Wonderful Panda location. New design with tea bar. Food is fresh and abundance of selection. Staff very friendly and patient even when they have to deal with rude demanding customers! I have never seen them lose thier cool and are always nice and fast even under stress. Great place
Always fresh food. A clean establishment. Great customer service.
First Panda I’ve been in that was actually a pleasurable experience. Catera was nice and gave great customer service! The interest she showed when she found out my daughter just started kindergarten was a pleasure to see.
We have ordered delivery online and that’s something that we never do because I don’t trust delivery drivers but my husband chose delivery this time and guess what our food was left our are door they didn’t nock or ring the doorbell so after almost 1 1/2 hours of waiting My husband said go check out side because apparently people just leave your food outside with out nocking , so I went and my food was outside so I picked it up and flies came flying of of the bag don’t know how long the food was out side but I decided to go to panda and ask to replace I told the lovely girl on the front why and she said they will replace it. So thank you for replacing my food, the food is delicious as always but will definitely never use delivery again. They still get 5 stars for the food, and if rating the delivery person will be and opción it will definitely get 0 star Thank you!!
Food was good. The service was quick and the employees were nice. Overall a great experience.
They expressly don't serve pandas. So if you are a panda don't show up hungery . They will not disrespect you in and way. They serve very tasty Chinese food. Good quality ingredients, served from people who really like what they do.
The service here is great. Izyyy is such a nice kid & was so friendly. Just want management to know that you should value employees like him. He did not stop working the entire time we were there.
Reliable food and the staff is usually very nice. The best is ordering online and picking up at the window. It's so convenient on busy days and a great price. This location is solid. Not as happy about the corporate decision to swap the side of veggies for some bland greens/leaves. Whole family likes that less so while we go less often, we still like this location.
Best experience I've had at PE. Didn't over load the noodles with veggies.
I've Never been to a Panda Express where I felt like I received my money's worth, but this Location was Great! Food was fresh and Great Customer Service! I will definitely visit this location in the future!
Today was a 5 star day! They greeted me kindly when I walked in the door. Very fast and friendly service down the line. Asked if I needed anything extra with good suggestions. Nice and clean inside with soft music. I was able to eat and read for a quick and delicious lunch.
Panda is amazing, affordable high quality health options. Nowhere else offers such high quality protein and food at the price and flavor. $13 for 114 grams of protein, Teriyaki Chicken Breast, with rice and veggies. Or the side of your choosing, if you get all three entree options as the grilled chicken. In response to every review mad about the food selection at late hours, its this way everywhere, go to Chipotle an hour before close, they are out of everything. Its just part of it, if you want a fresh meal go to a drive thru not a kitchen....
Panda Express is a franchise so they don’t make their own prices. It is pricey for fast food though... I had a bowl with half chow mein half fried rice and honey walnut shrimp. Very fresh, tasted great, and clean environment. They had to re-make an order bc I got the wrong one at a different location and this was on my way, no hassle and everyone was nice.
The only thing that I don't like is when you order something you have a machine answering you and not a person anymore. But the food is always fresh I never had a meat being to dry.
95% of the time it’s good but the last guy was ton passive aggressive. “you have a nice day ok” like I was an hr threat. Every other visit was nice. Grey matter of a rock
The whole staff was very nice. Juan is the best he was very generous and I asked for everything free he did it with no problem! THANKS JUAN
Loved this local Panda Express besides the SH121 in The Colony. The store is clean and employees are available to assist. There are ample parking outside and have clean restrooms. The food is warm but requires some added portion. The tables are clean and menu is clearly mentioned. The taste of the food is good. They accept the online order pick up and always keep ready by the time customer arrives.
It's okay. I wish their chow mein was consistent. Some times its perfect. Other times, it's barely cooked. In college, I ate Panda Express every other day...I'd say I'm a pretty good judge of quality here
Check your bag if ordering a side with takeout. My sides have now been forgotten 3 of my last 5 times to this location, yet I have been charged for them every time. So, it seems fair to leave a 3 star review.
Decent food. Kitchen staff is too noisy. They need to act more professionally
Got the two entree plate with orange chicken and beef broccoli... it's usually my go-to order. And, again, as usual, there was barely any beef...today, just one thin piece (and I looked through the copious broccoli to find more). Not sure why I keep ordering the beef broccoli, but this time I think I've learned my lesson. I can find better value elsewhere.
They were out of Rangoons, said truck would be in next day. Chow mein was dry. Chicken roll was burnt, couldn't eat it. Trash was over flowing. No soap in the womens bathroom. No clean tables. Staff were busy with drive thru. I wouldn't go back to this location again
As I sat down to eat I've noticed amd seen people try to come inside. The doors were locked with a piece of paper that say drive thru only, I also checked the hours of the store, nothing indicates it's closing. this is to the manager of the store, my picture has a time/date on it. Please inform your employees what they are doing is not acceptable
I want to talk about the manager working on Saturday June 11 around 7:00pm, she was super rude to her staff. Screamed to a kid because he was cleaning the tables outside and she started screaming at him saying she said inside. We also got the last pieces of orange chicken and it was so little we asked the staff if we could get more since that’s not the portion they serve she asked the manager and she said no. We don’t care much about the food portion but I do care about how she treated her employees, she needs better management skills
Ordered from Uber eats we specifically asked for soy sauce didn’t get it no utensils were given and they didn’t give us our drinks the driver confirmed he didn’t get any drinks so disappointing spending money $30 for what eating dry food no sauce and no drink WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!
I love panda but I ended up waiting 35 minutes for my food. Employee didn’t bring out the right order when it was FINALLY delivered. He also left my drinks inside and I had to remind him to go back and get them. I ordered fried rice and no condiments were in my bag. No soy sauce no nothing! Also my food wasn’t even hot when it was brought to me. What was I waiting for??? This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. I won’t be coming back until there is new management. Very poor customer service.
It's a Panda Express. Portions keep getting smaller, and prices keep going up. Expect around $30 for a family of 3 (one a small child). The only way to make things spicy is to add their packaged "spicy sauce" which doesn't add much.
Make sure you double check drive thru. They will forget stuff. Chow mein noodles burnt, beef and broccoli had 2 pieces of beef. Orderd 3 entre meal only got 2. Nobody answered the phone. Everything is automated. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere!!
A AI took my order but real people stopped it and they took my ordered and prepared it. I ordered honey sesame chicken bowl but they gave me the wrong order; the green bean chicken bowl it was not bad but only had 5 pieces of chicken I’m so disappointed they will not answer their phone for me to file a complaint and the website will not provide me with another contact. I’m so done.
Went a couple weeks ago I asked if I could sample a new flavored shrimp I was told no we don’t do samples anymore I said ok cool. I went today 07/02/2024 and there was a middle aged white lady with a mixed daughter in front of me. The lady asked for a sample and the server gladly gave her a sample. I instantly felt some type of way. I asked my server do they still do samples he said idk and asked an Asian guy that worked there who looked like the owner or manager. He asked me what I needed I asked for a sample I was told we don’t do samples anymore. I was like well the lady in front of me just got a sample but ok cool. Then the lady asked for a sample of the fruit drinks they have in the fountains by the register and what do you know they gave her another sample lol. My question is are they being racist or just pick and choose who they wanna give samples to. Maybe my money isn’t worth more than other customers lol idk.
usually very good at getting my order right. today I ordered a honey walnut shrimp and spicy chicken. ¹/² fried rice and low main plate. instead I got a bowl with low main and regular not spicy chicken. but I was already home and lazy I ate the bowl that had 2 pieces of chicken and I'm still hungry :(
I typically stop by here once a week when I have to work late. I usually arrive between 8:50-9:05pm (store closes at 9:30) and like clockwork, they tell me they only have chow mein are sold out of nearly every entree, save for teriyaki chicken, and black pepper beef. I asked why is it every time I can’t order what I’m actually wanting? He told me they stop cooking at 8:45, yet the drive thru line is always full. Maybe cook extra kung pao, orange chicken, and the other popular items? It’s really frustrating always having to settle for something else. I know I’m not the only one upset because I regularly see cars behind me leaving the line after getting to the order screen. After all of that, looks like they didn’t even have enough of what was left to fill my plate…
Worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. I went to the drive thru and they told me to pull up to the front. They’ll be out to bring the food to me. I waited for 15 min. Then when an employee comes out she just hands it to me. Doesn’t say a word. No I’m sorry for the delay or have a nice day, nothing. Before I can even say anything to her she walks off. Stay away from this one. Horrible customer service.
Just went to the drive thru and the store opens at 10:30. Well this store had no food ready. 30 min wait for any food.... How do you open your store and not be ready to serve the food. I hope the owner sees this and realizes the poor practices put in place here.
Never felt so ripped off. Got the new steak and shrimp. Got upcharged twice for 3 pieces of shrimp. Lame. I officially will never eat at a panda ever again. Your food has never been that great.
The chow mien was almost all cabbage . 85% of it.. the kung pao had no sear to it looked like it was just boiled vegetables and chicken with almost no sauce. Avoid this place.
Horrible experience the last two times we have eaten here. Tried it again tonight out of good faith and again ripped off. Paid for Beef and Broccoli with chow mein and recieved an entire bowl of chopped cabbage with EXACTLY 2 peices of stringy, chewy, rubbery meat. Maybe 2 fork fulls of noodles in all that. They also do not answer their phone. I won't be returning ever again. This location is badly mismanaged.
I’ve had to come back to this location several times after going through the drive thru for to go. Every time we order teriyaki chicken, we get home and all we have is grilled chicken with no teriyaki sauces. Today the steamed veggies were not fresh, like they were sitting there all day. So annoying and inconvenient. I've ordered Thai tea twice and it's not made right. Even after I've asked them to remake it. Now I'm back up here trying to get a receipt after going through the drive thru to get food for someone else and I had to come back up here to get the receipt which took 10 mins of my time. I told the manager I'm in a hurry which is why I went through the drive through and waiting for the receipt was my time!!!! Their policy is if they don't give you a receipt the next meal is on them but nope I got nothing. Every time I complained they offered nothing to make the customer happy and want to come back. My family and friends will not be back to the Panda Express is The Colony.
Catera could use a lesson in customer service. Also, we got there at 8:45 and your website says you close at 9:30 and you were out of Honey Walnut Shrimp and apparently I couldn’t even wait for it, because you’re not going to make anymore? It felt like she was rushing us to stop bothering her too. Not a good experience at this location.
The worst Panda Express I have ever been to. First of all, they forgot both my chicken egg roll and cream cheese rangoon in the drive-thru and I am about 30 minutes away from this location. Along with that, the fried rice was stale like it had been sitting out forever. Lastly, even the fortune cookie didn’t have a fortune inside like how is that even possible? I would avoid this Panda Express if possible because they don’t care at all.
I gave 1 star because I have to give something to review. Lets start with the Drive through...they didn't listen. Honestly it sounded like there was a lot of messing around. Which brings me to my next complaint, maybe if there was less playing and more working my order would have been correct and I wouldn't have had to wait so long! Myself along with 2 other cars were parked to wait for food and there were people inside, so my question is why? I work in the food industry at a very in high demand location and had I done this to my clients I would not have a job!
If you enjoy paying extra money for something that you won't receive then I recommend this place. I ordered the Angus steak today and the first portion only had 4 pieces of steak. The rest was vegetable. I asked the worker if I could maybe get a few more pieces of meat to which she responded "You should just get the double." So, I got a double Angus steak. I paid extra money just so I could get 90% vegetables? The total amount of meat was equivalent to half of a small container. And that's not saying much given the fact it only holds about 1 cup worth of product. They didn't have a problem putting a pound of noodles in there. Do not go to this location. It's trash.
Read the review left 4 days ago by another customer. That is EXACTLY the same as what happened to me. Ordered at drive-thru- waited 15min- got my food, with no apology, no compensation. Nada. Called the manager. She never offered a compensation beside apologizing bla bla. Bad management. You just lost a loyal customer that ordered from you on a weekly based. Not the best business strategy to say the least. So they are good when it comes to food (well... Mostly), but ruined everything when things went wrong, and they actually needed to provide a customer with a solution, after messing up.
I've never had a bad experience with Panda until my wife and I ate at this one. It took forever to get three people through the line, customer service was terrible, wife said her noodles were very dry and the rice in my teriyaki rice bowl was crunchy!! This is not an exaggeration! When I say crunchy, I mean I had a quarter sized clump of rice i was able to drop on the floor with similar effects of dropping an actual quarter. We laughed it off, however will drive further from home next time we want some Panda. Sad....
A complete waste money!!! I ordered the honey walnut shrimp with brown fried rice bowl along with a medium order of chow mein noodles and both were cold. My noodles were not only cold but dry and old. I can't forget about my cold spring rolls. If I was not on my to work (which is less than five minute drive) I would have went back!!!
I really like Panda Express, generally, and have eaten at many of them all over the metroplex for many years. However, the new The Colony location was far and away, without a doubt, the absolute worst one I have ever been to. I arrived with my daughter at about 6:10 pm on a Sunday night. Despite what you would imagine would be a busy time (dinner time), probably 1/3 of the entrees were either empty, or very close to empty. A few of the others that were not empty, looked as if they hadn't been stirred in a long time and had just been sitting there. Both entrees I wanted were empty, Orange Chicken, and Kung Pow Chicken. We waited at least 15 minutes for both dishes to be cooked. The portions were a healthy size. Once we got our food, we went to get our drinks. The area was dirty and there were no napkins anywhere. I went back to the line and waited another 5 minutes to ask for napkins and another 5 minutes while a person checked out front in the cabinets, under the drink machine and discovered there were no more napkins there, while she asked another person to go look for some in the back. When she returned she had enough for maybe 3 customers. She gave us 3 or 4 and put the rest of the small handful in the dispenser. No fortune cookies were offered. Two of the three trash cans were literally overflowing. The men's room had urine on the toilet and floor, and there were paper towels on the floor as well. Surprisingly, the very young staff was very friendly... just terribly inefficient. There were probably 8 people working there that night. I don't think there was a manager on duty. The average age of the people working there seemed to be about 18 years old. I hope they can get their act together, because I like the food, but they don't seem to have any guidance at this particular location. They also forgot to give my daughter a cookie, which was supposed to come with her kid's meal.
Love Panda but hate this location. After they messed up a few orders in a row, I called the manager. He apologized and promised to do better. Gave it a couple of months and tried again. They left out half of my wife’s food. The orange chicken, my favorite, has been historically hit-and-miss on the taste at this location. Something not right with the batter or the sauce, or both. Or maybe it had been sitting under the lights too long. Who knows.
Walked in to order to go and see what entree is available. Patient lady in front of me frustrated with service and couldn't check out, no one running register. Workers more concerned over the 14 online orders coming in and 6 drive thru cars while I had already been standing there for now 7 minutes. Never greeted or acknowledged I was there. All about Doordash than an actual person willing to give them money and order. Poor customer service.
The food is on level with the Panda Express quality you would get anywhere else, but that's about all that is on par. I've been there 5 or 6 times since it opened because of the close proximity to my home but they've yet to manage to get either my order right or without a 15-30 minute wait (on drive through no less) on each of these occasions. Tonight the guy in front of me got so fed up that he drove off. I stayed and placed my order and when it was handed to me there were items missing but the cashier had walked away as soon as the window closed and didn't come back for several minutes and never gave me a chance to even ask for soy sauce, chopsticks, or my missing food! I finally gave up and drove off. Terrible service is the one thing you can count on here and I don't generally bother to write reviews but I felt the need to warn off anyone who expects even average service from this place. The positive reviews on here seem to be written by staff or paid reviewers by how generic and poorly written they are, by the way!
My husband and i got dinner from there and everything looked fine. We got home and started eating and realized majorly of the fried rice was hard and crunchy. The chicken was also hard. This the second time eating here and there will not be a third.
Until they fix the drive through ordering process, I'll never go back. It's all automated now. You can't even talk to a human. Seriously?! How hard is it to take an order?! Do not recommend fir this reason alone.
This place sucks! I'm never giving this place my hard earned money again. I went through the drive through and ordered a kids meal orange chicken with NOODLES and Broccoli and Beef with white rice and an order of Rangoon. The order was total of $18.29. I had to tell Karim who was very rude 2 times I wanted NOODLES. I got home and the kids meal had rice and there was barely any beef in the other entree. I called 5 times to speak to someone but no one was available and there was no way to leave a voice message. The food was horrible and a waste of my money.
The store says it closes at 10:30pm but they shut down the doors at 10:15 itself .
This is the worst panda I’ve ever experienced. Weird AI robot at the drive thru, super rude employees that can’t even say a simple hello or anything. Gross food, hard and stale hardly anything in it. For how much money you pay this is just ridiculous service. Do better.
I literally ordered something so simple . No one was in the drive through and everything was wrong. You can’t even order food from a person it’s a robot . I came back home to all of my food being incorrect . When I tried to call and replace it they weren’t taking any calls. I was trying to call to let them know I wouldn’t make it back before close and I was going to try to find a solution. I was forced to keep my food that I didn’t order. I paid 24 dollars for this
We put in an order and were there to pick up before 10p. This store closes at 10:30. Upon walking up, one guy locked the door. Once my husband got to the door, he knocked and the 2-3 people pretended like they didn't see him. After he kept knocking and they decided to acknowledge him, they pointed for him to go to another door. The were out of one of the items, and the first guy (same one who locked the door) just said -we're out of those-. So my husband asked for a refund.. THEN a different guy asked if we wanted a replacement. I'd have some compassion if this happened a few minutes before closing but this wasn't the case. Won't be going here again.
They sell me food at 9:47 pm and at that time they don't tell me that I only have 13 minutes to eat because the dining room closes at 10:00 pm. At the store location they have to close at 10:30, it was too uncomfortable to eat in 13 minutes.
Today it was a Asian serving my food and wow he gives bad customer service. Only for me shrimp he charge me 1.25 I thought it was to taste and the end for paying he charged me $1.25. I ordered the 1 panda bowl 7.90 and he ending charging me 9.90 which is not bad at least more shrimp for the extra charge only one shrimp is ridiculous for real. No I won’t come to this location anymore 👎👎
This was my third and finale stop at this Panda Express. Customer service every time was below the mark. My experience on Saturday, March 18, 2023 around 7:45 at the drive thru service was so low that I had to post. My phone was taken in the restaurant to pay via Apple Pay because they can’t extend it out the window (come in to 2023, please). My meal was then thrown out the window no “thank you”, “come back” or anything. This is where it really went down hill. No receipt was given so I wasn’t sure our transaction was done so I waited. After minutes went by she returned to the window with an attitude. I asked for my receipt. She looked around and said “here”. Here attitude is what made me ask about the sign on the window. She stated “you have your receipt” I I responded “after I asked for it. Please escalate this to the manager.” 1) there is a sign on the window that says if you don’t get a receipt or the receipt is wrong the meal is on us. 2) I didn’t get a receipt. I looked for the receipt because I collect receipts for fetch. When she came back to the window show handed me cash back which was wrong amount than what she charged me. So I’m sure her drawer was off for the night. However, it wasn’t worth the fight. Customer service is a major key to where I spend my money. It will not be at this Panda Express again.
Always go in to view food before ordering. Received day old white rice. Two lukewarm entrees: one with limited protein number orange chicken smaller than grapes. Consider another location. I asked twice about fresh, how food and was reassured. Not so...check food before leaving drive through. Not worth money spent.
I order food for my kiddo and I and her food was great but mine was terrible. I tried to call store 3 times that night and 1 time the next day no answer at all. My food barely had any chicken and only had a few pieces of shrimp. No please at all for being out of town. I couldn't go back to location cuz I live 2 hours away.
Ordered plate meal to go. Orange chicken was great, but the broccoli/beef was not cooked enough. Broccoli was incredibly hard and the meat was largely just gristle and difficult to chew. The chow mein was warm on top, and cold / almost frozen on the bottom. Usually a favorite stop on my lunch, but this meal left little desire to return.
Just a warning to others... very unclean location. Food poisoning twice from me and once for my husband so a total of 3x with cross contamination. I got super sick after having a bite of a piece of chicken that had something hard inside of it. No idea what it was and it tasted extremely weird like old chicken bone marrow or something. No idea what's going on in there, but health inspectors need to check this place and new management is a must considering the amount of times we've gotten severely sick.
Asked for fresh food. Was told no. One energetic friendly person. I'll go to little elm going further
This Panda Express location is seriously disappointing. First, the drive-thru ordering system is some kind of robot, so if you have allergies or need to customize your order, you’re out of luck. By the time you get to the window, it’s too late to change anything. Then, when I got my food, I couldn’t believe it, there were barely four small pieces of chicken in my bowl. For nearly $10 after tax, the least they could do is actually fill the bowl. Every time I come here, they skimp on portions. And to make matters worse, the other bowl I ordered wasn’t even correct. If you’re spending this much, you’re better off eating somewhere else.
Do not eat the beijing beef from here. It has been coming out both ends quite violently all damn morning.
Please get rid of the AI assistant as I can’t make custom orders. So annoying.
ordered two plates for togo tonight at 8:30 PM. Unfortunately, both the chow mein and fried rice were spoiled. I live less than a mile from the restaurant and started eating right after I got home, so there’s no reason the food should have gone bad so quickly. As soon as I noticed the food was off, I stopped eating out of concern for food poisoning. the experience was extremely disappointing. I tried calling the restaurant just a minute ago to let them know directly, but no one answered. That’s why I’m leaving this review. I hope this issue is taken seriously — food safety should never be compromised.
Firstly the drive through features an AI communicator which rushes you and prompts you to pick from items you maybe didn't want. It can't answer questions of course like a human can. It ended up getting my order wrong and I had to fix it at the second window. Once we got to the second window we were not greeted. We were just told a price. The window guy was very unfriendly. Mind you, this location is typically very slow. I live right near it and I never see it busy. I'm not sure why they can't have a real drive-thru operator and friendlier employees. Secondly, once I received my food, I was disappointed to find large chunks of inedible hard to chew cabbage pieces. That space should have been filled with the Korean steak that I ordered. Instead I got a bunch of cabbage that I didn't want to eat. The rice was very dry. One can hardly call it fried rice. Anyway, I am quickly reminded why this location is never busy and also reminded why I have switched to Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese food. Way more flavor and healthier ingredients.
Bad experience.I ordered cub meal Orange chickeni. The chow mein pasta was really dry like is bee there for while . It cost me stomach pain on the middle of the night. No more Panda express.
I like panda express but this location has different taste idk if it's not cooked well or the way they mixed up my bowl with more veggies.
Upon arrival into the drive thru, we were greeted, not by a person, but by Artificial Intelligence. That already threw me off but since I was hungry I kept ordering. I’ve worked in a drive-thru before and I know other places intervene when a customer has trouble. I was having trouble. The AI could not understand me and we were “ordering” for five minutes. No personal help from an employee. I got the b&b and hws, in my b&b, I kid you not there was only broccoli and two puny slices of beef. Not only did my customer experience feel artificial but my food did as well! What a load of nonsense. Don’t go here.(If you do, maybe go inside)
Panda Express: Where the doors are open, the kitchen is closed, and common sense is nowhere to be found. Twice now—TWO separate locations—I’ve shown up about 30 minutes before closing, and guess what? No white rice. Not “we’re out temporarily.” Not “we’re making more.” Just flat out: No. Why? Because, according to staff, “management policy” says they stop cooking an hour before close to avoid waste. Oh yes, God forbid you waste a few cents worth of the cheapest food item on the planet. I guess it’s more efficient to disappoint actual paying customers than to possibly throw out a scoop of rice. Genius. And what’s worse? They still happily charge you full price, like you’re getting the real deal. But what you’re actually getting is a sad mashup of leftover scraps and corporate apathy. If you’re going to run a restaurant like you’re already closed an hour early, then do us all a favor—lock the damn doors. Or at least put up a sign that says: “We’re open, but only for disappointment.” This is how you lose loyal customers. Over rice. Pathetic.
Food was not cooked correctly. I got honey “this is the worst panda I’ve ever had don’t go here.” sesame chicken and green beans are like so over cooked. I don’t appreciate robots taking my order and going so slow to do so. Also service was super slow didn’t even get asked for any sauces. So I had to sit there for 5 mins extra just to get soy sauce. On top of that there are some pieces in my food that looked like someone had taken a bite out of it
Moving out to this area from uptown dallas. Lovers & Greenville location never did us wrong. 2 months down the line trying out this location. Had a new item for 1.50 Upcharge (Black pepper steak) bet, specifically left off the orange chicken from my order. Had the sweet fire and sesame on my bigger. Not to mention straight up tired of the orange chicken (frequenting panda for the last 10~ years) Husband did order one portion of orange for his bigger. He goes to pick up the order (drive thru) handed off no problem. Condiments, cutlery, and the order neatly tied up. Brings it home and we open the first box. Appetizers we ordered. Wow we thought, what great customer service or maybe an accident. There was a 2x portion for the spring rolls & rangoons. Close to closing we thought must have had extra. Proceed to the entrees. All the stickers are labeled correctly. Upon opening though……. It was a total of 5 out 6 entrees on our 2 bigger plate. ALL are orange chicken. With the one exception of the kungpao… great. All three of my entrees are not included in addition to paying an upcharge for one. Being in the industry i realized that instead of dealing with the problem.. they faked it and hoped it would slide under the rug. No way on earth they doubled the apps. And didn’t include 4 entrees, especially when one was an upcharge. And didn’t refund The difference. Knowingly & that being said.. staff is incompetent or lazy… Either way. Will be following up with this tomorrow, at the location and Panda Express corporate.
