The both the bag and the drinks came sealed. The onion rings are half filled and we where missing two items. The food tasted good the impossible burger tasted like a real burger. My most recent visit was a lot better, the Wednesday burger made me try again. The quality was great and flavors where on point.. kind of on the expensive side for fast food tho.

Wednesday Whopper $3 can only get one. No additional freebees even though app does not state, for instnce, free fries with purchase of $3. Only one credit can be used to purchase multiple Whoppers from different apps. Very expensive. Burgers were cool not warm. It was a wait due to training new staff. Pack your patience.

I fear this BK won't last much longer because of the quality of employees!! Why give a customer a sad and pitiful-looking product (photo)? How hard is it to cut a decent slice of tomato? This is why it's hard to justify paying fast food workers more than minimum wage!! Have some pride in ANY job you do!! I used to clean toilets on a job before, so I'm not being judgemental. It's sad what society has become!! Also, get the grease off the floor before a customer falls!!

Fries were served to me cold. The hamburger meat was warm at best. But service and atmosphere was outstanding.

So I hadn't eaten at BK in a while and Im sure it will be twice as long before I come again, if ever. They served cold old stale cheese sticks screwed up my burger twice and no one seemed the least bit apologetic. $26 wasted I tried to do the survey, but the code was so blurry we couldn't make it out.

Bunch of BS!!! Our kids wanted the sponge bob meal, they didn’t have pineapple slushie, so we ordered sodas, and they refused to give us the pineapple cup, plus you have to pay extra for the pies. Almost $30 damn dollars for 2 damn burgers and some damn tots. So now my 6 year old is not going to be happy because he wanted the cup and slushie. Last time we’ll be coming here period. The picture literally shows what they got.

I went through the drive through window ordered a fish combo, get home open up the food. The fish patty was old and burnt, the lettuce was covered in cooking oil and the fries were stale. I had to drive back to Burger King. I wasn’t happy needless to say. “I opted out on another burger” it just wasn’t worth receiving possibly a second bad burger. I did get a full refund. Burger King on Palmer hwy is just not worth any more.

i got out of work and decided to get a Fully Loaded Croissan'wich because i did not have the energy to cook at home. As soon as i get my sandwich i took a bite out of it and it tasted oddly funny… i look inside and it was a load of someones cremates.. i go inside to complain but your employees didnt do anything and told me to go home

Went through drive- thru and left without getting card back. (My fault). Did not stop anywhere else on the way home. Within the hour 3 charges were made against my card. Called and informed shift manager what had happened. She basically said it was my fault for not getting my card.

Why is that when you spend your money your not getting what you pay for I ordered just a $5 have it your way with a frozen pink lemonade they gave a really nasty drink with ice instead of telling me the pink lemonade was not frozen or machine didnt work. Train your staff better dont just be handing out anything
