Excelente lugar, gran ambientación, amabilidad del personalidad, comodidad, lindo diseño y alimentos de primera calidad, sin duda una de las opciones más recomendables en la ciudad, felicitaciones al chef.

El lugar es muy bonito, la comida es deliciosa y el servicio excepcional! Prove el pulpo a los 3 choles, mole de huitlacoche(luna llena), la sopa de frijol y los sopes, todo delicioso!

Desde el primer momento La mesera nos Atendió muy amable muy atenta procurando ver nuestros gustos, nos prepararon una salsa molcajeteada en la mesa muy rica las bebidas Sí está un 8 de 10 ya que por ejemplo pedir un ojito y está vacío mi hijo pide una soda italiana estaba en exceso dulce, pero el lugar es una experiencia porque es como un edificio antiguo que está muy bien adaptado a nuestro tiempo pero guarda los detalles que lo hacen unico y especial.

La verdad estuvo muy bien. Los alimentos tardaron un poco pero valió la pena la espera, están muy ricos

Los platillos están muy bien, y su coctelería muy sabrosa, son muy atentos y la música en vivo de lo mejor.

Delicious food, a great atmosphere, beautiful decor, and excellent service. I came with my family and we tried the Christmas combo; everything was absolutely delicious. We had a minor issue with one dish, but the service and solution were immediate and very helpful, which we appreciated. The punch was a bit too sweet for our taste, but they offer a generous portion with fruit. 100% recommended; we will definitely return to try more dishes from their menu.

Honestly, I only have positive things to say about this place. The food is delicious. We tried about five options (we went several times a day) and they were all spectacular. They give you complimentary bread with dressing and a delicious consommé. The service is impeccable. They make you feel very comfortable, and you can chat easily. The prices are affordable. It's an excellent restaurant. We tried the chile en nogada and it was truly delicious 🤤🤤🤤 It comes with soup and a glass of red wine. They also served a molcajete salsa... absolutely delicious. As for the service... superb. Everyone was very attentive, from the waiters and the captain to the chef who came out to ask for our feedback.

During my visit, I happened to wander into the hotel. The building is very pretty, and the manager suggested I have a drink in the bar. What a wonderful surprise! I had a lovely time with my family. We enjoyed the house margarita and also the queso fundido y guacamole. A real treat… my friends from France loved it. Thank you for this memorable experience. I highly recommend this place for a gastronomic experience that will awaken your taste buds.

Excellent food and service, as expected. Without a doubt, the best thing is the tranquility and comfort the place offers. My only recommendation would be to expand their dessert menu, as it's an ideal place for dinner with family, friends, or as a couple. Without a doubt, one of the best places to dine in downtown Tlaxcala.

Me lo habían recomendado, los platillos son sencillos pero bien presentados, mi sopa rica, el mole verde de mi acompañante sabroso, aunque mucho pollo y poco mole, igual en mi platillo, mucho cerdo muy poco mole de cuitlacoche. Solo había 2 meseros para 8 o 9 mesas ocupadas, eso hacia lento el servicio.

El lugar es precioso, el ambiente y el servicio geniales! El lugar es nuevo y deberá ir mejorando el tema de los alimentos para que estén al nivel del lugar y del servicio.

I got to try the chile en nogada; for 390 pesos, they also gave me a glass of rosé wine and leek soup. Excellent service, delicious food, a very quiet and luxurious place, but not expensive. Parking is included; you just have to validate your ticket at the restaurant. I looked at the menu, and there's a lot of regional Tlaxcalan cuisine. If you're visiting Tlaxcala, it's an excellent place to eat well...plus, it has a great location across from the park. The only downside I found was that the restaurant was too quiet...too quiet. I would have liked them to play some background music that suited the place. I rate it very highly because, on top of everything else, the tip is voluntary, as it should always be!

The restaurant is good, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is not bad at all, my only criticism is with details that are actually insignificant but that stand out in a restaurant that claims to be high-end. - The starter tortilla chips were hard - The waiters forgot to bring a drink until we reminded them - the table feels bought in temu and moved a lot - we asked for a coat rack and it never arrived - The table management computer was next to me and it is somewhat uncomfortable to have the waiter standing next to me all the time writing down everything - It was a meal with a menu established on May 10 and although several of us ordered the same dish, the portions were different. - The singer arrived when the place was very empty Again, they are almost insignificant details that really don't matter much but they can be considered in a restaurant that says "luxury & business class" on its menu. Apart from that all good!

I can't say I liked the food there. Nor can I say I disliked it. Except for the hamburger. That one was pretty bad. Otherwise, it has the same problem as all the restaurants in Tlaxcala: they're extremely slow. You can easily spend 40 minutes waiting for your food. And that includes any appetizers. Honestly, the place was so inconsistent that I don't even remember what I ate, besides the aforementioned hamburger.

I went to this restaurant with my mom for a celebration, and the experience was disappointing. Despite ordering three courses, they only brought us one. The wait was extremely long, over 45 minutes for the first course, and the service was blunt, offering no options or solutions. Although the place is nice, the service was lacking, and the poor organization of the waiters and kitchen makes it difficult to recommend.
