This is a great Little Caesars location. I have ordered from here twice so far and each time they have been great in terms of speed and quality of the pizza. Some other locations have big bubbles in the crust but I haven't encountered that here and they use plenty of cheese and sauce. I will definitely keep ordering from here. The bonus free 2 liter for online ordering is a great benefit!!

Can be a little slow to get a pie and some crazy bread- due to being ill prepared for the intermittent rush's they can be prone to... other than that- no complaints. Consistently great pie's and crazy bread good enough to acquire a double order! Oh, yeah... Year round PRETZEL CRUST PIZZA! Please.

I only take off one star due to the occasional bubble in the pizza that is cheese-less and kind of makes that slice irrelevant.

What's not to love about the under $7 lunch combo??? Their thin crust full size flat pizza is a great pie at 9 ish dollars. It's not going to win the accolades of foodie snobs, but will make your wallet happy and put a smile on your face, when you have a pizza jones. 😁😁

I never bother writing reviews, but Little Caesar’s irks me. Their pizza is great but this store’s customer service is absolutely horrendous. Having worked in the food industry since I was of age, I can confidently say they have no idea what they’re doing. They are incredibly rude, hang up on you, walk away and ignore you while trying to order, and for whatever reason, no matter how many times I’ve placed an order by phone, it’s never in “their system” when I get there. Heck, the list goes on folks! Manager is extremely rude as well. I’m not asking for much here, I’m not some extreme “Let me talk to your manager!!” ladies, but my expectations are never high and yet I’m ALWAYS DISAPPOINTED. I’d rather drive to Moorpark honestly.

They will lie to you about wait times. was told 20 minutes from when I ordered my pizza for my order to be ready came back in 20 minutes to be told my order hasn't even been started. Management clearly doesn't care about their customers there as they have nobody running their front when they have a full house avoid this Little Caesars they will waste your time.

Twice I've come here and walked in and just STOOD there. The whole gimmick behind the brand is that you grab it and go. I've waited multiple times being completely ignored. So this dude asks me, "did you need something?" Like it was very strange of someone waiting to take an order. Uh, yeah. I'm here for food. Whay do you think? All I wanted was breadsticks. Just breadsticks. Told me it would be thirty minutes. Forget that.

Pizza toppings were sparse and limpy. Very poor quality. No flavor. Very bad experience.

They still cannot seem to get organized over here. As a detroiter, it’s irritates me. Guy takes me order, has me pay then tells me there’s a wait for Crazy bread. 6 mins he says. What ends up being 15 minutes later. Got in the car and the new breadsticks I was waiting to be cooked (for too long) were cold. While I was there a lady returned a cold pizza.. it’s a mess

Tried picking up 2 pepperoni pizzas for dinner tonight and when I arrived, the shop had already closed up with the sign still reading OPEN. The website says that they close at 10:00 and the time was only 9:30. I guess the employee working there decided to leave early without any regard to the regular closing time.

Worse experience at Little Cesar’s I’ve ever had. The women with long blonde hair who was acting like a manager was beyond disrespectful to her employees and customers. She is a disgrace to all managers and food industry employees it is unacceptable the way she treated her coworkers. I have never been more appalled at the lack of human decency in my life. I hope corporate reads this and takes action immediately for their fellow employees sake.

So sick of coming to this place to get a quick "hot n ready" pizza, only to find that they have none ready! Ask how long it will be, and typically the answer is 20-30 minutes. Why advertise "hot n ready" if that isn't actually a thing??

I don't understand how it takes 25 minutes to get cheesy bread in the middle of the day when nobody else is coming in to pick up any food but somehow they magically pulled that one off. The Little Caesars, as a chain, around the thousand oaks/ Moorpark area need to just all close down for good. Their business model is absolute trash! I have reviewed over 600 places on Google maps and one of the only negative reviews I've given are for Little Caesars. I won't spend another dime in this place and I recommend everyone else do the same!

I gave only 2 stars because of the pizza I bought last Friday, January 17th. Which I changed to 1. I don't care how busy you are. I'm paying for this and expect my order to be done as I requested. This is was ordered online. Clearly written. Not carefully read. My order: 1 round pizza with light sauce, extra pepperoni, pineapple, and extra cheese. I received: 1 round pizza with nearly no sauce, extra extra pepperoni, pineapple I had to look for and then move some to other slices, which were cut so poorly I had to cut some in half. And the cheese...hardly any and distributed poorly. I like a crispy crust. Online you're only given 2 options: regular or well done. It's scary to order well done online because it can come "very dark". Mine was just barely cooked. This option needs changes...regular, crispy, or well down. I could have asked for another pizza done right and waited. But ordering online is so you don't have to wait. I also asked for the Pepsi promotion. The site wouldn't accept it. And yes, I reviewed my order before sending. So this is my review for that pizza. Will I order again from there? Yes. For cost and convenience only. If I was a government worker cost is important. Your quality has gone way down the last 2+months. After reviewing my review I changed it to 1 star. So Ms or Mr manager I hope you care about what I have written. Please don't offer me a free pizza. I had a small order at this store through Door Dash - I got a call from the driver asking if I already picked up my order, which was pretty concerning because I hadn’t. And even if someone took my order it wouldn’t have mattered much to me, I can be patient if they had to make it again, but they decided not to do that. I guess it was too close to closing time bc they just cancelled my order instead. Now I have to wait 5 days to get my refund from Door Dash. I just wanted to order their bread, but they ended up taking mine for 5 business days 👎👎

Time in 2 months my order was not filled incorrectly, said bring back and then they will make new, I'm already home, ordered on line so I wouldn't have to wait, but they want me to bring this cheese pizza back, then they make new, it won't go to waste, the kids will eat it, but I'm can of soup tonight thank you very much. Also I stood there waiting and they did not tell me my order was ready. I had to ask for it. The first time I went ordered the extra pepperoni which they sold to a walk-in and gave me a regular pepperoni and I did not notice until I got home. I will not spend my money in this location ever again and do not recommend it to anyone
