Fast, friendly service. Every sandwich I have ever tried at Jimmy Johns has been delicious! Love their bread. The red velvet cookies are soooo good, get 2!!

Been hesitant to go in another Jimmy Jones since the last experience I had in Dallas was not good. This, however, was excellent. Fresh bread, fresh ingredients, and excellent customer service will definitely be doing it again.

We went there because it was convenient, but were pleased with how helpful the staff was with the menu and size options. The sandwich was made fresh and tasted good. I had a previous bad experience woth Jimmy John's and had not been there in several years (at a different Jimmy John's). I was very pleased with my experience at this location.

Food is always great. The staff, every time I go, is very friendly and helpful. I get my sandwich within second of ordering. They are always on point. I'm sad other may not have had good experiences, but mine have always been awesome!

Best sandwiches around!! The Staff and managers are always friendly and very helpful, and they always go above and beyond for their customers. The food is always fresh, baked, and sliced each and every day. This location is always so clean it looks like a new store on the inside. But, it's been open in Texarkana for 4 years. The staff are always working hard every day to keep it very clean. This is by far the cleanest restaurant in Texarkana. The service is fast and they deliver. And the delivery speed is just like the slogan says. "Freaky Fast!" It makes working long hours easy to get a quick fresh meal. The delivery fee is only like a dollar. Hey, that's not bad for service charge, right? I absolutely love this Jimmy Johns Location. And if you are ever traveling through town. This is the sure place to stop. I try to tell my friends about Jimmy Johns every minute I can get. So you should stop in sometimes and see it for yourself.

Love the food and the staff! You always deal with friendly staff from the time you call to place your order and even when it arrives. They deliver to my work frequently and even come during the rain and snow. Once I apologized to one of the drivers for making her get out in bad weather and she told me there was nothing to be sorry for, it was her job and if I was happy she was happy. We will continue to order from them as long as it's an option for our location (:

I got the gyro, pretty good for a non Greek place, I know it says “gyro meat” and there’s definitely lamb in it so no need to panic. They aren’t Arby’s they wouldn’t do that.

Pretty good deli meats and basic cheeses, with very good, fresh-made bread. They had all the typical options for sandwiches, like lettuce, tomato, peppers, mayo, mustard. The bread is in long loaves, so the sandwiches look like hoagies in sizes of 16 inch, 8 inch, or a smaller size that I never saw. I ordered five 16-inch sandwiches, and it was $81 and change. The ultimate porker is probably their best sandwich. My whole family liked it. But I really liked the Spicy East Coast Italian, which has Italian meats and peppers. The Cubano was very similar to the porker, but had pickles. The Italian nightclub was good if you like Italian meats, and it was not spicy. The Hunter, which is a simple roast beef sandwich, was okay. The roast beef didn't have a whole lot of flavor, and a nice horseradish sauce would have done wonders for it. But once I added some mustard to it, it was a little better. The people working there were great. Very friendly and very helpful. I was there at an odd time, so the place was almost empty, but the decor on the walls was fun. It was just a bunch of different signs with various humorous things written on them.

They were out of potato salad and subed a cookie instead, oatmeal raisin as they were out of chocolate chip. Counter staff was professional. Store looked clean. We were the only customers there. Ordered #5 VITO I asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes. My sandwich had extra 🍅 but the lettuce sadly was wilty, and I did not get extra lettuce. The bread was tough, and over all my Sandwich was dry. The meat on mine looked gray? Overall, it's was OK. My son wanted a #9 ITALIAN NIGHT CLUB poor boy, couldn't get the Sandwich to stay together. Would fall out the bottom everytime he took a bite. It was OK. Two sandwiches and side were $22.15 >overall dissapointed with the quality and look of our sandwiches. Bread was very tough and meats had a grayish color to them, lettuce was wilty and barely there. I can't say I would chose this place next time I wanted a sub sandwich.

We used to love this place but it is not what it used to be! Not fast at all even if you order ahead. Took 10 mins last time for 2 sandwiches one of which was an unwich with 10 pieces of lettuce it seemed like...and no one else there! Employees are not very friendly and actually had 2 laugh at me the last time I went in after trying to say my name...they though it was funny I guess...

Ordered the Hunter club with double roast beef and was sadly disappointed. Hardly any meat and just a very sad sandwich. I know times are hard but come on man, really!

3 out of the last 4 times in the past couple of months I tried to get a sandwich here I couldn't. One time they were randomly closed, one time they couldn't take cards, and one time they were out of BREAD. Love their sandwiches so it's a bummer how poorly managed this location is.

Every single time (about once a week) this place messes up the delivery order. Everything from not cutting sandwiches in half, to incorrect items in sandwiches, and even delivery of our items out in the driveway on a trailer, this place does it. Not a single time can they get it correct, yet we must be a glutton for punishment because we keep ordering. We were even comped a sub, made the order over the phone, and they still got it wrong. This is beyond being picky. It’s principal and hopefully a little QC takes place because reading the black and white on a ticket isn’t working.

The service was fine, employees were all friendly. The food was horrible. My sandwich had no meat on it( I ordered the Turkey Tom), barely any lettuce, and it was coated and sopping in mayonnaise. It was pathetic. It was my first time trying Jimmy John's and I will now never go to a Jimmy John's.

I saw a stack of straws and reached for one and was told Very Rudely by an employee "don't reach over the counter!". The food is sub par at best. Definitely won't be back to this location. Firehouse subs is way better and the employees are actually friendly!
