We came from Florida to visit family in Dallas. Since we don't have In-N-Out fastfood chain in our home state we decided to give it a try. All in all it was a positive experience. For the price it was a good meal in our opinion. However, for us Whataburger still remains as the number one burger joint though.😊

Pretty straight forward. Ordered and waited for about 5 minutes and got several combos like the double double and cheeseburger. It was so good.

Love in-N-out! The animal style grilled cheese and fries are to die for..literally! We are there once a week. And not sure what to say the shakes..they are from another planet 😅 best shakes in the world!

In-N-Out lives up to the hype. The menu is simple, which honestly makes the whole experience better. They’ve nailed the basics — the burgers are always fresh, the veggies are crisp, and the buns are soft and perfectly toasted. I usually go extra lettuce and tomato and they are free! The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the place is always clean. There’s nothing over-the-top or gimmicky about it — just consistently good food done right. Moved out to this area last year and this is the closest I have ever been to an In N Out. I am pleased that this store is ran really well. Every time I have visited, the dining room is nearly full, the drive thru line is wrapped around the building. Don’t let this fool you. The staff have this ship running smooth you don’t even wait long for your food after ordering whether you go inside or the drive thru. Order has been 100% correct everything time and the food, no surprise here, always fresh. Thankful for a great In N out nearby!

I went there with my family, we had 4 cheeseburgers 🍔 it was tasty 😋 and great 👍, it was very clean, friendly staff, we got our order pretty quick, the price is very reasonable, the interior design and decorating is beautiful, two things that I think need to be there one is a playground for the kids I have two years old daughter, second, I think they need a big led screen to play sports or movies or songs.

These places are always busy, and for good reason. Great food and service. If you have not tried it, go do it now.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I’m very picky when it comes to burgers. It’s hard to find flavorful and good quality meat. I first heard of In-N-Out when I was in California years ago and couldn’t find time to try it. Therefore, this was my very first food stop when I visited The Colony. The menu is simple. We all ordered the Double Double Meal. I absolutely loved the large chunk of onion in the middle! The burgers were nicely dressed and the fries were delicious too! I don’t like to revisit places while on vacation, but we ate here twice. That says a lot!

This location serves delicious food at a cheap price with incredible service. I am not gluten free, but my mom is, and I’ll often have to come in with some weird order (no bun, only patties, sauce on the side, all gluten free, or something) and they are always extremely sweet, accommodating, etc. I am always happy to support this location.

In the past and now, the staff at In-N-Out are still super friendly. The burgers and fries are also in fresh condition. I was fully satisfied with my visit.

Truly a treat to find one in Dallas, my wife had never been so we made a special stop. Wasted no time, got our order crazy fast and it was extreme bliss from bite one. The texture of the bun and the carmelized onions glommed together with cheese and pickles and that amazing sauce, perfection. By far the best fast food burger she has ever had, we both ordered seconds. Fries are also great; the hot peppers are a great complement.

In-n-out burger is always our first place to stop when we come into Dallas, so on our trip we made a stop in Frisco. We typically don't stop at this location (we stop at the one in The Colony) but I couldn't wait to eat as I was starving. Their cheeseburgers are always top notch. Their fries, however, could always be better. They are too soggy for my taste. I wish they were much crisper. Never have a bad experience at In-n-Out. Wish we had one in Oklahoma (a girl can dream!)

Seems slightly diglfferent than what I used to have at in and out when I was a kid in California. Love animal style burgers. I just don't do the 4x4 anymore just a 2x2. Overall not bad at all. I came in at around 11:30 after a workout and I tried their lettuce burger with no buns but everything else on it as well as my usual double double. Staff was very busy but despite that, they were very warm and professional. I would like to recognize Zachary one of the team members for going above and beyond and ensuring that I got everything I wanted out of it. We had a great conversation and as someone who works in a customer service facing role myself as well in grocery retail, it’s wonderful to see people like Zachary who enjoy their job and engage with customers. It's another burger place, but with history and quirky traditions! Yes, we typically park the car somewhere in the giant shared lot out there in this big strip mall and we walk in to order takeaway. However, the tradition seems to be that you get to stay in your car and use the drive-thru whether the line is short or very long. About those burgers though! My fave is the Flying Dutchman, a bunless stack of onion slice, burger patties, cheese, and more onion. Oh it is so calorically tasty, let me tell you! Otherwise, the typical burger is a good-sized beast with a somewhat thin bun, real leaf lettuce, pickles, and so on. Their fries are like what you might make if you prepared them at home. Only good if piping hot, and slightly rustic, but still the thin crispy things you crave. Friendly service like out of a 50s movie, very sweet iced tea if you want it, and a sense of "This is America!" is strong here. Very enjoyable if you don't mind the wait.

It was a standing room, but they had staff clearing and wiping down tables immediately for next family to sit down. They were fully staffed and food came our fairly fast for crowd. This is one of the cleanest in-n-out burger that I’ve been to. Service was quick and food was good. I recommend getting your fries “animal style” for a unique treat.

This was the first time in 32 years that I had In n Out since I lived in California as a kid. They were my favorite burger place. My only regret was that I didn't get my burger or fries Animal Style. I will next time I go though!

The burger here is delicious but the fries here are average. We ordered the double double and a regular cheeseburger with one regular fries and one "animal" style. The food was made to order and tasted fresh. There are no heat lamps here and the microwave is used to melt the cheese on the animal style french fries. I understand the debate between In and Out, Whataburger, and others...You will have to decide for yourself.

Two days in a row! I rarely rate chains & fast food. The young folks working here are quick, polite, very professional. Long lines for a reason! Everything is fresh. This may have been my miss, but I didn't get ketchup for my fries. I probably should've asked. But I'm so glad they're here in Texas! I just wish the space for the lot was bigger because of traffic. Almost witnessed a fenderbender bc of impatient folks trying to navigate in/around the drive thru line.

This was only my second time to an In-N-Out burger and it was excellent. The first time was over 20 yrs ago! I'm on a tough meal plan right now and the guy taking my order was fun, funny, and kind as I slowly sorted out what I could eat on my diet and still get the right to say "I ate at In-N-Out on my trip to Texas!"

Outside the fact my order got messed up it was great as usual. Haven’t been to a in n out since California 15 years ago and it felt good that it’s still the same burger and animal fries I remember from my childhood.

Every time we visit Dallas we stop and eat at an In N Out. The service is always great. They have the option to eat in the car, they gave us all the condiments that we would have needed WITHOUT ASKING OR HAVING AN ATTITUDE about giving you ketchup. The food was hot. They didn't fill the cups up with ice so we actually had enough drink to last the whole meal. I recommend this place.

The fries I had ordered animal-style were meh, somewhat cold, and cogealed that I tried to eat it with a skin but it just was not giving. Obviously Texas locations try their best to replicate the OG California locations, but I feel I've had better, particularly I'm Garland of all places. Been a while since I've been to an In-N-Out and I remembered why after getting my food. The burger was ok but not as good as its been before (Double Double, animal style) but the fries were bad. They were over cooked and not salted right. The place was clean and they are following COVID rules.

Was told to pull to the front because my order would take an additional 30 seconds. Pulled to the front and waited 5+ minutes to then have to flag the lady down and find out she had given my order to someone else. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes to then flag down another worker who was wandering around with a bag to find out luckily they were holding my order. All this after waiting 10 minutes in a drive through line that was barely moving. I think they are starting to suffer on service ability these days. The fries were better than normal today at least.

Every time I visit my friends in the Colony I stop here. This juicy classic California burger chain making customizable patties & french fries. Also, they serve killer Lemonade. They make some pretty good thick vanilla shakes. Everything is made to order, and you can watch threw a huge glass window in the drive threw. Pretty cool.

Food is ok, not a bad place. They don't have changing tables on the bathroom if you have a baby you have to change it on the floor, they only have 2 high chairs for the he entire restaurant.

only reason this place is as popular as it is, is because it has a huge following in California and is open late for a better drunk burger than you would get at any other open drive thru at the time. we took a little taste test challenge and also picked up a Culver's burger, and without a doubt it was 10x better than In-N-Outs. if you come here sober and enjoy it, than give Culver's a shot. if you come here drunk and enjoy it, than go to Taco Bell instead.

They shouldn’t be working at an in-n-out franchise. It’s easy to doll up and mess at work. These young adults should start by taking the garbage out first.

What a poor excuse for a hamburger patty. The tomato slice is thicker and bigger than the meat patty. $7.00 for a burger that tastes like bread and mayo. Very disappointed in the quality and portion size for the price. I've seen the meat patties getting smaller and smaller over the years but this is ridiculous. Guess I'm not eating here anymore. Will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Ordered an animal style burger with regular fries. Not only did they get my order wrong and put my fries down as animal fries but after taking the first bite, realized they also completely burnt the top bun of my burger.

My wife & I had a taste for burgers, so we decided to grab some In & Out Burger. I drove up to a busy location in The Colony. The line was long, but not too bad of a wait at 12 o'clock on a Sunday. At the window: I placed my order for two number 2s. Two shakes with one being chocolate and the other strawberry. At home: We opened the bag to their famous wrapping of the burgers and uncovered french fries. This concept works when you are eating in the restaurant, but not for take-out. Just imagine having your food exposed to the elements while you're driving home. That's just a big No No... Ready to indulge: The burgers look scrumptious, but the burgers were tasteless. My wife's burger was cold & sloppy. The fries were cold and harder than pork skins. It appeared that we probably received the bottom portion of an old batch. This can't be fresh 😒 But, how is that possible on a busy day? Why would you serve someone teeth breaking fries? Are y'all check the temperatures or quality of the food? Did you cook the food ahead of orders? We deserve an answer! This can give someone food poison 😡 Y'all really missed the mark completely! #renownednot!! I'm done with "In & Out Burger"

At 2 o’clock on a Friday 12/22 Ordered drive-through got my fries and they were so overcooked and also too salty was like eating potato chips . I went inside to ask if the can remake them. The disgruntled employee did not seem to care and Instead of making a fresh batch they put another tray of crunchy fries in a bag and sent me on my way. Worst IN N OUT fries I’ve had in 30 visits to 6 different locations.

If you hate burned buns, this is the place to go to. I almost threw up. Burned, to a damn crisp. Also some employee told me i cant get anymore in and out sauce, i had only 2.

I brought 4 cheeseburgers, and brought it home, notice there are no meat patties in it :( And also ordered two French fries and they’re soggy.

I went yesterday and the beef/meat of the hamburger wasnt cooked well. I noticed the edges were cooked and the middle wasnt. Gave me stomach ache . You guys should make sure you cook meat well. Place was full but thats not a reason to do that! Would not be returning.
