I have been to a lot of Whataburger locations, as it is my favorite restaurant. This one might be the best I have been to, ever! Preparing for this review, I look around from my booth and I see everything clean. Parking lot…clean, tables…clean, floor…clean. Two managers are having a brief convo by the front, both of them smile and give the impression that they have things under control. I’m greeted immediately by a smiling cashier, my food comes out in like 3 min, and these might be the best fries I have ever eating in my life. I accept the gift from heaven and begin drowning them in ketchup, regular ketchup of course. As I eat, staff is moving around the dining room, their dining room, carefully making sure it stays a temple. I am honored to be at this location right now, in the presence of people who made this experience possible. I didn’t try the patty melt yet, I’m saving it for later, but I bet it’s amazing as well. Your company is so lucky to have you. And these managers are so lucky to have this staff. Thank you for loving this restaurant.

I was served by this wonderful middle aged white woman with blonde hair in a ponytail tonight, I believe she was the manager! She was so incredibly kind and truly helpful that I decided to write a review to recommend people to come here. I really do recommend coming here if you not only enjoy their breakfast food at night but being treated nicely with quick service. I will absolutely be returning and recommending this location to my friends. Thank you so much for treating me with kindness after such a rough night. I think you deserve the recognition and a raise!

Omg the patty melt is really delicious. The onion rings are ok. I really like their chocolate shake. Whataburger can be customized in any way you want! I didn't get a chance to try their fries but I heard it was good. Will definitely be back to try something else.

I can't really speak on the atmosphere as I didn't go in but the service was amazing. I never get nice people when I go to Whataburger. I wish I had gotten his name but he was super polite, courteous and just nice to deal with in a line that was jammed packed with cars. He kept his patience in all that. If it makes a difference for him, he was a Spanish guy with a deep voice, taking orders, processing payments, and he was bringing out the orders to people as well, if they had to go out for the door.

I love Whataburger to start with so I may be a bit biased but Tyler took my order at this location and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. My food came out fresh and hot and wonderful as usual. I did not catch the name of the young lady that most taken care of everyone in the eating area. Once I was done she took the remnants of my meal away with a beautiful smile. These two individuals are examples of the reason I love coming to Whataburger.

I had an excellent experience at Whataburger! The service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure my order was right. My food came out quickly, hot, and exactly as requested. They were all, Yes Sir, Yes Ma'am, respectful, listened, caring, professional and very nice. It looked as if I was being punked, service was so good. The staff was interacting with each other as if they were having fun working there and helping each other. I noticed so much that I had to come here and write a review since most people just write complaints. I noticed they had low review rating and I'm wondering if leadership noticed and implemented some changes because whatever they did, worked. Restaurant was super clean. Tables were clean. It smelled nice. Just the way a fast food restaurant should look. If you had a bad experience in the past, try it now, you may be surprised. Keep it up guys. Great job and I wish you the best in your future endeavors. The food came out hot, fast and I even noticed it tasted incredible. Someone back there was also taking pride in their cooking. Had I been an owner of this franchise, I would have left very happy and would have taken the entire team to a Cowboy game on me. Great customer service and great tasting food — that’s a winning combination. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🍔

I worked a very hard shift this valentines evening and when I got off all I wanted was some quality Whataburger. However when I got to the drive through, quite a commotion was afoot. There was a very disgruntled potential customer waiting in line who was yelling erratically, throwing trash out of her window, honking, and flashing her lights at the car in front of her because of a bumper sticker they had. I was worried that this would hurt my whataexperience that I so desperately wanted. BUT. In comes our hero. The whatamanager walks out of the whatabuilding and swiftly deals with the customer. She politely and professionally asks the guest to discontinue the heinous behavior, (my words not hers), or continue about her day someplace else. The angry customer sped off into the dark, rainy valentines night, feeling the opposite of love. Hate. The rest of us left in the drive through applauded the whatamanager and received our food hot, fast, and above all expectations. I hope that sweet manager gets the credit she deserves for a job well done and a team well handled. I will continue to do business with this whataburger whenever I need reassurance that I matter in life. Thanks whataburger.

One of the Best Grilled Chicken sandwiches in America! Big beautiful breast, grilled just right every time, always moist and tasty and filling. Thank you for putting extra mustard on my sandwich for me.....like a restaurant should! Chick Filla can take a Hike! Handing me packets of Mayo and mustard ....what are they a gas station or just lazy ? Every Whataburger should take notes on this location . The burger was freaking amazing , I don’t even write many good reviews but man whoever made this burger today thank you , amazing cooking super fresh and hot! Went through the druve-thru today and both employees I encountered were incredibly nice and cheerful. They really were a pleasure despite how busy it was around lunch time. We waited in line to place our order, which is totally normal, but once we did, the rest was very quick and our order was correct. I'm taking a star out because even though our order was right, the food didn't taste right. My burger bun was dry and a little stale, with mustard on only half of it. The patty was overcooked and also a bit dry because of it. I'm sure it's just because of the lunch rush so I'm not holding it against them.

Make sure you have atleast 30 minutes alotted for the drive through. I've been sitting here for 20 minutes and no one has gotten their food. I would understand if this was the first time. But this place is consistently slow.

I really enjoy Whataburger. They have great fries and there food is always made fresh, when you order it so it's not sitting under a heat lamp for hours on end, or thrown in a microwave. My biggest issue with Whataburger is that they are sloppy, by this I mean the fixings are just thrown on the burger. When you take off the top bun the bacon is all to one side & there is a huge pile of onions & pickles just clumped together in the middle. They need to take the time to put an even layer to make it not so gross. No one wants a bite of only onions & pickles. This particular location seems to have an issue with not only that but I can't stop here in the morning on my way to work because the drive thru is a 20 minute delay. I understand fresh food takes time, but if there is only 1 or 2 cars there should be no reason for you to sit there for 20 minutes. A steep price to pay for fresh food.

3/23/25 @ 10:40 AM; The drive-thru needs to move quicker. We ordered two combos and proceeded to wait in one of two lines that didn’t move for at least 10 minutes. We are still waiting while the Whataburger staff cannot seem to get it together. This is not the first time it’s happened. We will avoid this location going forward.

So I finally made it to Texas, and of course, everyone told me the same thing: “You have to try Whataburger — it’s amazing!” The hype was real, so I was excited… until I actually took a bite. My brother brought me one, and let’s just say — I made it about five bites in before I tapped out. I’m not sure which burger he got me, but I’ve had gas station burgers that put this one to shame! And the fries? Oh no… they were stale and sad, like they’d given up on life hours before I arrived. Even the vanilla shake couldn’t save the day — it was so watery I started wondering if it was on a diet. I never knew a burger, fries, and a milkshake could all break my heart at the same time. Texas, I love you and your BBQ — seriously, y’all do that right — but maybe leave the burgers to someone else. I think Whataburger might just be one of those “you had to grow up with it” kind of things. For me? I’ll stick to your brisket and ribs any day!

The ⏰ Time we waited at Whataburger 🍔 was beyond the normal 5-10 minute wait for fast food. We ordered at 8:27 PM (see receipt picture) and we didn't get our order until 8:44 PM (see picture for time). Waiting 17 minutes was way too long for a fast food stop, especially since it wasn't peak time and no one else was in the restaurant. 🍔 Food: I had the Number One Whataburger 🍔 Meal with Fries 🍟 and a 🥤, and my wife had the Chicken 🐓 Strip Meal with Fries 🍟 & Gravy 🍗. Both meals were tasty and fresh, just as we expected. The fries 🍟 were super fresh and hot. We also shared a medium-sized vanilla milkshake 🥤, which was creamy and delicious. 🤔 Overall: The food 🍱 was good, but the long wait time really stood out. That and the fact that all the tables were dirty and we had to clean our own table off to be able to sit down in an empty restaurant. It would have been a much better experience with faster service and a clean table. Considering Whataburger is Fast 💨 Food 🍲.

Extremely slow night service. I've been there twice after 9:00 pm and the environment is very different from the one in the morning. Food comes out 15-27 minutes late (just a regular sweet and spicy with fries) and comes out cold. The other occasion, we waited like 10 minutes for just a side of large fries... The morning crew is your typical Whataburger crew, nice and attentive. The night crew just doesn't seem to care, there's only like 3 people that are actually working really hard to compensate for the ones who aren't.

Food is good but they short you on fries when you buy a large and forgot my spicy ketchup. Edit: food was also worse than expected, added bacon to the order and they couldn't be bothered to put it on more than one side of the burger.. onions mostly just a lump in the center.

Me and my mom ordered our food at 10:16pm, we waited almost 45 for our food! Not even restaurants take that long. Two girls who order 10 minutes after us got there food first. The drive thru was totally backed up. Our food was not even hot and forgot some of our items, they even misplaced some food items in other people's bags. The tenders tasted like old oil. Peoples orders got lost. At least 10 or more people were working back there and almost took 45 minutes. Unbelievable, I do not recommend coming here.

Haven't had it in 4ever....and this definitely didn't bring back any decent memories. I must say the apple pie was actually good. The spicy chicken was ehhh and the fries were 🗑. For some reason I was excited to try some spicy ketchup but that tasted like sour regular ketchup, the regular had more spice. It was supremely subpar! I won't be back until I forget I went again.

I can’t believe I waited 20 minutes for cold food and really terrible, sour coffee. The honey butter chicken biscuit tasted like it had some sort of sweet & sour sauce on it. Salt was nowhere to be found on any of the food… except the pancakes? The sausage gravy had a good layer of grease on top. Eggs were burnt. Not worth the money.

Slow as heck in the mornings. Even when I order via the app, anticipate 15 minutes from order to getting your food. They never ever give you salsa for taquitos and always make you pull up to help their time. Then they bring your food and run off so quickly, you can't get their attention to let them know they didn't even put napkins in the bag. I like Whataburger, but this location could use some guidance with customer service. They are inconsistent with the food. Sometimes you receive a decent quantity, other times they give you a child size portion for adult prices. Go to the next one if you can, unless you're willing to be rushed by employees that don't care about your experience.

I am a serial order checker for this reason. I had a total of 5 errors with one order last night. Checked everything in the parking lot and immediately went inside. Glad I did. Others complain about manager. I don’t need him to be my friend, I need him to ensure I get what I paid for. After some time, I got all of my items and he upsized a drink for me free of charge. Nobody will care about you more than you folks. Don’t play about you. Bumping to 2 stars because of the manager rectifying the issue, and everyone has bills.

This location messed up our order, did not give a receipt, and told us they don't do refunds and we would have to go inside to talk to management. When we walked inside, we were not greeted. Manager told is the order is correct. When asking for a receipt since we did not receive one, the manager did not respond or apologize but simply handed the receipt. It was clear he just wanted us to leave and did not care about customer satisfaction. This is not the first time our order was incorrect. We have left without receiving condiments or Graham crackers and sides that are supposed to come with the kids meal, while getting charged for said sides. Will not return to this location

Might be the slowest Whataburger in Texas. Picture shows about a dozen folks waiting to either order or get their food. Lady who helped me said that 4 employees called out, but I can look back and see other employees standing around talking. Brutal.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a special Burger but instead of having a double meat I asked for a single Patty. The cashier failed to inform me that the price will remain the same. I called to complain to the manager, and she gave me the excuse that they're not able to change it in the system. I then told the manager that if the cashier knew this, she should have informed me. If I would have known that it wasn't going to change the price, I would have just gotten the double meat. All this could have been avoided. I've gotten special burgers with a single patty before at other whataburgers. So I know that its possible to adjust it. I complained to their corporate with no response back. But I'll finish with this. This is why I'm not a regular at whataburger. I lost a dollar but you lost a possible regular. And for mistakes like this I'm a regular where they say "my pleasure". Man it feels good to say that! 😆 Like this review if you agree with me.

The only time I visited Texas and ask for spicy ketchup. I got back to my hotel nothing in the bag but fries and a burger. they even asked me! I put the fries in the trash

One of the worst experiences. Especially how the manager took care of the situation. My wife is a vegetarian and we order a customized sandwich with hash browns instead of meat. First the workers states “oh we don’t do that after breakfast”, like it’s our first time ordering a customized sandwich. She checked with the manager and was able to make the sandwich. Got the order, left the place, at home unwrap the sandwich and there’s the meat, sitting right on top. We were like “it’s okay, happens”. Took the sandwich back, explain the situation, pull to the window, the manager comes, without saying a single word, grabs the sandwich, goes back in after 5 to 7 minutes came back again without a single word hands the sandwich back not mentioning what they did to the sandwich. Was it remade or just took the patty off. Like nothing, states “thank you” and closes the window. Like dude I paid, it wasn’t free. And yeah, not to mention the fires were cold, soggy and half full. Avoid this location at all cost and this review only applies to this location.

Very bad customer service. 3 employees did not help. Placed a take out order. Got there and gave my name, they tell me it's almost ready. After 10 minutes I ask different guy, he walks to back and puts on a headset, wish I got a name but was not paying attention. Then I ask a lady in a grey shirt, so I assume she is a manager, and she tells me its not ready yet. Last bro I asked, still no help. I tell him I have been waiting 40 minutes and they must have forgot about my order. He was no help. I had to point to bags by the drive through and he found it. I ordered a meal for myself, however I expected quick service. Unfortunately my order took around 40 minutes. You would assume this is already a long time to wait for FAST food, which it is. But after 40 minutes of waiting I asked about my order and they said it would take another 40 minutes. I wasn’t going to waste 80 minutes of my day on a burger. So I talked to the manager for my money back so I could leave. She proceeded to argue with me, saying “You will get your order but you have to wait, I promise we will make it.” Which is very unacceptable. It took me forever to not only not get a meal. It also took forever to get my money back.

Ordered online approximately 10:30 pm. Set it for pick up at 10:45. Arrived at 10:40 pm waited in the drive thru line till I got to the speaker approximately 11:32 pm. Spoke to someone at 11:35 pm. Approximately 11:40 when I got to the window. I watched the person reach down below some sort of table and grabbed my bag. The drink I ordered had ice in it after I asked for no ice and my food has been sitting there for some time. Lettuce was almost transparent. I ordered grilled onions they were not present. All food items were COLD! Dose me no good to order online and pay online if I have to wait an hour to get said COLD FOOD

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst Whataburger I’ve ever been to. I recently moved to the area and have been to this location numerous times in hopes of better results. This location is slow and the food is inconsistent. Don’t expect your order to be right 50% of the time. Below is a picture of the onion rings my girlfriend ordered this evening. I ordered a Jalapeño with Cheese Whataburger - got 1 jalapeño slice on it. To have an order be incorrect or not quite great every now and then is fine. This specific Whataburger location is clearly managed poorly. Don’t waste your money here.

So Disappointed with this location. Whataburger corp. should do something about how they prepare food here. I ordered a junior cheeseburger all the way with Mayo. It looked like it was slapped together with no care and it was freezing cold. The paper it was wrapped in was saturated with wetness?? What the heck. I will not be going back to this location. Employees also need an attitude adjustment. Also I was waiting 17 minutes in the drive thru for a small purchase.

Generally the foods okay, it's not canes, but they're open 24 hours. The staff is usually cool and the foods consistent, minus the roach issue ... Posted a video of a six in long cockroach chilling on the wall in the second window like he was about to take my order. Manager was cool and surprised, the every day employee made it seem like I was over reacting... Then the manager looked at the wall and the roach waved like "hey guy, I'm.the new hire who snuck in the back door" Couldn't stomach it after that, normally I'd eat there a few times a week. The thought of eating a crunch in my burger and it being a roach grossed me out. Sorry guys I did let the manager know to hopefully clean it up or learn to keep their food sealed better.

The quality of food is on par with other whataburgers, what drive through takes 17 minutes to make a cheeseburger. This happens every time I come here. Maybe I should pre-order the night before... This was my large fry, half full.

Tyler the manager was professional and courteous. The girl with the bad makeup and purple eye shadow had an attitude that mirrored her makeup. I often order taquitos at Whataburger and I prefer an egg from a shell that hasn't been beaten or come out of a carton with milk in it. It just tastes better to me. I ask for this substitution at every Whataburger I go to and it usually just says special on my receipt for something along the lines of that. In this particular instance she told me there is an extra charge for this. I proceeded to tell her that I've never been charged for replacing eggs I'm already being charged for. She rudely insisted that yes they do. The money isn't the issue, the issue was the delivery. If she simply stated this franchise differ from others and they charge more for the eggs to combat increasing food costs, I most likely would have just paid it. It was her disgusting attitude that pushed it over the edge for me. Still ridiculous to charge me more for an egg when I'm replacing egg product that's always in there. I won't be going back to this restaurant. First and last time.

Like always, the wait is pretty bad. Can’t tell you a time I’ve been in and out within reason. Food is hit or miss on if fresh or luke warm. I only go here now if it’s the only one by. Major improvement on efficiency is needed big time. Clean facility though. 9/6/18. Waited in another long line for piss poor quality food. Why is it so complicated to get hot food here?! Absurd!! Look at the attached photo.. how are they okay giving this to someone? New management and staff are highly needed. Sheesh!!!!!

Our pastor from Tn, was in town doing a conference in Frisco, TX, so we went to go see him. Fast-forward we arrived at Whataburger, at 10:55pm KNOWING that breakfast starts at 11pm. We decided to wait for them to start serving breakfast before going in. When we go in, I ordered the breakfast-platter, when Takeyia B, working the front counter informed me that they’re not serving breakfast yet. The sign on the window, and the sign inside, said “serving breakfast from 11pm-11am.” When we told her that, she said, “breakfast doesn’t start till midnight at 12.” When my dad told her they needed to change their sign, then. She copped an attitude and mumbled something. When asked, what did you say? She did not respond. I, didn’t get my gravy or my cookie with my meal. Seriously, you’re whataburger everybody knows what time you start serving breakfast, that’s what you’re known for.

Staff is always unprofessional and seem bothered. I’ve always liked the food from Whataburger, but seems like the staff is careless with it now and just throw everything together with no care. This place has changed my life, I’ve successfully cut down on eating fast food purely out of spite for this place. Has a 97% chance of screwing up your order, check your items at the drive through window cuz they’ve definitely forgotten something. They’ve probably stolen hundreds from customers over time, solely cuz people don’t drive back just to pick up those cold nuggets. Lesson learnt :- check your bag! Everytime! Take a minute, hold up the drive through, but make sure you got what you paid for. Or better yet, avoid this place and keep your sanity, I know I will.

I would give 0 stars. I'm in line as I write this. I have never received such horrible service I was greeted at the drive thru and said hello, upon saying hello a different lady jumped on and said the just give them a minute to actually greet me I was so confused and said "I thought you did?" She proceeded to jump my butt saying if "if you're in such a hurry you're at the wrong restaurant sweetie" im genuinely so confused at this horrible service as I was very sweet the entire time. She made multiple rude side comments and now I'm genuinely concerned at the state I'll receive my food. I will never be back to this disgusting place. I should've looked at the other reviews before even stopping by here and spending my money. Go to the next Whataburger down the road. I've worked food service before and this never would've been tolerated. Oh yeah, this is at night, and seeing the other reviews I see there is a common experience with the nasty night shift. I'm disgusted. I can only hope management or corporate actually does something. I've also been in line for over 30mins for a stupid pick up order. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a Whataburger or any establishment for that manner. The lady's name was Paula, absolutely horrible.

The service at this Whataburger is such a drastic drop off between day shift and night shift. I work until 10pm M-F and stop at this WB on my way home. 8/10 times, they NEVER bring the curbside order out. I have to either call or walk in. If I wanted to walk in, I would place my order that way. I have held off on leaving a review but I’ve hit my limit. (Sitting in my car waiting on an order that was supposed to be ready at 10:20pm, and it’s currently 10:33pm) If I don’t see a notable change I will be taking my business elsewhere and not returning.

I wish 0 stars was an option for the review. It took just under 40 minutes to get my order. It was just me, a single order. Buffalo Ranch Sandwich and onion rings as my side. Absolutely insane. Honestly, it's outright disrespectful. Whataburger is a convenience concept, not a real dining establishment. Figure it out. It's not just this location either. It's been a problem I've encountered at every location I've been miserable enough to endure for the last few years, like 5 or 6 different spots. It isn't the employees fault, is what I've gathered. It's a problem at the top that seeps and bleeds through to every level of the concept. It's an actual disgrace and an embarrassment. 40~ minutes for a single Buffalo Ranch Sandwich and a side of onion rings.

I've heard this is the banned Whataburger and that my bf and the family doesn't go here because they always get the order wrong. I went here last night, ordered two combos and two extra drinks. They put the order in wrong, they called me Meg. (not my name) They had me wait 15 minutes for me to continuously have to correct them on what I had. They took my card and didn't give it back. They charged me extra for my meal. Over all just a generally awful experience. They feel very disorganized and scattered and I was wanting to give them a chance but it does feel that you should avoid going to this location. It was honestly pretty ridiculous.

This was my 2nd time here and I came here because my 1st experience was great. However, my 2nd experience was horrible. I ordered my burger on toast, i got it on a bun. Then I ordered an Arnold-palmer but wanted it with a little different mix. The girl says we can’t do that, so i said okay and just ordered a regular Arnold-palmer (iced tea and lemonade). Then after i paid and she handed me my order i told that it was her manager (from my 1st experience) who actually made the suggestion of the drink. She then tells me I could have done it but i would have had to charge you more. Okaaaay, so then you just chose not to make my drink the way I wanted but told me you couldn’t then you could have AFTER I ORDERED AND PAID???? Ppl work too hard for their $ to get this type of low level treatment EVEN AT A FAST FOOD PLACE. Unfortunately, you have lost a customer as a result and I will NEVER recommend your location. And btw, my Arnold Palmer tasted like WATER! What a shame! I guess decent service and food just is not top priority at your establishment. Too much competition within 1 mile to be so bad and lax. I wish you well with that low level of attention to customer satisfaction and service!

Went here on 9/28 and placed an order for pickup, upon arrival I asked the staff to make sure my burger was plain with just cheese and they came back and reassured me there was ONLY cheese on my burger, I dont mind taking toppings off of my burger, but I do mind them lying and/or not even checking. I got home to find my burger had everything on it and called the store to let them know what happened. Juan, the manager/lead on duty was very short, disrespectful, unkind, and had the energy that he just wanted me gone and told me to come back the next day to have my order replaced. I come back today 9/29, they were very helpful with getting my order taken care of but I was still met with unwelcoming, unkind, and borderline disrespectful tone and attitude, the girl on the drive through was very unprofessional and not all that helpful. In the end I got my correct burger the next day but this is by far one of the worst whataburgers I have ever been to

Drive thru order a #4 with a shake. Get to the window 15 mins later because they are very slow service atm it seems. Pay for my order and look in the bag to see it is the wrong order being a #2. I then inform the attendant the order was wrong and to please remake my food to be a #4 (didn’t even bother asking for the $2 refund that was owed because the #2 they accidentally charged me for was pricier than my intended #4) 5 more mins goes by and I receive the new “corrected” order. I drive home open my bag and see that it was in fact NOT the right order. The workers took the original wrong burger and simply added jalapeños to it like the #4 has and called it good enough. I drove back to return the entire order and give up on them making the right burger. When I arrive I simply give the food back along with the melted shake and ask for a refund. The seemingly uncaring manager Jacob asked for the receipt to which I told him I do not have it because the drive thru worker was given the receipt back after I asked for my order to be corrected and I was not given the receipt back. Jacob tried say he couldn’t do anything without the receipt. I told him to go ask the drive thru worker and sure enough they had my receipt from 10 mins earlier, Jacob ended up having to do some work and issue a refund. In good news though, I hopped over to jack in the box next door and the awesome 2 person team there who works hard got me a delicious order within minutes and the food was correct and delicious. Moral of the story, go across the street to jack in the box. This whatever burger has some stuff like this more than a few times.
