Chick-fil-A!!! This place is so good! I've been to one every Saturday for the last month. It is my favorite fast food chain. They definitely have the best staff of every fast food restaurant. And it's always packed, I would love to say "go at this, or that hour" but it won't matter, it's always packed. #1, #4, #7 and #8 are my favorites. To know what they are you have to go. But you won't regret it.

They are so welcoming and humble from the person to who takes order to the manager everyone are just great. The hype is really all my frnds loves it. the service is really great I just loved the way they treated two young girl return from concert and just want to order n sit for sometime even in this covid situation also they were so understanding. I've been vegetarian for 7 years but will eat chicken only at this Chickfila. Something about this location is so kind, positive, and hardworking. Every interaction with an employee has been pleasant, which is sadly not something that I see very often in the fast-food industry anymore. This is the best Chickfila around. Thank you, Chickfila employees! The management here is 10/10.

This location is amazing. I come there every week Monday through Friday on my way home from work. They are simply an all around great crew.... managers and all. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Foods ALWAYS fresh and very enjoyable. Never had one complaint or ever had to wait long. Keep up the great work ladys and gents. Been to this location many times. I am always amazed by how friendly the staff can be, patient when I place my order, and accommodating with the condiments. (It is like the understand that five vent ketchup packet is not going to be bankruptcy.) Good food, good people. Will keep going.

I decided to have my daughters birthday here for Saturday brunch. She's 2 and absolutely loves the fries! I was a bit apprehensive initially considering I would have 9 little ones at one location. The folks at this location were very accommodating and even gave the little ones balloons and a toy! I always have a wonderful experience at this location! Thanks for being great!!!

Easily the best Chick-fil-A I've been to. Worked at a different Chick-fil-A location during college 10 years ago and have continued as a customer ever since. This location meets every ideal standard that the company strives for- cleanliness, friendliness, customer service, speed (consistently the fastest drive through I've experienced over the course of two years), and pretty much every other standard you see on paper, but never actually expect meet 100% in practice. If this operator has any flaws, I haven't been able to find any despite scrutinizing performance each visit. This location should be considered a model/reference for other the rest of the company, as well as the restaurant industry in general. I even had to pause writing this review because my curbside order came out before I could finish it.

Chick FIL A is always busy. We came here on a Saturday at noon and the line was out towards the Walmart parking lot. We didn't have to wait long and they brought the food to us before we got to the window. Always impressed with how quick and how great their service is!

These guys are always right on the ball. Regardless of how long the line gets, it always moves fast, the staff are super friendly, the order is right, and the food is hot. Consistency has become difficult to find in the past-pandemic fast food world. So I can't express how much I appreciate the fact these guys have remained consistently on top of their game.

Always a pleasant fast food experience and they get the kids' meals correct. I love that they have salads for people like me, with the real lettuce parts and perfect amount of dressing. My favorite is the breakfast chicken biscuit. My least favorite thing is that I always crave this place on Sunday. Ha

I eat at a lot of Chick Fil A’s and this one rocks. Their early morning staff are real positive people, quick to serve, always with a smile. The food gets out quickly and is fresh. They are able to move everyone through the drive through efficiently. You can tell they are well managed and that their employees like to work there. Highly recommend them!

I ordered catering for about 15 people before my wedding, Groomsmen and friends, and Denice Harmon, the Catering Director was amazing and so easy to work with. She was communicative, flexible and delivered right on time. I could not recommend her more, she was terrific and the food was excellent.

Still the best chicken sandwich you can get for a fast food joint. Waffle fries are the best. Exceptional service every time. You won't get the hood crew here. The workers are always friendly, well spoken, and well trained.

This is by far the best location I’ve been to. I always get great customer service at Chick-fil-A but today they made my day. Drive thru went very smoothly. I got a salad and no drink and was asked if I wanted a complimentary water. This has never happened at any restaurant. I got my order when there were still a few cars in front of me so the employee made it easy for me to leave quickly. I’m not sure if the person on the receipt was the same as who took my order but if so, thank you, Crystal!

Food was great,BUT the small details need to be monitored. I ask for 1 tea and 1 lemonade and receive 2 teas. I ask for 3 pkgs of dipping sauce for my large nuggets and only receive 1. Stopped by Walmart for a few things and decided to pickup lunch. This place is conveniently located for easy access and although the lot is small they are super efficient with getting orders complete. I was honestly a rambling mess cuz I got my order mixed with my usual but the attendant hannah was super nice and kept smiling behind her mask. The food was great and super fast. Great service overall!!

I don’t even know where to start—this is hands down the best Chick-fil-A. We had our son’s 5th birthday party planned for the splash pad today, but in true Texas fashion, a storm rolled in just a couple of hours before. We had already ordered and paid for a nugget tray at this location, planning to pick it up at 10:15 a.m., but suddenly had no party spot. In a bit of panic, I called to see if there was any way we could have the party there. Without hesitation, they said, “Yes, please come!” What could have been a disaster turned into one of the best birthdays ever. Every single employee was kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Not once did anyone complain—just smiles all around, even while helping us manage the happy chaos of a group of 5-year-olds. Thank you so much for saving the day and making our son’s birthday so special. We will never forget it! ❤️

Upgraded last year. Gets double drive thru lanes and always uses one. Double drive thru lane but never utilizes it during lunch time. So when you do a mobile order...you're all put into one line. Why even do a mobile order if we're all gonna sit here?! BTW the line wraps around the building during lunch. Probably for this exact reason.

I love chick fila. But 3 out of 3 times I've come here, they've gotten my order wrong. I've ordered ahead of time giving them plenty of time to get an order correct, still wrong. I no longer go to this location. I'm still a big chick fila fan, but if you do come here, check your order.

Food great as usual, customer service usually good, great team attitude. I don't understand what happened this time. Got the number 1 order (medium drink, medium fry, chicken sandwich, a.k.a. order couldn't have been smaller and easier to fulfill). Got drink and was told to move up to red sign. Saw 3-4 orders behind me (ordered after I did) that got their food and were prioritized before me, including one order that had 4 drinks and a large bag of food. In cases of many orders, sometimes smaller orders that can be fulfilled quicker get prioritized, but mine couldn't have been smaller. I want to know why I was considered less important than customers behind for no reason, but I know I won't get an explanation.

This has nothing to do with the food or service. I'm sitting here at this PUBLIC restaurant hearing a very sensitive conversation between managers and employees. Managers are giving negative feedback to an employee in what is a very sensitive topic, however the manager is talking very loudly. The lady with brunette hair is the manager that is talking loud. The Hispanic gentlemen was talking in a tone that was more private and professional as it should be. I am surrounded by other customers but this conversation is happening in the middle of the restaurant very loudly. This is completely unprofessional. Managers at this place should not be providing an employee negative feedback in from of other employees and in front of other customers. Manager is speaking very loudly about some very sensitive subjects and I find it to be absolutely unacceptable. I feel very sorry for the employees here if this is the culture of this restaurant. Training on selfless leadership is clearly needed here.

Man I have always liked this place. Their service is by far some of the best, the drive through lines move super fast BUT… the last 3 out of 4 times I’ve been here they have forgotten to give me about have my order leave out a sandwich or nuggets. This time it was both! And didn’t realize it til I got home with 2 kids in tow. Shame on me for not double checking but still 3 times now? You figure at $10 a pop each time they have cost me 30 bucks! Great food, great service but double check your food in the drive through.

This location is difficult. They recently remodeled but the drive thru experience because of the location is frustrating. Very small lot sandwiched between a Starbucks, Walmart, and busy intersection. Frequently will have 2 lanes for ordering that then combine to just one lane for order pick up even though they remodeled to a large covered order pick up area that can handle 2 lanes. Today there were 3 people taking orders and only one person delivering the orders. Slow, did not make sense. Also with the remodel there is no curbside pick up or dedicated lane for mobile orders. No benefit at all for using the mobile app with this location. Food is fine when you get it, just frustrating overall for a fast food drive thru compared to other fast food restaurants and other Chick Fil As in the area.

This place is serving you MSG in every bite of chicken. If you feed there chicken to your children you are giving them MSG ! It’s one of the unhealthiest food additives there is. Wake up America ! The same goes for KFC….. there no better. Do your homework before you eat fast food.

The restaurant is clean and their customer service is great. Their food isn't fresh anymore. I have been there a couple of times and have been disappointed in the quality of their food. My 8-year-old daughter has even said Chick-fil-A's food doesn't taste good anymore.

I am very disappointed with this Chic fila Management. Chic fila is a reputable Christian institution with good values. I usually shop at this location for food. 2 months back I was getting food at the drive through . The cashier was very young and seemed inexperienced with the process. She charged me for my food and the food ordered by the person behind me. I asked for a refund and was told to come back after 3 days if it wasn't posted to my credit card. It didn't and I returned after 3 days and was told to check after a month on the credit card statement. Nothing came through after a month and the 2nd month. Today when I asked the manager for the refund, I was told the employee left and they cant do anything about it. Very very disappointed in this management. They should at least train the cashiers properly before the play around with credit cards....

Writing this hot off getting a drink refill. This the first Chick-fil-A I've visited where the person at the counter has told me to "order" food first before getting a same-day drink refill. The exact verbatim words used were "just so you know, going forward you'll need to order food at this same restaurant in order to get a drink refill". I confirmed with the Chick-fil-A customer service policy. There are no such rules. The worst part was I'd gotten lunch from this place and went back for a drink refill 4 hours later, just to be treated like I was doing something I was not supposed to be doing. The woman in the green t-shirt at the counter would not even stop to hear me out. 0 for customer service, and I'll get my lunches from elsewhere going forward.

This location constantly messes up orders. Unfortunately, it's the only one in the area. I've had issues with mobile orders more than any other method. Most recently, they charged me for my mobile order (because they couldn't find it) AND the one I placed once I arrived when they couldn't find the mobile order. The whole time, my original order was sitting on the side because someone marked it as picked up when it wasn't... Once I figured it out for them, they tried to give me the cold food that had been sitting out. SMH. If I go 5 times a month, they mess up my order 3 out of the 5 times. I've never had this issue at any other location. Management really needs to retrain the employees at this location. It's an embarrassment to the chain.

I’m here at 9pm and they close at 10pm and they told me they can’t give me any food. If any manager want more details you can contact me :) Maybe y’all change your closing schedule

Second time I had issues with this chick fil a, ironically with mobile orders too. First time I was asked to pulled forward to a parking spot and waited a bit over 10 minutes, when I walked in to ask about my order my order was waiting at the drive thru window so they forgot because they were attending other people who pulled into parking spots. Second time, my bf orders me a salad with no cheese. We get home and there’s cheese. So I proceed to drive back, 10 min drive and was ask to show receipt and give salad back. Needles to say I rather go to any other chick fil a, this location had 2 mistakes within 6 weeks from mobile orders which I feel like it’s pretty easy and straight forward to read no cheese.

I ordered a medium fry via the drive-thru and headed home. A few minutes after noticing a funny moldy taste I called the store and explained to the manager, Heather that I tasted and could see mold in my fries. Before even seeing the pictures she immediately dismisses everything I said and tells me that she hasn’t had any other complaints and that it was not mold, which I know is untrue because I can clearly see it and if you have ever tasted mold by accident you know that there’s a distinct taste to it. Also, it is not always visible. However, all I wanted was for her to check the batch of fries and the area to make sure that it was cleaned properly so that no one gets sick because I know things happen but I do not feel this situation was handled properly. Didn’t even get my money back or offered a new batch of fries. I will never come back to this location. Do better!

My kid used to work here and we have come here for so many years. I was so excited for the grand opening, but I just went there today and the whole experience absolutely terrible. I will never go back. I simply asked if I could have a freshly made salad and I was told “NO” when I “NO”for a fact they do make them! The reason why I ask, that is because I’ve had a fly in my salad here before. Since I could not get it made fresh, I ordered some thing else while I was eating there were thousands of flies in the restaurant!!! The playground was gross. It look like it had not been cleaned at all we asked for condiments that were usually kept out for customers access and we were told they are behind the counter now and how many did we want! Just a terrible experience I would recommend everybody go to the one in Frisco or spring creek.

Chick-fil-A has completely changed! Truitt Kathy would be so ashamed of what it has become. I worked at Chick-fil-A for five years and was taught customer service from Chick-fil-A but they have abandoned that completely. Tried to use a coupon for a different item and apply the balance and was told no so my meal was gonna be $16 for one person. So then I decided OK fine I’ll just go ahead and get the item on the coupon and they told me no again because the coupon had just expired. Both of those things are things that we were trained to do to take care of the customer and give customer service. You are supposed to look for reasons to tell the customer yes try to find ways to tell them every step of the way, which is what happened here. Don’t think I’ll be taking myself or my family back to Chick-fil-A anytime soon especially this one with the attitudes I was given Such a shame.

I have been a customer of this location for 3+ years and 75% of the time I order the same thing, a Cobb Salad - no lettuce and no tomatoes. When I explain it’s a health thing there has NEVER been an issue until today when I was told they can’t do that. I literally just order it last night from the same location and today, at lunch was told they can’t do it and shouldn’t have been doing it.. was told by the manager that it’s not that they can’t but they’re charging me too much for what I’m getting.. so I need to tell them an 8 count nugget and add salad fixings.. it’s not about the money. It’s the simple fact that I like the chicken the way it’s prepared for the salads, not nuggets.. apparently that’s too much work?? I for serious health reasons cannot eat lettuce and to be told they WILL NOT allow me to order my salad that way doesn’t seem to be the Chick Fil A way.. at least The Colony Chick Fil A way.. I will NEVER return there.. * Sherri

I was anxiously awaiting your reopening only to be disappointed. I have received the wrong order several times, short items and tonight yet again cold food. Numerous times I have received cold food. Not what I expect from Chick-fil-A. I stop at Chick-fil-A nightñy before work and to say this location is a disappointment is an understatement. I hope you fix this soon. I will not be back to your location anytime soon.

horrible drive thru experience. Food took 7 minutes and ice cream melted. Cashier appeared agitated when refund requested, no accommodation for late food arrival. Was informed Specialty sandwich ordered after mine, was give priority. you can and should do better. no refund issued for food although it was requested.

The worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had! I ordered a Spicy Deluxe with Pepper Jack cheese, but they only gave me a plain sandwich with just a piece of chicken , no cheese, no toppings. When I returned it, they replaced it with another sandwich, but this time the chicken wasn’t even cooked properly! On top of that, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed with both the food and the service

Very unique management style. I took my only 30 minutes allocated lunch break to grab breakfast. We went through the drive through and they forgot the main item. Extremely fustrated and hungry, I call them because we won't be able to take another lunch break to go out and grab food. The best the manager could do was refund us less than $4 which is a bit ridiculous, because now all I have is a fruit cup and large coke to get me through the entire day. The $4 won't even cover the delivery fee to door dash something.

They left out half of the items in our order, including granola, all sauces, and a spoon with which to eat the yogurt. When I returned they said they provided the items but staff member Ryan indicated he would not do anything to rectify the situation with a partial refund, saying it was "just sauces"

Today I visited this location with my daughter and ordered a Kids Meal (nuggets, milk, fruit cup, sauces, and toy) and separately redeemed a reward for fries using my points. The cashier even called a manager to process the redemption, so everything was clearly communicated. However, the fruit cup was missing because they replaced it with fries instead of redeeming the fries separately. I had to return to fix that and have my points scanned again. The sauces were also missing, then the toy was missing, and even the straw for my daughter’s milk was not provided. In total, I had to walk back and forth four times just to receive a complete order. On top of that, there was loud floor cleaning near the trash area during peak dining hours, with noticeable smell and noise. Mistakes happen, but the repeated errors and lack of service recovery were disappointing.

Whatever it is you've done to your fries, it's nasty. My fries smell like movie theater popcorn butter. You can taste ig on the fries. I'm definitely not coming back. You should really tell your guests when you try something new. I feel like you just don't care for the customers as much anymore.

Whoever the lady was working the counter by herself tonight completely skipped over me, did not greet or apologize to me for skipping over. She had words for everyone but myself. I've never met her in my life so I dont know why she just didnt like me but she didnt. I needed to get an Uber eats order delivered and waited very patiently. She did not say thank you or goodbye. I will not eat here or do business. I do not recommend this place.

Terrible management. Asked them to fix an order and was told they couldn’t because my order was from a different store. Then I asked them to sell me a piece of chicken so I could stick it in the sandwich that was missing the chicken and they told me no. Definitely not coming back to this location. Slowest Chick-fil-A drive thru for Chick-fil-A standards in DFW. Ordered just a chicken sandwich and kids nugget meal and waited forever to get to drive thru window. We pulled up and then watched 6 cars behind us get their meals before us.

I normally don’t complain when it come down to Chick Fil A hands down but tonight I will. I was at a location in The Colony, Tx in the drive thru and I placed my normal order like always and then proceeded to ask for the military discount, now they did ask to see my ID however, I realized I didn’t have my wallet which in this case I had my CC in my wallet on my phone. I did have a photo copy of the DD form 214 in my photo with justifies all the credentials, and to my surprise, they denied it. How when you have the proof, the license plate literally says veteran. Smh that will be the last time I will ever go there again. Oo did I mentioned I showed my ID along with photo here before with no issues.

Placed mobile breakfast order BEFORE 10:30, showed up 2 minutes past 10:30 and the girl at the drive through told me “there’s no breakfast”. Huh? I placed the order already BEFORE 10:30….. and she said yeah well we don’t make it til you get here. Is that not the point of a mobile order to have it ready right when you pull up? I will never be back. Chic fil a has gone very downhill with both their service and food quality!!!!!!!

Please do not go to this chicfila (Main Street the colony) Carmen Stork was completely ridiculous. I found hair in my sandwhich and I let her know my appetite was ruined because of it so I didn’t want her to just replace my meal as I wasn’t going to eat it. Her options was to replace the meal that day or just give my 5 dollars back ( the amount my sandwhich cost) I understand things happen but why not apologize and give the customer service chicfila is known to do and make it right. (I asked for a gift card for next time and to just give me back my 5 dollars for this order) Was it wrong to expect to get a gift card or a reward for next time? I thought it was fair as I wasted time and effort to come back to the store and again their should not have been hair in my food to began with. (Additionally, I initially called the store location first and Carmen made me send photos of the hair to her personal phone and made me come into the store, why couldn’t she just reimburse the costs I spent over the phone? When I came back to the store to give them the food and she said that no one has hair that color (red/brown) but she has red/brown hair? And prior to this interaction I called her store and she asked for pictures of the hair in the sandwhich, like she didn’t believe me? And when I got to the store she let me know that no one in the preparing staff had that brown red hair. This situation was completely ridiculous. I believe it was her hair ( and for context by the attitude she was giving me and her overall rudeness it seemed as if she thought I purposely put the hair in the sandwhich even though my family and I have black hair)

If you’re looking for a Chick-fil-a that makes you pay more for less chicken. This is the right Chick-fil-a for you. I recently became a regular at this location and I'm very disappointed with the quality of service I receive. Most of the time I order the grilled chicken sandwich and I've been unsatisfied with my grilled sandwich. It looks like they cut their chicken in half. I shouldn't have to order the original chicken sandwich for a good portion of chicken. I understand that its not always going to be perfect. But this is how this location makes their grilled sandwiches. I've attached some photos, one is from today and two from previous visits.
