I've Never been to a Panda Express where I felt like I received my money's worth, but this Location was Great! Food was fresh and Great Customer Service! I will definitely visit this location in the future!
Today was a 5 star day! They greeted me kindly when I walked in the door. Very fast and friendly service down the line. Asked if I needed anything extra with good suggestions. Nice and clean inside with soft music. I was able to eat and read for a quick and delicious lunch.
Panda is amazing, affordable high quality health options. Nowhere else offers such high quality protein and food at the price and flavor. $13 for 114 grams of protein, Teriyaki Chicken Breast, with rice and veggies. Or the side of your choosing, if you get all three entree options as the grilled chicken. In response to every review mad about the food selection at late hours, its this way everywhere, go to Chipotle an hour before close, they are out of everything. Its just part of it, if you want a fresh meal go to a drive thru not a kitchen....
Panda Express is a franchise so they don’t make their own prices. It is pricey for fast food though... I had a bowl with half chow mein half fried rice and honey walnut shrimp. Very fresh, tasted great, and clean environment. They had to re-make an order bc I got the wrong one at a different location and this was on my way, no hassle and everyone was nice.
95% of the time it’s good but the last guy was ton passive aggressive. “you have a nice day ok” like I was an hr threat. Every other visit was nice. Grey matter of a rock
The whole staff was very nice. Juan is the best he was very generous and I asked for everything free he did it with no problem! THANKS JUAN
Loved this local Panda Express besides the SH121 in The Colony. The store is clean and employees are available to assist. There are ample parking outside and have clean restrooms. The food is warm but requires some added portion. The tables are clean and menu is clearly mentioned. The taste of the food is good. They accept the online order pick up and always keep ready by the time customer arrives.
They were out of Rangoons, said truck would be in next day. Chow mein was dry. Chicken roll was burnt, couldn't eat it. Trash was over flowing. No soap in the womens bathroom. No clean tables. Staff were busy with drive thru. I wouldn't go back to this location again
As I sat down to eat I've noticed amd seen people try to come inside. The doors were locked with a piece of paper that say drive thru only, I also checked the hours of the store, nothing indicates it's closing. this is to the manager of the store, my picture has a time/date on it. Please inform your employees what they are doing is not acceptable
I typically stop by here once a week when I have to work late. I usually arrive between 8:50-9:05pm (store closes at 9:30) and like clockwork, they tell me they only have chow mein are sold out of nearly every entree, save for teriyaki chicken, and black pepper beef. I asked why is it every time I can’t order what I’m actually wanting? He told me they stop cooking at 8:45, yet the drive thru line is always full. Maybe cook extra kung pao, orange chicken, and the other popular items? It’s really frustrating always having to settle for something else. I know I’m not the only one upset because I regularly see cars behind me leaving the line after getting to the order screen. After all of that, looks like they didn’t even have enough of what was left to fill my plate…
Bad experience.I ordered cub meal Orange chickeni. The chow mein pasta was really dry like is bee there for while . It cost me stomach pain on the middle of the night. No more Panda express.
I like panda express but this location has different taste idk if it's not cooked well or the way they mixed up my bowl with more veggies.
Upon arrival into the drive thru, we were greeted, not by a person, but by Artificial Intelligence. That already threw me off but since I was hungry I kept ordering. I’ve worked in a drive-thru before and I know other places intervene when a customer has trouble. I was having trouble. The AI could not understand me and we were “ordering” for five minutes. No personal help from an employee. I got the b&b and hws, in my b&b, I kid you not there was only broccoli and two puny slices of beef. Not only did my customer experience feel artificial but my food did as well! What a load of nonsense. Don’t go here.(If you do, maybe go inside)
Panda Express: Where the doors are open, the kitchen is closed, and common sense is nowhere to be found. Twice now—TWO separate locations—I’ve shown up about 30 minutes before closing, and guess what? No white rice. Not “we’re out temporarily.” Not “we’re making more.” Just flat out: No. Why? Because, according to staff, “management policy” says they stop cooking an hour before close to avoid waste. Oh yes, God forbid you waste a few cents worth of the cheapest food item on the planet. I guess it’s more efficient to disappoint actual paying customers than to possibly throw out a scoop of rice. Genius. And what’s worse? They still happily charge you full price, like you’re getting the real deal. But what you’re actually getting is a sad mashup of leftover scraps and corporate apathy. If you’re going to run a restaurant like you’re already closed an hour early, then do us all a favor—lock the damn doors. Or at least put up a sign that says: “We’re open, but only for disappointment.” This is how you lose loyal customers. Over rice. Pathetic.
Food was not cooked correctly. I got honey “this is the worst panda I’ve ever had don’t go here.” sesame chicken and green beans are like so over cooked. I don’t appreciate robots taking my order and going so slow to do so. Also service was super slow didn’t even get asked for any sauces. So I had to sit there for 5 mins extra just to get soy sauce. On top of that there are some pieces in my food that looked like someone had taken a bite out of it
Moving out to this area from uptown dallas. Lovers & Greenville location never did us wrong. 2 months down the line trying out this location. Had a new item for 1.50 Upcharge (Black pepper steak) bet, specifically left off the orange chicken from my order. Had the sweet fire and sesame on my bigger. Not to mention straight up tired of the orange chicken (frequenting panda for the last 10~ years) Husband did order one portion of orange for his bigger. He goes to pick up the order (drive thru) handed off no problem. Condiments, cutlery, and the order neatly tied up. Brings it home and we open the first box. Appetizers we ordered. Wow we thought, what great customer service or maybe an accident. There was a 2x portion for the spring rolls & rangoons. Close to closing we thought must have had extra. Proceed to the entrees. All the stickers are labeled correctly. Upon opening though……. It was a total of 5 out 6 entrees on our 2 bigger plate. ALL are orange chicken. With the one exception of the kungpao… great. All three of my entrees are not included in addition to paying an upcharge for one. Being in the industry i realized that instead of dealing with the problem.. they faked it and hoped it would slide under the rug. No way on earth they doubled the apps. And didn’t include 4 entrees, especially when one was an upcharge. And didn’t refund The difference. Knowingly & that being said.. staff is incompetent or lazy… Either way. Will be following up with this tomorrow, at the location and Panda Express corporate.
