I was surprised by the atmosphere for a hospital stay. From what I read in the reviews, it was better before, but it still seemed pretty good. Breakfast includes juice and coffee, and the portions are quite good. The service is friendly, and I was able to try the poblano sauce. If they had an omelet with that sauce on the menu, it would be excellent. Average price per person: $150-200. I would have breakfast and lunch there again.
I know how to eat well
All that's left is to vary their buffet.

Comfortable and tasteful. I don't know if it's common in Toluca, but the service needs to improve. The lady who served us was a bit surly or grumpy, as if she had little patience. The breakfast was delicious—not extraordinary, but delicious—well prepared. The coffee was average, another point for improvement.
It's really hot
It used to be a good place but they let it go down, bad food, bad service, remodeled but lost all the nice atmosphere.
Terrible service, I ordered some enchiladas and almost 50 minutes later they still couldn't deliver them, apparently there was a mix-up that they were for takeout, I'd rather cross the street and eat at Ciro's.
It's a shame that it used to be the best option for academics and students at the university. Now we can't even go near it... the food is terrible. They limit the bread. They limit the coffee. There's no variety of juices. The nice atmosphere is gone. It used to be packed and we had to wait, but it was worth it... Not anymore. I hope they change their manager; I think he lacks a lot of experience.
After being a customer for more than 10 years, the new management of the Florence restaurant, very bad service, very miserable for the food, there is only one type of coffee, the manager is despotic and rude, the dishes are very poor, in short, it's a shame that's why it's empty now
The chilaquiles are a bit dry, have almost no chicken, the tortillas are a bit burnt, and the chili is very acidic. It's not the best place to eat. The fruit cocktail doesn't have anything extra, just large chunks of fruit. I ordered a banana, papaya, and melon cocktail, and they only served me papaya and melon.
