Great tasting chicken fingers. The fries are best when they are eaten promptly at the store or shortly after ordering. The time wrapped up in the box and bag make the fries go soft.

My first time here. I'm not a fan of chicken fingers. But was very surprised at this establishment. Not a fan of white meat either. The chicken was moist and jucy. Fries was not burnt but fresh . Not one of those been sitting there for almost an hour. And the toast was great also. Not to mention the service. Young black man. Very polite and provided great customer service. A definite place to bring family and friends. Very clean also. So come down at Cane's. Corner of Hwy 121 service and Plano Pkwy.

Drive thru was good and fast at this location. Customer service was also carried out with being attentive to making sure we had everything we needed for our order. Such as ketchup or extra sauce.

My teen loves this place and apparently it isn't that bad, because we always buy it for her. Suggest the three finger basket. They don't do gravy but they have other sauces. Fries are good. Comparable to Layne's.

One of the things I like about Cane's is the consistent quality. The chicken fingers are always well-cooked and crispy, and the fries and bread are fluffy. The only issue is that the fries have no shelf life, whereas the chicken and bread maintain their texture for days, but this is true of most fries in general. The staff are very quick on curbside orders. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a minute to get my food after tapping the "I'm here" button in the app.

Consistency like a real chain should be. Always good fresh food and great service! Would recommend.

Gotta love Cane's! This place is addicting! The staff is friendly, I've never gone inside to see if it's clean or not but the food was piping hot which means it was fresh. I know what you're thinking. How come they only serve chicken tenders and fries? Well, they NEVER mess up your food. They may give you coleslaw when you ask for extra fries instead of coleslaw, but never a mess up in the food. They offer drive-thru as well as a place to sit down. It is very clean, and GREAT customer service.

I had an unfortunate Uber experience. Not understanding that Uber was unaffiliated with Canes, therefore ordering independently when arriving at Canes, I came to Canes to get relief. It was one of the best customer service moments that I have ever experienced. I hope that this is supported by their management, as noone should get in trouble for making another's day better. No matter they took complete and wonderful care of me. When Uber missed 3 of the items ordered and misordered the drinks, I came to Canes asking for then to rectify the order. I believed that they. Canes, had mishandled it, handing over the wrong order to the driver. I thought the driver had just not checked. Once I understood. I asked if I could just order the missing items, then taking up the issue with Uber. However Canes said that they would simply give them to me. Flabbergasted, I asked if I might pay. They insisted on taking care of us and making our night a better one. I have to tell you. I appreciated it. It is why we come to this small store to eat. They gives us a great product, which includes their amazing service and kindness. In a world that has forgotten civility and courtesy, Canes not only remembers. They live it. And, for my part, I am grateful. I will be back again and again. They have won both my esteem and my business. I wish that more would model this behavior. I intend to try to do so myself, in the future.

We eat at Cane’s quite frequently and never have a bad experience. Tonight we dined in at this location and had a WONDERFUL experience because of Andrew. He was super polite from the time we walked in until the time that we left. He went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed during our meal, checked on us and even offered to clean up our tray after we were done. UPDATE Jul 2025: 2d visit here although I didn't think we had been here; forgot. Very good meal as Snoop Dog got us an extra chicken finger on this special day. Lots of customers inside and in drive-thru. Snoop Dog knows how to treat Raising Cane's customers. 2024: First time at this location and we did take out. We have eaten at several locations in Collin county and they are all good. Just a matter of which one is closer for our trip. Interior same as others (see photos). We got the Big Combo which for two was just right to split the food.

We came into town late so they were closing soon. Usually don't like going to places that are about to close but, we were hungry and our choices were limited. The young man who took our order was very courteous and welcoming (on 11/08/23). The food was hot and tasty. Bathrooms were clean.

Was in the area yesterday and this is what I got a number 3 meal with crinkled fries that were kinda salty. This must be a Texas thing? I can do without all the salt intake definitely will start introducing that immediately upon placing my order. Other than the salt in my fries, everything else was great. Well, I guess there isn't much to say. Their chicken with the sauce is one of the best combinations ever. They tend to creep in to your meals slowly, but after sometime when you look back you actually have eaten their combos more frequently than you thought you have... I can't say more... I definitely am gonna have more of their box combos...

I eat at this location regularly. My only issue that stops this from being a 5 start review. Is the amount of ketchup yal dish out. I feel like a good equation is, 1 ketchup for 3 piece or kid combo. 2, for box combo, 3 for caniac Now to apply this in real.life. If I order a 4 piece, a 3 piece, and a kids combo. How many sauces is that? At least 4. I got 2. Be more generous with sauce and your at a 5 star. I haven't had a bad experience here . The only thing that comes close is getting a wrong order that's smaller than what I paid. But i count that as god telling me too loose weight. I come here all the time, and have had good experiences every time, however, I would just like to suggest that employees wipe all the soda off the cups before they pass them out the window. I came through the drive-thru tonight and there was root beer all over my cup, but when I asked for a napkin to clean it off I was told there’s plenty in the bag and she shut the window.

This is a really nice Cane's location so far! They have the same great quality I've come to expect from the franchise and they've given me fair portions every single time. Sometimes, even when they aren't slammed, there can be a pretty substantial wait, but you still get fresh food when it does arrive.

I like this store, clean (although they occasionally fall behind on the tables), nice people, foods always hot and semi busy so fresh but quick. I would still like to see some sauce choices. I usually get the box lunch, 3 fingers, fries, cole slaw, bread, and a drink. Favorite drink is a lemonade and sweet tea combo.

Great atmosphere, pretty good food. The fries were enormous. Basically a meal all by themselves. Highly recommended to buy a la carte.

Awesome location. Food is great and always hot. Fries are delicious, not soggy or overcooked. However, every day we've been there in the past week (we go pretty often), the Sweet Tea has tasted very odd, like they need to change a water filter or clean the containers or something. We've unfortunately had to toss the Tea out each time. Luckily I remembered to catch it before leaving and they gave us a different drink. Other than that, the food is great, and among the many other places in the area, this is our main go-to.

I always enjoy raising canes. I really enjoy that cripsy crunchy chicken. I can't help but enjoy that unique flavor and sip on an ice tea. The customer service was on point if you love your chicken. I recommend you go check them out if you haven't.

Do not recommend the curbside experience at all. You won’t get your food. I’ve ordered through the app twice, and sat far too long — just to go in and my food is cold on the back counter. It’s best to go inside and get your food, or use the drive-thru. The food these past few times has been mediocre and overcooked (chicken being tough to chew, fries way too crispy).

Usually a good place but not this time. Employees where very nice. But the chicken was bone dry (very unusual for a caines) and i ordered extra crispy fries with my order and to put the cole slaw in a separate bag than the hot since i had a 30 min drive i did not want the mayo in the coleslaw to heat up. What i got was Extra fries (remember i just wanted my fries extra crispy not extra fries) and cole slaw in same box as hot food. Again this is usually a good place and get the orders correct. they must have been having an off day or went thru a management change and the employees are getting used to the new boss which caused the errors.

Love their chicken....just wish they were not so stingy with their sauce. They should give free extra sauce. I always have remaining chicken after running out of sauce. For this reason alone, I need to give the company as a whole 3 stars. Give more sauce! And your coleslaw is not at all good....and your fries are somewhat bland....great chicken though.

Raising Cane's Chicken used to be a reliable spot for tasty chicken fingers, but recent experiences have been disappointing. Whether it's a change in recipe or preparation, the quality seems to have declined. While still decent, it no longer lives up to its previous reputation.

The food had no taste at all this time, and I honestly don't know why. It's my first time trying this branch, and I'm not happy with the experience. The whole place doesn't feel like the other branches. It looks like they serve the meals as shown in the pictures, but when you actually eat them, there's just no flavor. I think the only thing that helped me finish the meal was the restaurant's special sauce.

I'm not sure if it's just this new generation, but as I was waiting on a cashier to come to the front, the young lady eventually came and just stood there. No, hello, or I'm ready or anything. I had to ask if she was ready, and then I proceeded to place my order. Is this the new standard for customer service? I'm not sure but I don't like it.

I ordered door dash from this location, I got the box combo with extra toast instead of coleslaw. Everything was good except for the chicken. Two of tenders were on the raw side and were not cooked all the way. I’d rather have the chicken on the crunchier side than raw.

First time trying Cane's, nothing to write home about. Sure you get more crispy surface area but you also get less meat, and because everything is drenched in sauce, it isn't that crispy anyway. For the same price you could get a much better sandwich across the street at in n out. The fries were also bland and soggy. Nothing to complain about service wise

Ok, so I used to be a frequent patron here or any other Canes for that matter but since my last visit and I do mean my last, I've realized I pay so much for canes sauce. Without the canes sauce their chicken doesn't hold up in it's own and being this is practically their whole menu it's just no practical anymore. I tried to eat their chicken without the sauce and it's the most bland chicken EVER! Why did i not come to this conclusion prior to this, perhaps because I would take golden chickens zing packet and season it for that lil kick but I didn't have any on hand this time and I was just too disappointed in what I spend for the lack of flavor. As I have given up on fast food, canes being the last and happy to oblige and say good bye. I work to hard to spend my money on mediocre. Their fries we good w golden chicken zing spice pack too. Perhaps I'll miss that. While I must admit the food is always piping hot it lacks anything that would warrant my continued patronage. Now, go get your grub on or Not.

The location and food were decent, but I’m open to giving this restaurant another chance. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries but skipped the Cane’s sauce—a decision many have said I might regret. The service was satisfactory, the drive-thru wait was brief, but the food could have been more fresh. I’m looking forward to trying it again, especially with the sauce next time!

We love Cane’s Chicken but my wife loves her fries 🍟 and chicken 🐓 EXTRA crispy. We always ask for them to keep her order under for a full minute longer but we always have to send it back to the kitchen. As it never gets done correctly and the staff was rude about it when we asked for the extra crispy and when we had to send it back to be redone.

We've been ordering here several times on line and use their curbside pick up . They always forget to bring the drinks. The last time we ordered they also gave us the wrong size of drinks ( small instead of large) so make sure you double check your order when doing the on line order. Overall the food is good, just not happy with the service.

Food is fast, however, Arnold Palmer is not included with any meal AT THIS LOCATION. And apparently us assuming it is, is funny to the cashier lady. It is 5:55pm 4/29 btw, and she was talking about us an Asian family right after we left, making us all very uncomfortable. She did it before we can even get drinks right next to the cashier. Funny huh.

I think the third time in a row that I ask for my extra canes sauce and get home and it's not there.. yes it's my fault for not checking it in front of them, but such an easy thing to add especially when they repeat it to you like 3 different times. Food still good, would be better with my extra sauce though

This Cane’s location messes up my order almost every single time. I ordered a caniac combo, and just arrived home and noticed there was only 4 chicken fingers in the box opposed to 6. The customer service is always good as well as the food. Just very annoying I always have to check my order like a hawk if I want it right.

I bought the four tender combo. Chicken tenders were bland, unseasoned and somewhat floppy. The french fries were nothing to write home about. The coleslaw was alright but heavy on the cream, which is fine. Their Cane sauce was decent and was the only redeeming aspect of my meal.

Cashier with the tacky gold chain and beard was rude and very hard of hearing. He was very pushy towards customers and rude to other employees. The food was hot and fresh but he ruined the overall experience

I LOVE RAISING CANES and 1 of the reasons is due to the fact that they serve fresh lemonade, unfortunately this location's idea of lemonade is cold water n sugar 😝😝😝gross thing ever. If u look at the picture I can't even see the lemon they used to put in it or anything? 🤔

Took my son to the bathroom with food and belongings at the table and came back to find our table cleared. They returned my Stanley cup after pulling it out of the trash can. I wasn’t upset, bc it happens. They replaced our food, but they seemed indifferent about the time and experience loss which was disappointing.

I was really craving a caniac combo. So i went to this canes to get one. After I picked it up, drove back home and opened it up to only 4 chicken tenders instead of the 6 that were supposed to be there. Sad day. Never had an issue with canes, until today. Sad day. The food I did receive however, was delicious.

Came to this location several times. This will be the last. Waiting 25 minutes in a drive thru is unreal. Food always looks like it came off the floor or cold. Just not the norm for a canes. Take the 5 minutes to go to the other location near by and at least the food will be warm, service will be better, and you wont wait 25 minutes for your food

I haven’t had this problem at other locations but every time I ask for “well done or extra crispy” fries I do not receive. They are not cooked the way I specify which is not the most terrible thing in the world but I have to put in oven. If you’re like me and don’t want mushy fries be sure to ask a few times !! And check before you leave!!! Also, my chicken was mushy as well and the size of them are so much smaller than Laynes Chicken which is beside the Kroger!

I ran to grab a quick lunch, service was what ever honestly, the lady taking the order seemed so over it. Waited almost 15 mins for a box combo, and was gift just that with a friend hanging around. Very disappointing!

This used to be our family’s fave location. I’m very disappointed that this location has become very miserly in their french fry distribution. Every time I ask for extra fries/no toast, I still get less than a standard portion at other locations. Whenever I order a kid’s combo for my little niece, she gets scraps for fries and cries.

DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING! They got my order totally wrong tonight, I paid for extra sauces and toasts and I did not receive them and then when I tell them what’s wrong they get upset and almost refused to give me anything. I had to open every SINGLE box to show them how my whole order was messed up. The drive thru cashier has no common sense and just plain rude. Horrible service

Nickel and Dime you Bought 3 Combo's, 2x Sandwiches and 1x Finger Combo. Asked for One extra sauce and they charged me extra. No other fast food restaurant charged me extra when I asked for One condiment. The chicken itself had tendons hence it was tough to eat if at all. This might have been a single incident but I won't visit Raising Cane's again when I want chicken.

I love raising canes however when you ask for extra crispy food and wait 20 minutes then go inside to get it because it took so long to cook only to get home and our food isn't even fully cooked let alone crispy. Manager makes excuses about the drive home and the food being in the box. Their is big difference between condensation and undercooked food. He offered to replace our order however after this being the 3rd time getting below quality fast food we won't be going back.

This place is starting to become garbage. Twice in a row giving me the wrong order. Paid for a caniac combo and receive the box combo. Also not giving any toast. Chicken are small. Im done with this place. They were only good when they were new. They were not even busy. There was only 2 of us in the drivethru. Stop hiring underpaid worthless employees. I came to eat at canes with my kids. I did not understand what the person who was taking my order said so I answered wrong and she got a nasty attitude and yelled. Her name was cheyenne. I am always at this canes but will never be back due to this incident!

Great place; friendly cashiers, and the place was clean. But order 4 combo sandwich with sauce on the side. Instead I got the 4 combo sandwiches but the sauce was on the burger not on the side like I asked. Also they didn't have lettuce, what kind of burger place doesn't have lettuce for the sandwiches this is not the first time that this has happen. Great place but would advise to check your orders before leaving.

I love Cane's but this location is awful. The lady on the drive-thru sounds like she doesn't care about her job. I ordered a box combo and got to the window where I had to repeat my order a second time. I got home and found I had received a three finger combo instead. I paid nearly $8 for three pieces of chicken, a few fries, a piece of toast and a drink. This is not the first time they have messed up my order and acted like I was putting them out by giving them my business. Will not return to this location ever again.

How many mistakes can you make on one order??? Too many incompetent people in this facility.

Mistakes were made on getting my food paid for, couldn’t figure out my order at the window, asked for my order two more times at the window, asked if I wanted condiments like ketchup and was not put in the bag once I got the food. What is happening at this location, franchise owner and corporate? IT’S CHICKEN AND FRIES. Should not take 30 minutes.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this location. I spent $25 on two meals, expecting a decent dinner, but both meals fell flat. Downgrading from 5 to 1 star. Went in today and with only perhaps 20% at capacity, most of the tables were dirty beyond being usable. The chicken fingers were dry and highly inconsistent in shape and texture. They weren't in the " just fried" temperature and were pretty uncrispy. Even the "secret" sauce was more sour than the usual just right. Coleslaw and toast were good. Fries were warm as well. Also, as you'll find in some other recent reviews, hair in the box! At first I thought maybe it was us, but there are other reviews here mentioning the exact same issue! Unfortunately, I'm gonna have to avoid this location.

Not sure if we just went at a very bad time, but food was HORRIBLE. There was zero seasoning and very bland. Fries had no salt at all. Did have a small miscommunication at the speaker, so asked to clarify at the window and to fix it. Got our food, and it still wasn't fixed. Went inside to ask for a fix and extra salt. Apparently, they don't carry salt packets? Strange to me. We don't go to this location often but were very disappointed

This is a Fried chicken only place. Tell me why they take FOREVER to get your order done? Been at the drive through line for over 15+min and the cars don’t move at all!

This location's chicken hasn't been good for a while now. We actually stopped going but my daughter said she went recently and it was good and my kids wanted it so I went, against my better judgement. The tenders are miserable as far as size and quality (used to be large and juicy, now small and dry) and taste horrible. No seasoning and taste like grease usually (which is why I stopped going). But today they tasted like OLD grease and had some chemical flavor as well. Disgusting. Will not be back.

The quality of service and food have gone down here. On my most recent visit, we waited in line for ten minutes to get our order in the drive through. Then, I discovered a hair in one of my chicken tenders.

Rude staff doesn’t acknowledge customers as they walk in. They let someone just cut right in front of me in line. Very poor service, avoid this location at all costs!

The people here literally cannot wrap their brain around putting two seperate orders in two separate bags... At first I figured it was a miscommunication but now I've described it in so many different ways and not once have they understood it... I'm meticulously went into detail about how to put one order in one bag and the other order in a separate bag also.. but they cannot put two and two together... Good food tho

I never leave bad reviews so I'll post this one as a heads up. The drive through wait times are super slow. Don't go here if you are in a hurry. Food is good customer service is hit or miss. Most often you get to the window after waiting for your order to witness the staff horseplaying or just hanging around. It inconsiderate.

This was hands-down one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at Raising Cane’s. The restaurant itself was dirty, the ketchup machine was completely empty, and there were no cups available to even use it. I notified the staff, and while one employee eventually added cups, there was zero urgency to actually refill the ketchup. Instead, he chose to stand around chatting with another employee while customers—including myself—were waiting to eat their meals. After several minutes of watching this play out, I decided I was better off leaving and taking my business elsewhere. That’s not something I do lightly, but the lack of attention to detail and basic customer service was unacceptable. Judging by the reviews, I’m clearly not the only one who’s had repeated issues with this location. I’ve been to other Raising Cane’s nearby, and the difference is night and day—which points to a leadership and training problem. Either management isn’t paying attention, or standards simply aren’t being enforced here. This is not the Raising Cane’s brand I’ve known or supported in the past. Until something changes at this location, I won’t be returning.

On 09/28/2025 around 1:50 PM, my younger brother went through the drive-thru at this location, and I was on the phone with him the entire time. I witnessed everything as it happened — and what I heard left me disgusted. The General Manager, Janet, repeatedly harassed him instead of providing any sort of customer service. He politely asked her to stop more than once, but she kept going, her tone aggressive and demeaning. I could hear in his voice how uncomfortable and targeted he felt. It got so bad that cars in the drive-thru boxed him in while she continued antagonizing him. Imagine being trapped, not able to leave, while the person in charge — the store’s General Manager — continues berating you. As his older brother listening live on the phone, I felt helpless and furious. What makes this even worse is Janet introduced herself as the GM and the owner. If this is truly the level of leadership Raising Cane’s allows, then this store is a liability. If she’s exaggerating her role, it’s still unacceptable and misleading. This was not just bad service — it was harassment and intimidation of a paying customer. I’ve never heard my brother sound so shaken from a simple food order. Raising Cane’s corporate needs to take immediate action, because Janet is not fit to lead any team.

I’m really disappointed with my recent (DoorDash) order. I ordered a Caniac Combo with extra coleslaw, but instead I received a Box Combo (just four chicken strips) with no coleslaw and three dipping sauces. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time my order has been wrong—whether through delivery or even at the drive-thru, items like coleslaw or sauces are often missing. Very frustrating and disappointing service.
