tho!

Food is always great. The drive-through was really crowded at noon. And while, their property area really isn't big enough to comfortably handle the lines of cars (at least not what I consider comfortably), they AMAZE me at how well they direct traffic and get people through the line fairly quickly. I usually try to avoid going there at peak times, but I got in and out okay.

I took my granddaughter and it's her favorite place to go. The corporate guy was there and he looked mad the whole time. Never spoke to a customer that I could see. The staff are amazing, smiling, efficient, and I fed her but did not eat because I had already eaten. I love their salads. Manager is nice as well. Corporate needs to learn maners

Simply the only good fast food restaurant. Please don't listen to the hype of the Popeyes chicken sandwich. I've tried it multiple times, and everytime was disappointing. Go for the Chickfila sandwich, add colby jack cheese and bacon and promise it'll be 1000× better than any other fast food chicken sandwich.

I basically live in my car for work, being a Hospice Marketer. I stop at several Chick Fil A locations, mostly Texarkana, Marshall and Longview. I enjoy the 5pc kids meal.

They were great. They were quick and friendly. I recommend the the lemonade. Seriously, this stuff is soooo good. Even the diet lemonade was really great. The food was hot and yummy. I love how they move like a well oiled machine. Also, they were festivally dressed for Christmas. It was a great meal with a nice atmosphere. They keep that place clean. That's especially important right now!!

We LOVE this Chick-fil-A! Everything you have come to expect from Chick-fil-A is exemplified in this store. I don't know why they have 3 lanes of "drive-thru". If you have been vaccinated go inside. It's clean, quiet, and the staff are courteous. The chicken is the same as I remember but the sides are different. They now have Mac and cheese, and a real fruit salad with Blue berries, strawberry, 2 kinds of apples, and other fruit that was fresh and delicious. Same waffle fries and chicken sandwich. You should go in. It was great. If you have been vaccinated, that is.

So I've been having trouble getting my food in a timely manner. They do so much faster in the summer when everyone is out of school. But I've started using mobile ordering LL ast couple days. After learning how it works, I love it. Don't have to worry about being late for work. Just put my order in when I leave the house and it's ready when I get there. Great option! Now I can get my favorite breakfast every morning. Just gonna miss interacting with the employees as they are some of the nicest employees you could ask for. Thanks for the excellent service

This location is constantly busy. I don't mention that to make them look bad. Rather to the contrary. Despite long lines, this chick-fil-a is one of the fastest and most accurate ones I've gone to. The food is always fresh and never wrong. The attendants are very receptive and good with taking orders. If you don't run away from the long lines you'll be treated with a great meal with wonderful service.

Todays visit to this restaurant was great. Traffic flow was easy and the signs were easily readable. They had to make the breakfast bowl. I waited for less than 2 minutes.

The only detriment here is its popularity. The drive thru line wraps around the building during lunch, although the establishment has a very well organized and fast paced crew that keeps the line moving quickly. Food is decent and high quality for fast food and it's hard to have a bad interaction at this location.

Food and service are always amazing but this time my chicken nuggets were a little dry. But these folks have drive thru service down to a science! Even if cars are wrapped around the building and you think you are going to be there for at least half an hour or more... guess again... it took less then 15 minutes and I couldn't even count how many cars were in front of us! Great job!

This place is great, when you go here I recommend using the app to have them bring your food to you, it gets crowded a lot but besides that I enjoy it, my order usually consists of their nuggets and waffle fries with Polynesian sauce on the side. Their milkshakes are great. The adds about them do not lie, their employees are the kindest people I have met. I will be returning.

Love the remodeling. The two lane drive through is wonderful (when both kiosks are taking orders), however having the two lanes merge to one serving window doesn't cut the drive through wait time down. The servers are always very friendly and kudos to management for physically shutting down the play area during regular business hours to disinfect.

Quick and easy order and take out process. I ordered my food via the Chick-fila app which was a very easy process. I drive over to the restaurant and parked in what seemed like the back of the restaurant in a numbered space. This area was very busy and I was a little concerned for whoever was bringing the food. I sat in my car for about 4 minutes and someone brought out my food. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. EXCELLENT JOB!

This place is always packed. Good chicken sandwich, good chicken nuggets, pretty fast service considering how incredibly long the drive-thru line always is. Play equipment inside for the kids. Their green salads, with chicken strips on them are very good, but more expensive.

Friendly staff, I noticed a new other day, it's taking them much longer to get orders out. Don't know if that's because of dividing some of the staff to deliver food. Food ok, chicken breast is king with this place. Not a fan of chicken breast. Who set up the drive way to these places. It's a maze. Multiple personal outside, why? Eat here because you're hungry not for experience. Last but not least is the prices. Basically for a sandwich, one side ,and a drink for two people was over $20. Doesn't sound like a comfortable place to eat to me.

The store is kept pretty dirty. Trash is always full and tables not very clean. Surprising for chick fil a? It's new to us but I was surprised at that. Could just be this location, it's always very busy. Service is of course good and no complaints on the food.

I went to this store today. Ordered a regular spicy combo with no pickles, and a spicy deluxe combo. What I got was 2 regular spicy combos with pickles. When I pointed out the error, the manager told me they couldn't take them back because I had opened them. How was I supposed to know my entire order was WRONG without opening the sandwiches? Their solution was give me bags with the lettuce, tomato, and cheese for the deluxe, and a shrug for the sandwich that had unwanted pickles. So apparently this Chick Fil A thinks if they mess up your order you should just suck it up instead of them fixing it. Their customer service sucks! I love Chick Fil A, but I will not be back to this location.

Parking is terrible. Entry and exit into the lot is very confusing because they have exits, entrance, and parking spots blocked off. Food was good as usual. Inside needs expansion as well. Not enough seating for the crowd that was in today, but they have space blocked off for "employees only" - looked to be storage.

Kids working, stood in line for a bit in front of the register, and watched employees past by, not acknowledging me. Someone was lining the trays on the counter behind to register until she turned around and asked if I had been helped. She went to get a cashier and told her that she didn't SEE US. I have never stood in line to wait for a cashier at Chik-fil-A. This location I wouldn't stop anymore if I don't have time. I hope training can help with better and not leave employees on their phones.

Love the food but this location gives people road rage with the “wrap around” line because people cut you off and old ladies start screaming and honking. For that 2 stars. You’re excited for chik fil a then, so mad after you get it because of how the line is set up. Definitely needs to be adjusted.

Used to be a fast and efficient place to get food. My last 3 visits have been very disappointing. Workers seem way more interested in visiting with each other than doing their jobs. I don't know if management changed or what in the last 6 months to a year, but it is definitely not the same as it used to be.

Normally this restaurant is great with fast service but this time I decided to eat in with my toddler. He likes to be moving so we ate fast and then he wanted to go to park. I just set my food in play area and was not the only one because you want to take leftovers home when you have to be quick with young kids. This older, short, dark haired woman stalked in and reprimanded me essentially and asked who the other strangers food was but looked at me when I did. I set food inside food area and played a little longer then toddler wanted out so we ate more. This same woman kept stalking by multiple times within a 3-5 min span and staring straight at me while I was eating and talking to my toddler. I was just trying to spend special time with my toddler but this lady was being ridiculous and ruining it like a bully.

Gave us the wrong food. First time I went I never received my fruit cup or soup in the correct size. Decided to give them another try since we were visiting from out of town and the overall customer service was once again horrible. I received bacon on my sandwich although EVERYTHING was labeled right. Order was repeated to us correctly and we still got the wrong food. It honestly wasn’t even worth going back and waiting another 20 minutes for food. Both times I ate here I fell sick. I’d rather take my chances with street food cooked out the back of a 1993 Honda civic.

This place is so dangerous to enter so small and so many people!!! They need a new location I’ll never go to this location ever again since a worker yelled at me !!! Never will recommend this location

So at 635 am, we went through driv thru to get a 12 piece nugget and fries- you can't have fries anymore, because they take a little longer to cook? That is the most absurd thing I have ever heard!! Have some cooking, and it wouldn't take any longer. It doesn't hold them up in the afternoon, and since when does fries, take longer than chicken? Cook the dang fries, if I'm willing to pull up and wait!!!! The last 2 times I've went, we've gotten, broken pieces of fries, and have been missing nuggets- get it together! The last 2 years they have gone downhill. Why have the nuggets became mostly crust, not nuggets?

I went by because my usual go to was out of chicken sandwiches. Figured the wait would be worth it. First off, they aren't managing their drive thru line very well. My direction was to go forward and follow the car in front of me. I wasn't sure if there were any other direction to go. When the car in front of me gets to the window, my order is ready while their big order is being put together. It would be helpful to actually be put in order of service. Second, they charge my card when I order my food. After handing me my bag (of an incomplete order) which i still have to wait for the car in front of me to get their big order, the teller assistant (?) comes up to my car and says i need to pay. I inform him I already did and he tells me that it didn't go through. I give him my card and also notify him stuff is missing from my order. He walks to the window and sets down my card and just stands there, ignoring my inquiry about my incomplete order. When i finally get to the window, the teller is confused as to why I'm there. I tell her she has my credit card because supposedly it didn't go through. She says she has no pending order, and it had gone through. I then have to ask, again, for my card back. I also have to ask again about the missing items from my order, which I finally receive. After a 20 minute wait, I now have lukewarm sandwiches. Next time, I'll just go to Cane's.

The order was taken wrong. The manager had to be called because I was suppose to get a refund for 2 meals. Well I told my order 4 times while at the window. The manager heard me wrong and tried to refund me for 5 meals. Luckily the very nice older lady at the window heard my order correct & she informed the manager what the order was. Chick-fil-A is special and brings back very sentimental memories from our countless trips to the Dallas Texas area since 2016! 🥰 I even have a card my son made for me in 2017 which hangs on our dining room wall! So I have never had a bad experience at any Chic-Fil-a until I stopped here..the lady taking my order was so unclear. Couldn’t get our order right for the life of her! Took forever the line was super long which is usually fine cause chicfila is normally awesome but not this location.. a whole big building of confusion. Went to the front to pay and still my order was wrong I repeated it again another 3x to the people at register.. still got a wrong order and they charged me for more stuff than I ordered then I didn’t have certain items in my bag that I did order when I tried giving back the stuff I didn’t order right then and there they said oh just keep it we cant take anything back.. but your order didn’t have the other drink on the receipt so that will be another amount and you can keep the other stuff I’m like yeah I payed for that stuff unfortunately cause I didn’t want that.. she just said I’m sorry will you still want the other drink? It’s gonna be extra.. longest visit I’ve had at a chicfila ever. This location was no good .

I worked there for a year so I know how it is working there. The staff is rude almost every visit. I expected the food to be fresh since there was a line wrapped around the building twice. I ordered food today, I specified in the request for extra sauce: I was given 1 sauce each meaning they don’t read the requests or they ignore it. I received no napkins after driving away: lovely I love having sauce on the sides of my face with nothing to wipe it off. The Mac and cheese was burnt all on the side: lovely I bought the infamous Mac and cheese from cfa and it’s all burnt. I ordered a large fry regular: there was not a single grain of salt: I don’t want just fried potatoes and they were colder than room temp. Will still eat here but it’s hit or miss every visit.

Store is always dirty. If you want a clean table you have to clean it yourself. I got used to carrying wipes in my purse just for this. We moved here from Oklahoma last May from a small town and we’re excited to have a chic fil an actually in the town and every single visit is horrible. Always dirty, I can’t even count how many times we have been there this last year. 30-40+ and I have NEVER I mean NEVER gotten my food in under 20-25, no matter if it is 2 of us or the 4 of us! It is ridiculous! The past 4 times I have went the manager has brought the tray out with my money refunded because it took well over 40 minutes for 2 meals. Employees are rude and if they forget something such as a straw, sauce or whatever they roll their eyes, huff and puff like it’s a huge inconvenience for them. I can’t name one certain employee because it happens 85% of the time. Every other and I mean every other chic fil a that I have been to I am greeted nicely and professionally, have my food in under 10 minutes usually closer to 5 mins and not once has an employee walked away or closed a conversation without saying, “ My Pleasure”, no matter the day, time, weather, etc. However, the unprofessionalism at the Texarkana location is unreal, I have been greeted with a smile and a “what can I get you today” but mostly it is an immediate “name for the order”, tells you the total, you pay, they had drinks and say “ Next “! Very very rude! Like I said my kids would eat Chic Fil A every single day, 5 times a day if they could and it’s sad when they say “ Mama they are rude there let’s go somewhere else “. Lastly, it is beyond difficult to take a team there after a game or trip because it takes over an hour to get food for 10-12 kids. 90% of local schools have chosen to eat somewhere else just because of this reason. One of the biggest things is they close out orders to meet their 10 minutes and then forget about it until you ask for it! There is not a day that I have been where they didn’t close the order out and have to ask me what I had or take my receipt, it happens to everyone!

This CFA is not near as efficient as it used to be. I don’t know what the issue is, but the drive thru is terrible now. Took 20 mins to get to the window when there were only 2 cars in each line when I got there. And cars just kept coming and the line was not moving. People were getting mad and running over the cones to get out. Terrible.

Fries were hard as a rock! Absolutely not eatable! Disgusting!

I always order via the app. So why is my order not ready when I get there. I realize they want to have the freshest food. But damn, you got to wait through the whole drive through line, it’s ridiculous? Might as well just order when I get there. Ordered my usual through the app. They left out my chicken sandwich. I’m so damn mad! The last few times I’ve been there. Their customer service sucks. Especially at the window, horrible, I’m done!

Lunchtime 7/11/2024 The drive through is confusing, especially if you are visiting from out of town. There is only a tiny sign telling you to wrap around the building - which I didn't see until I was leaving. (My hometown Chick-fil-a is set up the exact same way and doesn't make people wrap around the building, and my hometown location is way busier than this one). The employee directing traffic waved me through, so I pulled into the drive through. Once I got up to the employee to place my order, a different employee told me "you cut in line. you need to exit and drive around the building." There was no understanding of confusion and an honest mistake, just a rude assumption that I intentionally cut. If I had worked here, I would have given the person the benefit of the doubt and taken their order, or at least been nicer about it. This is the first time I have every been to a Chick-fil-a and experienced rudeness. Rather than give this location my business, I drove to the location in the mall (those employees were super efficient and very nice). Management needs to create clearer signage, have the person directing traffic be clearer on where they are directing customers, and train their employees on friendlier ways to hand people who inadvertently enter the drive-through incorrectly.

Poor customer service. Manager was rude and made us reverse out of the drive thru, even though other cars that came at the same time were being let through. Would not be leaving a bad review if they had handled the situation differently - would recommend training for the management team to handle those situations better.

Chick fil A really disappointing the last couple of stops. Went inside for service and waited 30 min for 2 orders of nuggets, one original and one grilled. 1 person, a trainee and Trainor working a single register. Manager at the time, looked like he just wanted to avoid work and certainly avoiding helping out in a difficult situation. Line chef was seen berating two different employees. Floors were covered in grease, Nothing was clean. Chick fil A stop growing if quality I going to continue to decline. Bad store.

This place wasn't clean! Not overrun with customers but several dirty tables! Ask about getting a couple of tables cleaned and was told trash had to be taken out! Seems like clean tables should be a priority over trash. I don't really get why everyone brags about their food either. It wasn't that great to me at all. I won't be going back.

So I only got a small amount of time to eat for my 10hr shift and decided to stop here since I haven’t been here in a while. The guy who took my order was great loved him, the lady’s that handed me my food also great but the problem I had was with my order which they had a part in. I ordered a granola parfait and when I got back to work expecting to eat it I ended up having just a cup of yogurt with ONLY 3 blueberry’s and three packets of granola. I called spending the last 6mins of my lunch to see why and they tell me they ran out of strawberries. So I asked why didn’t they tell me at least at the window since the guy couldn’t have know if he’s just taking orders. And the lady said that she’s gonna tell them so it doesn’t happen to others. Ok great but that doesn’t fix my issue where I only have 3 berries and a whole lot of granola for some reason so I asked if there wasn’t a way to add more berries if there was no strawberries and she said no that’s not how it works. It didn’t fix my issue since I can’t eat many things at the moment and that was the only thing I was for sure gonna be able to eat since the rest of the food was for someone else. I think I’m gonna stop coming here for a while I never write bad reviews or get mad when my food comes out wrong since I can still eat it but this was not it.

Food great as always, but dirtiest Chick Fil A I have ever been to. Restrooms were gross and food and trash on the floor. So surprising for a Chick Fil A to be in that condition.

I went in around 2:30 today for a lemonade as it was recommended by a friend. I walked in and there were about 4 employees one whom I think was a manager “collar shirt, no name tag.” All of them were talking amongst themselves and not a single one greeted me or even bothered to take my order. I was left standing there waiting on them to finish their conversations.

Service was horrible I'm guessing they are not training employees will and as a customers we pay the price. And when you call they are hopping that by saying sorry it should and will cover their mistake. And they know that and a lot of customers that pass by here are just passing through.

I came to pick up a big order and I had to drive all the way way from Stateline because they didn’t give us all our food when I was in the store the lady never said hold on we have more food in the back for me them when I pick up the rest of the food the lady that rang me up was just smiling like it was funny and it’s clearly not I expect my All my food to be ready at the time I pay and pick it up this is ridiculous we have a staff meeting at our job and I’m late because of y’all’s staff members not making sure the customers have all their stuff before we leave
