They're also attentive to detail; they sent me a clown lollipop, their printed menu, some sweets, and a message saying: "Have a nice day!"

I tried to give them a chance, because I think we should believe more in local businesses, but the reality is, no, it's not good sushi. The service is very good, though. I even think they should remove their 2-for-1 deal to improve the quality of the food. My criticism is entirely constructive.

I ordered tuna sushi to go, and it was lukewarm; the tuna didn't seem fresh and the flavor wasn't good. When I placed my order, I noticed they hadn't included my calpis; at least it tasted good.

Their service has declined a lot. They're always making excuses for home delivery when they didn't do it before (January 2024). Their food may be good, but their service is disgusting, and that's all it takes to make you stop buying. A terrible decision from them to change their personality.

The customer service is excellent, however, their sushi is terrible. The Philadelphia cream cheese doesn't taste like Philadelphia cream cheese, the rice and sesame seeds are like rocks, and it's very salty. It was not enjoyable at all.
